The deputy of the state of law, Kata al-Rikabi, affirmed on Tuesday that the visit of the President of the region Nechirvan Barzani to Baghdad came to advance congratulations to the new federal government, noting that linking the region to all the contentious issues with each other impedes finding a final solution.

Al-Rikabi said in a statement to "Information", that "the President of the Kurdistan region Nechirvan Barzani came to offer congratulations to the new Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, with an implicit reference to successive crises."

He added that "the crisis between al-Rikabi explained," "One of the final solutions to the dispute between the two parties is the agreement to pass the oil and gas law and the inclusion of Kurdish forces within the federal system to prevent Turkish violations."

Baghdad and Erbil will not be resolved in light of the region's continued linking all contentious issues with a unified agreement without fragmentation of crises such as the agreement to export oil and then the salaries of employees in the region and the distribution of wealth and so on."

Parliamentary Economy: The white paper includes 3 stages, starting with the reform of niches and currency auctions

06/23/2020 08:24:25

Baghdad / extent

The Parliamentary Economic and Investment Committee believes that the "white" reform paper announced by Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi is "positive".

She said it would be a road map to control the management of border ports and ports, tackle currency auction corruption and stimulate the private sector.

And the parliament required the government to present the economic reform law within a period of sixty days in exchange for its approval to pass the domestic and foreign borrowing law to fill the fiscal deficit for the year 2020 before the end of this month.
And the Al-Kazemi government was forced on the eleventh of last May to send a draft of the internal and external borrowing law to the House of Representatives after the decline in oil prices in global markets in order to be able to secure the salaries of workers in the state for the remaining five months of the fiscal year. Nada Shaker Jawdat, member of the Economic Committee in the House of Representatives told (Al-Mada) that "the economic white paper that the government intends to implement in the coming periods aims at a comprehensive reform of the economic system," stressing that "the paper is still under study and research, and the government has not finished preparing it yet." ".

The conditions of the financial crisis, the collapse of oil prices in the global markets, and the repercussions of the Corona virus pandemic crisis prompted Mustafa Al-Kazimi's government to review the financial policy in Iraq in order to overcome the financial distress that threatens the Iraqi economy.

Jawdat expects that "the economic white paper will consist of reform packages launched and implemented in the form of three phases; the first is short-term and is the control of the state on border ports and ports, tackling corruption in the currency auction, smuggling hard currency, reducing the salaries of the three presidencies, and solving the problem of state real estate."

And she adds, "As for the second stage of the reform paper, it will be medium-term, represented by restoring the Iraqi industry, solving the problem of corruption, and protecting the local product," pointing out that "the third stage will be long-term and includes major strategic projects."

The Prime Minister, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, confirmed the day before yesterday, that his government prepared a white paper for the expected reforms, and took preliminary recommendations that are being discussed before moving forward with them, pointing out the "need for complementarity between the government and the parliament to support these reforms."

A statement by Al-Kazemi’s office stated that the Prime Minister held a meeting with the Chairman and members of the Parliamentary Committee on Economy and Investment, during which the white paper prepared by the Council of Ministers was discussed, and includes economic, financial and administrative reforms, plans and strategies to meet the challenges facing the country.

The statement added that "Al-Kazemi listened to the proposals and opinions of the members of the Parliamentary Committee, the vision of the committee regarding the proposed solutions, and the obstacles facing the process of advancing the Iraqi economy and activating the various sectors," stressing the importance of witnessing "the current stage of further cooperation between the executive and legislative authorities, leading to a service Citizen and achieve the public interest of the country, and overcome the challenges it faces. " In turn, Yahya Al-Aythawi, another member of the Parliamentary Committee on Economy and Investment, said, "Our meeting with the Prime Minister focused on how to advance the Iraqi economy, revitalize the private sector movement, build factories, and activate investment," adding that "the meeting touched on the possibility of implementing the Grand Faw port project ".

Al-Ithawi states in a statement to (Al-Mada) that "the agenda of the parliament's economic and investment committee meeting with the prime minister addressed several issues, including the issue of border crossings and customs, the development of agriculture, industry and the tourism sector, as well as organizing the relationship between the legislative and executive branches."

He continues, "The Prime Minister spoke to the members of the Parliamentary Committee about the reformist white paper and its content, which will be a road map for implementing a set of economic measures," noting that "calling it white because it is a new reform paper will be written in cooperation between the government and parliament away from the interference of political parties."

And the deputy from the Iraqi Forces Alliance bloc confirms that "the implementation of this paper will be in the form of phases because it contains foundations in which the government is running the wheel of the economy, and will be applied during a period of time not long", noting that "the presentation of this paper came in response to the conditions of the parliament for the government to prepare a reform paper Against passing the domestic and foreign borrowing law. " The House of Representatives had stipulated that the economic reform bill be sent by the government within a period not exceeding 60 days in exchange for passing the domestic and foreign borrowing law to finance the fiscal deficit for 2020.

On the other hand, the Minister of Finance, Ali Allawi, warned that the economy may face shocks that we will not be able to address unless reform measures are adopted in less than a year. On Monday, the Parliamentary Committee on Economy and Investment announced its discussion with Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi, "The White Paper."

The committee said in a statement that, "In the context of real solutions and not relying on a single economy, the parliamentary economic and investment committee continues continuous efforts to address problems and obstacles and stand with the executive government in supporting and legislating important economic laws."

She continued, "In order to improve the performance of the economy and push the wheel of investment, the Chairman and members of the Committee met with the Prime Minister to listen and discuss the white government reform paper, unify visions and enhance cooperation between the executive and the legislative authority in a way that serves the advancement of the government's work in its pursuit of scientific and realistic economic reforms."

She pointed out that "the Prime Minister listened to for his part the ideas and proposals put forward by the Chairman and members of the Committee that contribute to addressing the deficiencies and push in the case of the government take them out of the unilateral rentier economy to a strong and diversified economy through which the government can overcome the financial crisis And creating job jobs for different segments of society, and everyone was keen on activating the agricultural and industrial sector and supporting it in the ways that he promoted.

He said: “The world and our Arab region live in an exceptional situation in light of the spread of the Corona virus and its wide-ranging effects on most economic sectors, according to the reports of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund, which expects the global economy to shrink by 5.2%, and the Iraqi economy by 4.7% during The year 2020, and it is expected that this contraction will represent the most severe recession since the Second World War, and one of the main reasons for this contraction is the decrease in oil prices by about 50% to reach the lowest level in 20 years as a result of the decline in oil production and restrictions on travel and the movement of individuals due to stone and closure, in addition to a decline in prices Interest is at zero and negative levels in some of the global central banks, as well as the decline of the main stock indexes to more than 35% and their reflection on the performance of global financial markets.

He stressed that «the role of the private and public banking sector comes to coordinate with the national units for partnership between the public and private sectors so that our first goal is to proactively provide support to the Iraqi economy through three main axes represented in the transition to the digital economy with Iraqi leadership in light of the Iraqi government’s tendency to play a leadership role in Creating regional economic integration, which will lead to a reduction in the commercial cost and the creation of new jobs by 2%, and an increase in the volume of commodity trade, and this can only be achieved through the establishment of strong infrastructure that includes 4 major networks: electronic trading companies, banking and financing institutions, »Insurance and technology companies, and these four pillars together form the basis of the real digital economy.”

Pacmen,

I didn’t mean to offend you!!  I’m sorry!!   I’ve grown up with all races. I worked with all races. I’ve had all races as teammates while playing various sports. I have no problem with others. I had read Reggie White’s book many years ago and it had a lot of “aha” moments in it for me.

Just like I don’t condone pro lifers blowing up abortion clinics I don’t condone rioting, burning, or looting for any reason. I have no problem with a peaceful protest and I expect others to have no problem with my first amendment rights too.

There has to be better solutions. I’ll never pretend to have all the answers but for starters to get more of my sympathy start condemning the riots etc and get them stopped. Second start recalling and also stop voting in the same idiots over and over in all those major cities like what’s been done for about the last 70 years in all of those major cities.

I’ll never say I know how all live and I haven’t been directly in everybody’s shoes but I’ve been real poor in my life. I became disabled and unable to work like I had for over 30 years. I owed my landlord a large sum.  I’ve worried about a meal for my family and had gone without electricity and gas multiple summers in a row in the past.  That doesn’t get me a gold star but I never ripped off a business or threw a brick through the window of one either because of it. I also didn’t become a druggie or an alcoholic. I didn’t beat my wife or children. I plodded through and have improved my situation. It took many many years and wasn’t easy. Also was very frustrating at times. I’m not rich and never will be except for the possibility on the dinars.

Of course that’s also why I have Dinars. I’ll never have a pension or a retirement plan. I really hope it pays us off someday.

Back to my post, I was more trying to reference how fragile it always seems to be there and something always comes up to seemingly push back the potential RV. Never any intentional insult to anyone. Once again I’m sorry.

I love Ya my Brother...Sometime We Really Cant Understand  what people Meant  behind a Keyboard lol...Not Offended no More....Wishing You Blessings and Prosperity

Parliamentary Economy: The white paper includes 3 stages, starting with the reform of niches and currency auctions

Don’t say “white paper whatever you say.
The black paper matters group will show up and then we will have riots and looting and burning setting us way back again.

Your an idiot, the nicest way I can say it.

      Good afternoon-evening, all!

This has been a roller coaster of a week for so many sectors... I know some of you are here for "Just the Dinar News, sir.... just the dinar news".

I'll start with IQD. There is talk - and I'll leave it to you to research this, because I have 17 articles on my notepad that would really only cause confusion - but there is TALK that Iraq isn't able to use USD anymore.

Or they won't be able to, or they shouldn't, or whatever.

Listen, this is a fundamental issue, and anyone that's followed me for any amount of time should know that I am here because of the fundamentals.

If Iraq is currently unable to use USD (that's not entirely the case at the moment, but follow along) then they couldn't conduct auctions, they couldn't trade anywhere that uses the USD (that's everywhere), and they would basically fall into absolute poverty and die of malnutrition.

Does that sound like a serious possibility?

Of course not... so let's get back to the fundamentals.

Iraq has a majority of the OIL in the world.

There's no way in heck that the WORLD will just pretend that oil isn't there.

There is NO WAY that they can't use their resources to "buy in" to anything they want.

So... what's with all this talk about Iraq not being able to use USD?

      I'll answer.

It's an idle threat, but a promising one.

It means Iraq has one more reason to up their game, Iraq has yet another reason to RV, and the world has one more reason to accept the "NEW" rate, even if it surprises everyone.

Even if the analysts and the advisors and the bunches of panelists and "experts" say "OMG they shouldn't/can't/won't" do that!

It doesn't matter what those talking heads say.... it's going to happen when it happens, and we are ready and here!

On a side note... I hope you caught some of these crypto gains that many of us are rolling in!

Sorry this update was late - I've had a ton going on this week, some of which has been rolling my crypto profits into other deals and just having a blast doing it all.

Life is good, friends! See you in VIP

      Good afternoon, beautiful people!

Budget: All you need to know about it is here:

What that doesn't tell you is that the Budget doesn't have to have the rate. The Rate also does not need to be included in the Budget!

That's not to say that the Budget doesn't matter - it does!

But what really matters is the satisfaction of the Kurds... and that, my friends, is happening very nicely.

In fact, it's happening more than just "nicely" - check this one out:

I don't have much more to say on it than that... it's a "wait and see" game right now.

Wait for the RV, then see you on an island!

BITCOIN - making it's way back up there. I haven't had this much fun in ages! Hope you're with us in the VIP Crypto section!

Howdy howdy! Happy Wednesday, good people of DinarVets!

We have some questions from the thread I posted yesterday - I'll get to those in a minute.

Just in case you missed these comments from last week... check these out: ONE and TWO. 💥

HCL is such a key component right now. In fact, 98% of this RV hinges on when and how the HCL is finally completed...

... and with things like that coming out, you know we aren't far now!

Crypto - BTC is down to 30,900 as I type this. But those of us in VIP already saw that coming... and we have insight on what is happening next.

Here's the questions that were posted yesterday:

Although both are tragic and unfortunate, I see no impact from either of those.

      Bwahahaha

      Haha! Thanks Snatcher

In regards to an RV, I say it signifies nothing. Iraq has always tried to plead poverty and defer payments and anything else they can do - just like we would expect any other country to do.

The payments are in dollars, not Dinars.... this means that after they RV, it will be easier for them to repay. In fact, it makes sense to stall payments until after the RV if possible, because they will effectively pay less that way. Or at least have more to pay with, but I don't think their payment schedule will change for them. It's just better for them all around that way.

That's a great observation, and I think it's 100% in Iraq's favor! Anything that drives the price of oil up, and does not take away from Iraq's ability to produce and export their own product, is good for Iraq. This is one such example.

      Eventually, yes. After.

The timing for an RV is good now. The timing, technology, etc for converting to digital isn't quite there at the moment.

      Oy vey  Tricky tricky!

Not at all. The EU doesn't control the world, Iraq (and the other countries on that map) have other avenues to move money.

I think you can guess my answer already after reading the links to the articles Thugs posted. We are so close to the apex of this I simply can't imagine it not popping soon, one way or another!

One of my biggest objections to the possibility of a true Global Currency Reset is that when you break it down, it ends up looking like socialism. There would be winners and losers in that situation - if all currencies were made equal, that implies that all debts would be erased. Who does the US owe their national debt to? And are they just going to agree to wipe that debt out? That's just one example of a major roadblock in the path to a "Global" currency reset.

I'm not saying I see no possible variations of the concept, but I do not believe a Global Reset is possible without WWIII and one ultimate winner who then controls the entire planet under one ruling entity.

Funny question there... no amount of money will solve their problems! That won't stop them, though!

      See above!

What "IQD Rates - Updates" are you referringing to?

No, but some countries are requiring tests before you're allowed to mingle.

You're going to have to give me a link - I could run around the internet trying to figure out exactly what you're referring to, but if I find the wrong article I'm going to give you the wrong answer.

Gotta give me more to work with than that. Which pile of money are you referring to?

I'm mostly in agreement there! It certainly could be done simultaneously with the Budget, but that doesn't mean it has to be done simultaneous...

.... however, the timing certainly is good. I'm hopeful.

      == = = == = == = == = = == = == == =

Lots of good stuff, my friends!

Stay positive, stay healthy and happy, Go Iraq, and

      GO RRRRVVVVVVV!!$!!$!!$!!

      Good day and happy Wednesday!

Not a ton to chat about right now. We have some optimism on the Budget side, namely:

If the Kurds weren't happy with their share, there would be a problem with HCL.

This says the opposite - all in agreement, ready to go next week, and that says to me:

      Let's go HCL!

Other than that... I could sit here and hypothesize about the little news bits and rumors floating around, but I've got other things to do

Get in the lotto pool here.

      Happy Wednesday all!

I hate to start an update on a bad note, but I'm slammed with work right now, travelling with slow internet, and I accidentally swiped the wrong way just a minute ago...

... and lost a few hours of work that I had done on this weekly update.

      GRRRR!!!!

Oh well, that's what I get for counting on auto-save. I'm sure there's a lesson to be learned here

Iraqi Dinar - we are looking so good here. There is nothing going on that has me even the slightest bit concerned, in fact!

The way things are going, we could see an RV early this year. Things to watch for are HCL and pretty much anything @yota691 posts.

      Like this, for example.

Speaking of Master Yota, he recently suggested something - and you probably noticed the dynamic exchange rate module on the side of most pages. I am bringing it up now because while it's neat to see the price of BTC and a few other things there, I am not counting on that to notify me when the IQD increases.

      Nor should you.

If you want to be notified of the RV in a timely manner, you should definitely be in VIP and make sure you've completed the VIP Text confirmation process. Do it here.

Crypto - holy moly it's been fun lately! The Iraqi Dinar is almost a sure thing, if you understand it. I explained it all in the RV Intel book - get it here if you are VIP, or here if you're not. (Kind of silly to not pony up a few extra shekels and get it free with VIP, but to each their own.

Crypto, on the other hand... that's more complicated, especially if you don't have access to our VIP Crypto section.

You don't want to be this guy, after all!

I think it's going to continue going up... in fact, I've been buying more. I see the current price of 35,xxx as a gift!

Better late than never indeed! At today's price.... I'm buying more.

I just may do something with the ginsu knives... it's been a while since we had a contest!

There isn't much that makes me happier than a happy VIP member sharing their happiness. Thank you for the post!

I'll do that for fun sometime.

Okie dokie friends and family and DV family and everyone else... I'm done for now!

      Be happy, be safe, and

      GO RRRVVVV!!!!!!

      - Adam
