Economic researcher Ziad Al-Hashemi revealed new information about the US Federal Reserve's policy towards Iraq, expecting the dollar to rise against the dinar, which will create great pressure on the Iraqi banking system.

-The first axis: The continuation of the punishment of the previous banks, and there is no lifting of the sanctions on them, meaning that the ban on those banks trading in dollars will continue indefinitely.
 
The second axis: closing banks that continue to violate federal controls related to money laundering, dollar smuggling, and supporting sanctioned entities and countries.
 
The third axis: Preventing the Iraqi government from interfering in the dollar file, and for this file to be in the hands ofCentral Bank of IraqJust.
 
He stressed that "the last axis explains that the Federal Bank has detected political influences from the Iraqi government," noting that "the Iraqi Central Bank is today in a very embarrassing situation and is almost in trouble due to internal pressures on it to obtain a larger space for the dollar and its circulation."
 
He stressed that "the Central Bank will only be able to delay and postpone federal procedures for the longest possible period of time, while achieving temporary protection for the Iraqi banking system and the Iraqi dinar."
 
He stated that "the US Federal Reserve will not be able to wait forever, and it is expected that there will be federal measures that may occur at any moment, and there will be a sudden and large demand for the dollar, which will lead to a decrease in the value of the Iraqi dinar against the dollar, which will generate great pressure on the Iraqi banking system, the Iraqi economy and the official political system."

This strategy from US Federal Reserve over the dollar file in Iraq is to stop corruption and dollar smuggling to Iran, Lebanon and Siria.

 

In my opinion this means the dinar will continue on a Fixed rate Pegged to the Dollar.

I understand but he did say let's watch & see. He said for now he's not getting out. I rather have this info from than straight up false hope. It's beyond pathetic that Iraq hasn't brought this to fruition! I hope it goes well for us & the citizens.

Just listened to it! Not a positive outlook, he states he’s NEUTRAL, not sure how this will go! Then again he believes there’s nothing wrong with the US economy!?!?

NEUTRAL? Is that like that non-binary or other stuff like I'm identifying as a Turnip or some such lunacy?

He was stating that he he’s not getting out, or selling his Dinar! However, he feels (unless Iraq stops the money funneling to Iran) the US will punish Iraq (sanctions) which could set us back (possibly set us back permanently)! We have to wait and see how they react! That was a down and dirty summary (his opinion)!!

Trump stated at his rally last night that he won’t cut one cent of SS or Medicare and that seniors should not pay taxes on SS .
