Parliament intends to enact a law required officials to government policy

Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives Hamam Hamoudi announced on Saturday the Council's efforts to legislate a law that complies with the government's policy. He pointed out that anyone who violates this policy will be questioned until he knows that Iraq's external position is the same.

"There are efforts to put in place a law that obliges every Iraqi official to be privatized by the Council of Ministers," Hammoudi said at the end of a special seminar organized by the Iraqi Institute for the Dialogue of Thought and discussing the determinants of Iraqi foreign policy. Knows that Iraq's external position is one. "

"The new democratic and political situation has made the situation acceptable or understandable," Hamoudi said. "The national interests of Iraq's unity, independence and sovereignty must be affirmed in order to become recognized over time as the stabilization of these interests makes the perpetrators vulnerable to accountability."

" It is scheduled that the Iraqi Council of Representatives resumes after the end of Eid al - Fitr holiday and the start of the new legislative term.

The House of Representatives announced a decision about what Youkhana Tuesday about whether the work of the first session of the last legislative session to be held on the fourth of next July of the state of the laws of the agenda, noting that it will be allocated to read some of the data and discuss victories

was the population of the province of Muthanna (southern Iraq) expressed confidence that the end of the war against Daesh in Mosul may enhance the opportunity to reject the political differences between the parties and the advancement of the reality service to the Iraqi cities.

Iraqi forces announced on Thursday, its control over the historic Al - Nouri mosque in the old city of Mosul site, which announced the leader of al Daesh, Abu Bakr al - Baghdadi, from the pulpit, the summer of 2014, the establishment of what he called the "Caliphate State" on land in neighboring Iraq and Syria. 

Iraqi army commanders say they are about to complete control of Mosul, part of an ongoing military campaign since October 17 / October last, with the support of the international coalition to fight Daesh.

Boozer, and other similar respondents: I agree with your statements and can't deny the facts in the form of many recent articles with the nearly identical language of 'this session' and 'next session'.

 

Hiwever, despite Maliki's continuous appearance on two feet, things are definitely different. The UN, WB, IMF, Australia, Kuwait, Germany, and obviously the best country in the world - the United States of America, have all been pushing back against corruption, making deals with Iraq, donating  hundreds of millions of dollars for the post-dashole recovery of Baghdad and the rest of Iraq. New oil lines are still being built, old ones extended, and millions of  additional barrels shipped, (and new peak-flow sensors have been updated to detect and eliminate the fraudulent siphoning of oil) which means contracts have been made somewhere behind the scenes. 

 

Keylime, I hope your analyses is correct. I purchased a copy of a book on bible codes but have yet to read the text. My hope is that the release of the escrow funds is intentionally-timed with the effort to finish up in Mosul, and that this July 4th (or before) is one to remember for the record books!

 

Anither article posted recently contained a statement by a DV member that stated that Warka paid the interest on their account early. If so, that is a potentially huge indicator that we are 'finally there' and that this will hit within the next few days or weeks. Banks don't part with money early as they pool small amounts together  from  thousands of others into short term investments (24-hour) that give big returns. Unless Warka is unfamiliar with this practice, then there's no other good reason for them paying iretest early except to avoid having to pay more later.

House of Representatives resumes, on Tuesday, the first session of the legislature enacted the fourth and final session of the current parliamentary 2014-2018.

According to a brief statement to inform the Council "attributed the Presidency of the Council of Representatives held the first session of the first quarter legislative fourth legislative year on Tuesday , 4 July next." 
Parliament Speaker Salim al - Jubouri that the presidency of the Council will adopt in the next legislative term of a new mechanism to attend the House of Representatives sessions through the elimination of all the licenses granted and limited to eight sessions in the event of absences more than a third of the sessions will activate the rules of procedure to end the membership. " 
And that" a team of council staff will begin to register the presence of deputies at the meeting depending on the actual attendance and cameras without granting licenses later. "

One event is July 15 is National Reconciliation, they have invited lots of folk, some will be in Baghdad and some will be in Erbil doing a Live feed connecting them all to as if they are together. They doing this due to the fact those some of these folks have charges brought against them and are enforce able, few of these folks with charges against them are the doing of Maliki, which is former Iraqi Vice-President Tariq al-Hashimi...

He confirmed the Legal Committee member of the parliamentary high Nassif, Saturday that the committee will begin to prepare the State Consultative Council Law at the beginning of the legislative term, which will begin on Tuesday, for the purpose of reading a second reading in the House of Representatives.

Nassif said in a statement that "the State Council of important laws to back state building and put it on the right track to be the Council Sanda to eliminate and complement the work law, has emerged as the need for him in recent years that has seen many challenges in different areas."

Social Insurance Law legislation soon

07/02/2017 0:00     Baghdad / Al- Sabah    announced the parliamentary Finance Committee member Jabbar al - Abadi, on Saturday, that the draft social insurance law reached its final stages with the government, noting that it will be the law of legislation during the current parliamentary session if sent to the House of Representatives soon.  The MP - Abadi, in a press statement that "there is an amendment to the Uniform Code No. retirement 9 for the year 2014 was present in the parliament, and was made necessary by amendments within the Finance Committee and arrived at the stage of voting , " noting that " the government considered the withdrawal of the bill in order to integrate it with the Fund Law the private sector pension under the social Insurance Law project title. "  He added that " the new draft law submitted by the Ministry of Labor will include retired employees in the public sector as well as private sector employees," noting that " the draft law ended reading and recommendations and re - drafted within the Council of State."  The MP - Abadi, that " the bill reached the final stages of the government and in the case of sending it to the House of Representatives soon during the next legislative term will be enacted during the current parliamentary session because all the political parties to wait for the legislation of law."
