  1. Happy Wednesday everyone! Today's Dinar update is going to be very short. All you have to do is click the "unread content" link here on DV and you'll see how much news is coming out on OIL. You're probably also seeing a lot of positive news regarding ISIS, Mosul, etc on the "tube". Or at least, you aren't seeing so many negative news stories... and you know why that is, don't you? It's very simple - the media isn't making a big deal about Iraq anymore because things are going REALLY GOOD, and those aren't the stories that sell ads! But take some time and do the reading, and you'll see that there is a LOT of progress happening right now with oil, agreements, and security. These are exactly what we want to see! With that said, you VIP and OSI members should be aware that some things happened in our private sections over the last week or two. I'm not suddenly devoting 16 hours a day to the complete revamp of our VIP section because I have nothing better to do! There are a LOT of updates in the VIP and OSI sections, which I sent out emails about mostly over this last weekend. I'm going to send out a couple more emails this morning. ONE will be from the "general" newsletter, and this is one of the last emails that will come from that address. The OTHER will be from the DinarVets email system, and that's the one I am most concerned with you getting. If you don't, be sure to check your settings here. As of this week or next, I'll be purging the entire "General" email database, and moving 100% over here to the DinarVets email system. (I am confident we finally have a solid enough system here that the duplicates are not needed anymore.) We are getting to a point in this Iraqi Dinar situation that has me excited again, finally, and it's been a long time since I felt this upbeat about the Dinar. Don't get me wrong there... I keep a close eye on this, at all times. We've been going in the "right way" for a long time, but now we are on a STRONG path to victory! I'm glad to be part of this. So for now... I'm back to work! I'll chat with you soon, Adam Montana

  3. My youngest daughter turned 19 yesterday – and she became one of my heroes. A little background. My daughter has had some health issues, which have been rapidly getting worse the last couple of years. She has Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS). EDS is caused by a defect in the structure, production, or processing of collagen or proteins that interact with collagen. The collagen in connective tissue helps tissues resist deformation. Collagen is an important contributor to the physical strength of tissue; abnormal collagen renders these structures more elastic. In some cases, it can be life-threatening. A couple of months ago it reared its ugly head in the form of gastroparesis - a digestive disorder in which the motility of the stomach is either abnormal or absent. In healthy people, when the stomach is functioning normally, contractions of the stomach help to crush ingested food and then propel the pulverized food into the small intestine where further digestion and absorption of nutrients occurs. When the condition of gastroparesis is present the stomach is unable to contract normally, and therefore cannot crush food nor propel food into the small intestine properly. It got to the point that if she ate any solid food, she would vomit. She lost about 10 lbs in a month. A little over a month ago, she had a nasojejunal (NJ) tube put in place. It passes through the nares (nostril), down the esophagus, threaded through the stomach and into the jejunum, the middle section of the small intestine. She was place on 24/7 feeding with an electronic pump attached to a bag of formula – much like the “pain pumps” you see in the hospitals. She has taken on the care of this – asking for very little help. She prepares her formula, attaches the pump, clears blockages, and even was able to configure a backpack with the formula bag and pump so she could do some things (like attending a couple of local college classes) while staying attached. Gives you some idea of this young lady’s mental toughness. I’m so proud of her. Now – a little background about me. Some of you know me a bit, and I’m a pretty no nonsense type. I grew up on a working ranch in Montana and all that entails. I’m a passable mechanic, hunter, veterinarian assistant, welder, gardener and fisherman. I’ve grown up being very self-sufficient. I’ve also become very conversant in other areas – technology (I worked on a computer service desk for years and currently administer web sites and SharePoint servers for the Federal government). I’ve been in the Army (Currently National Guard) for 33 years – 25 of that was Combat Arms. I’ve been Artillery, Armor, Cavalry and Infantry. I deployed to Iraq in 2004-2005 as an Infantry Platoon Sergeant. I have seen combat – I have lost men from my company. I was awarded the Bronze Star for my service in Iraq. I consider myself pretty confident and strong. It takes a bit to impress me. Back to my daughter. She is currently at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Her mother, my ex-wife, is with her. She has been there almost 2 weeks running through a battery of tests with hopes of them finding some things to help her. Yesterday she had an upper GI series done, and today she is having an endoscopy (Camera in the esophagus and stomach) under general anesthetic. In order to have these done, the NJ tube had to be removed. Yesterday morning, before going to her appointment for the GI series, while sitting in the bathroom of her hotel room, she removed the NJ tube herself. She took her hands and pulled about 42 inches of 7mm tube out of her body. Personally, I don’t think I could have done it – and I don’t know of many people who could. She told me about it in a phone call last night – and I went from pride to awe. My youngest daughter turned 19 yesterday – and she became one of my heroes.

  4. Your response shows how unsurprisingly short sighted you are. The Country has just gone over a year enduring Obummers flood of unvetted “refugees” even though Obummers own Homeland Security said they could not verify the “refugees” identity and that ISIS had operatives posing as said “refugees”. So rather than lay the blame where it belongs, now that Obummer is gone it is Trump’s problem to deal with. When, not if but when, one of these “refugees” commits a terrorist attack will you blame Trump because it happened while he was President, or will you blame Obummer for opening the door to Perverted Islamic Terrorists? My bet would be the former as you have already demonstrated your short sightedness by blaming W for “destroying the economy”, without being able to say what he actually did to destroy said economy, because he was President when multiple liberal policies simultaneously reached critical mass. Rather than looking at what / who actually caused the problem, you are looking for a scapegoat to pay the price of yet another giant progressive failure. I agree that this is now Trumps problem to deal with, but I will never forget who caused the problem in the first place.

  7. Too be honest, 2Fast4U2C, I have no idea and can not offer any solid information. One of the lowest Iraqi regional value currencies compared to the USD is the Saudi Arabian Riyal. Today on xe.com the SAR is trading at 3.74958 SAR = 1 USD or 1 SAR = 0.266693 USD. The highest Iraqi regional value currencies compared to the USD is the Kuwaiti Dinar. Today on XE.com, the KWD is trading at 0.304615 KWD = 1 USD or 1 KWD = 3.28283 USD. My opinion is the value of these currencies bracket the potential value of the IQD vs. KWD for the IQD to be a desired currency for trade purposes in an open Iraqi market internationally. Notionally, from the numbers purported previously it could be in the range from 1 IQD = 0.1 USD to 1 IQD = 3.86 IQD and may include some type of float. I simply do not know. I suspect this is a very, very tightly guarded rate to prevent any speculation from crashing Iraq's and, potentially, other world currencies once Iraq goes full bore to an open market internationally. For the date, I do not know, either. I suspect this is also tightly guarded and may not even be decided at present. Due to Iraqi and international indications coupled with the potential for Iraq to fracture due to sectarian violence once ISIS controlled areas is fully wrested, I suspect the economic reforms will need to hit WARP 10+. So, I am a proponent of in the very near future rather than months to years down the road. Otherwise the gains to date could be wiped out and throw Iraq into a very destabilized GOI period. I don't think those invested and active in Iraq's social, political, and economic well being will allow that to happen. I do think the conditions for the IQD to revalue have never been more solid than now and will be even better once ISIS is announced to have been wrested from Iraq but may be as soon as ISIS announced as wrested from all of Mosul. As always, just my opinion and I would never encourage anyone to use my opinions as a basis for their actions regarding an IQD revaluation. As such, I would neither encourage getting more IQD or dispossessing IQD at any time in the past, present, or future. Each person will have to make up their own mind and take full responsibility for their actions for benefits or consequences for their decision(s). Go Moola Nova!

  9. Iraq should start building a group like the old Navy SeaBees,, train some to be electricians, brick layers, roofers, concrete workers, plumbers, all the trades that is needed to rebuild their nation. Not only would this give them purpose after this conflict, but give them a trade they can use the rest of their life. I think it would give them pride of what they are doing for their country. It will also keep the money in Iraq and not to an outside construction company.

  12. Probably no one wants to respond because they do not want to be called racist. Protesters want to stop the travel ban but do not want to sponsor them. They also do not want a wall built but they have them in their yard and their home. By the way there are laws against people migrating to the US without integration into our society. Also they are not compatible with our culture. That makes this an invasion and there is a law against this and hopefully president Trump will uphold it. Truman on June 25, 1952 Overridden by the House on June 26, 1952 (278–113) Overridden by the Senate and became law on June 27, 1952 (57–26) The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 (Pub.L. 82–414, 66 Stat. 163, enacted June 27, 1952), also known as the McCarran–Walter Act, restricted immigration into the U.S. and is codified under Title 8 of the United States Code (8 U.S.C. ch. 12). The Act governs primarily immigration to and citizenship in the United States. It has been in effect since June 27, 1952. Before this Act, a variety of statutes governed immigration law but were not organized within one body of text. EnactmentEdit H.R. 5678 was named after its sponsors, Senator Pat McCarran (D-Nevada), and Congressman Francis Walter (D-Pennsylvania). President Harry Truman, a Democrat, vetoed the Act because he regarded the bill as "un-American" and discriminatory. His veto message said:[1][2][3] Today, we are "protecting" ourselves as we were in 1924, against being flooded by immigrants from Eastern Europe. This is fantastic. ... We do not need to be protected against immigrants from these countries–on the contrary we want to stretch out a helping hand, to save those who have managed to flee into Western Europe, to succor those who are brave enough to escape from barbarism, to welcome and restore them against the day when their countries will, as we hope, be free again....These are only a few examples of the absurdity, the cruelty of carrying over into this year of 1952 the isolationist limitations of our 1924 law. In no other realm of our national life are we so hampered and stultified by the dead hand of the past, as we are in this field of immigration. Truman's veto was overridden by a vote of 278 to 113 in the House and 57 to 26 in the Senate. Speaking in the Senate on March 2, 1953, McCarran said:[4] I believe that this nation is the last hope of Western civilization and if this oasis of the world shall be overrun, perverted, contaminated or destroyed, then the last flickering light of humanity will be extinguished. I take no issue with those who would praise the contributions which have been made to our society by people of many races, of varied creeds and colors. ... However, we have in the United States today hard-core, indigestible blocs which have not become integrated into the American way of life, but which, on the contrary are its deadly enemies. Today, as never before, untold millions are storming our gates for admission and those gates are cracking under the strain. The solution of the problems of Europe and Asia will not come through a transplanting of those problems en masse to the United States. ... I do not intend to become prophetic, but if the enemies of this legislation succeed in riddling it to pieces, or in amending it beyond recognition, they will have contributed more to promote this nation's downfall than any other group since we achieved our independence as a nation. ProvisionsEdit The Act abolished racial restrictions found in United States immigration and naturalization statutes going back to the Naturalization Act of 1790. The 1952 Act retained a quota system for nationalities and regions. Eventually, the Act established a preference system which determined which ethnic groups were desirable immigrants and placed great importance on labor qualifications. The Act defined three types of immigrants: immigrants with special skills or relatives of U.S. citizens who were exempt from quotas and who were to be admitted without restrictions; average immigrants whose numbers were not supposed to exceed 270,000 per year; and refugees. The Act allowed the government to deport immigrants or naturalized citizens engaged in subversive activities and also allowed the barring of suspected subversives from entering the country. It was used to bar members and former members and "fellow travelers" of the Communist Party from entry into the United States, even those who had not been associated with the party for decades. It expanded the definition of the "United States" for nationality purposes, which already included Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, to add Guam. Persons born in these territories on or after December 24, 1952 acquire U.S. citizenship at birth on the same terms as persons born in other parts of the United States.[5] A 1962 guideline explained procedures under the Act:[6] The Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 requires an alien to apply for a petition for naturalization. This form may be obtained from any office of the Immigration and Naturalization Service, a division of the Department of Justice, or from any court authorized to naturalize aliens. Before applying, an alien must be at least 18 years old and must have been lawfully admitted to live permanently in the United States. He must have lived in the United States for five years and for the last six months in the state where he seeks to be naturalized. In some cases, he need only have lived three years in the United States. He must be of good moral character and "attached to the principles of the Constitution". The law states that an alien is not of good moral character if he is a drunkard, has committed adultery, has more than one wife, makes his living by gambling, has lied to the Immigration and Naturalization Service, has been in jail more than 180 days for any reason during his five years in the United States, or is a convicted murderer. EnforcementEdit Among those excluded under the Act before it was amended in 1990 were:[7] Kōbō Abe, Japanese writer Tom Bottomore, British sociologist Dennis Brutus, South African writer Boris Christoff, Bulgarian opera singer Julio Cortázar, Argentine novelist Mahmoud Darwish, Palestinian poet Michel Foucault, French philosopher Dario Fo, Italian playwright and recipient of the 1997 Nobel Prize in Literature[8] Carlos Fuentes, Mexican writer Gabriel García Márquez, Colombian novelist and recipient of the 1982 Nobel Prize in Literature Graham Greene, British writer Doris Lessing, writer and recipient of the 2007 Nobel Prize in Literature (Southern Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) / Great Britain) Ernest Mandel, scholar and Trotskyist activist[citation needed] Farley Mowat, Canadian writer[9][10] Jan Myrdal, Swedish scholar Pablo Neruda, Chilean poet and recipient of the 1971 Nobel Prize in Literature Carl Paivio, Finnish labor activist and anarchist[11] Angel Rama, Uruguayan scholar Margaret Randall, writer, translator, and activist Pierre Trudeau, prior to becoming Prime Minister of Canada.[9][10] It has not been substantiated that all of the aforementioned formally petitioned to become United State Citizens, although many were banned from travelling to the US because of anti-American political views and/or criminal records. Among those listed, there are noted communists, socialists, and anti-American sympathizers. ModificationsEdit Parts of the Act remain in place today, but it has been amended many times and was modified substantially by the Immigration and Nationality Services Act of 1965. When regulations issued under the authority of the Passport Act of 1926 were challenged in Haig v. Agee, Congress enacted § 707(b) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 1979 (Pub.L. 95–426, 92 Stat. 993, enacted October 7, 1978), amending § 215 of the Immigration and Nationality Act making it unlawful to travel abroad without a passport. Until that legislation, under the Travel Control Act of 1918, the president had the authority to require passports for foreign travel only in time of war. Provisions that excluded certain classes of immigrants based on their political beliefs were revoked by the Immigration Act of 1990. After the September 11, 2001 attacks, president George W. Bush implemented the National Security Entry-Exit Registration System and other border and immigration controls. In January 2017, president Donald Trump's Executive Order 13769 made reference to the "Immigration and Nationality Act".[12] See alsoReferencesFurther readingEdit Bennett, Marion T. This will allow Iran to move forward and therefore go international. We're still waiting to see their announcement but thats what it is. Folks this is not in our hands to control. We can only sit tight read watch and hope . I personally do feel this will happen just not as we think it should. Don't loose faith. Stay grounded. This will happen.

  17. Tigergorzow, I concur. After reading this, I am getting excited. The last report from the IMF that I read had iraqs GDP at 11% last year in the face of an ISIS invasion. I also read that oil production capacity will be at 5 million barrels/day by years end. Those two things alone have me doing back flips (well if I could do back flips lol) then this article reconfirming the worlds commitment to rebuild not only the liberated areas, but all,of iraqs cities. It just keeps getting better. I wholeheartedly agree with LB that when Mosul is declared fully liberated, this train will be shifting into high gear and then it's SUGAR city. Also thanks everyone who brings these articles to bear, I love reading all of your comments and thoughts on the process, it helps me get through the day. I also read about the post RV cruise. I want to go but can I bring my own boat lol?

This came at a time when the Iraqi Prime Minister visited the United States to meet with US President Trump, and discuss the process of reconstruction of Iraq after the end of the war against the organization "Daash" On the intention of the reconstruction of all cities of Iraq, the United Nations Economic Adviser in Iraq, Dr. Falah al-Lami told "Sputnik": "Iraq during this period and after the victories against the gangs of the organization calling, the international community welcomes the idea of the reconstruction of Iraq and the transition to a strategy to build Iraq And the result is a lot of profits on investment companies and American and European companies, and also notes the shuttle visits initiated by a number of ambassadors and foreign ministers to Baghdad and meetings with the Prime Minister, all came after the victories and also represents a qualitative leap towards construction, investment and reconstruction in the next phase , And will be crowned by the expected meeting between the Iraqi Prime Minister and the US President, and there is a lot in the quilt of the US government on this aspect. "Iraq has the largest reserves in the world of oil, which makes it easy to invest in it, because the process of obtaining funds is very quickly, and the current agreements with Iraq benefit the investors more than their benefit to Iraq, but Iraq will benefit through This investment in the reconstruction of the country that a lot of infrastructure in all provinces of Iraq is dilapidated, and this needs to develop a large plan for Iraq in general and not only to the provinces that have been subjected to a provocative occupation The steps included the Iraqi government is to move towards investment because Iraq suffered from rampant corruption, . For his part, Dr. Karim Al-Fatlawi told SPOTNIK that "the reconstruction of Iraq is a difficult and arduous process for two main reasons. The first is the decline in oil revenues during the previous and current period, in addition to the consequent Iraq's debts due to the war on terrorism Which can be sustained for long periods. The second reason, which is important for the fight against corruption, and that if it is properly provided part of the funds for the reconstruction of Iraq, the devastation in Iraq is unimaginable, and we can imagine the beginning of the Iran-Iraq war In 1980 followed by the period of economic embargo until 2003, and then came the period of regime change, which after that period increased imports of Iraq, but unfortunately could not Iraq to invest those funds to come after the war against the organization of Dahedh, which began to drain large resources, in addition to the devastation that Successor ". Al-Fatlawi added, "The issue of investment is a project that has already been put forward in the time of the previous Iraqi government, the so-called payment of the term, which is a good opportunity for Iraq to put forward its investment projects because it has resources that far outweigh the resources of other countries living today in a better economic situation than Iraq, Iraq is a rich country, and companies can carry out investment operations, but must create a suitable ground for it.

Hmmm..................why would Jordanians be training Iraqi cadres on WTO topics if trade is only on a Jordanian/Iraqi basis? Could it be the trade agreement with Jordan and Iraq is on a WTO basis? Has Iraq ascended or is Iraq about to ascend to a full WTO trade partner? What impact will this have on the IQD needing to be an internationally traded currency? I dunno everybody. 34. I agree with the above and I am still waiting for B/A and the rest to say just how many Refugees they are will to take in, to house with their teen age Daughters, their Mothers or their extended liberal extended families.....I have a video somewhere that on the street they were asking for Donations to help fund Refugees......No Way. They also asked if they could maybe take a few in, spare bedroom, maybe the couch. Maybe just put them up, feed them and make them comfy....That was a big hell no from the liberals that were screaming to let them in. Let them it is great as long as it is somewhere well away from their families and it doesn't cost them any time, money or the safety of their families. So here is the deal.......Why ship them to a place they for one don't like, they don't speak the language, they don't like the food, they don't like the attire of the ladies....Why not just leave them there in a land they are used to.....Better yet let them go fight the good fight for their homes and their countries rather than come here and expect us to conform while our your Men and Women are losing their lives to fight the battles they ran away from. B/A, Shabs, and who ever........Where is the logic come from that liberals want them here but don't want them so close. Where is the logic that we want Refugees to be safe while sending Our Son's and Daughter's into Harms Way to protect a country They Fled? Difference between many here and across the Nation is that many would fight, they would stand up and protect a LEO in need, they would run to help that person trapped in a car on fire and the list could go on. Where is B/A, Shabs and a few others going to be when their neighbors, their friends and pals need help......Demanding, running around screaming that someone else do the damn job and save them. I will just reach out across the Aisle and say to many here that seam to be Butt Hurt that Hillarious lost, Trump won. Guess what I was distraught over obama winning but I dealt with it. Get over it and either get back to work or figure out where you want to move to that will be better. Karsten

  36. What is particularly frustrating is the opportunity slipping through our fingers, exclusively because of the childish posture from the "left". Instead of a full investigation over what sensitive data was stolen by the dem IT "contractors" that just also stole their mom's inheritance, the media is having a fit over who leaked the emails exposing the corruption in the dem "leadership". Trump is now forced to compromise with cabinet picks, giving into establishment pressure, instead of being allowed to find constitutionalists. It is only a matter of time before the opposition will be sticking their noses in the air and claiming Trump isn't doing everything he promised to do, and ignoring the fact it was THEIR whining, bullying, crying, and temper tantrums that slowed everything down. Their short sighted ignorance is astounding. I wonder, do they actually think the rest of us will forget what they are doing now, and once they have exhausted every pettey attempt to stop Trump, will they actually expect us to trust them again? Don't they realize everything they are doing will one day come back to haunt them, just like what is happening in the Senate after they killed the filibuster? This is what happens when parents don't punish their kids, and everyone gets a trophy. They grow up to become snowflake crybaby feckless dolts.

This shows to me that they are not only allowed to do this, but that they will actually be able to receive the funds. That money was frozen before we even invaded and we sure are keeping an eye on it in all accounts, like the fed reserve, swiss accounts, bis funds, etc.

I guess that ended that line of Fear Mongering as the answer is Hell no, don't want them in his house. 39. I know you back a particular political philosophy not necessarily a particular party, but I am confused by your statement. Just because the Republicans are not silently and sheepishly falling in line behind Trump (unlike the way the Dems did with Obama) means that Congress is in disarray? I do not see it that way. Take the healthcare fiasco, I hope the House conservatives added to all the Dems makes for enough NO votes to kill the Ryan bill. You may call that disarray, but I call it the legislative process. It seems to me the Republicans in Congress are in a no win situation if you are the judge. If they go along with Trump they are just lackeys, if they do not they are in a civil war. Either way, in your eyes they are losers. If there is a Republican civil war, it will be the new guard trying to wrestle control away from the established politicks, and that is something I think you have stated you would be in favor of. I do notice the political party your expressed views are actually congruent with really is in disarray, but that fact is ignored by you. The Dems are in complete leaderless meltdown especially after it was revealed the DNC screwed Bern, and many of his voters are actually in mutiny mode. But that is not as interesting to you as a 5 months old Politico opinion piece hoping for a Republican civil war.
