Which was reviewed by the Council of State and referred to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of the Constitution, taking into account the observations of the Legal Department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, after an extensive discussion in the presence of the head of the Popular Mobilization Authority and officials of the Authority, who were hosted in the Council of Ministers.

As part of implementing the government’s approach, which aims to restart lagging projects and address the problems and obstacles they face, the following was approved:

as i said they have hidden the supplementary budget, the passed general budget for 3 years, and in MHO combined the two but kept the schedules out.  The supplementary budget was to be based on a new rate (as per one article) and factored in social security, welfare, salaries and reconstruction) In IMF words they need to make "sizable fiscal adjustment) and create "fiscal space" to implement this supplementary budget.

Thank you, I agree. That cash should alway be able to be used, however I live in Australia and some Banks and Financial institutions are limiting the use of cash and phasing out the depositing and withdrawals  of cash at their branches, From next week I will no longer be able to Withdraw or deposit cash at my Bank. Withdrawals of Cash at Supermarkets is limited now to $200 per transaction. In the town where I live there used to be 5 Banks and a Credit Union now there is one Bank and a Credit Union. That is why I await an RV soon.

Its all about total control imo and freedom or lack thereof , controlling how one buys and sales and lives kinda sad really

i dont know much about Australia founding and laws in america we have a constitution and declaration of independence but in recent years it means little to those in authority ill just stop with that ... cheers and all the best to us all....

Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness" is a well-known phrase from the United States Declaration of Independence. The phrase gives three examples of the unalienable rights which the Declaration says have been given to all humans by their Creator, and which governments are created to protect. Like the other principles in the Declaration of Independence, this phrase is not legally binding, but has been widely referenced and seen as an inspiration for the basis of government
