I remember Adam saying he believed it could happen any day at any time.  I've always thought it would show up at the beginning of the work day on the first day of the week.  That is their Sunday.  Lately I've considered it might switch over at midnight their time. 

 

With the site going down so much lately, I'm thinking one of these times will be the last step.  GO RV/RI.

There is a span of time each week where all world banking is closed....On the weekend when the far east opens up is the best window in my mind....east to west as things open....and "suddenly"!     CL
