i think the dinar dealers still sell the iqd as long as the price is right because they still want to make a lot of profit on the spread while waiting for the rv. . and the dinar buyers still have enough time to buy billions or even trillions of dinars. i bet there are some dinar holders buying more dinars on anticipation of an rv next week / in the month of march. 1. again, who get the most benefits ( winners ) from this investment if the iqd rv someday? first, of course dinar dealers. second, dinar investors. 2. again, who don't get the most benefits ( losers ) if the iqd never rv forever? of course dinar investors only. 3. again, who still get the most benefits ( winners ) if the iqd never rv forever? of course dinar dealers ( again ) still make a lot of profits on the spread if the dinar investors decide to sell off their dinars and never touch them again.

hopefully, iraq dinar is pegged to jordanian dinar which is still in a basket of currency. i iqd=i jordanian dinar=$1.41 , i will be happy to take that rate and never look back.
