One is pronounced Waahi (say it as if this was an English word) And Ten is pronounced AAsha (again as if this was an English word) I have spent a day of two over there in the past. LOL one and ten sound as similar in Arabic as they do in English. Nice try Randlin. If you would like me to try to translate any regional dialects, I could help you there also.

Saya belum pernah dengar perkataan itu. Terima kasih Rand. You speak Malay ? and your welcome ! just thought i would see who know what ........ Apakah makna perekonomian? Saya belum pernah dengar perkataan itu. Terima kasih Rand. And the other point i was making is that changing one letter in a word no matter what language beats the translators so that if your mind is not in tune and really (not paying close attention........ like miss spelling ) you could not read the text with a translator ..
umbertino
Quote Randalln sounds to me like a Texan who knows some stuff that one might want to listen to if one is wise enough to cover all angles and thinknout of the box.. just saying. End Quote And to reduce this to a matter of State-origin is plain absurd.
blugrass60
Well.. i speak, English, English propper, a bit of spanish and latin. Plus bits and pieces of others. And Ky/ TN hillbilly. I get by with two of those on a day to day basis. Ill give anyone three guesses, but you only need one*. Lol. In the current english language, changing a letter in some words can do the same thing. And in many cases the same soundig word can have different meanings.. i do wonder what you said in that text randalln * chances are high if any of you met me you would think im from somewhere other than the south.. but i can and will play up any and all steriotypical southern accents lol Quote Randalln sounds to me like a Texan who knows some stuff that one might want to listen to if one is wise enough to cover all angles and thinknout of the box.. just saying.
