{Baghdad: Al-Furat News} The House of Representatives, on Wednesday, its normal session.

The agenda includes "the swearing-in of some substitutes and the continuing discussion of the housing crisis." 
It also includes "Report and discussion of the draft law on the ratification of the Convention on the avoidance of double taxation and prevention of financial evasion in respect of income tax and capital between the Government of Iraq and the UAE and report and discuss the draft law on the rights of martyrs of the crime of the air base. 
The parliament will also present a general topic for discussion on cancer diseases and the hospital in Basra, as well as a general discussion for 15 minutes

The Oil and Energy Committee on Wednesday hosted Oil Minister Thamer Ghadhban and the ministry's delegation to discuss important issues.

An Iraqi deputy said that the parliamentary oil and energy committee will host the Deputy Prime Minister for Energy and Oil Minister Thamir al-Ghadhban to discuss Iraq's stance on the US sanctions on Iran and the alternatives available to Iraq to counter the effects of the sanctions, especially with regard to the import of Iranian gas to operate power plants.

Then COM pushes the Federal Court Law through, which is pillaged by committees and 90% is re-written, considering the fact the age limit for members was set at 90 years old, and term limit of 12 years. MP Hassan Fadam, on Wednesday, the reason for postponement of the meeting of the Council of Representatives scheduled today, while noting that the deputies remained in the cafeteria. 
He said support in a press conference held in the House of Representatives and attended by / Mawazin News / "The Presidency of the House of Representatives decided to postpone the meeting because of the lack of quorum." 
"We were sitting in the hall since 12 o'clock, and we stayed four hours to complete the quorum. The number was 147, the rest refused to enter the room and stayed in the cafeteria," he said. 
The MP pointed out that the stream of wisdom, that "such actions irresponsible," bearing the presidency of the House of Representatives responsibility "
