  1. Evening all! Sorry this is so late, and I hate to say this... but it's only going to get worse from there I'm currently out of the country and spent the day with government officials and some close partner legal firms, and somehow I completely forgot it was Wednesday!!!! I can't remember the last time that happened, my mind is kind of blown right now. It was an EXTREMELY busy day, and very productive! I'll be posting about it in the VIP section soon. I'll try to get a weekly update up tomorrow, or perhaps yet tonight, but my schedule is packed and I'm not certain I'll get to it, so... no promises. Please don't break out the tar and feathers! It shouldn't happen again Cheers everyone.

  8. Too often we have seen them quoting their exchange rate in so many diff ways. Example #1: The dollar stabilized exchange rates in the local market on Sunday (March 52 017). Bourse struggle - Baghdad 125.500, while the price of the stock on Friday, 125.450. Buying and selling in shops Banking Rates: Dollar selling price = 126,000 dinars. The purchase price of the dollar = 125,000 dinars. Another example: The decision of the Finance Committee of the Iraqi parliament, Ahmed Haji Rashid, told the network Roudao media, if the central bank raises $ 160 million a day in the market at a price of 119 thousand dinars at a rate of 5 days a week to raise the value of the dinar, and expected to exchange $ 100 price drop to 122 thousand Iraqi dinars. So...I think, "119 Iraqi dinar per dollar" ~ could actually mean 119 thousand Iraqi dinar per $ 100 dollar. I do not want '119 Iraqi dinar per dollar'

  9. Excellent LB. I could live with that. The most important thing is the lower denominations. Can not issue lower denominations if they are worth pennies, they have to value.

Since I am a Christian yet today I faux cussed or said something of a political nature , actually both on that Ron Paul thread. I got LGD angry enuf to no longer respond to my rants. Shabs , Umbertino we have boxed quite a few rounds on DV threads we each chose to comment on. Some how we have managed to remain civil . Dispite my writing on some occasions that I neg-ed ya. So what who cares because some virtual holier than thou cyber bully neg-ed us/you. Its all virtual nonsense. If I go over the line, even in someone's humble opinion, at least there is a handful of folks who assist me to repent.. Iron sharpening iron is a good thing.

  21. Iraq, November 9, 2017 More than two million Iranian pilgrims have crossed the border into Iraq for the annual Arbaeen Shiite pilgrimage to be celebrated on Thursday (November 8), an Iranian official said on state television. 'Some 2.32 million visas have been issued so far, and 2.2 million pilgrims are already in Iraq,' Shahriar Heydari, spokesman for the Iranian committee organizing the pilgrimage to the holy city of Karbala, said on Wednesday. Arbaeen marks the end of 40 days' mourning by Shiites in memory of the seventh century martyrdom of the Imam Hussein. Hussein, the grandson of the Prophet Mohammed, was killed in 680 during the Battle of Karbala, creating the first schism in Islam between Shiites and Sunnis. Participation in Arbaeen from mainly Shiite Iran has spiked massively in recent years, with some two to three million Iranians among the 17 to 20 million pilgrims who attended last year. For the past several days, state television in the Islamic republic has been broadcasting footage of hundreds of thousands of pilgrims heading on foot to Karbala, which is around 100 kilometers (60 miles) south of Baghdad. Arbaeen, which was banned when the late Sunni Muslim dictator Saddam Hussein ran Iraq, has become more and more popular among Iranians over the past few years. In 2011, only 40,000 Iranian pilgrims took part, compared with the millions last year and this month. The authorities in Iran look upon the commemoration as a symbol of the power of Shiite Islam, especially at a time of raised tensions with regional Sunni rival Saudi Arabia and the United States, Tehran's arch-foe. 'The glorious presence of millions of people for Arbaeen is a serious message to all those who plot against the region,' President Hassan Rouhani said on Wednesday. Press reports say Iran's logistical support for its pilgrims includes sending medical teams from the Iranian Red Crescent and facilitating access to the country's mobile phone and internet networks while in Iraq. This year, the authorities have issued several warnings that Iranians without visas would not be allowed to go to Karbala. Visas costing $40 (35 euros) are issued by the Iraqi consular authorities. According to media reports, up to 300,000 would-be but visa-less pilgrims have been turned back by Iranian authorities at the border. Last month, Iranian newspapers reported that police had seized 100,000 fake visas for Iraq and made six arrests ahead of Arbaeen. nrttv http://iraqdailyjournal.com/story-z16184646

  37. If Rand Paul is going to be such a Bee-otch of a neighbor, while negatively stroking the Homeowners Association they all live in, he gotta learn to box. Cuz your mouth cannot keep writing checks your ribs cannot cash. I think anything will become of this incident because there is a documented history of the verbal and psychological abuses Paul has been involved in. You position as a sitting US Senator should not allow you to be as arrogant as you wish. If he was driving a vehicle he would be considered a aggressive driver, if there was a witness, and be determined that Paul was the aggressor and therefore responsible for damages to all vehicles. Minimally, Paul should be deemed to be mutually responsible. As it appears that he bated the argument that infuriated the neighbor who ended up cracking his ribs. If I were the neighbor, it would be worth the $3,000 in legal fees to get such a response. JMHO on such a lack luster IQD new day. If I were Paul's neighbor I would have trail cameras up and pointed at Paul's side of my yard to record Paul or his landscaper blowing clippings onto my yard, and then take it up with the association. I might also just blow them back onto Paul"s lawn once I had video proof.
