In a statement received by al-Baghdadiya, Allawi said that "the percentage of fraud that resulted from the results of counting and manual counting in Kirkuk reached in some centers to 50 percent." He stressed the need for judges to adhere to the third amendment to the law of elections of the House of Representatives, which provides for the manual re-counting of all funds In the provinces of Iraq and without exception in respect of the will of the Iraqi people to choose who represents him.
He warned that the violation of the law will lose the political process the remaining credibility of the Iraqis and the international community, which requires the return of the elections in spite of the attempts of some parties and States to cover the crime of fraud and proceed to form a parliament and an unfair government based on fraud.

What did they expect. Crimany. That's like if they gave their government officials a trillion dollars and trusted them to actually use it for projects. Nothing is going to progress past the Stone age unless they have checks and ballances. Oh, and set some examples for stealing from the People.

Isn’t it interesting that elections were almost 2 months ago and it’s taken Iraq officials that long to begin the recount and get the ballots to a secure place in Baghdad.  Democracy and a free society are a wonderful thing.  The USA has given Iraq Democracy but they better learn to fight, or the Thugs from Iran will steal it and continue pilfering the nations oil wealth.

Come to to think about it the US better start demanding real answers to the DOJ-FBI FAKE Russian Collusion case against President Trump.  Those people are trying to frame an elected President.  It makes Watergate look like child’s play.  If we allow this kind of action to continue the Deep State will win and the US will be another experiment for the History bin.

Write, or call your States Congress officials. Let your voice be heard.

Iraqi Vice-President Iyad Allawi on Saturday described the May 12 parliamentary polls as a “farce” after the results of manual recount unveiled a massive fraud.

“Fraud unveiled by the manual recount of votes in some Kirkuk polling stations undoubtedly shows that the recent polls were a farce,” Allawi said in a statement released by his office.

Allawi, who heads the Wataniya coalition, said most votes were rigged in some centers in Kirkuk.

Last week, the Iraqi electoral commission began a manual recount of votes after allegations of vote-rigging during the polls.

The move came after the Iraqi parliament last month voted in favor of amending Iraq’s election law, allowing votes to be recounted manually.

Shortly afterward, a panel of judges was appointed to assume the responsibilities of the electoral commission, several members of which were sacked amid widespread allegations of electoral fraud.

Influential Shia cleric Muqtada al-Sadr's Sairoon coalition dominated the polls, winning 54 parliamentary seats, according to official results. Sairoon was followed by a Hashd al-Shaabi-led coalition (47 seats) and Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi's Victory Bloc (42 seats).

Here’s an idea.  For the areas that are corrupt have a redo and make sure there are all kinds of officials there to watch.  Maybe even count the vote right after it is taken.  It would take a lot less time and could be right on.

Spokesperson for the Coalition for Democracy and Justice (CDJ) Rebwar Karim, confirmed Saturday that four parties rejected the partial manual recounting of votes in Sulaimani.

The Movement for Change Party, also known as Gorran, the CDJ, Islamic League (Komal), Islamic Union (KIU)  want all of the votes from Sulaimani manually recounted so the actual vote tallies can be revealed.

Karim added that the Federal Supreme Court of Iraq's decision to restrict the manual recount only to ballot boxes, which are appealed, was a violation of the third amendment of the electoral law.

Karim concluded that the four parties are waiting for the results of the manual recount to decide whether to boycott the political process in Iraq.

The four parties have jointly rejected the results of Iraq’s parliamentary election on May 12, claiming the election process was rigged, pointing fingers at KDP and PUK, a claim denied by both parties.

There were 3,200 polling stations in Sulaimani, where 450 complaints have been lodged, but none of the dissatisfied parties have appealed the votes at all stations.

Investigate the vote counters and then investigate the investigators investigating the investigators. Ah hell, Al Gore is lurking around somewhere hoping that somehow he won. Someone somewhere ... over the rainbow where unicorns fly .... has to be wrong in this manual recount because it is the hanging chads fault!. I guess we will need to have a recount of the recount followed by a 60 day holiday then another recount. /s

Yep.  It would be easier to hold a new election.  This entire thing is not right.  Seriously, it’s taken them 2 months to start recounting the ballots.  The losers are trying to undermine the election, the process, the democracy.

According to a well-informed source, the manual vote recount for the Kirkuk province has been finished.

The source added that more than 90 percent of ballots matched the electronic results previously announced by the High Electoral Commission (HEC).

Media outlets affiliated to the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK) reported on Saturday the that HEC had completed its manual recount of votes in Kirkuk province and that there were no changes in the seats obtained by the winning parties in Kirkuk.

The source added the manual vote recount included 522 ballot boxes but only 450 boxes were recounted as the ballots for the remaining ones were cancelled when it was discovered the boxes had been unlocked.

According to Kurdsat News, a PUK media outlet, 35 ballot boxes were cancelled but the party’s number of seats in the province remained unchanged.

93% matching results.  That’s close enough.  Certify the election before the crooks steal it and put themselves back in power.  This entire objection to the results is bogus just like Al Gore.  Sadr won now let’s get this RV going.
