Probably not.  When Iraq thinks they want an RV, that is when it will RV.

Thanks Adam for the update.  I guest we have no idea when CBI will RV thier currency...Will continue to wait...I'm so glad I started taken advantage of the cryto section in Dinar Vets while waiting on the Dinar....

You must not be reading Luigi's posts then or you would know all the Gurus know the date and rate but are currently under a gag order......   LOL, sorry could not resist.

 

As to your original statement, I believe the CBI for sure but not convinced the GOI knows all the details, but I may be wrong, just a hunch on my part.
