The Secretary-General of the Council of Ministers Mahdi Al-Alak said that the success of the partnership between the public and private sectors is an opportunity to reduce government expenditures and will contribute to providing real jobs for the unemployed and limit the migration of skills and youth.

This came during a workshop (partnership between the government and the private sector in the management of the economy and reconstruction of Iraq), which was held within the current session of the Baghdad Book Fair in Baghdad Hall at the Baghdad International Fair, under the auspices of the Association of Private Banks and within the platform of economic workshops, which was attended by the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers And Mr. Jacob Shonia, and the Director of the Bank of the tbi, and managed by the Director of Media Ministry of Planning, Mr. Abdul Zahra Hindawi.

The Secretary-General noted that the partnership will give the Iraqi government enough space to implement its strategic projects in the social sphere and attract capital.  He added that the indicators confirm that the work of the next phase will focus on securing and strengthening the partnership between the sectors, and will witness a large movement in improving the business environment and create a real partnership between the industrial and agricultural sectors.

The government is working hard to encourage the market economy, increase economic growth rates, rehabilitate vital facilities, increase production lines, ensure the workers in the private sector and eliminate corruption of all kinds in order to improve the country's financial and economic situation

Art dignifies the human experience ,and i endeavor to be part of that  I am  an intuitive out of the box thinker . The other part of my brain barely operates . This investment will pay off . The general framework of the program

Proposed Economic Reform Program
 
First: Revaluation, evaluation and reconstruction of the structural and institutional system of the economy according to the following:
 
The establishment of the Supreme Economic Council, which is linked to the Council of Ministers and with the broad participation of government experts and private sector experts, and is composed of independent experts, technicians and technocrats. The Council shall undertake the strategic planning of the economy, determine the executive policies, follow up and follow up implementation of the development plans and future visions.
