Parliamentary Legal: legislation are moving all the broken laws

{Baghdad} Euphrates News confirmed member of the Legal Committee Ibtisam al-Hilali, on Tuesday, moving the legislation of all the broken laws with the start of the new legislative term of the parliament.

She said Hilali told {Euphrates News} Today, " The Legal Committee was able to a lot of the legislation of laws and voting upon a very important laws , " pointing out that "we are moving legislation that the rest of the broken laws with the start of the new legislative term of the Council of Representatives." 

She noted a "legal Judicial Council to postpone the elections to the next legislative term." 

It is said that the House of Representatives ended the approval of many important laws during the current legislative term from the popular crowd Act, the board of the Iraqi Atomic Energy, and prevent the use and spread of silenced weapons, and the law of the general body was to monitor the allocation of federal revenues and the law of imports municipalities and other Almanmh.anthy laws 1

So, basically saying once the budget is approved, they're outta there....and leaving any other legislation until after the new year. Gotta love their dedication. That means the parliament showed up about 36 days from July 1 - Dec 31.  36 days out 184 days.  Pathetic.

KB, in my opinion I think when they vote in the budget that will be all were interesting in from parliament. I could care less if they ever reconvene after that. The CBI will implement the monetary reforms were looking for an Abadis cabinet has the authority to vote in an implement any other issue that might come up. In my belief what were needing is what's in that budget to be voted on....

Legal representative: committees is determined to put the broken laws in the next legislative term

{Baghdad} Euphrates News revealed the parliamentary legal committee member Ibtisam al-Hilali, Wednesday, for the determination of all parliamentary committees to ask the broken laws in the next legislative term.
 

Hilali said in a statement to Agence {Euphrates News} Today, " The Legal Committee has completed all the debates own laws broken as the law of oil and gas and the Federal Court and the Federal Council and other important laws." 
She noted that "political influences and differences hinder the vote on these laws or put forward in the House of Representatives, the Federal Court Act has been completed but the debate Kurdish bloc suspended voting on it because they want to unanimously delaying voting on it." 
She added , "The law of the Federal Council, was included in the Constitution and must vote on it and the Federal Court Act , " pointing out that "not to vote for them cause a major disruption in the system." 
And it showed "as the oil and gas law did not vote on it is also due to lack of commitment to the other party (PKK) law and political differences between the existing components, and the victim of all these political differences is the people , " pointing out that "all the committees determined to see all the broken laws in Chapter next legislature "and .anthy

Yota Thanks,  DV,  I do believe these very important laws will be voted in the next legislative term.   I pray the Iraqi citizens & Kurdish citizens are paying attention to these lame duck Parliament representatives.    If they fail to approve & vote then the demonstrations should start immediately!!   Sadr should lead them right to the Parliament building and just conduct a sit-in until all laws are passed.

House of Representatives legislative term begins on the second of next month after curtailed because of next year's budget law, noting that the legislative term will discuss important laws.  So he called Kurdish Parliament Member Mahmoud Salar National Union Party of Kurdistan to take the attitude toward the documents published by the site and Ichelis on the proposal to conclude an oil agreement with Turkey aimed at Turkish repay loans. Mahmoud said that (the National Union to clarify its position on the recent documents published by the private WikiLeaks proposal and the Minister of Natural Resources, which includes the sale of a number of oil fields to Turkey in exchange for the payment of the Turkish loans), stating that (some of these fields within the political boundaries of areas of influence of the National Union) .

He promised Mahmoud (disable parliament in the region, opening the way for the government to put the country at the mercy of the Turkish loans amounting to billions of dollars), pointing out that he (supposed to be the National Union rejects such transactions away from the control of the parliament). Mahmoud He said (the contract concluded between the Government of the Territory and Turkey on oil for forty years without the knowledge of the Kurdish parliament brought the economic situation in the region to the current stage), calling (stop these destructive) policy.

with all the  great articles ,  about banking , hydro-carbon ,  and  the governments  getting along ,  billion if not trillions in revenue , and  not from  oil ,   the help from Kuwait  too help Iraq out of chapter 7  { one piece anyway  } ....  it is  really tough , not too get supper excited about the 1st of the year ,  it is  going to be  tough if nothing pans out again !
