Recorded US dollar exchange rates, higher against the Iraqi dinar in the local markets on Monday (May 22 2017). 

Stock struggle - Baghdad 125.200, while the dollar exchange rates on Sunday 125.200. 

Buying and selling prices in the banking shops 

selling the dollar = 125.750 dinars price. 

Purchase price of the dollar = 124.750 dinars.

Isn't this a good thing it's consistently declining? What is our target rate again?  I thought it was 1250....
