The agreement included transferring ISIS terrorists from Qalamun Mountains in Lebanon to Iraq borders.

Maliki described the agreement as the right decision and the perfect strategy to fight terrorism.

He also attacked the people who condemned this agreement, describing them as ignorant.

Maliki said that the against ISIS has its special conditions that force us to accept these terrorists in Iraq.

He also condemned the campaign which he said led by ignorance and envy against the Hezbollah leader Hassan Nasrallah.

Earlier, Iraqi prime minister Haider Al-Abadi described transferring ISIS terrorists from Lebanon to Iraq as an insult to the Iraqi people.

My opinion is Nouri al-Maliki is one desperate man now. His Iranian puppeteers are feelin' it, too, and it looks like Iran is losing out on one of it's key control objectives in the region. Once ISIS is all out of Iraq, I suspect Nouri al-Maliki's war crimes will be plastered all over everything and he'll be on his one way ticket. Nouri al-Maliki's handlers are likely well acquainted with tying off their liabilities - we all just have to wait to see how the plan unfolds. Whether or not these ISIS were transported into areas in and around ISIS held areas in Iraq, the objective is still the same to wipe them out. There have been steady gains in taking ISIS areas in Syria. What remains to be seen is what remaining offensive and defensive means ISIS still has. So, the remaining eradication of ISIS may slow or accelerate. I am surprised Hawaija with the surrounding Kirkuk area is the next IDF objective to retake from ISIS. In my way of thinking, the Article 140 and referendum issues would need to be resolved first.........or have they and not yet been announced? Also in my way of thinking, wouldn't all this be related the an HCL?

Maybe we are just wading through the customary hollerin' and screamin' until the............SURPRISE???!!!

Try them in a court of law. Convict them in a court of law. Then hang them in a courtyard in Iraq. Along with Maliki and the corrupt of Iraq; the only folk who would dare to defend such a asinine proposal.(Maliki and the corrupt of Iraq). Let these butt heads go ... No one to blame for the continued death of innocent Iraqi's from the ISIS/Al-Qaeda sleeper cells these bone heads will be forming. Also where do you suppose Maliki plans to recruit battle hardened troops from for when he attempts to over throw the legit GOI. Ya think?

Maliki asked in his statement: «The most important question: who allowed hundreds of (da'ash) to withdraw from Tal Afar and queues, after they handed over their weapons to the Peshmerga forces, until everyone knew that Tal Afar was not liberated by fighting but by agreement, and here also we respect the will of the field commander Because he sees what the observer does not see. How in the world does he survive in Iraq without getting buried up to his chest in dirt and then stones to death. How is it all of those Iraqis that stormed the Parliament sit still for this obvious disregard for Iraq's survival, and most likely only shot at at Democracy. Assad over Iraq is a little too scary.... even watching from here......

He also attacked the people who condemned this agreement, describing them as ignorant. " Just try to convince me the man is not absolutely insane

14 Battalions, that is about 15 to 20 thousand troops. That ain't no security contingent, and about the only ones that are stupid are the leaders of Iran. If they think that invading Iraq with thousands of American troops on deck is a good idea.

This is not going to end well for the Ayatollah Crybaby.
