Al-Mashhadani added, "The French Airbus company, which is specialized in the matter of the satellite industry, visited the ministry a few days ago and made presentations on the Iraqi satellite industry." He continued, "There are Egyptian companies also that submitted their offers according to the tripartite agreement between Iraq, the Kingdom of Jordan and the Arab Republic of Egypt," stressing "the possibility of benefiting from the experience of the Egyptians, the French and all companies that contribute to developing the status of communications and the Iraqi satellite." Al-Mashhadani indicated, "The financial cost of establishing the satellite has not been allocated and has not been announced until this moment due to the continuous work on collecting offers."
