This Posting is Classified as a Ruminion (I coined this word to mean a Rumor/Opinion Hybrid) It is based in part on the News Post by yota691: So... let's do some math... 1 USD = 1166 IQD CBI Fee is 13 IQD per 1 USD for Sale or Transfer So... 13 IQD / 1166 IQD = 0.01115 So the Fee per 1 USD = $0.01115 (1.115 Cents) Or 1.115% per transaction - OK! So when the CBI sells USD or other Reserve Currency it makes 1.115% on each transaction. But - when the rate was 1170 IQD = 1 USD the 13 IQD fee percentage was 1.1111% per transaction. Seems like they gave themselves a raise? Cool... Anyone want to venture a guess as to how many USD they have sold since 2003? The article above says that their average has been 199 Million USD / Day for at least a year That's 5 Days per Week of Auctions, right? So lets examine how this little fee has worked... 199 Million USD x 13 IQD = 2,587,000,000 IQD per Day 5 Days x 2,587,000,000 IQD = 12,935,000,000 IQD per Week 50 Weeks (allowing for Holidays) x 12,935,000,000 IQD = 646,750,000,000 IQD 8 Years (2003-2011) x 646,750,000,000 IQD = 5,174,000,000,000 IQD 5,174,000,000,000 IQD @ 1170 IQD per 1 USD = 4,422,222,222.22 USD (Profit @ Old Rate) 5,174,000,000,000 IQD @ 1166 IQD per 1 USD = 4,437,392,795.88 USD (Profit @ New Rate) So the CBI should have Profited $4,437,392,795.88 USD from their transaction fee AND by just making that little rate change of 4 IQD (0.343%), the CBI increased their NET Reserve Profit by $15,170,573.66 USD Not bad for a day's work - huh? Now if you thought that was cool - Let's look at the BIG NUMBERS - LOL (Understanding that there has been some variance since 2003) Let's say - if 1170 IQD = 1 USD, then For every 199 Million USD Going OUT there was 232.830 Billion IQD coming IN (PER DAY!) 5 Days x 232,830,000,000 IQD = 1,164,150,000,000 IQD per Week 50 Weeks (allowing for Holidays) x 1,164,150,000,000 IQD = 58,207,500,000,000 IQD 8 Years (2003-2011) x 58,207,500,000,000 IQD = 465,660,000,000,000 IQD ...it seems that the CBI should have collected up close to 465.660,000,000,000 IQD ...then add the profit from their transaction fee of 5,174,000,000,000 IQD So - at today's "new" exchange rate of 1166 IQD = 1 USD, the CBI (an Independent Private Central Bank just like the Federal Reserve!) Should have brought in apx 470,834,000,000,000 IQD = 403,802,744,425.39 USD That is 470.834 TRILLION IQD - Off the Street That is $403.803 BILLION USD Equivalent in their coffers <<< ! PRINCIPAL ONLY ! >>> THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY INTEREST THE CBI EARNED BY INVESTING THESE FUNDS! The CBI is not under sanction or Chapter 7 Heck - technically, the People of Iraq are not either... (Just like the stockholders/officers of a company are indemnified and not liable for the company's actions) The Iraq Government IS! The CBI operates under "trust" but remains a PRIVATE CENTRAL BANK - A CONTRACTOR/CARETAKER - if you understand that - CBI has the job to create and hold reserves of money for and on behalf of the Government of Iraq - Then loan it to them - FOR A FEE - In exchange for Government Bonds and Substance (Just like back here at home) - Do you realize that while the United States Government is apparently "Broke" - the Federal Reserve has Quadrillions of Dollars? This whole thing is about sucking the value out of the hands of governments and into the PRIVATE BANKERS so that they can control ALL the Governments of earth. When it comes to pumping wealth, Central Banks make Oil Wells look like Hypodermic Needles taking blood samples (OK - I'll get off that for now - but it helps you understand how the CBI can be incredibly healthy/wealthy even while Iraq is destitute.) Does anyone realize that the CBI has not been the funding source for Iraq's operations... but rather the special UN funds and oil-for-food sales set up to support them have been paying their bills ??? That money didn't even go through the Iraq Treasury or CBI It went through JP Morgan/Chase in NYC under supervision of the IMF/UN! OK - Somebody slap me and tell me to get to the point! LMAO! The CBI has all the reserves it needs to fund an RV! The Government of Iraq, when cleared of its UN imposed commercial obstacles, will be providing a huge value/cash stream into the CBI coffers to sustain it at these high levels of liquidity. If the CBI RVs prior to Iraq being free to fund the CBI, then the CBI would run dry pretty quick. I feel that just based on what we can calculate from observations and disclosures visible out here in the world, the CBI is totally "loaded" and ready to launch an RV go just as soon as they can hook the hose up from Government of Iraq their Input Port. So, as of lately I've been quite jaded with the whole RV investment, but I'm still going to stay strong in my belief that something good will come of it. I've told a few people at work that I had purchased some IQD, and these were coworkers that I trusted. Well... one of them kinda gossipped to another employee about it, but luckily that employee came to me and sparked up a conversation about it. They tried to remain very confidential and started speaking in a low voice in the break room when we got there. Her story is as follows: Her father owns real estate in the Southwest, like a lot of it, and anyway, he invests in different portfolios on the stock market and whatnot, and had also purchased several foreign country currencies, one of them being the Iraqi Dinar. He had done this recently, as of like 2009, not expecting a change for 3 to 5 years, as his sources and stock buddies discussed. Well, he got a substantial amount, somewhere in the range of 30,000 dollars worth of IQD. That may not seem like a lot, but $30 million is a lot when it revalues 1 to 1, so I figured that was a good faith purchase in this investment, as mine was very small in comparison. Anyway, basically this girl's dad heard from one of his stock market buddies that trades currencies and commodities here in the US and in Dubai, Baghdad, and a few other places... that they expect a huge swing on currency values and commodities both i the next few weeks to months, between now and or about a week from now and until around May or June. Oil is very likely one of those, as well as the IQD, Iran's currency, perhaps even Kuwait may undergo a slight change in exchange rate, probably down slightly to allow the IQD to edge up above it without overextending the CBI? maybe? That's just my speculation on that specific part of it, but the actual expected changes are coming straight from people. I have always posted joke predictions in the past, but this one struck home with an employee that I know fairly well at work talking to me about this. She didn't buy any herself, but she will get a portion of what her dad makes on the exchange. Kinda pepped me up in this rat race to get rich overnight. Started to get me excited again. My joke 21/02/2012 date and $1.17 rate may actually prove to be somewhat accurate according to that information, lol... we'll see what happens. Just though I'd share. Listen to the replay for an accurate account - TBA] RANDY: I want to give you everything in the first 5 minutes then open it up to Q & A. I hope everyone realizes it didn’t RV here or in another country. I don’t know how many phone calls and e-mails who said there was an in-country RV…guys, they can’t do it that way. Even the countries that have sanctions don’t do that. They can’t buy any more with it so please try not to fall for that! And don’t fall for the banks waiting for the numbers to drop in….the reason…USE YOUR HEAD…it’s not happening…go check CBI, it’ll change that first. We’ve been hearing this from the same guys for 6-8 – 10 months. Kinda back up and breathe. The last few times I sent an email out and then I had to discuss this and we just don’t have to …no reason to get everyone to watch the news and know what’s going on. National Conference…don’t have confirmation on that confirmation yet, I would have loved to find out the exact day – the newspaper said they changed the name…it’s the National Meeting now. So, with all the meetings they’ve been having, they just changed the name. We believe is an important meeting…basically our opinions and shortly after that we’ll see the ministers show up. There’s not going to be an RV until the ministers show up first. That’s a requirement for Shabibi and he’s been pretty adamant about that…he wants a complete government…the last the most important…security is controls. Question: What’s going to force them to do it? Nothing except the US…if you listened to McCain, Clinton, Obama….saying Iraq has to get their stuff together – we’re not going to wait much longer and we want you to finish this up with all the issues it’s causing in the middle east. Q: How long can this go? -- I think it has to be done at the Arab Summit…can’t do it there because they need money. Q: Budget? Can’t open the budget (2011) until it RV’s…they’ve opened it up in June…I still see them open the 2011-12 at the Arab Summit. The 2012 budget will be additional money to complete and finish it up. Everything is to reveal Iraq. Oil companies getting excited….if you don’t finish up, we’re getting out. You’re not paying us enough money to be hear…getting blown up. Arab Summit is at the end of March which means they have to have enough time bringing funds in before the AS….they’re not going to cancel it like they did yesterday because they didn’t have the RV…that’s a good indicator for how far it will go out…don’t think it’ll go past the AS at the end of March unless they postpone it. So I believe beginning of March to the 10th to be able to handle anybody. People aren’t going to luxurious Baghdad to have a vacation and they’re not putting major dignataries in an area to blow them up unless the people are happy – the army’s paid….have you noticed Maliki has basically bernt over saying that whatever you want me to do, I will. If you notice, Talabani is running this thing, not Maliki…that’s what we need to look at. If Maliki is going to be a dictator, Talabani wouldn’t be doing what he’s doing. There is NO RV IN-COUNTRY…I have no clue why these guys are saying that…it’s not right. Another thing…3-LETTER AGENCIES….that’s as good as winning a Nigerian lottery. You’re going to have to hear a bunch of stuff…because it’s been said over and over again….it doesn’t happen….flashes and it’s coming in…that’s most likely not the case. Q: Who actually pulls bigger? Shabibi…why hasn’t he? Because they’re hurting for money – he’s put the criteria and when M. tried to get a hold of the bank, they said, it’s not under your control. So, S. has the ultimate control…he doesn’t even know when because there’s no ministers. They said the meeting will start Sunday – the paper said it’s about Erbil….seems like Sunday during the last few days of coalition..once this thing is over, they’ll announce the ministers and it’s over. You can go to CBI and it will change….this talk about the new website…even if they did, you would be directed to the new one so don’t worry about that. Cashing in? Every major bank that deals with it is going to cash in. Taxes? 15% -- it’s an investment. The argument is it’s long or short term…There’s no receipts except from the brokers…but if you gave it to someone, there’s no receipt and that’s why it’s all long-term. It’s best to go in groups…it’s harder to pull the wool over a few people. Would I stay with the bigger banks, yes…if you want to leave the money…I won’t! If they’re just saying we can’t let you take all of it is different than them verifying the money – like 24 hours to give you credit. I need everyone to back up and breathe…and not worry. The reason…every time you hear the RV word, they think it’s RV’d. Did you not know there were 5 confirmations that there was an internal RV and it wasn’t true! It’s going to change on the CBI first….just know everything’s going to be okay. Q & A: Q: An article about a black out regarding a news media black out and news article…hear anything about that? A: The way you check that is to go to AK News…it depends what it’s about to have a blackout about. CBI Auction results…remember back around 9-10 months ago with Gene who was a currency trader…he said he didn’t think the dinar would be traded anyway, but 2-3 days ago the CBI finally said not auctioning off USDollars…they were auctioning off the dollars off the street. When the dollar is low, it constrains their currency and they need to release their new denom’s. That’s a very good sign. Q: You said the National Mtg could be held on Sunday and it would take 4 days, so everything we hoped with ministers and GOI is the 16th, right? A: Right! I don’t know this for a fact when they’ll announce, but I feel it would be 1-2 days of the National Conference. Q: Discussing the budget, seating, GOI or anymore? A: That’s it. Q: So we could see it and not be concerned about the Arab Summit? A: If everything goes like we feel it’s going to go, yes….I would be the richest man if I knew. After the conference, they announce, and we’re on within hours the CBI should change. Q: So we don’t have to worry about the Arab Summit. A: They will probably have to cancel it – they need money and the only way to have a summit is to have it RV to have money. You’re looking the 1st 10 days in March….I’m trying to tell you what to look for. 4 days ago they said they’re not moving the AS which means they’ll have the money. If they say they will have to move it, we know we have to wait a few more days. If the National Meeting starts on Sunday, next week is a very good week for us. Q: What about Parliament? A: No…they’re done…the only thing has to be made is the announcement...don’t have a clue who, and I really don’t’ care. I’m assuming it’s Talabani, Maliki, or Shabibi….I’m going to say T. who’s taken the bull by the horns so I’m going to say it will be him. They‘ll all want to take credit for it. Q: 2-4 days? More than the GOI – what about the HCL? Can’t see it taking that long. A: It took them this last week Sat and Sun and changed the name from Nat’l Conference to Nat’l Meeting…so you want to ask me that question…I don’t have a clue…it may be done in 2 days or 1 day…I don’t know that for a fact. We feel it will take that long…and the paper said it would take 3 days. I just want it to start….once it starts, I believe everyone can start counting…the conference is that thing saying we’re coming to the end of this ride. It’s pretty foremost on everybody’s mind…this is the meeting – I just want it over and I don’t care what they talk about. Q: An article on the dinar today was disturbing to me…I’ve blown out of the water of the 10 cents theory. A: There’s no argument with the budget – 10 cents won’t even give them the dinar for their annual budget in US dollars…the total revenue for Iraq is 26 billion dollars…they want to come out with 89.1 billion dollars (not dinar)…if they say we want our currency to be worth 10cents…that’s only 2.6 billion dinar….they don’t meet the budget. 1:1 – they’re still short….they’re 3 x short. The easiest way to see this – divide 26 billion into 89.1 = rate…that’s what they have to come out with! Have to! Are they going to charge us 25% from the CBI? A: NO! The CBI rate is what you’re going to get almost everybody because everyone’s going to be vying for your money and that’s why you want to cash in quickly – otherwise there’s a spread and the very beginning you ought to go to any major banks and get CBI rates. Q: I know you said the Exxon and ….were really putting a lot of Iraq, beside them and some of the obvious, is there any other reason they must do this other than they’re running low on money…can they keep postponing it? A: Can they? Sure…but keep in mind eventually they can’t pay the military and haven’t paid their government either and you have a total meltdown…the only one in the way is Maliki. If you look at him in the last few days…he’s saying whatever you want, I’m in. The only reason he’d say that is because they got him by the short hair…saying if you do this, you’re gone and in jail. See the paper…you don’t see him screaming anymore about the Strategic Council being unconstitutional….if that’s not bending over saying I’m done, I don’t know what is. Just get these guys together and announce the ministers…that’s all that’s left. The biggest pressure is they want to be the biggest and strongest currency – Iraq is going to be the biggest player and they have toilet paper for currency. Other than Exxon and those guys, they’re gone. They can’t afford for them to leave…these countries can’t go to Russia and China….they have to buy…..? They want money more than that. It’s all about money. Follow the money and when oil companies stand up and say we’re out of here, Maliki knows it too. Q: You’ve always said the rate would be between 3.41 or more? Any chance it would be more? A: 3.41 – that’s it. A managed float – they let it float to 1166 and that’s a good rate. They’ll let it float to where they want to float. Q: Are you still considering doing a bank? A: Yes, I am. When we go down to Austin, we’ll have one day to talk about it and everyone who needs to be a part of it, fine. I think we need to know about the Fed. Reserve and have a Christian bank. Q: We keep hearing the world needs this dinar to re-boot the world system…is that a concern? A: I’ll say this…for the most part, are people going to use this to re-boot the system? They might. The Paris Debt – they use the currency and they pay their debts when it goes up 3-4,000 x which would be no problem to do. All the countries that have it is money out of thin air that’s costing Iraq zero dollars…and those who started this is sharp to create money out of thin air. Other countries will do the same….I don’t believe in large global settlements. I have a contact in the government out of Dallas and not that they don’t have a clue, it’s not in their budget to be well-to-do. I don’t think that’s a major issue. Condeleza Rice said many countries will RV their currency – Vietnam, Saudi Arabia….but they don’t have to be the same time…I don’t believe the other boards are correct to say this. Q: This is for IQD, for Iraq, things they need to get done and the rest of the countries may benefit. A: I have enough connections to know that’s the truth – do people know this will be a world-wide event, yes. Is it the savior of the world, no. Q: I was in a chat room with serious bankers and was told this is key as a part of equity of world settlement and the IMF had the ability to force the RV. A: I know a lot of bankers too and none of them say that…most of the time they laugh when people say that. IMF sets the price of your eggs…if you say I want it to be $3…they say okay –they don’t force anything. Q: They said there is a team of players involved that amounts 2 prices – one to us and one for the 15% crowd of Obama’s, Bush’s, and China who have muscled their way into this. A: There’s only one currency …there’s 3 D’s that they can set the price through the treat for the prices of the dinar…there’s not going to be multiple layers of what the dinar’s going to bring…it’s what’s negotiated based upon buying and selling oil within the treaty . It’s either the country itself or the people and the buy/sell rate won’t be an issue …after that it will come into play. Q: Do you know the rates they’ll charge? A: CBI rates…leave over a million dollars in the bank which is no big deal for most of us…the fees will come into play about 6 months out because you won’t have many people striving for your money. Q: Can the banks pull taxes out? A: No…only the lottery because it’s a state tax or fund...this isn’t coming from the state. Q: What’s the tax? A: My guy says it’s 15% -- because you don’t track a $100 bill there’s no receipt and because of that they don’t track time and there’s no tracking. Q: 1,000 Toyota’s and Mobile shut down causing pressures/ A: I don’t know about the cars, but Exxon is shutting down if Iraq doesn’t pay them. The biggest thing about the Arab Summit is to show these guys they’re big enough… they’re arrogant enough. Exxon would have to pack up to show them but they think they need them. I don’t think they’ll have an Arab Summit if they don’t get this going. Next week ought to be a very hot week for us…this conference ha got to start…it’s all a matter of timing as to how fast they get out. Q: If we have money in a bank in Iraq and they RV, let’s say $1,000 dollars…would they move the decimal point to the right? A: Why would they have to? Q: If I build a house, I’d have to pay them back? A: How much is 50 dinar going to be after the RV….it doesn’t change. Maybe the thing isn’t worth 50,000 dollars anymore….but they all know that and the USD amount is high now. They’ll just change it pretty close to the dinar. The dinar is the dinar for them and they actually trade dinars. All these articles with the banking laws are two years old…they just change the date. Q: Once this changes, pull your money out because things could fall apart in Iraq. A: Nothing will happen in Iraq that fast…they’re not letting that currency move except up. Not letting it come down. Q: Is there a bank giving out CBI rates? A: The major banks will do the same…go to the private banking areas and if you go with a group, they’ll all work with you as long as you leave $1 million for the first 90 days – after that, $3-4 million. They can make money in their bank, but the further it goes out, you may have to leave more money in there because the fees will go up. It’s not going to take you long…talk to a tax attorney who knows this stuff and you should be done. Don’t make a move until you talk to a tax attorney – CPA. Q: Re: Strategic Framework? A: It was supposed to be done in March. Q: Re: Contractors from other countries – article said Korean companies are signing to do power plants. We know they have the artificial program rate…but offering contractors a rate…Is this the future rate of the RV? A: It’s probably true, but again, they can’t do that unless they have an RV because they don’t have the money. Even though they signed contracts, they can’t pay for them but some time they have to put up some money. Q: I was listening to Phoenix…I guess the Iraqi news said the World bank was trying to establish a window rate, one rate, then offer the contractors another rate to do what they had to do before the RV. Could you share some light on it? A: You can’t shed any light with a contractor because it’s done based individually with treaties of their country on the dinar and that has to be used on some of it, especially with oil….the US gets something different than the CBI rate. It depends on what treaties they signed – each country has a treaty with another country – they’re all different and would be based upon that. There’s no way to tell unless you read the treaty which won’t be available and they’re 20 years old…then the old one becomes history – no longer valid and so on. Q: So it’s classified info among the countries? A: Yes, exactly – when you’re doing import and export…they have what they call a trade deficit, leveling with a tax or no tax…each one can be different. There’s no use chasing that though either. Q: Can the lower denom’s have more value in the future? Better to keep the 1,000 down? A: It won’t matter …lower denom’s won’t bring in anything different. Q: Do you believe US banks are ready when this happens? A: Yep! Q: If it comes out at 3.41 and a managed float…will it be 90 days managed float at 2% A: Yes and I know it will come out at 3.41 – Shabibi was pretty adamant about the managed floatl. Q: Smart Cards? A: They have multiple purposes to use as an ATM…before they were using them by going to the vendor and give $100 worth of food, not like ours as an exchange. They don’t have that access…as far as infrastructure, it’s in terrible shape but not until the RV comes out. The government had Smart Cards and you just go to the vendor but the government went haywired….Now they’re trying to bring it out again because theyr’e going to have money again which should be in the next few weeks. Q: Do you believe the ministers have been picked and working, just not announced? And, the HCL will be announced at the same time? A: You have to have a Strategic Council – power sharing of Maliki, Shabibi, and ??? - -that will happen prior to the RV…I’ll just leave it like that, but it’ll be close. Q: You don’t think the Erbil will? A: What is the Erbil? It’s 18 points that the Strategic Council agreed upon and that’s what has to be implemented to announce the ministers…2 things on Erbil left…it’s an agreement, not a contract. The SC is a contract which the Kurds wanted Maliki to agree to. Q: Are the ministers working and have a working GOI? A: The guys are working, picked guys going in behind them, all there, but not announced….The actual function is going on and it’s working as a whole government. The security minister can’t do anything until put into place and announced, and they can change that…they could change the actual person in there. Until they announce the guy there, it’ll be up in the air and that’s what the conference is about…Maliki has been the contentious one…I don’t like that guy, I don’t like that guy….now, it’s whatever you want me to do. Q: A while back you talked about an opinion letter from the IRS…still think it’s going to be necessary? A: Yes, because this is a once in a lifetime event and I want to make sure I have my ducks in a row…I want to make sure I don’t have to look over my shoulder with the IRS to say I did it wrong and fight that battle. I think the letter will cost about $1,000 and it’s money well spent. I just want to be prudent with the money I got. Q: Should we contact the IRS individually? A: If enough people request it, it will be posted – I’ll post the letter and send it out on the email list. Q: I heard this from my contact—the GOI is done but not announced. A: Right Q: The announcement will probably be at the conference, right? A: After the conference. Q: Ministers are picked A: Exactly right. Q: I heard the IMF and Parliament gave Iraq recently – was very unhappy and pissed off with Obama because he’s trying to stop it and Iraq to present the RV….I was told that the IMF has been given the power by the G-20 that they will RI and then RV right after and make sure they can throw everyone in Iraq against the wall to make sure this. I was told this by very good sources and truly believe the IMF can…Iraq has taken forever, but that time is out right now…the world and everybody can’t afford that and Obama has cost countries millions of dollars – I have many scenarios. Contacts are at the IMF said they will act, if necessary – even if an RI but it won’t stand at that rate. I don’t want to say what I’ve heard on the rate because I think it has to be higher simply because the prices around us…..I used to believe it, but not with what’s going on here. There’s been downgraded countries, like Germany, so there’s so many moving parts and I don’t want to bring up Soros…have you heard that? A: I get what’s going on and I promise you IMF is not going to do anything…I know that. The source of the rate –is Soros going to make money, yes, a killing and he’s probably one of the ones with the Fed. Reserve….One issue about the government…it’s the “have’s and have nots”…if you’re into something they really don’t want you in it and will do anything to get you out of it. I know Senators and they know about it and they let the scam issues go on because they don’t’ want you to have it. Obama has to pump anything he can to be re-elected and at the same time, keep it under his thumb with the millionaires to pay – for those over a million – he wants to have a 30% tax rate, it wouldn’t be a capital gains, it would be on everything you made…but hey, it’s not me. I’m not so worried about that stuff, but the IMF three years ago was going to make this happen…. Q: I’ve heard it for 3 years, but Hillarious went over there and gave Parliament, Shabibi and everyone else …she had to go there and threatened them to go back to the table to do what they were supposed to do…they’ve come so far as we know within their government, and I understand it’s done, but not announced. A: I agree with the GOI basically done, but what they’ve been bickering over is done purposely over the 3 spots of ministers…and Obama backed out or asked them not to RV multiple times and then let it ride when the ministry squabbles were going on. Q: I can’t even get into it because it would blow everyone out of the water. A: I knkow a lot too, but I thought he was terrible him in the beginning, but I wouldn’t want him around my kids. Q: China has been on his back as well. A: I do know the countries have been on their backs…this is about over and I don know that the US knows it…we were given a dead date, and I’m not telling anybody that date…but just keep in mind the Arab Summit and I think we’re about out of this thing.. CANCER IS A FUNGUS ... ... AND IT IS CURABLE By xxx The figures are fantastic. Some eight million people die every year from cancer worldwide, more than half a million in the United States alone. The global number is predicted to rise to twelve million by 2030. Cancer is the biggest cause of death for people under 85 and in the US one in four people die from cancer - one in four. The reason I mention him again here is that he told those doctors in 1969: 'We can cure almost every cancer right now. Information is on file in the Rockefeller Institute, if it's ever decided that it should be released.' Day said that letting people die of cancer would slow down population growth - 'You may as well die of cancer as something else'. These people no soul and that's why they do what they do. Big Pharma has no desire to cure cancer when it is making vast fortunes from treating the symptoms with devastating drugs and cell-killing, people-killing poisons like chemotherapy. He also observed that the cancer 'lumps' were always white. What else is white? Candida. Simoncini realised that what mainstream medicine believed to be cell growth going wild - 'cancerous growth' - is actually the immune system producing cells to defend the body from Candida attack. He says the sequence goes like this: Candida is normally kept under control by the immune system, but when that becomes undermined and weakened the Candida can expand and build a 'colony'. The Candida eventually penetrates an organ and the immune system has to respond to the threat in another way. This 'way' is to build a defensive barrier with its own cells and this growth is what we call cancer. It is said that the spreading of cancer to other parts of the body is caused by 'malignant' cells escaping from their origin. Simoncini, however, says this is not the case at all. The spread of cancer is triggered by the real cause of cancer, the Candia fungus, escaping from the original source. What allows cancer to manifest, as I have been saying in my books for years, is a weakened immune system. When that is working efficiently it deals with the problem before it gets out of hand. In this case, it keeps the Candida under control. But look at what has been happening as cancer numbers worldwide have soared and soared. There has been a calculated war on the human immune system that has got more vociferous with every decade. The immune system is weakened and attacked by food and drink additives, chemical farming, vaccinations, electromagnetic and microwave technology and frequencies, pharmaceutical drugs, the stress of modern 'life', and so much more. What defences are today's children going to have when they are given 25 vaccinations and combinations of them, before the age of two - while their immune system is still forming for goodness sake? What destroys the immune system quicker than anything else? CHEMOTHERAPY You can add radiation to that as well. Chemotherapy is a poison designed to kill cells. Er, that's it. The 'cutting-edge' of mainstream cancer 'treatment' is to poison the victim and hope that you kill the cancer cells before you have killed enough healthy cells to kill the patient. But wait. This chemotherapy poison also kills the cells of the immune system and leaves it shot to pieces. And the Candida is still there. This devastated immune system cannot respond effectively to the Candida and it takes over other parts of the body to start the process again, so causing the cancer to spread. Even those who appear to have recovered after surgery and chemotherapy and been given 'the all-clear' are just a ticking clock. Their immune system is now shattered and it is only a matter of time before the Candida triggers a relapse. In other words: Chemotherapy is killing the people it is supposed to be curing. Of course, it can never 'cure' anyone of anything, except life. It is a poison destroying the very system that we need to be healthy and strong if we are to be cured. When Simoncini realised that cancer is a fungal infection, or infestation, he went in search of something that would kill the fungus and so remove the cancer. He realised that anti-fungal drugs don't work because the fungus quickly mutates to defend itself and then even starts to feed off the drugs that are prescribed to kill it. Instead, Simoncini found something much, much simpler - sodium bicarbonate. Yes, the main ingredient in good old baking soda (but I stress not the same as baking soda, which has other ingredients). He used this because it is a powerful destroyer of fungus and, unlike the drugs, the Candida cannot 'adapt' to it. The patient is given sodium bicarbonate orally and through internal means like an endoscope, a long thin tube that doctors use to see inside the body without surgery. This allows the sodium bicarbonate to be placed directly on the cancer - the fungus. The ancient Egyptians knew about the healing properties of anti-fungal substances and Indian books going back a thousand years actually recommend 'alkaline of strong potency' for treating cancer. In 1983, Simoncini treated an Italian man, Gennaro Sangermano, who had been given months to live with lung cancer. A few months later he wasn't dead, he was back to health and the cancer was gone. More success followed and Simoncini presented his findings to the Italian Department of Health in the hope that they would begin scientifically-approved trials to show that it worked. But he was to learn the true scale of medical manipulation and deceit. The authorities not only ignored his documentation, he was disbarred from the Italian Medical Order for prescribing cures that had not been approved. Yep, I really said that - for prescribing cures that had not been approved. He was subjected to a vicious campaign of ridicule and condemnation by the pathetic media and then jailed for three years for causing 'wrongful death' to patients he had treated. From all angles the word was out - get Simoncini. The medical establishment said that his claims about sodium bicarbonate were 'crazy' and 'dangerous'. One 'leading doctor' even ludicrously referred to sodium bicarbonate as a 'drug'. All the time millions of people were dying from cancers that could have been treated effectively. These people don't give a ****. Tullio Simoncini is, thankfully, no quitter and he has continued to circulate his work on the Internet and in public talks. I heard of him through Mike Lambert at the Shen Clinic and Simoncini spoke there while I was away in the United States. I know that he is having remarkable success in dramatically reducing and removing altogether even some real late stage cancers using sodium bicarbonate. This can take months in some cases, but in others, like breast cancer where the tumour is easily accessible, it can be days before it is no more. People are also curing themselves under Simoncini's guidance and at the end of this article I have linked to some videos in which you can hear people talk about their experiences and cures. I wrote a newsletter last April about the fact that cancer is a fungus in an article about the findings of two British scientists and researchers, Professor Gerry Potter of the Cancer Drug Discovery Group and Professor Dan Burke. Their combined findings reveal the following ... Cancer cells have a unique 'biomarker' that normal cells do not, an enzyme called CYP1B1 (pronounced sip-one-bee-one). Enzymes are proteins that 'catalyse' (increase the rate of) chemical reactions. The CYP1B1 alters the chemical structure of something called salvestrols that are found naturally in many fruit and vegetables. This chemical change turns the salvestrols into an agent that kills cancer cells, but does no harm to healthy cells. The synchronicity is perfect. The CYP1B1 enzyme appears only in cancer cells and it reacts with salvestrols in fruit and vegetables to create a chemical substance that kills only cancer cells. But here's the point with regard to cancer being a fungus. Salvestrols are the natural defence system in fruit and vegetables against fungal attacks and that's why you only find them in those species subject to fungus damage, like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, blackcurrants, redcurrants, blackberries, cranberries, apples, pears, green vegetables (especially broccoli and the cabbage family), artichokes, red and yellow peppers, avocados, watercress, asparagus and aubergines. What's more, the Big Pharma/Big Biotech cartels know all this and they have done two major things to undermine this natural defence from the fungal attack that is cancer. The chemical fungicide sprays used in modern farming kill fungus artificially and this means the plants and crops do not have to trigger their own defence - salvestrols. My friend is an author. He and I were chatting about this venture. I responded to him that I thought it would be a while before we saw any "real" movement on the IQD... here is his response: I don’t think so, Alex. While researching my book, I developed a few relationships with some financial people who were anti-Goldman, anti-Fed like John Allison, Eric Rodin, Peter Luiks, Robert Fay, Ric Edelman and some others. The London-Bern-Rothschild contingent has overplayed their hand and China is looking at their investments going down the drain due to this massive central bank counterfeit operation. They were waiting to see if anyone was going to be prosecuted, but Obama isn’t going to do that. He’s owned by them, same as Bush. It’s Punch & Judy on a global scale. The Grand Scheme was for the RV to occur before the election, giving Obama the funds to pay off the national debt and be swept into office as The Second Coming of George Washington; but, the EU has started to unravel due to Greece and Iraq is getting anxious about Iran and Syria. The London cartel has had to speed up the timeline; but, to hedge their bets, they put the NDAA into place which would allow them to enlist private armies to protect “critical assets,” i.e. banks and make mass arrests of angry protestors – in effect, declare martial law and turn the US into a police state. Have the corporation open an off-shore bank account; he actually recommended chartering a bank in the Philippines because of it’s non-aligned status. Then your corporation hires you as an officer and pays you a salary, provides benefits and whatever else you need to perform your duties. The Presidency of the Council of Representatives decided last Monday to postpone the parliamentary session eighteen normal to the fourteenth of this month for lack of quorum for the session, which was dedicated to discuss the budget for fiscal year 2012. If anyone has ever read my posts you know I think the Erbil Agreement is the single most important factor in the future of the dinar.Hell,the future of Iraq...period!IMO this agreement seriously limits the chances of another dictator coming to power in Iraq.....and it is what we and the rest of the world have been waiting for.We should see everything else fall into place quite quickly if the Erbil Agreement is in fact about to be completed.JMO folks. We Couldn't Find An Eraser ! 2-10-2012 Guru Doc Several have suggested that the proposed 2012 budget currently being debated does in fact hint to a RV rate in the upper $3+ range. This is assumed by taking the budget of 115 trillion dinar and dividing it by the assumed total dinar of around 30 trillion. Unfortunately this is not how budget or RV value works. The budget is simply an accounting of the expenses of the GOI to operate the country. 2-10-2012 Guru Doc The revenues coming in to pay for these expenses is from oil and the budget assumes 2.6 million barrels/day at $85. Doing the math we calculate revenue to be $81 billion. Now we apply an exchange rate of 1170 dinar/$ and revenues are about 95 trillion dinar or about 20 trillion less than expenses. However in the budget they stated there was around a 20 trillion shortfall and it would be made up from reserves. Simply put the budget being debate right now assumes a 1170 exchange rate. The question is do they have a second budget ready to present post RV? They put it back on the table….Talabani took it from Maliki and put it back with the 3 ministers with the SP where it belongs. We should see a name for a security ministers in 24 -48 hours. Once we see all three ministers, we will be cooking! When Maliki feels it’s complete, he will make an announcement and Shabibi will be behind him. If he doesn’t, Allawi will have the authority to do this because he will have seated the 3 ministers. There is NO WAY…and I’m taking all questions when I got a call last night….when this conference or meeting is over, we will have Erbil and the 3 ministers seated. These are things that are being said in private and we know them for a fact. So whether the RV is coming out of the conference or an RV afterwards, we will see it soon. I don’t want to discuss anybody’s thoughts or opinions…we’re not weeks away. We need to not take the propaganda…they do that with the truth and then they slide back. When the conference meeting has adjourned and all the smoke has settled, we’ll have an RV or be at the door. Q & A – Let’s get fired up with some questions: Q: There’s a lot of discrepancy about when the conference starts…I’ve heard a couple things about 10 cents and 26 cents…I can make cases for it as I’ve been around it for a long time and can regergetate it, and I’m not going to worry about it. Having said that, please please know that the bank now is legit with the numbers and that’s why we’ll see our RV because before they were phoney – and it was all made up to make us happy. Q: I respect the fact that you and Fresh haven’t said one bad word, but I listened to one call today and there’s a lot of back tracking going on with people trying to suppor t these higher rates. I’m fine with .86-1 but I’ve heard a lot of people say that they need the money and it doesn’t make sense…any thoughts? A: Check this out – when you have people who have theories they don’t have anything that supports their theory. We have 2 theories…if it’s forced open, it’s .86-1.00. Secondly, the IMF made an agreement with Iraq …all in writing…that when they RI or RV, they’re going to come back at 3.21 + 20% inflation and they can’t go above Kuwait by 25 cents. So all these hocus pocus things they’re coming up with are not true. The only thing that Iraq has given the world are the two things I just expressed. That’s it! Shabibi never said we’re going to come back with a 10 cents and be the top country. He said we’re going to be the most powerful currency in our region. Q. If they come out below a dollar…and they change the rate with a time limit – don’t think they can do that…they barely can get $18 out of a $25K note, there’s very little dinar in the country and then come out with a quarter or dime with currency they’ve never seen before, and compared to the dollar, they’re not going to give it up. A: It cost $14 for each note…about 4 years ago Congress told what each bill that was made cost…25,000 - $14, $10,000 was $10+ -- for this currency to come back less than $3.21 is absurd…it’s not going to happen. And people who are in the know English speaking people, say it’s going to happen and it’s going to RV. If they wanted to do it on a dime, they could drop the 000’s and change the rate to 10 cents…it’s absurd…If people who are saying this stuff really had people in that country, they wouldn’t be saying that stuff. And if these people keep the dollar in the system after the GOI is fully formed, the IMF is going to slaughter them…just like Vietnam…they were ready to go 3-8 cents and the next day the IMF slammed dunked them for not dollarizing their currency. Iraq isn’t dumb…they know the penalty…stay inside ourselves….I don’t see smoke when the picture is clear to me. And more people are coming in line with what I’ve been saying for the last 2 years…this currency is going to RV and the budget may be opened .86-1.13 if forced opened, and if Maliki announces his government with the 3 ministers in place, this currency is going to RI or RV…3.21 + 20% and no higher than 25 cents above Kuwait. Q: If it’s forced out, is it still going to be a managed float? A: That’s a great question…when that .86 forces the budget opened, the IMF is going to call them and get into motion dealing with Iraqi’s as to how fast to let it go with the world’s largest oil resources. Iraq is #1 …so the IMF has to be the rule keeper and law enforcer with currencies so what the IMF is going to do is swing this thing as fast as they can to get them up with speed and re-doing their country. So, 86 cents is just the beginning, and I don’t know if we see it, but by the time we see it it could be up to $2-3…they’re going to move it. Q: Once the RV takes place, do you think there will be a set amount of time to cash in or immediately overnight. A: Let’s say the bank opens and Iraq opens right now….you can’t get up and go to the bank because they don’t’ know what to do with you – until the NY Stock Exchange opens and every country in the world says that the Iraqi dinar is available, and it’s at this rate…they’ll le-mail every branch which won’t take that long…the first one is NY Stock Exchange, then Tokyo, London, Bejiing, whatever is the stock exchange in that country for international trading. No one can change anything about that. That’s why we shoot down that algorism stuff….they will send it to the bank and this is what it’s worth. Q: As far as the information from guru’s, is it because they’re getting compensated for dinar sales? Are there any you could say you could respect. A: I’m not going to say – because there’s a lot of good ones, and there are more good than bad. Some people don’t care if and will do anything they can to buy dinars and a lot of them don’t care if it ever RV’s…the ones who care are the ones who give you rules….this is what happens and this is how we’ll get the RV. They’re like you – waiting on their investment like you and waiting for the blessing to materialize. Q: The important national meeting??? A: Talabani, Maliki, Shabibi…everyone runs the country…they will all be represente4d by their leaders. The agenda in addition to the ministers – I heard there’s something besides the seating of the ministers. Absolutely – the HCL is Talabani’s baby – and electricity for the people and what they want to make this work…a bunch of trade going on…that’s the way we taught them and that’s the way democracy is. Q: So, if it goes as we hope that the ministers will be approved, does it have to go to Parliament? A: Yes, I think it’ll happen right then and there…swear them in and he’s not going to let Maliki do anything …they’re going to make him do what they want….they’re not going to come out of the meetings like he did with Erbil….leave, start garbage and strip Erbil with his teeth. Q: Now Shabibi is satisfied with the power sharing and he pulls the trigger…is the US Treasury involved? A: Always, but nothing to do with the RV…it will go to every major stock exchange in the world and controlled by the IMF and World bank…they’ll shoot it out to everyone. Q: No more delays with the other 100 countries we were told were involved with the IMf…? A: None…when they have the ministers, it will be done in hours. Q: The national conference and the Arab Summit are different things? A: National conference in my book and people in the ground said it started 2 Sunday’s ago…this is what’s good. Monica said something that I’ve been keeping on my chest for a while…She said what if (named all the top leaders) are meeting and hammering things out? Well, we have proof that Talabani already signed something and ……………………..and they changed the name of the conference. When they changed the status, they’re getting ready to horse trade…but I believe when the top of the executive branch is there, they’re going to trade with one another on things they need. A: That’s in March 12 or 14th…last year it was supposed to be May but they didn’t have the money and they’re too vain…they’re not going to be penniless and show their neighbors so they postponed it …they have a bunch of pretty buildings but their culture doesn’t think that way – you have to feed people, show a great amount of hospitality and if you’re not in control with the currency, they’re going to see you as weak. Q: I saw Maliki and everyone having a meeting and they were all happy – that tells me things are progressing. Can you name the 3 phases that the RV will take to RV. A: The only phase I’m interested in is the RV…I’m not in tune with that…we just have to look for the Kurds to open the budget, security ministers, Erbil, and Allawi seated. I’m not concerned with phases…I think a lot of that stuff is garbage. The phase is this…get the RV. We’re not far away. Q: A: Iraq is famous for giving you a little news and then 3-4 days they take the truth back…that’s the way they do business. They change their minds thinking they have a deal…they don’t do business like we do in the western world, so the things we think and hold to be true, they don’t care about. Q: This may last 3-4 weeks. A: No, anything’s possible, but I think it’s going to be 3-4 days that Talabani wants this thing done. Q: I can’t understand how they say they care for their people and Maliki keep s dragging this out when it should have been done last June? How can they let him get by with this? And the people suffering? A: Look, imagine this….just think if you’ve been abused for 20 years and then a liberator came and set you free, how far do you think you would wonder at first the person who was afflicting the abusiveness upon you? Most people don’t – sadly to say. When M. is pulling shananigans, it’s par for the course. Then you have Talabani and Allawi – they say the old way is done with a democracy. But Maliki used the Constitution to beat his side of his head…he starts fighting at the most inopportune moment when they want to feed people and get out the Smart Cards. Maliki gets people killed. My hope and belief along with intel…what this man has done, they’re going to get him when he’s no longer Prime Minister. He’s gone. Maliki is a bad boy and that’s all I want to say about him because I’ll start overdoing it. The people won’t know better until a man like Allawi becomes a Prime Minister and build hospitals ---the man is a brain surgeon. They keep trying to force it, but this guy is difficult to deal with and they don’t want to throw their country into civil war..and Maliki knows it, he’s a bully. Q: I don’t think it’s all Iraq – I think it’s with other countries. A: Well, I can’t call you wrong, but if the IMF finds out, everybody will have to annie up – Q: We thought they were seated a year ago and here we go again…I don’t understand their way of doing things. A: Maliki threw everybody a curve ball..using the word FORMED the government, but later we found out that this isn’t working…M. kept the 3 most important ministers out of the government and kept it for himself….If he would have allowed it to go the way it was said to go, these guys were elected and ready for office, but Maliki said it’s “my job” and I have the right to appoint this and stopped the process. He said I’m going to sit at the head until I find someone professional and competent (those were his words). Q: Am I wrong that the US wouldn’t release Ch. 7? A: Yes, not until he announces he has a completed government and the ministers are seated. Q: Are we looking for an RV between now and the 15th? A: Anytime, but I don’t know the date. They want to surprise us and they will. Q: Is it possible to do this before the conference because Obama has a meeting on the 13th…he may ask for an extension. A: I’m not going to speculate and I don’t see why because the president has made sure that Iraq’s hand is no longer in our pocket and we don’t give them a crumb. If his counterpart knew he was funneling money, they’d crucify him. So, I don’t know why since we’re no longer there…except for those who are there and they pay us…we don’t pay them any longer. It's been quite some time since I have anything in the way of a legitimate post, so let me say from the get go here that I am a devout believer in the dinar revalue. I have been into this investment since '05 as a civilian contractor in Iraq. I spent 5 years there and have followed the investment and forums daily since then. Because of that I have acquired the mindset of feeling like we have to question anything the so called "gurus" have to say. For the most part they spout only gibberish. Credit where it is due however, once in awhile a gem in genuine info and advice is given. What we all need to remember is very simple...the opinions and predictions presented, while supposedly based on fact, are only opinion and guesswork...nothing more. Even the most educated guesses are just that...guesswork. There is no way that a Western mind will ever understand truly the Middle Eastern mentality or reasoning. We base everything on OUR way of thinking, and that is the fundamental mistake. While the GOI must act within certain perameters as set forth by certain World authorities, they are still their own country. What they do and how they do it may not agree with us as Westerners, but they still have the right to do pretty much as they wish regardless of our objections. Their motivations are, have been and always will be not subject to our approval. I am certain Iraq is grateful for U.S. intervention in ridding them of of a dictator and tyrant, but at the same time I can understand their reluctance to "kowtow" to anyone's directions in their future. Everyone asks "why"...why has the R/V not occurred yet, why doesn't Shabbs do this, or Maliki do that. The answer is simple: they don't HAVE to tell us why. When the goat is staked to the tree as bait for the tiger, is he told in advance what will happen? Of course not. Dignity and self respect are as big an issue in Iraq, maybe even more so, than anywhere else in the world, so their refusal to be dictated to by anyone becomes even more apparent. Right or wrong, efficient or inefficient, they still have a right to their own sovereignty and the process to their independence will be on their terms and their pace. For the most part, people's aggravation regarding the delayed r/v stems from impatience. I am as guilty of that as anyone else. It also stems from lack of investigation on the part of each of us. It's kind of human nature anymore to expend as little energy as possible. Far easier to just listen and follow the words of some self proclaimed "guru", than spend the time and energy into investigating the facts ourselves. Therein lies the fundamental danger and is one of the reasons cults exist in the world today...it is easier to just follow than take the initiative and lead. Read. Study. Make up your OWN mind, before someone else makes it up for you and leads you someplace you do not want to be. We all have a responsibility in the world...to educate and elevate ourselves. To use the brain God has given us.

It is my firm belief by watching and listening that the agenda of Obama is already been decided. With the many meetings with Isreal about what and how to deal with Iran it is common place thinking to say that the US has reassurred Isreal that we have their backs in a conflict with Iran once it is time. Now Isreal has wanted to stop them by preemptive strikes several times and yet both President and Vice President of the US has presueded them to wait. First Isreal said that they will have to act before their winter sets in if they are to be successful, then another meeting was help between the US and them now they say by summer because Iran is growing increasingly closer to a nuclear threat that cannot be turned back once they have it. It is my firm belief that they will be told one more time to wait until the end of summer before taking any action..........It is my prediction that Obama has set a timeline for this to correspond with the election 2012. If the United States of America is engaged in a war at the time of an election the sitting president will stay in office until?. I firmly believe this is his strategy just incase he was to be losing in the polls. While it is justified to stop a rogue country like Iran who has threatened to wipe another off the face of the earth to feed their hatred, it is not justified to use such a destructive event to stay in office. Hey truthful, I think that them not setting a date could be the best thing that could have done because every time they set a date they screw it up. This leads me to believe that this time they want it done, finished and agreed upon before they announce the date of the National Meeting that will enable them to announce to the world that they are in full agreement on how to run their country....hence..removal of Chapter VII.. If you take the rules you just layed out to Delta and try to make that post fit inside them there is no way it works. Just out of curiosity what kind of "special circumstances" allows that to run for 751 pages when it is totally full of innuendos, insinuations, descriptive terminology, and other phallic humor. Hello DV family, I don't know how many of you out there have recently considered your thoughts and beliefs around money. Currently, there have been a lot of events going on in my life that have brought me to the point that I have recently began to study this subject for myself. I had begun studying it several years ago, and did not carry it through. I am SO THANKFUL that while talking to a friend this week, (we are involved in an online biz together) we decided to work together, study, train, ect. all for the end result of being SUCCESSFUL in our new venture. Mind you, I have been part of multiple MLM's, I do believe that they can be a great vehicle for prosperity, but I HAVE NEVER TRULY SUCCEEDED. That brings me to today, having discovered the ROOT ERROR in my thinking...OMG...I am so thankful that I am AWARE OF MY FINANCIAL BLUEPRINT, before the RV....I DO NOT WANT to be in the HUGE group of people that never receive FINANCIAL FREEDOM!!! Or in the group that only has it for a very short time (like the majority of big lottery winners). Yes, the first step is that I HAVE BECOME AWARE that I have a lot of learning to do, and am diligently persuing A NEW SET OF FINANCIAL beliefs and actions...I am writing this today because I suspect that there are MANY,MANY fellow Dinarians here that may be in the same, or similar place in their THOUGHTS AND ACTIONS. I CANNOT TELL YOU HOW GRATEFUL I AM THAT I HAVE RECOGNIZED THE NEED I HAVE...What if the RV had already happened, given my very recent MONEY BLUEPRINT, I VERY LIKELY would have had a great amount of wealth for a very short time!!! United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon intended to attend the Arab League (AL) summit scheduled to be held in Baghdad late in March, an Iraqi official newspaper reported Thursday. "United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon, high-level officials of international organizations and foreign ambassadors intended to attend the opening session of the Baghdad Arab summit on March 29," the state-run newspaper al-Sabah quoted unnamed Arab sources as saying. Iraqi Minister of Foreign Affairs Hoshyar Zebari met Wednesday with ambassadors of Arab countries to Baghdad and explained to them Baghdad's logistic and security preparations for the summit which will be preceded by a meeting for Arab economy ministers on March 27, while the foreign ministers will meet on March 28. Zebari also confirmed that "Iraq is intending to send envoys on the level of ministers to submit official invitation letters to the Arab kings and presidents to attend the summit." Earlier, Iraqi deputy foreign minister Labid Abbawi told local media that "all the (Arab) countries confirmed their participation on highest levels in the summit." However, Abbawi said that "there might be exception from some countries for reasons of their own, but we have received promises that if the heads of the countries would not attend the summit they will be represented by highest level officials." Iraqi authorities also announced that the day of the summit will be an official holiday and security measures will be tightened in the capital to avoid any possible security deterioration. Caution folks. There is already a master registry that has all the serial numbers of all the notes and it's called the CBI. I am not encouraging any decisions here for we are all grown folks and make our own decisions but ask yourself why? Why would you want to register a serial number with a database that can be used for the purpose that it is inteded or worse, for ulterior motives? IMMHO and I think is a bad idea. I would not do it. When that rate moved those four little "PIPs" I thought I was gonna have a stroke. One divided by 1170 equals 0.000854. And one divided by 1166 equals $0.000857. If they "remove the three zeroes" from the exchange rate, $0.000857 becomes 86 cents. And I remember Delta saying even last April that his CBI relative/contact told him the rate would originate at 86 cents per one dinar and rise from there. Everyone called him crazy, but it looks like he might have be on to something

What is worse, is that the speed of light was predicted to be slower than the rate of expansion of the universe. If that is true, then if we ARE in an oscillating universe (Instead of an expanding one or one in stasis) and it IS going to collapse, that same speed differential will be true on the back-side and the light from the old stars will block from view the approaching wave of violet shifted light caused by the oncoming collapse until it is all too late! Or worst case... suction out the water and replace it, or break the seal on the sealant and redo it.
