  1. Let me apologize for being a bit late. Lets get to the facts first, speculation afterwords. YES an announcement was made declaring Iraq a sovereign nation. NO they are not. This comments have been made several times in the past and they are not any more valid than in the past. NO there has not been an in country RV. NO street venders are not cashing people in. Sorry just facts, not trying to bring folks down, but I am sure that is what people want to know most. Iraq is making great strides in the last week, and parliment is working to get things ironed out. I Believe (know) that the HCL agreement is completed, just not finalized. This has been a big step to get the Kurds back into the game. Hopefully they will play nice with the rest of Iraq now. As I stated some friends got called back from vaca early. I was hoping this was do to a RV. Well not exactly. They were given new security assignments. The direct assignments I can not discus, but think of any big National changes. Security needs usually increase just prior to any big changes, and just after them. Just as there are people that want the RV in Iraq, believe it or not there are some groups that do not want this to happen. Dont tip your head like a confused dog. Destitute people are easier to control and manipulate. These people are creating as much havic as they can. Post event if RV I am sure you can see the need for hightened security. Now for a my beliefs. I am hearing, and now believe, that we are very close. YA I SAID IT. I will never give a date or rate, but I do like the sound of buying the whole family new cars by Valentimes day. Hopefully sooner. I am stilll hearing 1-1 open to clear as many people as possible. I do not feel it will open at 1 dollar, but would love it. The 3, 5, 7 guys are splap nutz IMHO, then again saying 1-1 is hard for me, just what I am hearing. Sorry I could not tell you this is done, but it is not. I can tell you things are starting to look alot better. Heads up, Watch for China to take a more active roll to get this done. I would like to give some more specific info, but should not. Not a tease, just cant, it would not matter much anyway. I have just got home from work, and only got about 30 min sleep last night so I am pretty tired. I will try to stay around for a couple hours to answer any direct questions that I can. I will also address a couple comments from past couple post. ovarB11

  2. Addressing the hype surrounding the Iraqi dinar to prevent more people from being misled about this investment. We will be updating this blog several times a week so please join to be notified about the updates. Thursday, January 5, 2012An Interview with Scooter I was recently fortunate enough to be granted a couple of hours with one of the most prominent and prolific dinar researchers out there. He's been around for a couple of years and he goes by the name of Scooter. As he points out in the interview he has never been paid for his research and doesn't sell anything. He started sharing his research in an effort to combat the misinformation and "intel" that was misleading people about the dinar, often with disastrous results. Sam I Am: I appreciate you taking the time to chat with me today. Scooter: Oh, you're very welcome Scooter: thank you for having me Sam I Am: Can you tell the readers a bit about your background? Scooter: Sure. Scooter: I was Born in Southern California. Scooter: The family then moved to the great northwest at an early age. Scooter: Northeastern Washington is a beautiful place to grow up. It was a small town 80 miles north of Spokane in the northern rockies. Scooter: It was particularly interesting being the wild and crazy kid that I was and your father was the Varsity football, wrestling, and Golf coach. Scooter: After high school, I moved to Phoenix and Went to College Scooter: Got my four year degree in 2.5 years Scooter: I knew if I didn't go blasting right through Scooter: I would never get it -- they called me PRIMATE back then - don't ask... Scooter: Started my first professional position in software design Scooter: moved to Chicago and got recruited by a very large organization Scooter: to manage their software development teams throughout North America Scooter: It was at that time that I did two things that changed my life Scooter: One Scooter: Started playing the FOREX market Scooter: Two Scooter: became a partner in a small startup software company Scooter: The FOREX venture started out bad --- at least the first week Scooter: we'll get to that in just a second Scooter: but the software venture exploded worldwide Scooter: The package was sold in 90 countries and 13 languages Scooter: big hit! Sam I Am: impressive Scooter: We sold the business in 2001 but I was still playing FOREX. Scooter: again -- wait for that story because it gets good Scooter: Nevertheless, sold the software company and moved back to Phoenix Scooter: Chicago has incredible culture and people but the weather really stinks! Scooter: Now Scooter: back to the FOREX Scooter: I started FOREX in 2000 Scooter: maybe 2001 Scooter: anyhow, I went into the game and purchased Forex Made EZ. Essentially, the product was supposed to do it all and provide indicators as to when you buy and sell. Scooter: In essence, I didn't have to think. Scooter: So, as a result the first week, being the impatient man that I am Scooter: I got DRILLED !!! I lost about 10k that first week Sam I Am: ouch Scooter: My better half lynched me !!! Scooter: but I loved this market Scooter: it was like nothing I've ever experienced Scooter: As a result, I had to go to classes before I could ever start trading live again. Scooter: somewhat funny -- but I learned a very hard lesson that I still practice today Scooter: Essentially, Scooter: Never chase the market Scooter: always let the market come to you! Scooter: My instructor pretty much told me my problem wasn't that I made the wrong decision Scooter: it was more of a patience problem from being a MAN Scooter: haha Scooter: anyhow -- I loved this market and ever since i've been active on and off for the past decade Scooter: At this time, I currently live in Phoenix and just acquired another software company and it's on the precipice of exploding Scooter: so, I'm pretty excited Scooter: I purchased my first DiNAR in 2005 Scooter: and my last batch in 2006 Scooter: I was on a plane traveling from Phoenix to San Diego Scooter: and saw a full page spread in USA Today Scooter: and bought immediately after exiting the aircraft Scooter: I thought it would be a 8 - 10 year play Scooter: and thought it would open around $0.35 Scooter: WOW! Scooter: That was one long sentence Scooter: LOL Sam I Am: that's okay Sam I Am: How did you get started on the dinar forums? Scooter: Ahhhh Scooter: The forums --- Scooter: Let's see, I think I joined one of the major forums in late 2009 Scooter: I met a couple of folks and went to chat in hopes to learn a bit more about this investment. Scooter: At that time, I was hot and heavy in playing FOREX. I was glued to analsys and research to learn about what's happening in the marketspace Scooter: I mainly was playing the majors -- rarely the exotics Scooter: but I quickly found out that the leaders in these forums Scooter: were stating information that was completely inaccurate but I stayed quietly on the sidelines Sam I Am: What do you think about the information available on the forums? Scooter: Since that time, the information and research has improved 100% Scooter: but I still think the community suffers from some basic problems Scooter: One Scooter: too much of the information is based on "INTEL" Scooter: and not on factual data coming from the organizations that do this type of work everyday Scooter: Just my opinion Scooter: at that time in early 2010 Scooter: the information was being spewed out there and I knew for a fact that it was completely off base Scooter: and I also witnessed innocent people getting hurt Scooter: hurt badly too Scooter: They were overleveraging themselves to the point of losing their homes and looking at this investment as a lottery ticket Scooter: As a result, I engaged myself and started the massive reading binge Scooter: Started posting the information and the response was Scooter: well, it overwhelmed me and I was honored by everyone's appreciation Sam I Am: So Scooter research began as a way of keeping people grounded and getting them to go by factual information? Scooter: Haaah! Yes. Scooter: I suppose so Scooter: I started doing organized chats Scooter: at several sites Scooter: not the kind where I came in and chatted with friends Scooter: but a thought out written chat Scooter: at that point, Scooter Research was "Branded" and had it's own identity Sam I Am: I see Sam I Am: Let's talk a little about the investment Scooter: one second Scooter: one last item Sam I Am: okay Scooter: thanks Scooter: NEVER in this venture have I received any fiduciary rewards or money or anything. Scooter: I always felt if I did receive cash, my credibility would be severely diminished. Scooter: I now have a blog Scooter: and now get some minor $ Scooter: from the ads -- but it's nominal at best Sam I Am: if it's like my blog it's very minor Scooter: I can buy my wife dinner a couple times a month Scooter: lol Scooter: Exactly Scooter: But I enjoy having it and it's my center where I post all my material Scooter: it's a hobby I guess Scooter: but Sam I Am: the URL? Scooter: oh Scooter: I'm allowed to do that Sam I Am: sure Scooter: Nevertheless, it's fun and I enjoy the research Scooter: it's just fun to me Scooter: I like the emerging market space and I think it's important today more than ever Scooter: particularly when we look at the current worldwide financial picture Scooter: I firmly believe that natural resources from sovereign nations Scooter: will be the next currency of the 21st century Scooter: at least, it will have a huge impact on the strength of the currency Scooter: so Scooter: I'm now researching over 42 Emerging Markets right now Scooter: learned a lot Sam I Am: I'm sure Sam I Am: now? Scooter: now, your question Sam I Am: What do you think the current money supply is in Iraq? Scooter: Haha Scooter: ok Scooter: Well, once again, I look at the facts Scooter: and I take that one step farther Scooter: for example, when the CBI post there bi weekly financial indicators Scooter: I like to verify this data with other organizations Scooter: Because data and statistics can be made to look many ways Scooter: depending on the audience Scooter: and in Iraq's case -- a double verification is always a good practice Scooter: anyhow Scooter: when taking a look at those numbers -- I try to verify with the IMF database or World Bank Database, etc.. Scooter: etc.. Scooter: does that make sense Scooter: I hope so Scooter: just a practice I try and do Sam I Am: yes Scooter: so back to circulation amount Scooter: and in Iraq, outside of banks right ? Scooter: ok Sam I Am: ok Scooter: As of December's report --- Scooter: the November's number are clearly showing 26.866 Trillion IQD outside of banks Scooter: shows m1 to be 57.997 Trillion Scooter: M2 67.160 Trillion Scooter: now Scooter: with that said Scooter: there's some variables that we need to look at Scooter: one, some of that could be in reserves of other countries Scooter: and those reserves will never see the shores of Iraq ever again. Scooter: that number is unknown right now Scooter: and nobody knows what that amount currently is Scooter: but Scooter: we do know that within the immediate area of baghdad Scooter: there's approximately 4 trillion in hard currency Scooter: Saleh just reported that one Scooter: with that said, and knowing Baghdad has approximately 6 - 8 million of the populace Scooter: we can start dissecting and making educated guesses Scooter: Now, the other unknown in this equation are two items Scooter: The $173 Billion USD sitting at US Treasury account that came from the DFI's Savings account Scooter: two Scooter: We don't know, how much $ is being sheltered from the partner countries Scooter: to be dedicated to Iraq when the structural changes go down Scooter: What do you think the circulation in Iraq is? Scooter: hahahah Scooter: sorry, I know., you're doing the questions ... Scooter: lol Sam I Am: My guess is 20 trillion Scooter: In Iraq? Sam I Am: Like I said, it's a guess Scooter: Correct Scooter: just like mine Scooter: I think it's in the 12 - 14 range Scooter: probably closer to 12 Scooter: I figure outside countries will carry 8 trillion Scooter: independent investors is unknown and the speculation is all over the map. Scooter: like I said -- everything is a guess -- ha ha Scooter: I think the moves that are required to reduce the circulation of the larger notes have been occurring over the last six months in country Sam I Am: Do you think there has been a significant reduction of IQD in circulation in Iraq? Scooter: Yes! Scooter: I think they will make the structural changes and we'll see a hybrid conversion Scooter: the larger notes will be sucked into the CBI and they will SOIL those notes immediately Scooter: the value is still the same -- i mean of the aggregate number --- Sam I Am: replaced by USD? Scooter: if the value of there reserves were 25 Billion before -- it will be valued at 25 billion when they convert Scooter: No Scooter: they need to to create immediate demand for IQD Scooter: they need to de dollarize their economy and fast Sam I Am: right Sam I Am: that's their stated goal Scooter: Their goal will be to make the IQD the standard throughout the country Scooter: and make it attractive to do business inside the country and to investors inside and outside the country. Sam I Am: okay, so you're saying the IQD will be sucked into the CBI upon the RV? Scooter: I think they are already reducing the 1000 series notes as we speak Scooter: but we won't have the details of their banking circulation for the year Scooter: until the third week of January Scooter: maybe fourth week Scooter: that's when some good juicy details about the exact make up the the circulation comes out Scooter: it will tell us how many 25k notes are in the private banks, government banks, and individuals hands Scooter: all the notes and coins Scooter: but they only provide that report once a year Scooter: So they will suck those notes in and deploy the CPI immediately Scooter: remember, they have already deploy almost 2 million of those smart cards Sam I Am: CPI? Scooter: those cards are like having 15 wallets or files on you Scooter: Consumer Price Index Scooter: They modified it in March of 2010 to reflect the lower denoms Scooter: they just haven't deployed it yet Sam I Am: ok Scooter: also, those Iraqi citizens will immediately need to open their first checking account Scooter: if they haven't already Scooter: they'll deploy the lower denoms and coins immediately Scooter: and suck in those larger notes Scooter: I don't think they'll be able to do this all at once Scooter: it's virtually impossible to do this in a short period of time Scooter: As a result, they will be encouraged in some way shape or form to convert that CASH into electronic form Scooter: Just my opinion Sam I Am: okay Scooter: one other item Scooter: they need to develop their Government Bond and Commercial Bond market space Scooter: That is very very critical Sam I Am: Yes, Enoch made reference to that Scooter: Yes, the government needs liquidity and that's what these bonds can provide Scooter: Those bonds will help pay for these critical projects over the long run Scooter: It appears they are leaning toward the Japanese model Scooter: but Scooter: that's another discussion Sam I Am: How does your view now differ from your original time frame and expectation of $.35? Scooter: Good question!!!, Scooter: when I first made my estimates, Scooter: I hadn't reviewed the 1000's pages of documents from multiple organizations Scooter: So my opinion has changed quite bit since that time. Scooter: Now, with that said Scooter: let me make the disclaimer Scooter: anything, and I mean anything, can occur in this investment Scooter: that includes nothing happening at all. Scooter: but when the founders of the plan developed the details, they had several strategic goals in mind Scooter: one Scooter: Significantly improve the lifestyle of every Iraqi citizen Scooter: move them from earning $2.00 a day per family to Scooter: something significantly better with a currency that had a strong purchasing power Scooter: With that goal achieved, the citizens of Iraq, in theory, would be drawn to more market driven activities Scooter: We knew they had all the resources Scooter: but politics, the enemy, and several mistakes made throughout has slowed the process down considerably Scooter: second, Scooter: Iraq needed to be the poster child for western democracy throughout the middle east Scooter: as a result, Scooter: this RV was built around several financial Tranches Scooter: some of those haven't occurred but are waiting for the right moment Scooter: The idea was to plant several economic explosions in locations that will take off in their economy, invigorating the private sector and foreign investment Scooter: For example, agriculture Scooter: that was one of the targets Scooter: At one time, Agriculture was a far bigger contributor to their GDP than oil Scooter: it was close to 37% Scooter: Nevertheless, Scooter: this had an impact on my opinion as to the price point to open. Scooter: Saleh has said the real value of the IQD is around $1.30 Scooter: the 2009 budget, as evidenced by the Tables of increases from their budget, came in at $1.17 Scooter: 2010 -- $2.05 Scooter: 2011 -- $1.27 Scooter: Now that combines both the operational budgets and Investment budgets. Scooter: So to answer your question my friend Scooter: $0.35 ? Scooter: NO Scooter: I don't think so -- I think there's another plan that hasn't been seen or discussed in the forums Scooter: and they will be paying for this RV in some other way Scooter: Just my opinion Sam I Am: ok Sam I Am: and the time frame is .... whenever? Scooter: Haaaah!!! Scooter: Who knows Scooter: I can show you documents from the IMF Scooter: that indicated the structural changes were to occur at the same time as the parliamentary elections of 2010 Scooter: Nobody knows -- but they are behind scheduled -- that is for certain. Scooter: it could be June 2013 Scooter: when the Iraqi Banking reforms are scheduled for conclusion Scooter: nobody knows Scooter: but remember, the banking industry and governments are the BEST at misdirection Scooter: they will have you look to left and sneak through the back door and steal the cookie jar. Sam I Am: Okay, one last question Scooter: I have one more in me Sam I Am: What is your advice for dinar speculators and potential investors? Scooter: Haaaah! Scooter: I can't provide any advice as I'm not a licensed financial planner Scooter: however, Scooter: I will say this again --- there's far too much INTEL out there being provided, with the majority being incorrect Scooter: However, this is a great opportunity !!!!! Scooter: I won't deny that but I still treat this as something riskier than a penny stock Scooter: because it is. Scooter: and nobody knows what's going to happen for the exception of about 3 - 5 people Scooter: in the world. Scooter: but the good news is that there's strong tangible evidence that suggest the RV will occur., Scooter: Logic dictates that it's required sooner rather than later Scooter: That's it Sam I Am: Anything else you'd like to add? Scooter: I don't think so --- I think I've bantered about for the last hour and a half Scooter: lol Scooter: lol Scooter: I'm good! Sam I Am: Okay, thanks for your time and all of your research Scooter: I just hope this was helpful ! Scooter: You are so welcome Sam Posted by Sam I Am at 2:32 PM

  3. I just got off the phone with a friend of mine of about 20 years who's also invested in the dinar, I'll call him Bill. Bill told me that a close friend of his(Rob) just surprised him today at lunch by telling him that he had been invested in the Dinar for a couple of years...needless to say they both revealed their little secret and had some good laughs. Now here's where it gets interesting...Rob's aunt works at 1818 H Street, NW Washington, DC....THE WORLD BANK.... He told her about a year ago that she should take a look at the Dinar opportunity... so she started asking people at work if they knew about it and discovered that most had heard about it and many were invested. During her little quest for information she ran into someone who works at the IMF( which is across the street from the World Bank)...that person had no RATE or DATE but did say that something big was in the works and there were plans for a Revaluation. Just thought I'd share.

My words are on this site, and this site only. If you see my words anywhere else, they might be taken out of context, edited, or who knows what else. Best regards to all my fellow Dinar Veterans.

  5. It's only 2 ways to look at this matter of buying Iraqi Dinars. You are either "THE FOOL WHO DID" or "THE FOOL WHO DIDN'T" so pick which fool you would rather be. I'm the fool who did back in Dec of 2004 I am very happy with my decision. I love reading all the hype about the RV. I can wait another 7 years if I have too. One day sooner or later it will RV.

  7. THIS, people, is what the Second Amendment is about. It is NOT about hunting, it is NOT about target shooting....it IS about our RIGHT to defend ourselves, and our loved ones. PERIOD. This is the perfect example of why gun rights are so important. A mother shot and killed an armed man who invaded her home, after waiting over 20 MINUTES for a Law Enforcement response. IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE POLICE TO PROTECT YOU, AND YOUR LOVED ONES. It is YOUR responsibility and yours alone. (See Supreme Court decisions Castle Rock V. Gonzales and Warren V. District of Columbia.) Hoplophobes would somehow want you to believe that banning firearms keeps people safe. It does not. This woman and her 3 month old baby are textbook examples of how gun ownership levels the playing field for people that are smaller, and weaker than their attacker. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/01/04/mom-kills-intruder_n_1183336.html?icid=maing-grid7|main5|dl4|sec1_lnk3&pLid=124743

Good luck, there sparky. Be safe and write home soon. we're sure gonna miss ya, little buddy.

  10. Ok, I know this is going to sound really strange and off the wall but since Tuesday morning I have awoke from sleeping at 1:17 am with that number in my head? in my dream? It's just the oddest thing!! The only reason I'm kinda weirded out about this is the connection of numbers I sometimes notice. For instance, when my mother became ill she was in room 232 in the hospital. She later died at 2:32 in the moring. I had bought her, my sister nd myself variants of the same fashion watches (kirks folly) to give aa Christmas. They all stopped running at 2:32. Nine years later a friend was separated temporarily from spouse and went to stay with aanother friend in an apartment, I begged both friends not to do this. My friend died of a sudden stroke in apartment 232 I'm hoping maybe these number could mean something on a super POSITIVE note! Maybe RV on Jan 17th? Or maybe RV at $1.17? I hope it itn't trying to tell me my bank balance!! Not enough zeros for my liking!

  15. This might not be for everyone so if you don't believe in God, PLEASE STOP READING NOW!!! My sister sent this to me and I wanted to share it with my DV family!! Daniel's Gloves I sat, with two friends, in the picture window of a quaint restaurant just off the corner of the town-square. The food and the company were both especially good that day. As we talked, my attention was drawn outside, across the street. There, walking into town was a man who appeared to be carrying all his worldly goods on his back. He was carrying, a well-worn sign that read, ‘I will work for food’. My heart sank. I brought him to the attention of my friends and noticed that others around us had stopped eating to focus on him. Heads moved in a mixture of sadness and disbelief. We continued with our meal, but his image lingered in my mind. We finished our meal and went our separate ways. I had errands and quickly set out to accomplish them. I glanced toward the town square, looking somewhat halfheartedly for the strange visitor. I was fearful, knowing that seeing him again would call some response. I drove through town and saw nothing of him. I made some purchases and got back in my car. Deep within me, the Spirit of God kept speaking to me: 'Don't go back to the office until you've at least driven once more around the square.' Then with some hesitancy, I headed back into town. As I turned the square's third corner, I saw him. He was standing on the steps of the church, going through his sack. I stopped and looked; feeling both compelled to speak to him, yet wanting to drive on. The empty parking space on the corner seemed to be a sign from God: an invitation to park. I pulled in, got out and approached the town's newest visitor. 'Looking for the pastor?' I asked. 'Not really,' he replied, 'just resting.' 'Have you eaten today?' 'Oh, I ate something early this morning.' 'Would you like to have lunch with me?' 'Do you have some work I could do for you?' 'No work,' I replied 'I commute here to work from the city, but I would like to take you to lunch.' 'Sure,' he replied with a smile. As he began to gather his things, I asked some surface questions. Where you headed?' St. Louis ' 'Where you from?' 'Oh, all over; mostly Florida .' 'How long you been walking?' 'Fourteen years,' came the reply. I knew I had met someone unusual. We sat across from each other in the same restaurant I had left earlier. His face was weathered slightly beyond his 38 years. His eyes were dark yet clear, and he spoke with an eloquence and articulation that was startling. He removed his jacket to reveal a bright red T-shirt that said, 'Jesus is The Never Ending Story.' Then Daniel's story began to unfold. He had seen rough times early in life. He'd made some wrong choices and reaped the consequences. Fourteen years earlier, while backpacking across the country, he had stopped on the beach in Daytona. He tried to hire on with some men who were putting up a large tent and some equipment. A concert, he thought. He was hired, but the tent would not house a concert but revival services, and in those services he saw life more clearly. He gave his life over to God. 'Nothing's been the same since,' he said, 'I felt the Lord telling me to keep walking, and so I did, some 14 years now.' 'Ever think of stopping?' I asked. 'Oh, once in a while, when it seems to get the best of me. But God has given me this calling. I give out Bibles. That's what's in my sack. I work to buy food and Bibles, and I give them out when His Spirit leads.' I sat amazed. My homeless friend was not homeless. He was on a mission and lived this way by choice. The question burned inside for a moment and then I asked: 'What's it like?' 'What?' 'To walk into a town carrying all your things on your back and to show your sign?' 'Oh, it was humiliating at first. People would stare and make comments. Once someone tossed a piece of half-eaten bread and made a gesture that certainly didn't make me feel welcome. But then it became humbling to realize that God was using me to touch lives and change people's concepts of other folks like me.' My concept was changing, too. We finished our dessert and gathered his things. Just outside the door, he paused. He turned to me and said, 'Come Ye blessed of my Father and inherit the kingdom I've prepared for you. For when I was hungry you gave me food, when I was thirsty you gave me drink, a stranger and you took me in.' I felt as if we were on holy ground. 'Could you use another Bible?' I asked. He said he preferred a certain translation. It traveled well and was not too heavy. It was also his personal favorite... 'I've read through it 14 times,' he said. 'I'm not sure we've got one of those, but let's stop by our church and see' I was able to find my new friend a Bible that would do well, and he seemed very grateful. 'Where are you headed from here?' I asked. 'Well, I found this little map on the back of this amusement park coupon.' 'Are you hoping to hire on there for a while?' 'No, I just figure I should go there. I figure someone under that star right there needs a Bible, so that's where I'm going next.' He smiled, and the warmth of his spirit radiated the sincerity of his mission. I drove him back to the town-square where we'd met two hours earlier, and as we drove, it started raining. We parked and unloaded his things. 'Would you sign my autograph book?' he asked... 'I like to keep messages from folks I meet.' I wrote in his little book that his commitment to his calling had touched my life. I encouraged him to stay strong. And I left him with a verse of scripture from Jeremiah, 'I know the plans I have for you, declared the Lord, 'plans to prosper you and not to harm you; Plans to give you a future and a hope.' 'Thanks, man,' he said. 'I know we just met and we're really just strangers, but I love you.' 'I know,' I said, 'I love you, too.' 'The Lord is good!' 'Yes, He is. How long has it been since someone hugged you?' I asked. A long time,' he replied And so on the busy street corner in the drizzling rain, my new friend and I embraced, and I felt deep inside that I had been changed.. He put his things on his back, smiled his winning smile and said, 'See you in the New Jerusalem.' 'I'll be there!' was my reply. He began his journey again. He headed away with his sign dangling from his bedroll and pack of Bibles. He stopped, turned and said, 'When you see something that makes you think of me, will you pray for me?' 'You bet,' I shouted back, 'God bless.' 'God bless.' And that was the last I saw of him. Late that evening as I left my office, the wind blew strong. The cold front had settled hard upon the town. I bundled up and hurried to my car. As I sat back and reached for the emergency brake, I saw them... a pair of well-worn brown work gloves neatly laid over the length of the handle. I picked them up and thought of my friend and wondered if his hands would stay warm that night without them. Then I remembered his words: 'If you see something that makes you think of me, will you pray for me?' Today his gloves lie on my desk in my office. They help me to see the world and its’ people in a new way, and they help me remember those two hours with my unique friend and to pray for his ministry. 'See you in the New Jerusalem,' he said. Yes, Daniel, I know I will. 'I shall pass this way but once. Therefore, any good that I can do or any kindness that I can show let me do it now, for I shall not pass this way again.' My instructions were to send this to four people that I wanted God to bless and I picked you. Please pass this to four people you want to be blessed. This prayer is powerful and there is nothing attached. Please do not break this pattern. Prayer is one of the best gifts we receive. There is no cost but a lot of rewards. Let's continue to pray for one another. God bless and have a nice day! 'Father, I ask you to bless my friends, relatives and e-mail buddies reading this right now. Show them a new revelation of your love and power. Holy Spirit, I ask you to minister to their spirit at this very moment. Where there is pain, give them your peace and mercy. Where there is self-doubt, release a renewed confidence through your grace, In Jesus' precious Name Amen.' I sent this to more than four, but this story is so touching I felt each of you would enjoy it greatly. GOD BLESS YOU, MY FRIEND... AND YOUR FAMILY!!!

Matter of fact another 20 minutes ago, should be on the news soon. Eight years of experience in Iraq with many conversations and observations with a front row seat. I don't claim to know anything at all but, neither does any of these other sayers on the site. The proof is that the dinar is still at the same worth it has been for many years with a few minor fluctuations. Not being negative, you can believe anyone of these "secret squirrels" that post, not my business.

  18. Here is what I posted on another site, hope it helps. You can also search me on this site and go back and read all of my posts on China and Iraq. I posted this a few days ago, the euro is was down to 1.27 today (1/6/12). I have gone over it in detail a number of times but since you have asked, I will give you the short and sweet version... China holds A LOT of euros and dinar. In June of 2010, when the euro hit $1.18 after falling from a high of $1.51 in November 2009, China bailed out the euro (ie. China bought even more euros) and the euro began climbing. Recently, the euro has been in trouble and China has been working behind the scenes to support it. As I have stated continuously, China has been the hold up with the dinar. You can go back and read all of my posts on DV, they are all dated. Why has China been the hold up? Because, the RV rate was always tied to the euro (currently at $1.29)and China has been after the best rate. Fast forward to October 2011, Obama announces that the U.S. troops will be leaving Iraq by the end of the year. China balks at first and doesn't believe it. Obama follows through and now, I am hearing that China is "antsy" and is looking to complete a deal. That is what I know and what I have shared. Frankly, I have been hearing positive rumblings since October 2011 but I have kept it to myself until today when I saw 11Bravo on DV confirm some of the things that I have been hearing. I am hopeful BUT not counting on anything. Personally, as I stated [earlier], there is too much work that still needs to be done. So...again...NO GUARANTEES...JUST SHARING WHAT I KNOW TO BE TRUE! 20. 2. Legal Structure The Iraqi constitution that was approved by public referendum on October 15, 2005 states that the Republic of Iraq is an independent, sovereign nation, and its system of governance is democratic, federal and representative (parliamentary). Islam is the official religion of the state and is a basic source of legislation. The law is sovereign; the people are the source of authority and legitimacy, which they exercise through direct, secret ballot and its constitutional institutions. Transfer of power is carried out peacefully through the democratic means stipulated in the constitution. The constitution comes into effect with the elections of the Council of Representatives as stipulated by the constitution. Source: UNDP – Programme on Governance in the Arab Region –Constitution: Iraq (2006) Dont know where yall get iraq is not sovereign I was there in the green zone when this happend I sugest you folks do your own research and stop letting people give you there version of the facts That has nothing to do with this cash in Iraq was able to do this years ago

  24. (I wanted to place this in the article about the young man, Tebow. By the time I returned to the forum and wrote these words, the article was gone. I'm sure it's in here some place.) I have, for a while, resisted coming into this thread because of the title. However, I decided to enter because of the number of people who have posted. Profanity does not shock nor offended me. I am human and have heard worst from supposedly religious people. God, however, is offended, and not because He has not heard the insults, blasphemies, and foulness of the human mind; but because He is holy. Any Christian needs to be prepared for the ridicule and disgusting words that comes from those who are unbelievers. Such diatribes and lashing out at the saints are to be totally expected. Unbelievers have been persecuting the believer since faith in God entered the world. The prophets of God were killed, maimed, imprisoned, beaten, and deprived of their rights. Christians were rejected, beaten, crucified, and scorned by unbelievers, and that continues even today. Christians face the same ignorance by unbelieving minds all throughout history. So why do we think it should be any different today? Jesus said that if they hated Him, they would hate the Christian also. But the question is not what happens to us, but how we respond to what happens. That is, what happens in us when we are being threatened or persecuted? The expectation is that we run and hide, take it on the chin because we are weak, or respond in kind. Sometimes it is best to run and not be tempted to plant your foot in someone’s mouth; we do take it on the chin and not say a word; and, there are occasions, sad to say, when I have responded in kind. And, these three responses are the normal reaction. But there are far better ways of responding. The mentality (spirit) of the Christian has been changed and when someone does something bad to us or says something evil about us, the saint responds in love not hate, kindness not bitterness, pray not words of rebuke, and yielding not resistance. I know this is contrary to our training in this world, but we are not of this world! We belong to a greater kingdom and follow Christ and not the world order. Christians seek the highest good for every person. Fighting the good fight of faith is not retaliating in kind, but confessing even in the midst of death that we believe in Jesus as Lord and Christ. We serve a different Master than the unbeliever. If someone wants to harm the Christian, the Christian is ready to suffer for the Christ. But even when we suffer for being a believer and living righteously, we are still blessed; we still rejoice. When Christ is sanctified in the saint’s heart, then we react with any intimidation or fear. Tim Tebow doesn’t really care what others think about him. He just keeps doing what he should do: showing his faith in God! Let me see if I can clear up something that has been implied about the Christian. First, nowhere in the Scriptures do you find that believers believe in “freedom of religion.” That is a concept of government and not Christianity. Now as a citizen of the United States, I will uphold the Constitution and fight for your right to believe what you want to believe. As a Christian, I will try my best to teach you to become a child of God, a Christian. As a citizen, I believe in your right (and mine) of free speech, but freedom is not granted to destroy someone with lies. In such a case I / you will have abused our freedom. Sharing faith is not an abuse of freedom. I will fight for your right to be a Muslim, Buddhist, Atheist, or anything you want to be. The moment I take away your freedom as a citizen then I have lost that freedom for myself. But there is a big difference between my citizenship in the U.S.A. and my citizenship in Christ’s kingdom. I am always a Christian first. Second, there is but one faith and that is a belief that Jesus is God in the flesh. To state that a believer in Christ must accept that all religions are true is a total misunderstanding of Christianity. The idea that one religion is just as good as another is a belief fostered by men and not God. There is but one faith, and one God, and only one way to be saved, and that is through Jesus Christ, and Christ alone! To believe in many gods and many ways to get to heaven is the thinking of the unbeliever and reveals a lack of understanding of Christ and the Scripture.

Pleeeze Let It Be Blood ! 1-6-2012 Guru Mailman17 PARLIMENT SHOULD HAVE ENOUGH FOR ANY VOTE PLANNED, KEY WORD PLANNED, ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE SAID THEY WILL ONLY VOTE ON THURSDAY THAT CAN BE ALTERED AT A MOMENTS NOTICE. WE ALREADY KNOW THE DINAR IS GETTING PRETTY THIN IN IRAQ. COINS ALONG WITH THE NEW BILLS ARE ON THE AGENDA AND NO LONGER BEING HIDDEN. THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR ANYONE TO BE DOUBTFUL AS TO WHATS GONNA COME DOWN VERY SHORTLY. THEY SHOULD BE MORE THAN ABLE TO COVER A 1-1. WE ARE IN A VERY GOOD POSITION..JUST KEEP AN EYE OUT FOR THE BUDGET PASSING. .[/url] 1-6-2012 Guru Adam Montana The IMF won't "nudge" Iraq, Iraq has to take control of their situation and make a firm commitment to maintaining the stability of their currency AND COUNTRY in order to RV...once they do that, the IMF isn't going to stop them from raising the value of their currency - they have no reason to and once they are prepared to take control, they have no reason to not RV immediately. I see that as a very near event. . 1-5-2011 Guru Kaperoni I think we need to be very concerned pertaining to our investment that this govt is not stable. I am more fearful, and I don’t want to put rampant fear into everyone that has dinar, I am very fearful that something is going to happen with this govt and I think the US is concerned too. That’s why we sent a delegation over there yesterday, they called it a surprise visit, to work with them as I think they are concerned with it falling apart. 1-5-2012 Guru Med I THINK PERSONALLY THAT THEY ACTUALLY ARE DOING A PRETTY GOOD JOB OF DIVERTING A CIVIL WAR. I THINK THE SITUATION HAS BEEN DIFUSED. THEY ARE ADDRESSING THINGS PRETTY WELL. THEY STILL HAVE TO VOTE ON THE DRAFT. ALL WE HAD WAS THE PARLIAMENT FINANCE COMMITTEE AGREE WITH CBI THAT THEY FELT THE NEW RATE WAS NEEDED.

  27. WHEN I'M 100, IF I LEAN A LITTLE, LET ME!! The family wheeled Grandma out on the lawn, in her wheelchair, where the activities for her 100th birthday were taking place. Grandma couldn't speak very well, but she would write notes when she needed to communicate. After a short time out on the lawn, Grandma started leaning off to the right, so some family members grabbed her, straightened her up, and stuffed pillows on her right side. A short time later, she started leaning off to her left, so again the family grabbed her and stuffed pillows on her left side. Soon she started leaning forward, so the family members again grabbed her, and then tied a pillowcase around her waist to hold her up. A nephew who arrived late came up to Grandma and said ... 'Hi, Grandma, you're looking good! How are they treating you?' Grandma took out her little notepad and slowly wrote a note to the nephew..... 'Bastards won't let me fart.

  28. Bwahaaahaaaahaaa: http://www.cnn.com/2012/01/06/world/meast/iran-us-navy-rescue/index.html (CNN) -- U.S. sailors from a carrier strike group whose recent presence in the Persian Gulf drew the ire of Iranian military officials have rescued 13 of the Middle Eastern country's sailors from a hijacked fishing boat, a military spokesman said Friday. The destroyer USS Kidd came to the aid of the ship Thursday in the North Arabian sea, near the crucial Strait of Hormuz, according to the Navy. The rescue prompted the captain of the freed ship to offer his "sincere gratitude," according to Josh Schminky, a Navy Criminal Investigative Service agent aboard the Kidd. "He was afraid that without our help, they could have been there for months," said Schminky The rescue Thursday came two days after Iran said the United States should not send any more warships into the Persian Gulf. The USS John Stennis Strike Group, which includes the Kidd, moved out of the Gulf through the Strait of Hormuz last week, prompting Brig. Gen. Ahmad Vahidi to warn that "there is no need for the forces belonging to the countries beyond this region to have a presence in the Persian Gulf," according to the semi-official Fars News Agency. "Their presence does nothing but create mayhem, and we never wanted them to be present in the Persian Gulf," Vahidi said. According to the Navy, a helicopter from the Kidd spotted a suspect pirate boat alongside the Iranian vessel. At the same time, the Kidd received a distress call from the captain of ship, the Al Molai, saying he and his crew were being held captive by pirates. A team from the Kidd boarded the Al Molai, took 15 suspected pirates into custody and freed 13 Iranian hostages, the Navy said. The suspected pirates, mostly Somalis, were taken to the Stennis to be held until a decision is made about prosecution, Pentagon spokesman Capt. John Kirby said Friday. Pirates hijacked the Al Molai 40 to 45 days ago, U.S. Naval Forces Central Command said in a statement. The crew was "held hostage, with limited rations and we believe were forced against their will to assist the pirates with other piracy operations," according to the statement. The Navy team provided food, water and medical care to both the suspected pirates and the crew of the Al Molai after securing the ship and ensuring everyone was safe, Schminky said. The crew had "been though a lot," he said. "We went out of our way to treat the fishing crew with kindness and respect," he said.

  30. Statement by IMF Managing Director Christine Lagarde on Iraq Press Release No. 11/465 December 13, 2011 Ms. Christine Lagarde, Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), issued the following statement after a meeting with H.E. Nouri Al-Maliki, Prime Minister of Iraq in Washington today: “It was a pleasure to meet Prime Minister Al-Maliki today. Over the past several years, Iraq and the International Monetary Fund have engaged in a very successful partnership, anchored by successive IMF-supported economic programs. This partnership has facilitated substantial debt relief and helped achieve macroeconomic stability, including a strong dinar, low inflation, and a resumption of economic growth, in a very challenging political and security environment. “Prudent fiscal policies are essential to maintaining macroeconomic stability and fostering inclusive growth. In this context, I am very encouraged by the government’s new budget proposal for 2012 that was recently submitted to the Iraqi Council of Representatives. The proposal aims to restrain the growth of current spending, thus freeing up resources for infrastructure investment and social support, while limiting the size of the budget deficit. The proposed budget would allow the current Stand-By Arrangement (SBA) to continue to provide a safety net to the budget in case oil revenues were to fall sharply. “Promoting policies that lead to more inclusive growth is central to our engagement with Iraq. We are working closely with the Iraqi government to rebuild its essential economic institutions to help improve economic management and public service delivery. The current SBA offers a framework for Iraq’s structural reform agenda, by promoting better public financial management, including the management of Iraq’s hydrocarbon resources, and developing a financial sector that can support private sector activity and job creation. We look forward to further progress in these areas. “We remain committed to helping Iraq in its efforts to foster sustained and inclusive economic growth, generate viable employment opportunities, and improve living standards for all Iraqis. An IMF staff mission is scheduled to meet the authorities in January to discuss progress under the program and next steps.” http://www.imf.org/external/np/sec/pr/2011/pr11465.htm

But he is in there with the rest of the "scouting party" (those gathering and analyzing information) by stating that the IQD RV is "sooner rather than later." That statement gets my hopes to the top of the mountain, but then it's those statements that say it "could be June of 2013 " that push me off the top and I go rolling down to the valley again! Otherwise, the IMF, UN, or the rest of the world for that matter, would have made it happen already, so to me, what it means is that Iraq is in total control. This chaos was expected, and it will eventually go away, as Iraq begins it transitions to a fully functioning country. They are still learning to get along, besides having to fix centuries of mistrust. It is coming, and coming fast. Be ready.....get some rest.....for the big party!!!! Go RV!!!

  37. The sooner you realize that no one is cashing in, the less grief you will have with yourself.... Here you are again trying to tell people that its a FACT that your imaginary friend cashed out.....well I dont wanna hurt your feelings, but have you noticed everyone is still here and the dinar is still at 1170?? Thats the only facts presented in your post..... You should really think about joining PTR or PD....they would absolutely love your imagination....you could be a star over there!! I know thats what you want....but trying to make these posts here only makes you look ridiculous.....and you lose any credibility you thought you had as well

  38. Guess I am not sure why one person would consistently use a hide their IP address to log into a forum. If they had to manually enter the settings upon each visit, they may trigger an event where it shows up differently. If a person visits the forum often, they would likely have to the settings saved. If they were to view or post from another location, they may have a moment where they make a bad judgment call and post from a location other than what the forum knows. Long story short, sounds like a lot of work for a person who does not seem to be pumping, and basically telling us what seems to be true but we may be too naive to believe. As more people step into this fiasco of an investment, we become better connected. Solid claims are easier to de-bunk through the course of a simple e-mail or text to a person in that area. I will say it once, I'll say it 100 times... The part that is important to us is when we can confirm with our local banks or exchange stations we can exchange our IQD for USD or other foreign currencies and claim profit. As of yesterday, today, and likely tomorrow it will remain the same conclusion. Everything else is just filler, drama, entertainment, and education. Therefore, do not get exicted about anything until you get to cash-out and see money added to your acct. We can be fed truth or b.s. from any person, so just take it with a grain of salt. There are certain people I like to listen to because I think they're honest and have a good sense of what is going on. Why? Because I think some people are well educated enough to know where to look, or are sniffing along the right trail. Think about this, why would China play a big role? They're going to need crude... To support their expanding economy.. Scooter mentioned this in his research They're demand for crude/oil is going to go up substantially They're also going to continue exporting & I am sure a bunch of somewhat wealthy Iraqis will love purchasing imported goods from China. TVs, computers, appliances, fridges, clothes, and the list goes on. The people desire a westernized type of lifestyle so to speak, not to mention their own economy will grow in size in terms of population. The people have to prepare precisely to accomdate for this. More mouths to feed, more jobs to fill, more spending power, etc. etc. We live in a world today that no 1 economy can support itself... We used to, but not anymore. Trade is what helps support us.. China needs us, and we need China. Same goes for the M.E., we need their crude, they need our $.. I recall hearing from a grounded person who was being realistic and took the blinders off so to speak that was also about 50/50 on the outcome of this investment have a lot of respect for Dr.J He mentioned that many bashed his idea of a R/V not happening until 2012, or China playing a big role, etc. etc. Heck, its 2012 now, and he could be on to something. China likely would be looking to sign deals. They're going to need their friendship to support their oil needs. Iraq will want their friendship to support their desire for cheap imports and other imported items.

  39. ***/// Yup. "I can only be as effective as the information with which I am provided"... 'A little knowledge is a dangerous thing...' The more you read, the more you can use your own good judgement & figure it out for yourself. Then, if it all turns to crap, you know you did your best. After all... Reading is fundamental.

  40. I am really concerned about all the Americans that think we should just allow bullying as long as it's not on our shores. I cannot vote for Ron Paul. We need a strong Military. Protect our borders, and protect the innocent, and anyone who asks for help.

  42. Hey bro, I think you are going to have to wait till the Nyquil wears off before you post. I have always felt you were knowledgeable and had some insights we could learn from....but when you can't spell your words correct and you use the wrong word although it sounds the same as the one you want it really deadens the effect of your brilliance. Maybe I'm just knit-picking but I think you are rambling around in a semi-awake fog. People will bash regardless. It doesn't matter what you are doing someone will not like it. The day this finally happens and we are lining up with our hands out someone will gripe about it. An old saying is that some people would gripe if you hung them with a new rope. So, take it easy and please don't be driving!

  43. The reality of it is this......as long as the 3 sectarian groups remain at odds with each other over almost every single issue, we will not see an RV. Unless things change dramatically, and I'm not seeing any indication in this in the way these people co-exist.....the RV is just a nice little theory of how things could work and make life better for all in their country. THE PROBLEM IS ....NONE OF THOSE PLAYERS HAVE ANY INCLANATION OF WORKING TOWARD A COMMON GOOD....ONLY THEIR OWN SELFISH DESIRES. aS THEY HAVE BEEN DOING FOR THE LAST 3000 YEARS

  45. Sorry, don't mean to seem rude. I just get a tad impatient sometimes when folks don't read from this site all that is so valuable, for example THIS! [Adam Montana] if you've been in the news forum here at DV you know there is a staggering amount of movement right now [Adam Montana] we are seeing talks about Chapter 7, the HCL, the budget, and very importantly.... increasing production in the next month [Adam Montana] IF they RV in the next two weeks [Adam Montana] they will need to be able to back that RV with oil [Adam Montana] and they have a solid plan to boost production by 900,000 barrels per day... by FEBRUARY [Adam Montana] we're not talking months or years anymore, we're talking next month, rock n roll, git-r-dun style forward progress! [Adam Montana] hcl is drafted officially [Adam Montana] they had approved it already last year, but now it is OFFICIALLY drafted
