You can call it what you want but I stay encouraged just by the mere fact that they speak about this as plan in the future. My prayer is that daily the rate increases due to measures they have in place due to their plan.

Strenghtening the dinar exchange rate does not refer to an RV, just making the street rate closer to 1166.  I think very few in the GOI know about the RV, because the CBI heads have known that this knowledge would increase the corruption, and would leak out big-time, which CANNOT be allowed to happen.  Hence all the "delete the zeros" talk, designed to be ambiguous.
