1 to 1 in country rv? I thought iraqi citizens can only exchange old dinar for new lower denoms inside of iraq. Since when does the cbi allow the dinar holders to exchange dinar for dollars inside of iraq?

I have come to believe that Charlie Ward is an "ass".

He seemed believable awhile back, but nothing he said came true.

Still waiting for the arrests of the evil people that rigged the election.  This was supposed to happen in March.

Well, March is almost over and nothing yet.  All the bad guys were supposed to be taken to jail in Gitmo.

How do the Iraqis get USD then? They were using more usd than dinars not to long ago

They won’t get the dollar the CBI will only exchange for the new lower denoms they will want to dedollarize their country and only use the dinar post RV! Another reason why so many people believe when the RV happens it will come out at over a buck say at least $1.17 or why would they stop using the dollar. This may take awhile but again an Iraqi citizen will never become a millionaire by exchanging for the dollar unless he is able to exchange outside of Iraq which is already against the law to take more then 10k outside of Iraq. The Iraqi citizen only gets the benefit of increased purchasing power!.
