  1. How many times does it have to be said... The CBI is a private bank, they will do whatever they please... Remember Bush was going to pay for the war... Didn't happen. Obama was going to save the economy and erase debt... Didn't happen. Trump holds piles of Dinar and would push the button... Didn't happen... Our government does not have the power to make this happen.... This is a game being played by the Banksters and when the are ready, they will cash in... If you are smart and hold on you will cash in as well... Just be glad that unlike most people, you are in this and know what is coming.... JMHO

  3. Good Evening Dinar Vets, here's a few opinions & comments that might be of interest to you. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Pimpy REPORT: "White Paper for Economic Reform" Now that we have the details of the "White Papers" or The Economic Reform Papers you guys can see the details for yourself because there is some exchange rate talk... Quote: "Review the current exchange rate of the dollar against the dinar." Again, listen, they said they're just reviewing...as the dollar continues to get weaker other currencies will rise up against it. This is good for those of us holding on to foreign currencies as an investment. We want to see that...Quote: "establishing new trade markets such as commodity markets and a currency exchange market." We need to see the Iraqi dinar become eligible and start trading on the Forex...they'll probably just float the dinar and let the market decide from there what the exchange rate is...that's good news. We need them to unpeg from the U.S. dollar... *** Petra I gotta believe that a lot of those International market players are already lining up because they read the articles like we do. Those finance guys. Those hedge fund guys read the articles like we do. So I'm sure they're excited as well...we're in a great stop. I'm excited. The wife is excited. We're just looking forward to this coming to an end...we're in a great place...we're right there. There is no question about it...let's see what they decide to do... 10-23-2020 Intel Guru Footforward [Q? : Should we wait for forex changes or what do you think we need to be looking for in the markets?] When the rate changes it will change on CBI website. I'd watch that. 10-23-2020 *** Adam Montana [Q? : ...how close are we?...] In my opinion...we are now finally inside of a 6 month window. Do, or die, within that timeframe. I know, I know - I wish is was 6 days as well. Taken from another site that follows Adam's Opinions and posts snippets from them. *** MilitiaMan Article: "The White Paper for Economic Reforms: vision and key objectives" Quote: "The Iraqi government has formally adopted the White Paper for Economic Reforms prepared by the Crisis Cell for Financial and Fiscal Reform." No matter how we slice this, they need an international exchange rate prior to launching. They European Bank of Reconstruction and Development is in the final stages for Iraq's ascension to the bank. It is with them and along with the Global Accounting Firms of Ernst & Young and Pricewater House - Cooper that are involved with the final requirements. To get to the final requirements tells us this White Paper has already been in play for many months and years already. To meet with the EBRD and E & Y and PWHC is for to implement it internationally...(post 1 of 2).. *** MilitiaMan They mention...reviewing the Dollar/Dinar Exchange Rate and...they talk about new markets that include commodity markets and above all FOREX. The final requirements appear to have to do with those two key elements of where we are at with this stage of the White Papers. The rest will be over a 3-5 year period. There is an article telling us that the Director of the CBI as of recent, that an exchange rate is expected from 120 - 121 IQD to 100 USD. That fits with internationalism. So the final decisions most likely sorted... Very very very exciting and powerful times we are in. Lets see what the CBI says when they get home... The banks are open for accounts today and tomorrow, fwiw too. To have an exchange rate change as the CBI Director has said would require the NSCNs(LDโ€™s) ... imo..! ..(post 2 of 2).. *** Kaperoni Why are there so many articles about floating the dinar over the years? Because that is how monetary policy truly works. Exchange rates rise as economies grow. Nothing Is random... *** Pimpy I'm speculating, it's just my opinion, you're either going to see this revaluation of the Iraq dinar happen either before the election or sometime in January. I don't like doing dates and rate but there's a lot of other things that are happening around this timeframe and I have a feeling the IQD is going to play a huge part of this...I don't have any proof of what I'm saying..I'm just saying to you based on a lot of conversations that that I have with different people, based on a lot of news that I've read, based on a lot of articles that I've read, there's some type of race going on, there really is, as far as what monetary system is going to be used. This might be all for today, but we'll see ... Be Blessed ... RON

  4. Added at 9:20 PM CDT: *** Mnt Goat ...the overall plan to also reinstate the dinar and re-peg it to a basket of 5 currencies thus the rate of the exchange will change outside of Iraq thus giving Iraq more purchasing power thus more ability to buy more goods and services. The dinar will be worth more outside of Iraq . It is the globalization of the dinar that is important and deleting the zeros is just step to help get there...

  5. Good Afternoon Dinar Vets, here's an opinion & comment that might be of interest to you. Remember, no one really knows what will happen, or when. They're simply stating their opinions based on what they perceive to be happening in Iraq. RON *** Kaperoni Appears Iraq has agreed to a 3 year international trusteeship made up of 7 countries to help them move their economy forward and solve the financial crisis. This is big news... *** Frank26 the monetary reform of the Iraqi dinar...it was so important for Iraq to have security and stability. And they got it...President Trump got another one. How many of these countries do you think are going to sign peace accords? Nine...the Iraqi dinar it's going to be in a the Middle Eastern basket...The CBI, the government has told us this...How many countries will be in that basket? ...Nine...Thank you President Trump for bringing peace into the Middle East because we sure needed that security and stability...It sounds to me that everything is on course... *** MilitiaMan Article: "Britain will receive 5,000 artifacts to Iraq early next year, and Al-Kazemi reviews them" One has to think that they cut a deal. They didn't get those artifacts with out strings attached. There has to be a good reason and it is not at a cost with a program rate in mind.. No, the deals in investments, reconstruction, energy all come with a cost of a real international rate. The secondary markets require it. This sure looks of...you do the right thing, we can get this back to you after you show the world the new rate...Game on folks, game on... imo.

  9. Dr. Shabibi went to head the Monetary Policy Committee at The Bank of England February 2019, and earlier this year Kazemi stated he would like to bring Dr. Shabibi back to CBI. I think Kazemi has been working for quite some time with Dr. Shabibi, the IMF, World Bank and the other entities Kazemi and CBI Governor met with in England, German, and France on the White Paper and Iraq's economic reform. IMO The White Paper was a joint effort with other countries to write an economic program that could work for Iraq with their support. "The Bank of England decided to appoint Professor Shabibi as chairman of the Monetary Policy Committee, which was previously governor of the Central Bank of Iraq," the English media reported. "This decision came to benefit from the experiences of al-Shabibi to maintain the exchange rate of the British pound and to prevent the British economy from getting into trouble, especially after the exit from the European Union."

  12. Sunday 28th September 2020 The frozen dollar: a thriving money laundering business Haider Al-Ajoudi0 558 Spread on various social networking sites propaganda leaflets for many unknown people promoting the sale of dollars (anonymous), most of the time half or a third of the real price of the dollar is placed on them, so that every $ 100 is sold for $ 50 or less !, or I buy $ 10 thousand at a value Only 5 thousand dollars! Do these dollars have a specific source? Why are they sold at half their real value? And who is behind promoting this trade? The frozen dollar The term "frozen dollar" appeared for the first time during the second Gulf War, after Saddam Hussein's army invaded into Kuwaiti territory, millions of dollars were seized from Kuwaiti banks, and in order to prevent the circulation of stolen dollars, their serial numbers were frozen by Western financial systems, which means preventing their circulation In any of the government banks due to the fact that it lacks its real value in the commercial markets, the frozen dollar is not considered counterfeit at all, just like any other dollar, and it cannot be separated from the correct dollar, except that it is not working for a period, and it is not spent in official banks, so it is pumped into the black market By virtue of the lack of awareness of the exchange owners of these frozen numbers, which means that the fraud and fraud operations through it may be very easy, but not every green paper can be a dollar, so it is completely different from a sound dollar, and the process of buying and trading it may be a participation in the laundering and re-circulation of that money . Brokers and gangs Gangs and large networks of money laundering and returning the value of what was stolen from the banks, millions of dollars were stolen from the conflict areas, to reach the pockets of the Arabs in one of the largest operations of fraud and fraud, so no one will be able to officially enter these currencies into government banks, and to re-exchange them must enter illegally Legally, they are not fraudulent or 100% valid, but no one can buy them anything except through the black market! To exchange this frozen dollar, specialized brokers are deployed for this purpose in Turkey, Jordan, Iraq, Libya, Syria and other Arab countries in which the global financial digital system is somewhat weak, which facilitates the process of trading these currencies, fraud and fraud through them with great ease. What is its source? The sources of the frozen dollar are many, but the most widespread in the Arab world comes from the conflict areas in the region, and according to economic analysts, Libya is the most prominent source of the frozen dollar. With the fall of Muammar Gaddafi's regime in Libya after the revolution that toppled his regime in 2011, former US President Barak signed Obama ordered an executive order to freeze all the assets of Gaddafi and his family, in addition to senior figures in the Libyan government at the time and with them the Central Bank and the country's sovereign wealth funds, which led to the accumulation of millions of dollars in the Libyan treasury, and with the deterioration of the security situation in the country, these funds were smuggled into a number of countries Arabia to be discharged at less than its real price. While some of that money goes back to Iraqi banks, after the US invasion of the country in 2003, when large quantities of dollars were stolen from government banks, which in turn informed Washington in order to freeze them so that no one would benefit from being spent or entered into second bank accounts, in addition to Moreover, some specialized sites mention that some of that money comes from Iran and Venezuela, which are subject to the US administration's sanctions, and huge accounts have been frozen with them, which led to the accumulation of large amounts of frozen dollars. The capital of the frozen dollar The capital of the Turkish state, Istanbul, has turned into the capital of the frozen dollar in the world, where the sale of those dollars flourishes for many years, after it was the seat of stolen Iraqi funds and other countries of conflict, and with the outbreak of tension in Libya and Turkey's intervention in the Libyan scene and after its transformation into an ally of the Government of National Accord Affiliated with the Muslim Brotherhood, that trade flourished strongly in the Turkish capital, especially after the economic crisis that struck the country recently, and some sources from Libya mention that after the economic crisis that struck Turkey this year, which led to the contraction of the Turkish economy by 9,9% in the second quarter of this year and the collapse of the Turkish currency in a big way, some Turkish businessmen tended to transfer large amounts of money from Libya, but that money was frozen before it reached Turkish territory, it turned it into money without a real value for it, and instead of pumping it into The Turkish Central Bank was pumped into the black market to dubbed Istanbul after that as the fridge of Libya's money, turning it into a thriving market for Libyan funds, amid a great government's neglect of buying and selling operations, so is all this done under the supervision of the Turkish government? Or is it unable to control this flourishing trade? . Iraq and money laundering Despite the warnings of the Central Bank of Iraq to prevent the circulation of the frozen dollar on the black market, the weak souls of unknown persons may be supported by merchants who continue to publish ads on social networking sites to encourage people to buy these dollars at a price less than their real value, and because Iraq is considered one of the Countries that suffer from crimes of money laundering and cross-border currency smuggling, and gangs are involved in this, taking advantage of the rampant rampant financial corruption, to put their goods on the Iraqi exchange market. Will this money be controlled in Iraq and its promoters and workers held accountable? * The Future Center for Strategic Studies / 2001-2020 http://mcsr.net LINK

  17. Just as "Antifa" is the purest definition of hypocrisy in our era, so is the BLM quickly becoming the ultimate racist bigots of our new "wokeness". While the left tries to make white supremacists a conservative issue, they are counting on the masses ignorance, because those groups are 100% communists, just like their now burning in hell leader Hitler was. What people don't seem to remember is Abraham Lincoln was a Republican, and Hitler was a Democrat, but I digress. I have spent the last couple years shaking my head in wonder, just when I thought they hit rock bottom, the left finds another way to demonstrate their complete lack of ethic's or any self-respect, and sinks even lower. They should have quit when they were ahead, it was easy, they just worked themselves into a frenzy, and ran around interrupting innocent people as they were about their own business. They interrupted people eating dinner, did obnoxious things with bullhorns, and stomped around everywhere giving everyone the stink eye. Instead, fueled by their guilty as hell professors, they took the plunge to become fanatics dedicated to a cause, all it took was throwing any common sense, decency, humanity, and integrity, but hey, no pain no gain. Posted is a MP of the British Parliament in an address, and I couldn't say it any better, so instead I just rambled on about Lincoln... DM

  19. I believe Trump has more power than some of you think and here's why. Trump took control of the Federal Reserve years ago and merged it into the United States Treasury giving him total control. The Federal Reserve was a private company. He has been working with other powers to rid of other central banks as well. The central bank system has been responsible for destroying peoples wealth globally. I also believe we will be switching to a different currency system possibly backed by assets. jmho

  23. Paris brings back the dream of the funicular to Baghdad The project, if implemented, will reduce the traffic congestion problem in the Iraqi capital Moayad al-Tarfi, an Iraqi reporter Saturday 24 October 2020 1:21 The idea of the funicular in Baghdad emerged at the end of 2010 without being implemented (Getty Images) The traffic congestion in the Iraqi capital Baghdad for years, with the increase in its population, which, according to government estimates, reached 8 million, while more than two million cars were traveling on its streets, made movement in it during peak times an impossible thing, which needs to be done. Hours to reach from one area to another within a distance not exceeding 10 to 15 kilometers. This problem, with the escalating transportation chaos caused by the overcrowding, made the Iraqi government and the Baghdad Council move about a decade ago through a series of project proposals, finally reaching the idea of establishing a suspended train in the capital that reduces the traffic momentum, especially in the eastern and central regions of the capital. Although the idea was launched at the end of 2010, and the dissolved Baghdad Provincial Council moved at the time to find an agreement with French companies, all the visits made by delegations from the French company "Alstom" since 2012 did not reach an agreement, due to red tape and the lack of interest of many Officials in the Baghdad Municipality and government agencies, with this project, as well as not providing funds for it. Therefore, the project was just statements that did not take their way into reality seriously, except during the current week. The visit of the Iraqi Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, to Paris, turned the project from the wishes and dreams of many Baghdadi people into a reality that can be implemented, even after years. The visit witnessed the signing of a memorandum of goodwill between the Iraqi Minister of Transport and his French counterpart regarding the construction of the suspended train in the capital, Baghdad, to turn into the most important economic file between the two countries. Borrowing the master of work The Iraqi Minister of Transport, Nasser Al-Shibli, explained that the financing of the project will be through borrowing, at a cost of $ 2.5 billion, indicating that it will create 6 thousand job opportunities. Al-Shibli added, in a statement to the official Al-Iraqiya channel during his stay in Berlin, that "the ministry was able, during the visit to Paris, to sign the initial agreement for the suspended train project with the alliance of (Alstom) and (Japanese Hyundai)". The implementation of the project may take five years, according to Al-Shibli's expectations, who indicated that the suspended line will pass in a number of areas of the capital, and it will be based at the main railway station in Baghdad. Cadre training In turn, a member of the Parliamentary Services Committee, Jasim Al-Bakhati, explained that the agreement on the project came after the Ministry of Planning approved its inclusion in the projects of the 2020 and 2021 budgets. Al-Bukhati added to "The Independent Arabia", "The project will be managed by the two companies for the purpose of training for a specific period of Iraqi cadres, and then it will be delivered to the Iraqi government." Corruption and militias may hamper implementation Economic analyst Saleh Al-Hamash excludes the implementation of the Baghdad train in light of political conflict, rampant administrative corruption and militias. read more Plans to develop Baghdad International Airport through specialized companies Al-Hamash added that the train should be in crowded areas of population and ministerial centers, and to link east Baghdad with its west, and north and south. Al-Hamash talks about the necessity for the ticket price to be cheap to achieve economic feasibility. As for if the aim of the train "is to show the civilized shape of Baghdad, then it will only lead to a drain on money and the reluctance of people to use it." According to specialists, the train takes 23 minutes between its starting point until it reaches the last station, to cross some areas of Karkh and the densely populated northeast of Baghdad, reducing congestion and achieving speed of arrival. The beginning of future lines A former member of the Baghdad Provincial Council, Muhammad al-Rubaie, who was a member of the suspension train committee, points out that the current route represents a first stage for other steps that will serve the western, southern and central regions of Baghdad. Al-Rubaie added, "The funicular starts its route from the international station in the Alawi area and ends in the Al-Shaab area, with a length of 21 kilometers, and it will be equipped with air conditioning systems to suit the hot Iraqi climate." Baghdad Sky Train Track (Iraqi Ministry of Transport) Al-Rubaie asserts that "the train tracks in Baghdad have been defined by a British company since 1977, and divided into three stages, one of which is the current stage that will be implemented based on the joint contract between (Alstom) and (Hyundai)." Al-Rubaie believes that the train project will be implemented with high transparency, and will encourage other international companies to invest in Iraq, after its success. A joint company will be formed to manage the funicular, according to Al-Rubaie, who explained that its employees will participate in administrative and technical courses organized by the French "Alstom".

  25. As many of you may know, I lean Right on the political spectrum and would say I have always had a "Laissez-faire" philosophy of Big Government interfering with Business in America. However, there are political, social, and technological changes that have now brought us to a cross-roads in American history that requires us to consider where we stand and where we want to go. Let's review the possibilities. When the Constitution was written, the primary purpose of the "Bill of Rights" was to explicitly enumerate rights inherent to citizens of this country, and providing "limited powers" to the Government (Federal, State and Local). Freedom of Speach, the Right to Assemble, the Right to Bear Arms, no Unlawful Search and Seizure, and the Right to Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness are just a few examples where rights are enumerated that "check" Big Government's ability to infringe upon these rights. But these rights are also applicable to when other citizens or entities infringe upon these rights. When a person trespasses on your property and tries to kill you, you have the right to defend yourself, and may I say to the death. If someone steals your car, then you have the right to get your property back and through agreed upon societal norms, punish that person for doing so (the Legal System). Now if a company discriminates against you because of age, sex, or race, you may be entitled to compensation as this is an infringement upon your rights granted under the Constitution. And if you were to go before your local Townhall and speak about the Mayor or a city council member, then you CAN NOT be arrested and threatened by the powers that be. But what about speaking these same thoughts and ideas on Facebook or Twitter, or uploading your own VLOG on YouTube? What are your rights in this instance? I used to think that these platforms were businesses and solely a result of Capitalism, the Marketplace, and new technologies, but I believe we have reached a point where Big Tech has now entered a new age of maturity. When the automobile came to America, our Government became the arbiter and supplier of roads. When electricity came to America, our Government became the arbiter of Utility Services. These are just a few examples of when certain luxuries and commodities became so necessary and fundamental to society that the consolidation of society's resources and common good came under the ownership and direction of the Government. Today you can still stand in front of your local Townhall and speak your mind. But if you speak your same thoughts and ideas on Twitter, Facebook or YouTube, your thoughts and ideas are being censored by Politically Correct Big Tech policies and employees. It is now time to consider moving these modern day Townhalls into modern day society. Indy

Why would the Prime Minister travel around the world for support, get approval from the G7 Countries, the White Paper Economic reform is scheduled to start on 1.1.2021, Iraq has 6 Trillion Dollars worth of Sulphur and Phosphate and the amount of Oil and Natural Gas is not included in that 6 Trillion, they have over 600 Billion Dollars held in frozen accounts and this information has just been been revealed to us this week. They can't borrow from the CBI so how can they conduct business with a worthless currency? These guys are sitting on a powder keg!! I am expecting something to happen in 2021 either before or after the elections.
