The majority of political blocs pledged to announce their alliances to form the largest bloc by completing the counting and manual counting of the contested funds and the final announcement of the results of the elections, indicating that the delay in announcing the results caused confusion for the political blocs that could have completed their alliances early. The Prime Minister and the Government Program issues that needed to be brought to the table, she felt that all alliances could change after the results were approved.

This comes at a time when the judge appointed to oversee the counting and manual sorting in the province of Erbil, Judge Adel Jassim, that the Council of the Independent High Electoral Commission (judges delegated) can not announce the results unless the process is completed at home and abroad, declaring that the process will begin today to the funds Contested in Erbil, while the source revealed that the results of counting and sorting of the provinces of the provinces (Basra, Muthanna, Dhi Qar, Maysan, Diwaniyah and Wasit) were 100 percent identical. Natural competition

He called on everyone to establish a large and comprehensive majority through which the political scene can produce a prime minister and government satisfied by the people because the important thing in the dialogues is the interest of the country and satisfaction and acceptance of the people, stressing that the achievement of the demands of the people and Iraq in the construction and reconstruction and the provision of services more important than the political benefits, And party.
The leader of the state of law that the initial calculation of the number of seats that can form of this bloc may exceed 200 seats of the brothers in all components of sectarian, national and social, expressing the hope of the other blocs to join together in a comprehensive majority that contribute to the stability of the political situation And consider the needs of the
citizen. National majority for his part, expressed the winner of the mass opening candidate, Uday Awad, expressed hope that crystallize something in the next few days to announce the biggest bloc after the end of UNHCR staff from their work in the re - count and the hand count of the election results. Awad, in an interview for "morning", what he described as "electronic results" responsibility for the delay in forming the government and the confusion of the political blocs and the situation is unstable.

These provinces have been devastated, destroyed and their infrastructure destroyed, and their children have been subjected to pressure. National contribution by all to promote the reality of those provinces.
Al-Dulaimi added that the alignments on the basis of the components are a loss for the opportunity to build all the provinces and call for an end to the era of political differences on the basis of components, so we saw the start of a new phase we are trying to achieve in cooperation with everyone to build Iraq from north to south, stressing go with those who agree and accept this program and the announcement of the alliance In the coming days on the basis of the national majority.

"We are waiting for the outcome of the dialogues and meetings to determine with the end of the alliance, and everyone to be at the level of responsibility and to know the magnitude of the risks that surround the country," he said, calling on political forces "to move forward in order to form the largest parliamentary bloc to lead the country correctly "He said. The formation of the next government on a related level, the leader of the National Coalition, Abdul Karim Abtan, in a press statement, "The committees to negotiate with the other political blocs have not yet reached an understanding leading to the signing of final political agreements to form a government," pointing out that "All the political alliances announced today is not real and will change immediately after the completion of the counting and sorting and manual ratification of the election results." Abtan said to "

Continue - Mawazin News
An official in the Political Bureau of the leader of the Sadrist movement Moqtada al-Sadr, on Thursday, an understanding between five blocks to form the largest bloc.
"In Iraq, alliances are not based on political visions or programs or historical understandings, as happens in some countries. They are almost coalitions of interests. The political process has been built," said Sadr's political bureau official Zia al-Asadi in an interview with Anatolia. Based on that".
He added: "We are trying to find a new pattern of alliances consistent with the reform project," expected to "crystallize the largest bloc within parliament, which will be charged with forming a government, before the ratification of the election results days.
Al-Asadi pointed out that "there is an understanding between five blocs, namely: Saron (backed by the Sadrist movement), victory (led by Prime Minister Haider Abadi 42 seats), Fatah (which includes the popular crowd led by Hadi al-Ameri 47 seats) and wisdom Hakim 19 seats), and national (led by Iyad Allawi 21 seats). "
And that "the coming days may witness a meeting between the parties mentioned, and may lead to the formation of the nucleus of the largest bloc that will form the government."
"The resignation of Abadi from the Dawa Party is a demand by most of the political blocs, as well as the leader of the current Moqtada al-Sadr, that the person who takes over this post is the president of all of Iraq and its belonging to all of Iraq. We have experience that most officials, Their association with their party affects their work, and shows the influence of the party is evident in some joints. "
He explained that "at this sensitive stage, Iraq needs to address many of the problems, and we need a personality that enjoys independence and strength, and the administration practices high denial, and this will only happen if the official enjoys independence from his party and its component."
"At this stage, Iran, America and other countries can not intervene seriously or seriously in the course of the political process," al-Asadi said.
He added, "There may be alliances with parties supported by this side or that, but as long as it will adhere to the national program, which we set for Iraq next, and not subject to external will will not disagree with them."
Al-Asadi stressed that "the Sadr project aims to gradually convert weapons into the hands of the state, and retained (the Sadrist movement) the existence of the peace brigades in Karbala (south) and Samarra (north), because they are adjacent to places that may pose a threat to Iraq, and there are sacred thresholds may be attacked Sectarian violence ".
He added that "personal weapons will be acquired according to the laws, and will not be acquired any weapon outside the framework of the state."
But al-Asadi sees difficulty in disarming the "popular mobilization" factions that fought alongside Iraqi forces in the war against the Da'ash organization at the moment.
"Some people argue that Iraqi military forces were built on the basis of prosecutions and allegiance to personalities, so we need to address these doubts and develop the capacity of the military establishment, and then there will be no justification for the presence of weapons other than the official weapon," he said.
"It seems that the official military forces are not ready yet and unable to extend their force in all areas of Iraq, otherwise the prime minister asked all factions to hand over arms and engage in military and civilian institutions."

Sadr: bad economic policies and countries looking for their interests in Iraq

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Iraq will not step out of its Arab presence on the fruits of Sadr's visit to Saudi Arabia and the government of Iraq since 2003 has so far pursued economic policies, said Diaa al-Asadi, head of the political bureau of Sadr's leader Moqtada al-Sadr. Bad, Iran felt is not the only beneficiary of the economic situation of Iraq.

"There is an inherent reluctance of the Iraqi people to prevent them from abandoning their identity, which represents their existence," al-Asadi said in a statement issued by the al-Maslal newspaper. "Iraq never came out on any day, And the signs of history loom large for every one of us. "

He added that "the problem is not the countries that are looking for their interests in Iraq, the problem in Iraq, which overshadows its interests, and in the governments of Iraq, which does not know how to manage the interests of Iraq only through polarization and dependency," adding that "the problem also in the bad economic policy pursued by governments Iraq since 2003 until now, which are generally policies that serve parties, groups and components, and do not serve the nation or the people of the nation, because it is not based on clear vision and plans and effective policies.

He pointed out that "all those who follow the interests of his country and his people will be humiliated and defeated, and every servant to his family will lose his service in the wind and will not only reap humiliation and humiliation, and this position knows everyone and I do not think that there is a state or government or individual will prefer to deal with Abdul-Zilil With a strong and patriotic patriot. "

"Iran is not alone in having important economic interests with Iraq, and it is not the only country benefiting from the economic situation of Iraq," al-Asadi said. "Jordan, Turkey and some Gulf countries have important and influential trade exchanges with Iraq."

On the visit of al-Sadr to Saudi Arabia last year, al-Asadi said that "Iranian media and official sources say that Sadr's visit to the Kingdom is a special Iraqi affair, and do not expect them to change this position at the official level whatever they feel because it is really a special Iraqi affair and purely Iraqi interest "But Sadr believes that even this Iraqi interest will serve the stability of Iraq, Iran and Saudi Arabia. The philosophy that stems from this in particular is that Iraq, Saudi Arabia and Iran are large and important neighboring countries, Muslim countries that can have strong political, economic and cultural relations On their peoples and on their security and economic stability, and that any tension, God forbid, in these interrelations will negatively affect the peoples of these countries and the region present and future. "

Al-Asadi continued, "As for the results of the visit and its fruits, it was lost at the time when Sadr arrived in the Kingdom and opened horizons that were closed by misunderstanding, lack of accurate information and a history of tension, anticipation and uncertainty." As well as in the interaction of the Kingdom's government and its employees with the Iraqi pilgrims after the visit directly and how the returning pilgrims was A talk about the different reception and handling of various spiritual and different, this is what I did visit one carry only good faith, love and hope that the spirit of brotherhood and what brings us together of the participants enough to turn the tension and sensitivity pages, doubts and start harmony, tolerance and cooperation pages. Sadr already said he wanted nothing to do with Malarky. So I'm taking that as a mute point.  Abadi will make the right decision and defunct from the Dawa party.  Then Malarky head is on the chopping block.

Hey Chuck I think Sadr wants this closed like yesterday and time to move on to get the country back together.  IMHO Sadr and Abadi are on light speed to get the corruption stopped, those guilty arrested, and the money back in the coffers of the CBI.  Like Adam said in his chat if the GOI once formed will get the HCL at the top until done we are close.  I think Sadr, Abadi, and Alak will all get on the same page to get everything done and we can all go on with our lives.
