The committee member said Awad al-Awadi, in an interview for "Economy News," that there is a major crisis between the province and the center on the issue of oil exports, and until now there are no reviews about the agreement between the province and the center on the subject of concern for my presidency, ministers and MPs to re-ministerial selection and the subject takes a long time . Yankees27
Thanx, Yota! C U in Santorini, Gypsygirl, after a "preliminary vacation" in Costa Rica! As Mick and the Stones once sang, "TIME is on (our) side. Yes, it is!"
TexAg91
Where'sMyRV, I don't think it was read. What has been happening is that the committee will say, "We're just about there! We're bringing it to a parliament vote at the next session!" And then, about 2-4 days before it would come up for a vote, the Kurds would lodge some concern and it would not leave committee. Per Adam, the HCL is actually made up of several related laws, some of which have, in fact, been passed and published. But not all, and so no HCL. Just an ongoing HCA. Given the Kurd's issues in the past, I just can't get too fired up until the full parliament is set to vote on it. I still expect them to scuttle it again.
ChuckFinley
I had to read it twice. Hopefully this can get done.
