  2. Just some more useless stuff my Shia friend told me... My Shia friend grew up and went to school in Najaf. Apparently Sadr went to the same school “district” years earlier, when he was growing up but dropped out of school. My friend said the principle used to tell everyone that Sadrs grades were really bad. And he (The Principle) couldn’t lie and say his grades were good to Sadrs father.. so, like I said it means nothing but apparently Sadr did not do well in school and even dropped out.. #notthesharpestswordinarabia

Oil Minister Barzani beg for his rescue and support in the vote Politics , 2019/11/01 14:06 , Reads: 441 http://iraqtoday.com/ar/news/33702/بعد-ان-تأكد-من-استجوابه-في-البرلمان-وزير-النفط-يستنجد-بالبرزاني-لانقاذه-واسناده-في-التصويت?latest Baghdad - Iraq today: The current oil minister, Thamer Ghadhban, realized that the questioning is coming under the dome of the parliament, and that this time he will not survive the difficult parliamentary accountability, after President Mohamed Halbousi announced from the presidency, and before the media, the questioning of four ministers accused Corruption in early November - any Saturday or the day after Sunday - considering that the formal and legal procedures for the acquisition of these ministers has been completed - according to the statement Halbosi himself - and the first of these ministers and the oil minister. Perhaps what has gripped the anger, and Tom removed from his eyes, that the man is absolutely sure that he fell in this interrogation, not because there are skilled deputies in the committees of energy and integrity have prepared for questioning, but also because he also knows that in the interrogation box dangerous files, some Contains a large package of back-breaking cases, in addition to a lawsuit against him, which came out of bail in 2005 and has not been tried until this moment, he knows with certainty that there are difficult questions and inquiries waiting for him by representatives of the Iraqi people, especially with the pledge of the President of the Council Mohammed Halbousi completed interrogations Almq For months, which was subject to procrastination and procrastination and political pressure, but the voices of popular demonstrations condemning corruption accelerated the launch of these files, for fear of rising levels of public anger rumbling against the Council and its presidency, and here found no angry in front of this new reality, only the use of his papers to escape this impasse He found himself in the middle, a few months after his television threat - the Manfakh - for any deputy who dares to hold him accountable. Therefore - according to the information leaked Banna, which indicates that the Minister angry, and in order to avoid the fall of the judge; in the House of Representatives vote after the files open publicly, he resorted to Dar Habayeb in Erbil, and met there with the President of the Kurdistan Democratic Party, Massoud Barzani, for the purpose of securing the votes of deputies Kurds; especially the Barzani bloc in the House of Representatives, and investment relationship servant pursued, and regardless of the huge irregularities committed by the region in the known oil file, did not say: friend at the time of distress? Here is the time of tribulation has been solved by its worst cases and forms, and those who served only to return him some service to them! According to this information, Thamer Ghadhban got reassured promises from Barzani to protect him from voting, assuring him that the Kurds have no allies in Baghdad, only the current Prime Minister Adel Abdul Mahdi, and assured him that all deputies of the Kurdish blocs will vote in favor of giving him confidence again, and prevent his dismissal from parliament Whatever it takes! We would like to point out that this relationship of servitude was reinforced by the presence of Abdul-Mahdi, who built special relations with the Kurds, and sided with them openly throughout his presence in positions without fear or hesitation, so find that the anger and in the footsteps of his companion, plays the same card, and to be useful in On this particular point, we must point out that this political or economic dilemma - as you will - comes at the expense of the Arabs, who must take a united position, towards this illegal and unfair solidarity between the anger and the Kurds, and we mean all the deputies, their Sunnis and Shiites, And loyalty and opposition, for the purpose of their rejection of this lineup anti-Arab rights And prevent the realization of these deals that confiscate the Iraqi right as a whole, and then vote to dismiss this "minister" after the files are revealed and things become clearer than they are now, wishing them to put aside differences, in a case of concern to the people and the country, where it can not and may not definitely This important national issue should be subject to special, immediate, and utter temperaments or relationships.

  9. And in so lies the problem.....the people should care about the Constitution....all the people.....Country before party... In 2016 half the Country bought into that.....Trump was the antiestablishment vote..... The left didn't have that opportunity......because the crooked DNC cheated them out of it by rigging the Primary.. Today the "outsider" is running over the establishment......even the Republicans..... The Establishment Democrats are trying to hang on to power....but the backlash against the same old, same old......may lead to a socialist candidate...... Some choice?......right??? Honestly I'll say yes it is......because it will be an honest choice that "we the people" have....and will make..... It's about time all of us take the Country back from the corrupt establishment... And once he’s gone and we have regained our rightful place in the White House, look out if you supported him and endorsed his actions, because we’ll be coming for you next. You will feel the vengeance of a nation. No stone will be left unturned as we seek you out in every corner of this great nation. For it is you who have betrayed us. Picture placement for credit purposes only. The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother’s keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you. You like that s**t? It’s from some crappy, old book. That’s about Trump and his enablers. 20. 10-31-2019 **** Newsflash **** According to CNN and other news outlets Iraqi Prime Minister Mahdi has agreed to resign from his position. He will step down next week after parliament passes needed election laws and a new government is in place. 10-31-2019 Newshound Guru Kaperoni With confidence in PM Mahdi failing, talk of him resigning is everywhere. We will just have to wait and see if it's true or not. 10-31-2019 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat We know for a FACT that everything needed to roll out the Iraqi dinar to trade internationally has been completed, except the last final steps including: -completing the process of the “project to delete the zeros” -correspondingly changing the rate and monitoring it for inflation -relief from US OFAC sanctions -reinstating the dinar on the global currency exchanges...(post 1 of 2)... 10-31-2019 Newshound/Intel Guru Mnt Goat Now with the unrest and destabilization of the country I am skeptical if they can even complete the project to delete the zeros at this time. The news media has told us that the banks have emptied their vaults to the main CBI bank prior to the first demonstration for security purposes. They did this for fear the banks could be robbed in the process of the demonstrations. We know the smaller category notes had been already distributed in many of these banks, but not all of them. So these notes had been recalled. This distribution process will have to re-occur once security is obtained...All we can do as investors is site tight and wait to see it all play out...(post 2 of 2)... 10-31-2019 Intel Guru Frank26 Question: I heard there were fireworks...today in Iraq. Can you confirm that and if so were they celebrating something? They weren’t celebrating anything associated to the reinstatement of the Iraqi dinars...When they do reinstate, fireworks will be nothing. Cannons will be fired off in that country! What you probably heard is just somebody that caught a little bit of a wedding because weddings in Iraq, firecrackers they like that a lot. Birthday party, graduation things like that…

  24. Sorry for your losses! Your story really resonates with me. My parents have been in this investment due to me telling them about it 11 years ago. I’ve had the “ya heah anything about the Dinah lately” (picture that in a South Boston accent) I feel bad because they’ve both survived cancer, heart issues, a stroke etc. and they so badly want to be able to not think about finances in their retirement years. Due to the setbacks with health it put a strain on their financial situation. They are making it, but I would just love to make that phone call, that they can pay off their house etc. Many good and decent people have not had that chance! So thanks for sharing your story. Here’s to you getting to realize the dreams you shared with your Wife and Mom! 🎩 off to you lost one

  25. Good afternoon, DinarVets! Just a short note from me today. There are positive signs everywhere, but the protests and "civil unrest" that's going on right now has tossed an anchor out on the final progress we'd like to see. It's not something that will last forever. The face of Iraq, Iraq's current exchange rate, OIL news, and more... all mostly unchanged by the current situation. The country is NOT in a downward spiral... but they are in the middle of an annoyingly long "pause". Not much more to say at the moment! We wait. Some of us patiently... others, no so patiently. Keep your heads up and kee on smiling! This shall pass, and then 💥 (in a good way. Not 💥 in a bad way. Perhaps that's the wrong emoji for this situation. ) - Adam P.S. How about that resignation we've been hearing about?! Sounds a little like the so-called impeachment process we have here at home in the US of A Thread open for comments and questions.

Iraq's top cleric rejects foreign intervention against demonstrations https://www.kurdistan24.net/en/news/531cb807-6427-40d7-957a-19376328e219 Kurdistan 24 | 3 hours ago Iraqi demonstrators use a Tuk-tuk during anti-government protests in the capital of Baghdad on Nov. 1, 2019. (Photo: Reuters/Khalid al-Mousily) Iraq Baghdad Iraq Protests ERBIL (Kurdistan 24) – Iraq's top Shia cleric Ali al-Sistani on Friday rejected purported efforts by regional or international entities to counter the will and goals of demonstrations that have swept the country. The statement comes a day after informed political sources told Reuters that notorious Iranian military commander Qassem Soleimani had been in Baghdad to prevent the removal of Iraqi Prime Minister Adil Abdul-Mahdi from power amid protests marred by violence. October's deadly and Iraqi-wide demonstrations—which saw two weeks of pause midway through the month—called for an end to the economic woes of the public and a complete governmental overhaul amid shortages of public services, high rates of unemployment, and chronic institutional corruption. Sistani said in a sermon read by an aide in Karbala that "respect for the will of Iraqis in determining the political and administrative system of their country through a referendum on the constitution and periodic elections to the House of Representatives is the principle adhered to by the religious authority and stressed since the former regime was changed." The cleric's aide relayed that "necessary reform must be carried out," stating further that "it is not for any person, group, party or any regional or international party to seize the will of Iraqis in this and impose their opinion on them." The religious authority, also known as the Marjaa, called on "all parties to reflect on the present and future of Iraq" and prevent "special interests" from affecting decision-making. On Thursday, Iraqi President Barham Salih announced on Thursday that Abdul-Mahdi had agreed to resign if political parties agreed on a replacement ‘within constitutional measures.’

  43. I agree. I really like Breitlings view of the world and geopolitics and I emailed him when the protests started earlier this month to ask who the good guys are in Iraq. I feel pretty confident Sadr wants good things for Iraq but I was unsure about Mahdi. Breitlings reply in his last audio was you can tell who the good guys very easily wit one simple question. Are they doing things to bring business into their country? As one who also believes in capitalism, that made perfect sense to me immediately when Breitling said it. And I agree with you, Mahdi has worked hard and brought a lot of good things into Iraq. I also liked how he stepped up and immediately tried to offer things to the protestors - and I thought he offered quite a bit what with no notice. And when it wasn't enough, he offered more. Compare that to others in Europe and South America who bring in the military. And while it's true that some protestors have been shot, many are saying it's Iran trying to cause turmoil for US allies and destabilize the Mideast and from what I've seen from Iran, I would agree with that. So while it may not be a popular opinioin here, I agree with you 6ly410, Mahdi did good for Iraq. And you'll notice, his parting gift was that he is insisting that his replacement being lawfully put in place per Iraq's constituion. I think he was good for Iraq and I'm sorry to see this happen to him.
