  1. 7-16-2012 SWFloridaGuy: Today there were two reports released that show us the direction Iraq headed. According to the World Bank, Iraq is now ready to comply with their obligations and their application for full WTO accession is currently being reviewed for acceptance as negotiations continue. In addtion to forming a complete and functioning GOI, Iraq has six major issues they are working on right now. 1. Improving the banking sector. 2. Improving the infrastructure. 3. Improving transparency within government procurement procedures. 4. Designing economic zones for effective investment promotion. 5. Implementing their "vision" for national investment commission possibilities. 6. Effectively promote investment opportunities. Iraq must have a tradeable currency to accomplish their goals and reclaim their economic prowess in the region (as it should be). The IMF, World Bank and the OECD-Mena initiative have continued to promote broad reforms to enhance the investment climate, modernize governance structures, strengthen regional and international partnerships, and promote sustainable economic growth. This is no simple task and after decades of war, Iraq alone does not have the capacity to accomplish this. They don't have to. This has been a joint effort from the beginning and together with the IMF, World Bank and countless other government entities, commissions and organizations they have been able to implement policy reforms, develop legal framework, involve practitioners and the private sector, use amendments and decrees to update and modernize existing Iraqi laws, ensure alignment with the overall strategic industrial development strategy of GOI using other international templates to ensure compatibility with related laws of the country i.e. public private partnership, customs, financial regulations etc. We need to keep in mind many governments and corporations are heavily invested in Iraq and continue to support their reconstruction because like us, they see Iraq's potential and have invested heavily in order to reap the benefits themselves. There are certain key factors they monitor closely and will support (to protect their interests) such as political stability and the health of sectors which can maximize net economic gain. They can increase benefits by improving Iraq's image on an international level. In Iraq, government procurement plays an important role in supporting the reconstruction and rehabilitation of the national economy as well providing the necessary infrastructure for the development of the private sector. The modernization of the legal and institutional frameworks for procurement is a priority for the GOI. Iraq is once again receiving help and using certain international blueprints such as the United Nations Convention against Corruption, the Agreement on Government Procurement of the WTO, the Model Law of the United Nations Commission on International Trade Law and the European Commission Directives to accomplish this . The World Bank, IMF and European Union recommended procedures such as the agreement on Government Procurement (GPA) of the WTO, the Model Law of the UN Commission on International Trade (UNCITRAL) and the European Commission Directives. The goal is to enhance economic integrity, transparency, credibility and prevent misconduct. Actually, Iraq is the one requesting (and receiving) help in these areas. Iraqi officials frequently fail to act for fear of violating new rules and procedures which they don’t understand. However, some of the responsibility of supervision has now been transferred over to the Council of Ministers, which is a good sign. Iraq is also looking into global guarantees applied for by contractors and issued by the banks for a given period. For foreign firms they will use guarantees of banking institutions based in their countries of origin, then register with the Iraqi banks. The calculation of the bid bond as a percentage of the published price of the tender will facilitate the obtaining of these guarantees. The Iraqi banking system plays an important role in these transactions. The bottom line is: for Iraq to successfully implement the next stage of their economic reforms, they must continue to consult with representatives from the private sector, bilateral donor agencies and international organizations - such as the UN, WTO, IMF and the European Union - to ensure they are in compliance with international "proviso" or requirements. With the issuance of Investment Law No.13, the economic approach in Iraq has transferred from the centrally guided economy to a market economy, which of course is an important change in the economic philosophy. There are many aspects and contributing factors we will never be fully aware of, but we can follow the general progress and recognize that (with a lot of help) Iraq is moving forward economically and their goal (clearly) is not only integration but establishing sustainability.

  2. Kaperoni: I talked about this on the CC last night, so if anyone wants more information, get the July 15th call and listen. Kaperoni: Here is the article…There are several with the same name. Kaperoni: Parliament: The Central Bank will not be able to replace the currency early next year - Date: Monday 16/7/2012 1:29 Kaperoni: http://www.iraqi.dk/news/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=34756:2012-07-16-04-14-27&catid=105:2009-08-03-21-13-46&Itemid=357 Kaperoni: Quote… Kaperoni: “Deputy of Iraqi coalition/block/Hassan Salman Al-Bayati, the Central Bank's inability to replace currency early in (2013), because he was unable to resolve print new currency arrangements zeros deleted and did not agree on appropriate slogans reflecting the culture of Iraq.” Kaperoni: The CBI is stating because of the delays, due to the layout decisions on the new currency, they will issue the smaller bills to cover in the meantime. That is spectacular news for us! Kaperoni: The CBI is NOT stopping. The articles about 2014 are simply stating the new currency with the Kurdish language will not be ready as expected in time for the 2013 budget. So, what the CBI is going to do…is use the dinar that is already printed. Kaperoni: Yes, now we have confirmation that back in 2003 when the 3 zero notes were printed, they also printed lower denoms. Here is the next quote… Kaperoni: “And: the balancing (2013) will be issued in the current currency and not new not being ready for circulation, old currency will remain for two years in trading in the market until they are withdrawn gradually.” Kaperoni: Let me break this down…. They are say they are going to use the existing currency, which is not new for the balance of 2013. Because the new is not ready for circulation. Awesome stuff! Kaperoni: These notes are within the same family and will be introduced and the rate rises. There is no value unless the rate rises. Kaperoni: So there,…we have confirmation that smaller denoms do exist. Kaperoni: Done.

  4. CNN. Broadcasting While Choking To Death On An Immortality Pill ! 7-16-2012 Newshound Guru Doc There is a lot of good information being reported out of Iraq. For one several reports indicate high level discussions with WTO entry. This is important since they will need an internationally traded currency for entry. We are also aware to get to that state they must come out of chapter 7 and have article 8 status for their currency. The good news here is that there have been several articles reporting chapter 7 exit is close. We do know the UNSC extended its involvement in this until the end of the year, however, the exit could come earlier. 7-16-2012 Intel Guru Ray things are really moving forward in Iraq. September is looking very, very good. The CBI is even selling De La Rue machines to the money changers so that they can verify the dinar when people start exchanging it for the new dinar. Has to be a reason for that. TV, radio and newspapers are still telling the people daily about the coming change and they are still saying September. Nothing will happen until after the feast of Ramadan. Shabibi is still saying 30 days in country to exchange and 45 out of country. 7-16-2012 Newshound Guru Kaperoni The CBI is stating because of the delays, due to the layout decisions on the new currency, they will issue the smaller bills to cover in the meantime. 5. July 17th, 2012BAGHDAD / electronic integrity He said the parliamentary Finance Committee member Faleh Al Sari said 99% success rate of replacement of the process and delete the zeros in the world. That the money supply in the markets is the large mass when compared to the size of trades and the magnitude of the current budget and investment budget yearly, indicating that it was successful experiences and influenced a positive impact on the price of sale and purchase of the currency and we see very necessary to have a well defined plan. Said Sari’s newspaper “integrity of electronic” Today, more than 35 trillion dinars from the currency in the market now and the process of buying and selling requires citizens or any other party with a large amount of money so it became very necessary to be replaced by the currency will also be motivated influential in the psyche of the citizen and the confidence of global markets in Iraqi currency. He explained that the Commission confirm that 99% of the experiments in the switching rates for many countries, the replacement of its currency, or that the deletion of zeros, adding that the beginning of this month is a time appropriate to replace them as a mid-year and allows for the new currency that down in the markets before the preparation of the state budget for 2014, which give new impetus to the currency and high purchasing power as the issue does not depend only on the delete, but there is a small and diverse currencies will contribute to the speed of trading. 6. So, now you're making the argument that Iraq taking steps to convalesce economically and politically isn't in our best interest? Progress is progress. Will there ever be proof Iraq will revalue to any level? Of course not. So, stop demanding it because that's just ignorant. I never once used the word revalue did I? As usual you have no point and are just here to share your disconsolate attitude and affirm how very lonely you must be, to spend all day on a hopeless endeavor. THIS IS DINAR VETS. PUMPERS DON'T COME TO DINAR VETS. YOU FEEL THIS IS HOPELESS. WE GET IT. MOVE ON.

  7. I agree 100% with this paragraph. Some say that they have learned a great deal about the middle east by following this investment, etc. What they are really doing is justifying all of the time they have wasted on these dinar sites. LOL (like I am doing right now). The truth is that Iraq doesn't have to do anything. I own dinars and I am "hoping" to see something that has never been seen before. Is it worth the risk? Yes. High risk/high reward. That's how I see it. And if it doesn't happen, we all move on. Have some people been duped by "gurus"? Yes. But we're all adults here. If you lose money that you couldn't afford to lose, that's on you. By now, everyone should know that these gurus don't know anymore about this investment than my labrador. Most are simply seeking "attention". That's all. I'm ready to put this to rest. It appears that something will "shake out" between Sept. and the first of the year. If it lops, so be it. Let's get it done and move on. I would love to have 1 penny for all of the hours wasted on these sites over the past few years. I would be a very rich man.

  8. Romney Stands His Ground, to Release Only Two Years of Returns BATON ROUGE, La. – Mitt Romney said this morning that he would release only two years of tax returns despite increasing pressure from both Democrats and Republicans to release more, saying he was already doing more than what the law requires and is following the precedent set most recently by Sen. John McCain. “John McCain ran for president and released two years of tax returns,” Romney said during an interview today on “Fox and Friends.” ”John Kerry ran for president, and you know his wife, who has hundreds of millions of dollars, she never released her tax returns [and] somehow this wasn’t an issue.” “The Obama people keep on wanting more and more and more, more things to pick through,” said Romney, suggesting he didn’t want to provide more material for the president’s research team to filter through and use in what Romney called ”dishonest” attacks. Romney has said since April that he would release only two years of tax returns – his 2010 return, which is already public, and his 2011 return, as soon as it’s ready. He filed for an extension on his 2011 filing, and his campaign said at the time that he would release it before mid-October, although that timeline could be changing, although a campaign source tells ABC News the release could now come before Labor Day. The suggestion that Mitt Romney will release the 2011 returns earlier than expected – “in the next month or so,” the source said – comes as the candidate faces a barrage of criticism from even many in his own party for not disclosing more information about his substantial wealth. Romney’s father George released 12 years of returns as a presidential candidate in 1968. But Mitt Romney has suggested that he’d rather take the hit for not being transparent than reveal more information about his complex financial arrangements in overseas investments and a Swiss bank account. “We put out one already,” said Romney, referring the 2010 return. “As soon as the most recent one is complete, we’ll put that out.” Get more pure politics at ABC News.com/Politics and a lighter take on the news at OTUSNews.com Pressed on why he wouldn’t release more years, especially after calls by Republican leaders, including Republican Gov. Robert Bentley of Alabama, who over the weekend joined the chorus calling for Romney to release more tax returns, Romney pointed to the legal requirements. “It’s hundreds of pages of documents, and by the way, none of those tax returns are required by law to be put out,” said Romney. The law requires him to make public only financial disclosure forms, which Romney has done. Romney went on to suggest that President Obama should be more transparent himself in light of the “Fast and Furious” scandal. Romney also used the interview to preview his new line of attack against the president in which Romney accused Obama of “political payoffs.” “There’s no question that when billions upon billions of dollars are given by the Obama administration to the businesses of campaign contributors, that’s a real problem,” said Romney. “I think it stinks to high heaven.”

  14. What does the NAACP stand for in 2012? All headlines last week and over the weekend regarding Mitt Romney's address before the NAACP emphasized that he was booed during his speech. Many were surprised to hear that he accepted the invitation to speak before a group that would be so pro-Obama. However, GOP candidate Romney not only spoke, but he spoke about the same issues he speaks about before all audiences. He didn't back down from those topics he knew would be unpopular with NAACP attendees. This should be reassuring to many in the conservative base who have doubted his conviction on issues of concern to them. In fact, he actually takes after his father, George Romney, who marched for civil rights among civil rights activists. It is refreshing to see someone in the political arena who doesn't just speak for applause and actually believes in America. President Obama refused to show up at the NAACP convention, citing a conflict in scheduling. Instead, he sent Vice President Biden for the task. He obviously isn't concerned about the loyalty of the American black community; in fact, he completely takes its vote for granted. The unemployment rate for American blacks is 14.4 percent nationally, 39 percent for black youth. The black community has lost a significant portion of its wealth during his administration; the number of black babies born out of wedlock is increasing dramatically while the black family continues to disintegrate rapidly. President Obama can legitimately believe that the American black community will vote for him regardless of how detrimental his policies are to its well-being, simply because he is the first American black president. This is a sad commentary on the analytical skills of an important and critical segment of our society. Hopefully at some point, organizations such as the NAACP will advocate for policies that improve the situation of their constituencies, rather than supporting feel-good candidates and issues.

  15. (THIS IS NOT FOR THE PEOPLE WHO ASK THE HARD QUESTIONS. THIS IF FOR THE GROUP WHO HAS CONTINUALLY PROVEN TO BE HERE ONLY TO CAUSE STRIFE. WE KNOW THIS TO BE THE CASE BY MONITORING THEIR DELIVERY. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE) The Power of Negative Thinking. by: Remez Sasson Negative thinking appears to be more prevalent than positive thinking. It seems that with most people positive thinking requires some effort, whereas negative thinking comes easily and uninvited. This has much to do with education and the environment one has been living in. If you have been brought up in a happy and positive atmosphere, where people value success and self-improvement, then it will be easier for you to think positively and expect success. If you have been brought up under poor or difficult situations, you will probably go on expecting difficulties and failure. We all view everything through our predominant mental attitude. If our thoughts are positive, that is fine, but if they are negative, our lives and circumstances will probably mirror these thoughts. If you believe that you are going to fail, you will unconsciously sabotage every opportunity to succeed. If you are afraid of meeting new people or having close relationships, you will do everything to avoid people and relationships, and then complain that you are lonely and nobody loves you. Do you often think about difficulties, failure and disasters? Do you keep thinking about the negative news you have seen on the TV or read in the newspapers? Do you see yourself stuck and unable to improve your life or your health? Do you frequently think that you do not deserve happiness or money, or that it is too difficult to get them? If you do, then you will close your mind, see no opportunities, and behave and react in such ways, as to repel people and opportunities. The mind does not usually judge or examine thoughts and opinions before accepting them. If what it hears, sees and reads is always negative, it accepts this as the standard way of thinking and behavior. The media constantly bombards the mind with a lot of information about disasters, catastrophes, wars and other unhappy events. This information sinks into the subconscious mind, and then manifests as your habitual manner of thinking. By occupying the mind with depressing and pessimistic thoughts you radiate negative energy into the surrounding world, thus creating and recreating more negativity, failures and disasters. The mind is neutral energy. The way you think determines whether the results are positive and beneficial or negative and harmful. It is the same of energy acting in different ways. The good news are that persistent inner work can change habits of thinking. You must be willing to put energy and time to pursue positive thinking, in order to change your mental attitude.

  16. Geez Louise!!!! Someone put a tack in your bicycle tire? Yup, in actual fact, he is one of us ... because he isn't here making fun of someone else's opinion. He usually makes fun of himself and sometimes he makes fun of momma. On occasion he makes fun of the world in general. He may be laughable, but he is the whole nut, not a half nut, or a part nut, and he may be a cracked nut but he is still a whole nut. By the way, just being here does not make you one of us. How you treat others is what makes you one of us. You don't have to be pretty in pink polite, but you do have to realize that we have the right to stick up for others and the guy who was rude enough to comment "Who cares?" is obviously just plain rude. I don't usually speak out in this manner but I have to learn sometime, right? hahahaha smee2

  19. Tiff, I think you have misunderstood my point of bringing this article up. It's not that I'm worried about *** men molesting boys in the BSA, or older *** scouts molesting younger boys, although it is a very bad idea, since a lot of the camps, trips, etc. are done sharing tents, etc. It would also be a bad idea to have a girl in BSA for the same reasons, that's why they have Girl Scouts. Leaders actually have to take training to identify and avoid any situations that could result in something like this. STRICT BSA RULE: No one on one time with anyone, other than a parent, EVER!!! My point behind this is a group trying to force a private organization to accept it's beliefs, when clearly that is not what the BSA stands for. Just like I have nothing against athiests, although I believe in God, but you couldn't be an athiest in the BSA as one of the requirements is doing your duty to God and country which would be impossible for an athiest to uphold that promise. You don't however see the BSA going out trying to change the minds of athiests to force them to believe in God though do ya? It's a private organization, that does a huge amount of good for young kids and the community, if people don't like what they stand for don't join or donate simple enough. I know you are a thinker, and I do enjoy reading your thoughts, I also know where you stand on homosexuality, figured you'd reply to this, and tried to clarify, that I'm not debating personal choices in the bedroom for consenting adults. I want to know if you feel it's ok for a minority group to try and force it's views on a private organization that clearly doesn't agree with that life style? YES or NO?

  20. For every one nutjob who goes and does something like this, there are hundreds of thousands of law-abiding citizens who carry and own guns responsibly. I know 1st hand what firearms can do in the wrong hands, my Godmother was murdered in her diner in July 1997 by a co-worker who illegally purchased a firearm from a known criminal. If she or some of her coworkers had been able to obtain CCW permit, she might still be alive. This man had threatened her numerous times, and the San Francisco Police did absolutely nothing. When he did finally show up to shoot her, she would have had them time to protect herself had the City of San Francisco allowed such permits. Their laws are so strict, that the only people besides the police now carrying firearms are the local gang-bangers. Aside from her being killed, I've been shot at by punks more than a few times, as well as a few of my close friends being shot as well...all for nothing more than working in the wrong neighborhood...I always carried as my business put me in those neighborhoods on a regular basis...the minute I popped off a few back at them, they scattered like cockroaches....better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6... No matter how many regulations, bans, or restrictions you put on guns, a crook or nutjob intent on getting one will. Just look at drugs, we've outlawed them and even imposed severe penalties and fines associated with possession or distribution, and they still find their way into our communities. While do I feel for these victims, I still support the 2nd Amendment wholeheartedly. There really is no perfect solution to this kind of a problem, we live in an imperfect world, where people will continue do foolish things like this, no matter what kind of restrictions you place on firearms, ammo, etc.. Thanks for the post Neo...

Somebody else made that happen.' In a hard-hitting statement to Mail Online, the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB) president Dan Danne said: 'What a disappointment to hear President Obama's revealing comments challenging the significance of America's entrepreneurs. Mr Danne added: 'His unfortunate remarks over the weekend show an utter lack of understanding and appreciation for the people who take a huge personal risk and work endless hours to start a business and create jobs.' Scroll down for video Under fire: President Obama, pictured today speaking at a town hall rally in Cincinnati, has been blasted by business leaders who say he has a lack of understanding of American entrepreneurs President Obama said in a speech at the weekend that governments and not individuals create jobs, telling entrepreneurs: 'If you've got a business - you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen.' He added: 'You didn't get there on your own. I'm always struck by people who think, well, it must be because I was just so smart.' The inflammatory campaign speech comments underline the extent to which Obama believes that the state rather than ordinary citizens create jobs and wealth. They highlight a key contrast with Mitt Romney, the presumptive Republican nominee, who is preaching a message of wealth creation by individuals and reinvigorating the private sector. Andrea Saul, spokeswoman for Romney, told Fox News that the remarks 'reflect just how unqualified he is to lead us to a real economic recovery' and were ' insulting to the hardworking entrepreneurs, small-business owners, and job creators who are the backbone of our economy.' Attack: Barack Obama said in a speech in Virginia on Saturday that small business owners could not claim credit for their own success An NFIB spokesman added: 'I'm sure every small-business owner who took a second mortgage on their home, maxed out their credit cards or borrowed money from their own retirement savings to start their business disagrees strongly with President Obama's claim. They know that hard work does matter. 'Every small business is not indebted to the government or some other benefactor. If anything, small businesses are historically an economic and job-creating powerhouse in spite of the government.' The NFIB was founded in 1943 and has some 350,000 members. It is officially a non-partisan organisation but tends to contribute heavily to Republican candidates. In 2010, 25 of its members, all republicans, were elected to Congress. David Chavern, executive vice-president and chief operating officer of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, said that the basic idea behind Obama’s comments, and other similar sentiments expressed by allies, 'is really objectionable and offensive.' Reaching out: Obama said in a speech at the weekend that governments - not individuals - create jobs 'The problem with the Obama administration’s view, he wrote in a blog post, was that ‘it only looks at the good outcomes’ rather than what went before. Mr Chavern wrote: ‘Success is apparently a collective effort - but where was that "collective" during the periods of risk-taking and failure? The vast majority of businesses fail. Period. He added: 'Every day millions of people put their lives, savings, houses and families on the line and work 20 hours a day just to grab their small slice of the American dream. Where is the collective when all of this is going on? And if the collective is really responsible for success, how come everyone isn’t successful? '[Obama's] unfortunate remarks over the weekend show an utter lack of understanding and appreciation for the people who take a huge personal risk and work endless hours to start a business and create jobs.' - NFIB statement Meanwhile, on his daily radio show, conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh said that Obama’s Roanoke remarks were proof positive that the president 'hates' America. 'I'll tell you what,' he said. 'I think it can now be said, without equivocation - without equivocation - that this man hates this country. He is trying -- Barack Obama is trying - to dismantle, brick by brick, the American dream.' Speaking at a campaign rally in Roanoke, Virginia on Friday night, Obama made the case that those who created businesses should be taxed at higher rates because they are fortunate and were helped to achieve success by the government and other people. 'There are a lot of wealthy, successful Americans who agree with me - because they want to give something back,' he said. 'They know they didn't - look, if you've been successful, you didn't get there on your own. Plans: Obama recently unveiled a new proposal to raise taxes on all those who earn more than $250,000, a measure that Romney contends will hit small businesses. 'You didn't get there on your own. I'm always struck by people who think, well, it must be because I was just so smart. 'There are a lot of smart people out there. It must be because I worked harder than everybody else. Let me tell you something - there are a whole bunch of hardworking people out there.' Obama recently unveiled a new proposal to raise taxes on all those who earn more than $250,000, a measure that Romney contends will hit small businesses. He continued: 'If you were successful, somebody along the line gave you some help. There was a great teacher somewhere in your life. Somebody helped to create this unbelievable American system that we have that allowed you to thrive. Rival: Mitt Romney has stressed his business experience in his campaign 'Somebody invested in roads and bridges. If you've got a business - you didn't build that. Somebody else made that happen. 'The internet didn't get invented on its own. Government research created the internet so that all the companies could make money off the internet.' He made the argument that all this showed that 'there are some things we do better together' and was how the American middle class was built. OBAMA'S BUSINESS LEADERSHIP CALLED INTO QUESTION As President Obama comes under scrutiny for remarks that he made about entrepreneurs over the weekend, it's not surprising to many that the president has never served in a leadership level at any private sector job. The president has held a number of jobs since the late 1980s, including editor, writer and professor before getting into politics. But questions have been raised about Obama's lack of business experience as the U.S. struggles with a high joblessness rate and a frail economy. It was a point that Obama's political foes were quick to exploit in their attacks on Monday. Louisiana Gov Bobby Jindal, appearing alongside Mitt Romney today, said: 'We have a president who hadn't run anything before he was in the White House.' He added: '[Obama is the] most liberal and incompetent president since Jimmy Carter. No offense to Jimmy Carter.' 'That's how we sent a man to the moon. We rise or fall together as one nation and as one people, and that's the reason I'm running for president - because I still believe in that idea. You're not on your own, we're in this together.' Obama, who was speaking in a fire station, tried to equate the economy with state-run emergency services. 'There are some things, just like fighting fires, we don't do on our own. I mean, imagine if everybody had their own fire service. That would be a hard way to organize fighting fires.' Obama's comments strongly echo controversial remarks made by Elizabeth Warren, a liberal darling and candidate for the US Senate in Massachusetts, in August 2011 when she said: 'There is nobody in this country who got rich on his own. Nobody.' She then made the case that the wealthy only got wealthy because of others. 'You built a factory out there? Good for you. But I want to be clear: you moved your goods to market on the roads the rest of us paid for; you hired workers the rest of us paid to educate; you were safe in your factory because of police forces and fire forces that the rest of us paid for. 'You didn't have to worry that marauding bands would come and seize everything at your factory, and hire someone to protect against this, because of the work the rest of us did.' She linked this with a demand for the rich to be taxed at a higher rate. 'Now look, you built a factory and it turned into something terrific, or a great idea? God bless. Keep a big hunk of it. But part of the underlying social contract is you take a hunk of that and pay forward for the next kid who comes along.' 23. Thanks Tony. This article and the one talking about using the 2003 lower denominations are my favorites this week. Who has the paper bags? "He explained that the Commission confirm that 99% of the experiments in the switching rates for many countries, the replacement of its currency, or that the deletion of zeros, adding that the beginning of this month is a time appropriate to replace them as a mid-year and allows for the new currency that down in the markets before the preparation of the state budget for 2014, which give new impetus to the currency and high purchasing power as the issue does not depend only on the delete, but there is a small and diverse currencies will contribute...."

He went to the well to many times blaming Bush, that doesn't work anymore. Now trying to get the poor and uneducated to believe Romney is bad because he's rich. Common sense would tell you that you would rather have a man in charge with a proven track record of running a company than a man who has no experience in anything.

  27. 12 Reasons to Vote Democrat .... (nothing like stupidity to show you how to vote) 1. I voted Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry whatever I want. I’ve decided to marry my German Shepherd. 2. I voted Democrat because I believe oil companies’ profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isn’t. 3. I voted Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would. 4. I voted Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it. 5. I voted Democrat because I’m way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves. 6. I voted Democrat because I believe that people who can’t tell us if it will rain on Friday can tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don’t start driving a Prius. 7. I voted Democrat because I’m not concerned about millions of babies being aborted so long as we keep all death row inmates alive. 8. I voted Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education, and Social Security benefits, and we should take away the social security from those who paid into it. 9. I voted Democrat because I believe that businesses should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest away to the government for redistribution as the Democrats see fit. 10. I voted Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit some fringe kooks who would never get their agendas past the voters. 11. I voted Democrat because I think that it’s better to pay billions for their oil to people who hate us, but not drill our own because it might upset some endangered beetle, gopher or fish. 12. I voted Democrat because my head is so firmly planted up my azz, it’s unlikely that I’ll ever have another point of view.

  28. Hello Again You Wonderful DV Friends! I had my PET scan this morning and was also cleared by the cardiologist yesterday for my procedure on Thursday. The PET showed a "lighting up" of the tumor in my chest as well as some lymph nodes near my breast bone. NOT good news as this is pointing toward some type of cancer! The surgeon feels it doesn't make sense to try to remove the growth tomorrow (I learned on Tuesday that it is the size of my heart)!! So he will pluck out a lymph node and examine it under a microscope to see if it is Hodgkin's Lymphoma. If it is indeed HL, then he suggests chemotherapy once they determine the type of Lymphoma it is. He said the growth is necrotic in the middle, which indicates a fast growing tumor. The surgeon said that it is likely one of three types of cancers: lung (which he doubts), lymphoma, or ESS which has spread to my lung area. He also said I have fluid around my left lung and around my heart! So by tomorrow evening, I will know if I have HL and then they will "type" it for the best kind of chemo to use. He said with growths like mine, chemo will reduce them to nothing, so a big incision between my lungs will not be required! I will keep you ladies updated on everything. I should be out of the hospital by Friday morning, then HOME at last! ONE bright spot, my bowels have returned to normal at least and I am eating again!! I love you all! And thanks much again for all your good wishes and prayers!!! Candy __._,_.___

  31. RWN’s 10 Favorite Sarah Palin Quotes Written By : John Hawkins Honorable Mention) “But when the cloud of rhetoric has passed … when the roar of the crowd fades away … when the stadium lights go out, and those Styrofoam Greek columns are hauled back to some studio lot – what exactly is our opponent’s plan? What does he actually seek to accomplish, after he’s done turning back the waters and healing the planet? The answer is to make government bigger … take more of your money … give you more orders from Washington … and to reduce the strength of America in a dangerous world. America needs more energy … our opponent is against producing it. Victory in Iraq is finally in sight … he wants to forfeit. Terrorist states are seeking nuclear weapons without delay … he wants to meet them without preconditions. Al Qaeda terrorists still plot to inflict catastrophic harm on America … he’s worried that someone won’t read them their rights? Government is too big … he wants to grow it. Congress spends too much … he promises more. Taxes are too high … he wants to raise them.” — Sarah Palin Honorable Mention) (Realizing I was pregnant) “blew me away, it rocked my world… It was a time I asked myself, was I going to walk the walk? Just for a fleeting moment I thought, ‘No one knows me here; no one would ever know.’ …My amniocentesis came back and then I understood why some people would think they could change their circumstances, just take care of it. Todd didn’t even know. No one would know. Plus, I was old and I thought, ‘Very funny, God. My name’s Sarah, but my husband’s not Abraham, he’s Todd.’ …We went through some things a year ago that’s helped me understand a woman and a girl’s temptation to make this go away….Believe it or not, I didn’t even know what a baby with Down syndrome was going to look like or feel like. I had to ask that my heart be filled up…That prayer was answered the minute he was born…My heart overflowed. I felt a love I had never felt before. He’s brought amazing, surprising happiness; he’s the best thing that has ever happened to me.” 10) “We believe that the best of America is not all in Washington, D.C. … We believe that the best of America is in these small towns that we get to visit, and in these wonderful little pockets of what I call the real America…” 9) “(Barack Obama) can give an entire speech about the wars America is fighting, and never use the word “victory” except when he’s talking about his own campaign.” 8) “Divorce Todd? Have you seen Todd? I may be just a renegade hockey mom, but I’m not blind!”" 7) “But here’s a little news flash for all those reporters and commentators: I’m not going to Washington to seek their good opinion – I’m going to Washington to serve the people of this country. Americans expect us to go to Washington for the right reasons, and not just to mingle with the right people.” 6) “My fellow citizens, the American presidency is not supposed to be a journey of personal discovery.” 5) “(Barack Obama) is not a man who sees America like you and I see America. Our opponent is someone who sees America, it seems, as being so imperfect that he’s palling around with terrorists who would target their own country. Americans need to know this.” 4) “I guess a small-town mayor is sort of like a ‘community organizer,’ except that you have actual responsibilities.” 3) “Only dead fish go with the flow.” 2) “The America I know and love is not one in which my parents or my baby with Down Syndrome will have to stand in front of Obama’s ‘death panel’ so his bureaucrats can decide, based on a subjective judgment of their ‘level of productivity in society,’ whether they are worthy of health care. Such a system is downright evil.” 1) “They say the difference between a hockey mom and a pitbull? Lipstick.”

  35. Are you really that ignorant? It's what he said, you libs just can't get over the fact that O is the most anti American president we have ever had. Even when he makes a statement himself, you welfare babies jump to his defense, "Well that's not what he really meant", well he shouldn't have said it then. The man is an idiot. Governments do not create jobs, because they can't generate money to pay people without first taking it from someone else who earned it in the form of taxes. Sorry Mr. O, businesses were built by their owners sweat, blood, and tears, it's the government that cannot survive without them, as usual the Organizer in Chief has it bass ackwards. I'm so sick of paying in and busting my butt to try and keep my businesses afloat so other people can have jobs and then turn around and vote to lose them. Libs just don't get it and never will, it sounds great until you run out of everyone elses money. Barry has never ran **** in his life, Oh wait yeah I guess he has, He has run this great country into the ground and is now trying to stomp out the last remnants of hope for the American dream. Unless you have owned or do own your own business, you should keep your trap shut about redistributing the wealth, or the rich should pay more, or you owe other people for your success because you haven't got a clue or the balls to go out and try and become successful on your own. Instead you'd rather sit and whine that it's not fair for this guy/gal to drive a Cadillac while you drive a rust bucket, so he must be punished. What happened to rewarding hardwork? Now it seems we've moved to a policy of punishing it by taxing it back to mediocrity. New concept Libs: Not everyone can be on the government teat at the same time, some of us have to work and I'm tired of supporting your lazy @$$es! Well said bro, the sooner the better!

  36. Business thrives and succeeds despite Govt intervention, not because of it. Higher taxes and regulations impede growth, not further it. Smart businessmen find ways to grow no matter what the idiots in the Fed Govt throw at them. Of course O'blah wouldnt admit this, having been given everything he has. Truly an ungrateful piece of work. His rise is not a success story, its a refutation of a work ethic. I'll be very happy to see him go onto the scrapheap of history, along with the rest of the socialist pimps in the world. America is #1 because of entrepreneurship, and will continue to lead the rest of the world, just as soon as we get rid of the current POS POTUS.

  40. Congressman Ron Paul on the evils of inflation and the dangers of Federal Reserve policy... LATER ON this month Congress will have an unprecedented opportunity to make Federal Reserve provide meaningful transparency to lawmakers and taxpayers, writes Congressman Ron Paul. HR 459, my bill known as "Audit the Fed," is scheduled for a vote before the full Congress in July. More than 270 of my colleagues cosponsored the bill, and it has the support of congressional leadership. But its passage in the House of Representatives is only the beginning of the battle, as many Senators and the President still don't see the critical need to have a national discussion about monetary policy. The American public now senses that the Fed's actions, especially since 2008, are enormously inflationary and will cause great harm to the American economy in the long run. They are beginning to understand what so many economists still don't understand, which is that inflation is a monetary phenomenon, and rising prices are merely a symptom of that phenomenon. Prices eventually rise when the supply of US Dollars (paper or electronic) grows faster than the available goods and services being chased by those Dollars. This fundamental truth has been thoroughly explained by Milton Friedman and many others, so today's Keynesian economists have no excuse for their claims that "inflation is under control." Ordinary Americans don't need a PhD simply to look at the Fed's balance sheet and understand the staggering amount of money creation that has occurred in recent years. They know it will have harmful consequences for all of us eventually. I've spoken at length about inflation, and how Fed money creation is effectively a tax. Every Dollar created out of thin air dilutes the value of the Dollars in your pocket and your savings in the bank. But the truth is that we are only beginning to see the results of the Fed's dramatic increase in the money supply. As former Fed Chair Alan Greenspan himself explained last week to Larry Kudlow, most of the Dollar deposits created by the Fed via successive rounds of "quantitative easing" remain on the balance sheet of Fed member banks. Because of very rational economic fears, banks are not lending, businesses are not expanding, and individuals are shedding debt. So, the trillions of Dollars created by the Fed since 2008 remained largely undeployed. When those Dollars eventually make their way into the world economy, prices across all sectors of the economy are likely to rise dramatically. The true evil of inflation is that newly created money benefits politically favored financial interests, especially banks, on the front end. Over time, however, the net result of monetary inflation is always the devaluation of savings and purchasing power. This devaluation discourages saving, which is the key to capital accumulation and investment in a healthy economy. Inflation also tends to hurt seniors and those living on fixed incomes the most. For decades the Fed has operated without any meaningful oversight whatsoever, resulting in the loss of savings, loss of purchasing power, and loss of quality of life for all Americans. It causes individuals and businesses to make bad decisions, misallocating their capital because market signals have been distorted. It causes financial ruin by engineering the inevitable boom and bust cycles that so many erroneously blame on capitalism. And it does all this in secrecy, to the benefit of the financial and political classes. It is time to Audit the Fed, as a first step toward ending its unchecked power over our money and economic fortunes.

  43. One day a poor boy who was selling goods door to door to pay his way through school, found he had only one thin dime left and he was hungry, he decided he would ask for a meal at the next house he came to and see if they were kind enough to help qwell the hunger growing inside of him. However, he lost his nerve when a lovely young women opened the door. Instead of a meal he ask for a drink of water. She noticed he looked hungry so she brought him a large glass of milk. He drank it slowly, and then asked, how much do i owe you, she said you don't owe me anything, mother taught us to never accept pay for a kindness. He smiled and said then i thank you from my heart. As the boy, named Howard Kelly left the house that day he not only felt stronger physically, but his faith in God and man was stronger also. He had been discouraged and ready to give up and quit because of all the rudeness and wise cracks right before people shut the door in his face. But this renewed his faith to keep going after all his dream was to study hard and become a doctor and this was gonna take his devotion and hard work regardless of how he was treated. Many years later that same young woman became critically ill. The local doctors were baffled in her small town so they finally sent her to the big city where they called in specialists to study her rare disease. Dr Howard Kelly was called in for the consultation. When he heard the name of the town she was from, something strange popped into his head. He was curious now to see if he knew her. He immediately rose to his feet and went down the hall of the hospital to her room. Dressed in his doctor's gown he went in her room to see her and recognized her at once. It had only been a few years and she still was radiant with beauty. He remembered the thoughts that ran through a young man's head of how in the world had she escaped someone sweeping her off her feet by now. He had to regain his composure before he embrassed himself. After he talked with her a bit not letting her know she had seen him before. He went to the consultation room determined to do his best to save her life. From that day he gave his every waking moment outside of his regular duties as special attention to her case. After a long struggle of which he was unwilling to give up on the battle was won. Dr. Kelly requested the business office to pass the final bill to him for approval. He looked at it, then wrote something on the edge and then the bill was sent to her room. She feared to open it because of the extensive stay, the multitude of tests and then the doctors, for she was sure it would take the rest of her life to pay for it all. Finally she got up the nerve to open it and first she looked at the total bill, she started to clsoe her eyes and fold the page together but something caught her eye, something was written along the edge. She tilted the paper and it said, "Payed in full by one glass of milk", signed ----Dr. Howard Kelly. Tears of joy flooded her eyes as her heart prayed , "Thank You Lord, that your love touched the heart and hands of this man to do such a great deed for me. I remember him now, asking for a mere glass of water for his hungry body. She asked about Dr. Kelly to the nurses before she left the hospital and they told her he had to go out of town for couple weeks on another pending case. There's a saying which goes something like this: Bread cast upon the waters comes back to you. The good deed you do today may benefit you or someone you love at the least expected time. She sure did not have an inkling of an idea that a simple glass of milk would pay her bill for her sickness later. Dr. Howard Kelly was a distinguished physician who in 1895, founded the Johns Hopkins Division of Gynecologic, Oncology at Johns Hopkins University. According to Dr. Kelly's biographer, Audrey Davis, the future doctor was on walking trip through Northern Pennsylvania trying to earn money for his schooling one spring day when he stopped by farm house for a drink of water. A young woman answered his knock at the door and instead of water she gave him freash milk. Later the woman would cross his path again as a patient. They never had the opportunity to speak again after she recieved her bill as their lives went in different directions but she would always be greatful and thanked God many times for his graceful mercy of being able to give that (boy, man) a glass of milk. We never know what an act of kindness will bring forth back to us. Call it Karma, call it luck, call it right place at the right time, call it whatever you want but God knows what you have done for him through other people and he knows what you are deserving of as a reward. I know for a fact that it has come back to me many many times in my life...... Hope you enjoyed this. Randy
