Al-Shammari said in a press conference held in the parliament building and attended by Alsumaria News that "while the Iraqis are living a real tragedy that is untenable due to the lack of services for all sectors that should be provided, what comes from demonstrations in some provinces is a clear evidence of poor services, Despite all the pressures on the citizen there is indifference of the political forces on the formation of the largest bloc indicates that there is a gap between these forces and what the Iraqis live. "

 

 


Al-Shammari called on the political forces, especially the Sunni street, to hold an urgent meeting in which the points will be put on the letters and the demands of the affected provinces. He also went on to say that he should speed up the selection of a speaker for the post of speaker. 

Al-Shammari said, "We will support any bloc that meets the demands of our provinces of reconstruction and provide the necessary services in all sectors and address the file of the dismissed members of the security services and will be aligned with any block working according to the Iraqi national decision away from external pressures."

He added that there is the possibility of postponing the holding of meetings for specific days and give the opportunity for national blocs and forces to consult, and also to intensify meetings and meetings among themselves in order to reach solutions and agreements leading to the formation of the Presidency of Parliament and the next government.

He pointed out that the meeting agreed that the current sessions are not feasible without an agreement to choose the Speaker of the House of Representatives and his deputies.

Just don't see things moving forward with Maliki and the Kurds throwing a wrench into the mix. No one appears to have an answer to their "influence" in these proceedings, do they?

 

Just don't see it after what happened yesterday. I say a civil war breaks out if someone messes with Maliki.

 

Methinks this country needs a cleansing that money or politics can't fix.
