I dont know what the hell that means So Im gonna let the clown figure it out Im sure it means something Dog53, "The postman always rings twice"! It started in Calif, when a script would be sent out and if it was received well, a post card would be returned announcing the acceptance. The postman would alert the writer by ringing the doorbell twice. It means "good-news" is coming!!! Woohoo!!!

Osmosis
The post! Donald can confirm i have a pair of the others. Do you have a link? This might be the only bank screen rumor I am inclined to think is true. The idea that a bank would have the IQD as a currency with a zero value makes MUCH more sense than any of the other bank rumor stories I've heard. The question this puts in my head is how many other currencies are also in their system in this way? Comparing and contrasting those would be wonderful intel, actually. According to Frank, its a bunch in the basket!

dontlop
Definition of 'Tier 2 Capital' One of two categories by which a bank's capital is divided. Tier 2 capital is supplementary bank capital that includes items such as revaluation reserves, undisclosed reserves, hybrid instruments and subordinated term debt. A bank's reserve requirements include its Tier 2 capital in its calculation, but it is considered less reliable than its Tier 1 capital. In the United States, the capital requirement for banks is, in part, based on the weighted risk associated with the bank's assets. RVPleaseToday
The Postman Always Rings Twice is a 1934 crime novel by James M. Cain. It is interesting because it does not have a postman anywhere in it. "One of two categories by which a bank's capital is divided. Tier 2 capital is supplementary bank capital that includes items such as revaluation reserves, undisclosed reserves, hybrid instruments and subordinated term debt." dontlop, you are a master of the Non sequitur. Yah I don't doubt it. Just seems believeable for the dinar to have no value at a bank

motox565
Hate to say it but believe he s telling the truth. This guy SLAMS all the rumors and hates BS. For him to say this in public rings true to me just because he always debunks BS. I've always liked MM and knew him from the old Double I F days.... Not that he has always been right with his opinion, but he typically forms his view based his individual interpretation of giving articles. I sure don't know him to be a rumor Guru ......so, hmmm interesting.

KK Thanks Bamagirl & KiaKaha, you're both sweet! I saw my doctor today and she said that as long as I'm careful the operation can wait until early June. (I had asked for a later date so my new PPO plan could go into effect) She also prescribed a mild pain pill to get me through the wait. Come to think about it, an RV would change the whole plan! no black screen, green screen, test screen, invisble screen, touch screen, 3d screen..... just a normal currency screen.... wow, that must be news. How about a 'Plaid' screen, Happy Man? Edited April 16, 2013 by Cosmo
