Yes there was a Small RV/ increase only, when the rate RV'ed from 1,460 to 1,310 and that wasn't the RV we want to cash it out. And what we want to cash out is at least starting at 10 cents up to a buck or above.

On the subject of "what's a rumor"......I think the statement  that " Iraq gets nothing done during Ramadan" ( damn I'm tired of hearing that statement), should be in the rumor section!
