Tripphood - longtime member here at DV went to heaven on Oct. 18 from medical complications resulting from a common medical procedure. He was a close personal friend of me and my wife and was a great human being and Christian. He will be laid to rest Oct 23. Many of you remember Tripphood and his great discussions here and have good memories. May his family and loved ones feel comfort during this difficult time.

He was Christian.

His pain is over.

That does nothing to heal that huge gaping hole that was just one moment ago a great big piece of your heart, but was torn straight out of your chest and disappeared with him when he left.

It's always toughest for those that were closest, and were chosen to stay here for some unfinished business.

It's also obvious you guys were good friends.

My prayers to you and yours, along to his family.

Please let us know if his family is in any need.

These times can be unbearably difficult.

I'm sure if you sent a PM to Texas Granny, or Markinsa, either one would at least have a chat to discuss options, with Adam.

Maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to have a little memorial slush fund to help out DV'rs that didn't make it to the end of this ride.

If we could raise what we did for humans so far away, we could definitely pool up something to at least help with expenses.

You are a good man for making this last post  for him.
