4-12-2013 Newshound/Intel Guru Flashing rumors are great everywhere... imo the rate will be over $5 with a nice chance of double digits...sources are saying it is almost reaching double digits asn in the screens...remember those are rumors but i am very optimistic about a nice rate over $5. well connected sources are saying that the rate will be very nice. [are you hearing the VND will go up in value over time?] my sources have always said it will be between .27 and .57. some of them are saying that the real one was the rate we saw some months ago $.48. there is no holdups, glitches or anything negative. imo, we are in a great window for our rv. all my sources are very optimistic about any time now. they are really excited. in summary be positive, excited and happy because it is upon us.

I've been on this ride since July.'06, but never even looked in the rumor section.  I decided to start spending

time all over the net to get an idea what is going on.  Recaps says Wife in the Know is legit.  They know her

I.P. address, what location she's at and her real name.

 

If the pay off is ever going to happen, it has never looked so close to me.  The tier concept seems like the only way

to approach such a massive undertaking.  It all makes sense.

remember something -one of the first deals cut with Kuwait years ago was the value of the Iraqi dinar could not be more then .50 above the Kuwaiti dinar or below that either[resources had nothing to do with it]---common borders, trade across the borders, it would of created an imbalance--so look to what happens or may transpire with the Kuwaiti dinar as to what the agreed RI? Rv  between both countries--that was settled years ago! the real first step!

With out Kuwait accepting Iraq's promise,  they would never get our of Chap7--everything else is just working the little things out--the exchange rate between countries was and is the BIGGIE--double digits above 4ds not possible!

remember again that this was all agreed to way before all the new discoveries in Iraq --KUWAIT leads to release from chap 7

and a stable government!--just thought I would through that in!

Lol.... Little is known about the " forth tier" pay out ....as it is rumored to be in the range 10.20 to 14.87 USD conversion. However, Obama has prepared for this scenario with taxes that will be imposed to the third and forth tier groups with a 99.3% tax. This info is clearly stated within the Obama care bill.
