Parliament postpones vote on the amnesty law, and read a report on the results of the investigation blew Karrada

He praised the President of the House of Representatives on the "considerable efforts made by the legal Committee to complete the bill by hosting bills experts", calling on the Commission to "use all the expertise required to complete the bill," adding that " the bill is considered exceptional to foster a spirit of tolerance without overtaking on the crimes that have been committed." 
the Council voted on a "proposal to cancel dissolved Revolutionary command Council resolution Act [80] for theyear 2000 submitted by the legal committees and health and the environment to obviate the need of resolution that the allowances granted to Doctors had organized the salaries of state employees Law No. 22 of 2008 ".

then declared President of the Council to postpone the vote to complete the questioning of defense minister because of the disruption of quorum. on

He noted the MP Mutashar Samurai " the importance of resorting to specialized committees from abroad in the investigation of an accident bombing Karrada terrorist." 
and the MP Ammar Tohme " the Commission 's report included evidence arguing for the incident , but the question booby - trapped car outside Baghdad need to check more and follow up on the presence of kegs terrorist in the outskirts of Baghdad. " 
the MP demanded Kharbit that" a report of the Committee thorough and comprehensive to know details of thecrime to clarify the facts in front of the Iraqi people. " 
in response to the interventions, confirmed the probe incident the bombing of Karrada as hired experts who are competent local authorities were also send the report to the American side where he is currently being followed up, noting that " the investigation of the incident is still going on by the government, adding that the report contains a very extensive information about the incident." 
for his part, he praised Prime Council efforts made by the committee in charge of the investigation, calling for the completion of their work in the investigation of the bombings spend the country. 
It was decided then adjourn the meeting to next Thursday.

The GOI have approved the Amnesty Law however Parliament must vote to approve as well to make it final then will be published in the Gazette IMHO.

No Gazette. It is law as soon as it is passed. They don't want to give the bad guys a chance to screw up without consequences. Once it is voted in its law.

I don't believe this Parliment will pass an Amesty Law or the Justice Law. There is just to much corruption an to many thieves in this Parliment. Abadi and Juburi will let the UN an UNOPOL take these crooks down an then they can get these important laws passed. Anyone want to bet a Dinar that the vote will be postponed again tomorrow in the Thursday session? I could be wrong but will find out shortly....

Twilight News / due to the Iraqi Council of Representatives held on Thursday its regular which will discuss and vote on several bills, proposals and decisions.

The highlights of tomorrow's meeting agenda, the completion of a vote on the amnesty law, as well as, the first reading of the law of the popular crowd, and the proposed amendment to the Unified Retirement Law.

The House of Representatives failed in its past, as is the case every time you pass a general amnesty law for the continuation of the confusion between the political blocs.
