  1. A fleeing Taliban, desperate for water, was plodding through the Afghan desert when he saw something far off in the distance.. Hoping to find water, he hurried toward the oasis, only to find a little old Jewish man at a small stand, selling ties. The Taliban asked, "Do you have water?" The Jewish man replied, "I have no water. Would you like to buy a tie? They are only $5." The Taliban shouted, "Idiot! I do not need an over-priced tie. I need water! I should kill you, but I must find water first!" "OK," said the old Jewish man, "It does not matter that you do not want to buy a tie and that you hate me. I will show you that I am bigger than that. If you continue over that hill to the east for about two miles, you will find a lovely restaurant. It has all the ice cold water you need. Shalom." Cursing, the Taliban staggered away over the hill. Several hours later he staggered back, almost dead & said, "Your f*cking brother won't let me in without a tie!"

  2. I don't know why everybody thinks Iraq has to cover 1 to 1 ...Because investors have trillions ....THEY DONT ....in fractional banking thats not how it works Iraq can do 2 trillion with 100 billion dollars ....by loaning it to ...other countries at a high interest rate ...(of witch there are hundreds of countries in need of some help) some of them are the largest economies on the planet . they can loan 1 billion and get back 100 billion just at 10% bond swap in a year and never have any currency change hands ....all as a credit swap In other words ....give a country a small amount of money ...and in return that country ...pays there debt ...held by that countries people in the form of bank notes ...and holds the notes as collateral for future purchases I don't know why everybody thinks Iraq has to cover 1 to 1 ...Because investors have trillions ....THEY DONT ....in fractional banking thats not how it works Iraq can do 2 trillion with 100 billion dollars ....by loaning it to ...other countries at a high interest rate ...(of witch there are hundreds of countries in need of some help) some of them are the largest economies on the planet . they can loan 1 billion and get back 100 billion just at 10% bond swap in a year and never have any currency change hands ....all as a credit swap In other words ....give a country a small amount of money ...and in return that country ...pays there debt ...held by that countries people in the form of bank notes ...and holds the notes as collateral for future purchases

  3. It has been a loooong time since I posted on here but seeing this post I had to chime in, Iraq will not carry the brunt of the exchange whatsoever most of the dinar will go to the federal reserve where it will be used for foriegn currency reserves from there the feds will use it to 1 either trade with other countries for different currencies that they may need or products and 2 the feds will use it to purchase oil from Iraq in the future for strategic oil reserves wether that be from Iraq or one of the other OPEC countries. In all actuality there are numerous possibilities as to what this foriegn currency will be used for, The feds could use it for paying off debts such as china, WB .........etc. So it will not come out of there proverbial pockets overnight nor out of there bank account!!!!!!!!!

  5. 6-13-2012 Scooter-EG: I think that shabs has three (rates) they've somewhat indicated these in the country reports two years ago from the imf there's a low ceiling, mid ceiling, and high ceiling. Low would be under the .86 range, the mid tier between 1.00 - 2.05 and the high upper two's. Nevertheless, even the low the numbers wouldn't work with the state of their economy right now. It will get there, it's just going take a bit more time. I think the tariff taxes are very important but it won't matter or have any impact on the bearing of the rate and here's why: They will receive the same value or amount regardless the rate will be determined by the strength of the economy not by the amount they tax on imported goods and services. The economy and country's wealth is determined by exporting products throughout the world and that will be judged through their GDP. Yes it's important to have the easy to use rate for Tariff transactions but it won't be the primary reason. I think the world community, particularly the 32 countries which are part of the reconstruction project are definitely involved and have influence over this event. I think the member organizations like the IMF, World Bank, OED, etc., they will have a large influence. Remember what their primary goal was originally, to provide the Iraqi people with increased purchasing power and to establish a middle class within Iraq. Stable purchasing power is important because a healthy economy produces less terror that's one but more importantly a healthy economy raises the living standards of everyone in that country. The European nations are in a real bind right now, just like the US, nevertheless when you take a look at the world map and look at the emerging countries, the MENA region is ripe. These oil exporters are doing very well right now. However, they do need to diversify their economy to prevent becoming a "Rentier" state. Imagine what an RV does in Iraq and the region. It's like an immediate economic explosion, which will drive the countries consumption upward and spending internally is only good for those economies.

  6. [Adam Montana] good morning everyone, it's that time again! [Adam Montana] no typing please, I'm going to do a quick summary and then hop into the weekly Q&A [Adam Montana] I hate seeing people get booted but we have to keep these things orderly otherwise they take forever and get very confusing [Adam Montana] ok, as you all know.... nobody has cashed in yet, so we're all here waiting still [Adam Montana] the big deal in the news this week is the Kurds wanting to boot Maliki for failing to get his act together [Adam Montana] It didn't happen, and I'll talk a little more about that later [Adam Montana] if you've been in this investment for over a year, you'll know that we have an important holiday coming up... Ramadan [Adam Montana] I say this every year, and every year people argue with me, but every year I am proven right.... NOTHING gets done during Ramadan. [Adam Montana] if we don't see the RV before Ramadan, you can all pack your bags and go on a camping trip for a month because it will NOT happen during Ramadan. [Adam Montana] Lucky for us, we have a few weeks before Ramadan [Adam Montana] and then we have a few weeks after Ramadan before the September deadline hits us [Adam Montana] so in my opinion, we are sitting right on top of two very good windows of potential [Adam Montana] The best news of all for this week: Once again, there is no bad news to report. Iraq is still moving forward, and in my opinion our odds of making good on this investment continue to get better [Adam Montana] ok, now the Q's. kcw, fire away! [kcw] Luigi1 Will failed talks at the WTO last week& possibly failed C7 talks this week set back the RV even more? Can Iraq ever get it's act together? [Adam Montana] Luigi, I know it might seem like things are being "set back", but that's simply not the case. The "gurus" out there will say things were "set back" to defend themselves when they are once again wrong on a predicted RV date... but the truth is nothing has been "set back". This is a process that takes time and it was never meant to happen a year, two years, 5 years, or a month ago. Nothing is going to happen with the currency until they get Chapter 7 and the HCL handled. Once that's wrapped up, they can change the rate [Adam Montana] next please! [kcw] countryroads Hi Adam. Hope you are haven a good day. Do you feel that Iraq is ready to negotiate treaties and other contracts ( by itself ) with the rest of the world at this time? I just can't help but thinking that some countries will play on their inexperience. [Adam Montana] Good question countryroads. I think they can handle themselves. Their "inexperience" isn't a huge factor - they may have a young government by comparison, but their Parliament members, Presidents, Prime Ministers, etc are just as wise as any other countries government members. The government may be young, but sometimes tough times makes for tough people. I'm not concerned about them being "taken advantage of" at a negotiating table. The only place I worry about them being taken advantage of is in a military confrontation, and that problem is solved when they lift Chapter 7. Great question! [Adam Montana] next please! [kcw] waitingondinar Hello Adam, can you please comment on these three articles: One says they don't have enough votes to oust Malaki, one says they have 170 signatures and only 163 are required. One article state Barzani doesn't want to replace Malaki and the other article does. Very confusing. Also, President Obama extended the DFI protection of Iraqi funds for another year. What does this do to a potential RV? Thanks [Adam Montana] Absolutely [Adam Montana] the article that says they have enough signatures was a pre-emptive release from the Kurds side. [Adam Montana] they may have had 170 promises, but when it came down to is they only ended up with 160 signatures [Adam Montana] promises don't get the job done [Adam Montana] if you check my blog dinarspeculation.com you'll find links to back that up [Adam Montana] Also a link to President Talabani confirming that they didn't end up with enough to boot Maliki [Adam Montana] could it still happen? Yes, but like I said before... I don't think it's going to happen. The country is split too equally, and Maliki has enough fingers in enough pies to swing the votes his way time and time again [Adam Montana] good question. Next please! [kcw] DinarWhiz Just wondered what the tarriffs mean. Does this make an RV closer? Thanks Adam . You don't have to comment if this was already answered. [Adam Montana] tarriffs are extra taxes imposed on goods... they don't signify an RV. One could make the argument that it would be silly to add extra tax on goods that are out of the average Iraqi's reach in the first place, unless there was a plan to increase the wealth of the average Iraqi in the near future... but the tarrifs themselves have nothing to do with the value of the currency. [Adam Montana] next please! [kcw] Texas1 Any chance you could bring in a translator for all of the all night MTV marathon posts?(Randallns love songs) [Adam Montana] That guy cracks me up just how he is, I would be scared to read the translated versions. next please! [kcw] brbrlocke Is there a chance something may happen this year before they all load up the family and go to the Ramada(n) Inn for a month ? [Adam Montana] Ramada(n)! Thanks for the laugh, that's the first time I've seen it put that way [Adam Montana] this year Ramadan check-in time is Thursday July 19, and check out is Saturday August 18. They have said that they planned to release a new currency in September of this year, so that gives us about 5 weeks between now and Ramadan, and almost 2 weeks after Ramadan to September. [Adam Montana] Like I said, NOTHING gets done during Ramadan. People always argue with me on that, but nobody seems to be able to come up with anything SIGNIFICANT that was ever accomplished during a Ramadan, so I'm sticking with my theory that it will either happen BEFORE or AFTER the holiday. [Adam Montana] 5 weeks is a lot of time to get something accomplished! I obviously can't say for sure if it WILL or not, but it's a definite possibility [Adam Montana] next please! [kcw] RAGARCIA62 it was said that some people made money on the rv of the Kuwait dinar, and that there is much confusion on us iraqi dinar holders on the taxes when we get to see our rv, do you think that the tax would be the same as the Kuwait dinar rv tax, and do you know what that was back then? thanks for reading this, for all you do and for your time. go rv sooon please. [Adam Montana] The Kuwaiti Dinar was a different situation. Anyone who made money on it was simply in the right place at the right time. The street value plunged, people were selling it for pennies, then realized they made a mistake and some people benefited. There was no time for the governments to make any preparations for it and most people didn't pay any taxes on the profits they made. [Adam Montana] The Iraqi Dinar is different. If this currency is given a large boost, the government has had plenty of time to prepare contingency bills to take advantage of all the profits made by citizens here. Luckily, we are also given the same amount of time to take precautions. [Adam Montana] if you have ANY concerns about what to do after the RV, how to best protect your assets, how to minimize or even ELIMINATE your tax liability - I encourage you to join my VIP group. There is a discount code available right now for 20% off: [Adam Montana] join at http://iqd.me/l/order , and use the discount code "newsletter20" [Adam Montana] best wishes to all of us! [Adam Montana] next please! [kcw] Jim1997 Adam, do you see a significant difference for the dinar after the UN meeting coming up this friday? How confident are you that Iraq will make things happen after the meeting occurs? Thanks for everything you do. [Adam Montana] I'm not placing any bets on this particular UN meeting, from what I've been told they aren't prepared to settle the big issues. With that said, I have to say I think we are still a few weeks out after this next meeting. [Adam Montana] however... I will be happy to be proven wrong! They have been working towards a resolution of HCL and Chapter 7 for years and getting closer all the time [Adam Montana] I'm a firm believer that we're not going to get a huge warning or even a major hint - it's going to come out of the blue and we're going to be in a mad dash to make the most of whatever time they give us to cash in [Adam Montana] I'm also a firm believer that when they introduce the new currency at a new rate, we won't have more than 90 days to exchange our bills. Make sure you are on my email list ( http://dinarnews.net/news ) at the very least, and in my VIP group at the very best ( http://iqd.me/l/order ) [Adam Montana] that's it for today, thanks for the patience everyone! Have a great day, awesome week, and don't forget to get out there and enjoy the weather... summer only comes once a year

  7. Black Swan, Jesus claimed exclusively to be the only way to God. If he wasn't but thought he was, he was a lunatic. If he wasn't and knew that he wasn't, he was a liar. If he is and knows that he is, he is Lord. "He that believes is not condemned, he that believes not (that Jesus is Lord) is condemned already." (John 3:18). See to it that no one takes you captive by philosophy and empty deceit, according to human tradition, according to the elemental spirits of the world, and not according to Christ. (Col. 2:8) All my eggs are in ONE basket. I'm betting my eternal destiny that Jesus was not a lunatic or liar.

  8. I agree, He is LORD. However, it is not a "bet" it is the Truth as He is the Truth. I have read with a chuckle the "open minded" thought of some of the posts. They start with a falsehood believing it to be truth and end up pontificating about things they know nothing about, and then consider themselves "enlightened", while proposing that those who believe in Jesus as God are living in ignorance. How mundane and trite. They neither know the Scriptures nor the power of God. I will say this, those who reject Jesus is LORD and Christ will still bow and confess His name, maybe not in this world but definitely in the world to come (of course they don't believe in that either)!!

  9. Hello everyone writing to you from the Iraqi Turkish border. well not much to report right now ..... The only rumblings lately have been two earth quakes (4.1 & 4.5)and about 10 aftershocks in the past two days, been here since early last week. As I'm sure you've all heard through the world media by now there have been 10 bombings in 9 provinces killing 84 people & injuring more than 200 from reports so far so I've opted to postpone any further trips onto the country, this is undoubtedly the worst day in Iraq since the US troops left the country. Temperatures are in the 40's Celsius ..... I gotta find some shade lol burning up here. From talking to people Malaki is more hated here than Obama and bush combined .... Lol Internet access points are few and far between but if anything significant happens I'll do my best to get the word out to you guys. I wish I had better news to report but maybe something will happen soon, it would be nice if something happened on the 18th ... It's my birthday !! Anyway that's all for now , I'll keep you posted on further developments. The Machine.

  10. CNN. Broadcasting While Planning For My Post RV Investment In A Sea Farm. I'll Be Raising "Kobe Tuna" And My Secret Will Be To Feed Them Nothing But Mayonnaise ! 06/12/2012 (RAY) desertdog, on 12 June 2012 - 08:59 AM, said: I just want to start off by saying that there are some interesting comments on this thread which is someone else's Theory & Rumor from another site. And that is all it is. Nothing more. Steve started this site to provide information about the Iraqi dinar. Neither Steve nor I have ever put any information on here to "pump" the dinar. This site is strictly informational only. If there are people on here that truly feel the dinar is a scam and will never RV or RD, I would suggest leaving and go about your life and forget the dinar ever existed. As for Steve and I, we both truly believe there will be an RV and it will be very soon. Shabibi has personally said this several times in public. A man of his character would not make these claims if they weren't true. I know a lot about what is going on over there and all the preparations being made to RV the currency. The Iraqi people are being told daily what to do when it revalues and that they will be very happy because the dinar will be the strongest currency in the region. Does that sound like a LOP? Merchants and money exchangers are smuggling the dinar out of Iraq daily because they know it will be worth more out of country than in country. Saleh is on TV now telling the people how the prices in country will be adjusted to reflect the new dinar value when it revalues. The new currency has been printed and shipped to all the major banks in Iraq and is awaiting for the revalue to happen to begin exchanging the new for the old. There is a lot more happening which tells me there is going to be an RV very soon and there will be many instant millionaires in this country and else where. I just want to encourage everyone to stay positive and hang on to your dinar because you too will be very happy soon. Blessings, Ray SteveI: Great words of wisdom. Thank you for sharing again the facts about this investment. I have been watching this post and was about to close it, but there are many great comments here. I just elected not to debate or explain again something like the "LOP" that will never happen (in this case that is). Like you said, between your contacts and my partner and his contacts, yes this not a good investment, it is a great one. It will not take all that much longer to get the political wrangling resolved, then the rest will fall into place. There are many things going on that we have simply not shared do to my involvement. Yes, there have been a few brief moments I have considered bailing from this investment, but when I take and add up everything we know to be a fact and not fiction, it renewed my confidence in marching forward and being strong and positive. I took many years for all of this to happen and it will not be done overnight, however, we are close to the end of this ride. Keep your head high and your hopes even higher. Remember, Wisdom is understanding what's really important! Blessings,Steve

  11. Here's something that you can do right now to help get this government back on track. We need everyone's support. Regardless of your political affiliation, this bill NEEDS to pass. I'm talking about the Audit the Fed Bill. If you live in America, if you vote, you can take part TODAY in what could be one of the most momentous actions taken in congress since Woodrow Wilson betrayed the American people in 1913. This link will take you to a page that will send your senator notice that YOU ARE watching. Liberty Isn't it time to drop the partisan bickering? Isn't it time for us to be Americans? The House vote will be in July and there are already enough congressmen committed to pass it. The battle is in the Senate, where the establishment from both sides are refusing to represent their constituents. It's easy, just hit the link, put in your name and zip, and a letter will be emailed to your senators. Petition

  12. well said sir let me add that in my humble opinion the man with a true experience in GOD need never be concerned about the man with a "theory, theology, mythology, ideology or lack there of".... Ghandi is reported to have said, "....if I ever met a Christian who acted like Jesus, then I would become a Christian..." and while that may indeed be an indictment of the Christians that Ghandi knew, it is NOT an argument against Christianity.... on the mission field in the interior of Guyana, SA, I saw an entire family of Hindus come to Jesus following the miraculous healing of a child, doctors had given less than a 50% chance at even surviving..... GOD touched my life 42 years and 3 1/2 months ago....and I have never been the same....it's not about church....nor about religions....nor about denominations....it's about the Creator wanting fellowship with HIS creation.... you can have it too...the only cost is FAITH (my definition: F acts A s I nspired T hrough HIM).... put another way...the BIBLE way.....IF you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth..... been there...done that.....PRAISE GOD HE RECEIVED ME !!

  13. Hi Tiff, Coexistence is not the issue. We have been living side by side for thousands of years. Coexistence and tolerance of other religious beliefs does not mean acceptance of those beliefs. I will share my belief in Christ and Scripture when belief in Christ is challenged. I can do no other. The test of the pudding is in the eating.

  14. Yota, once again thank you for all you do here! You know when I first read this I thought this guy was nuts by saying this; (Quote) He said .. That Iraq now has a parliament, government and elections, a self-governing and do not want any neighboring country or regional interference in its internal affairs as well as we want from the Government of Iraq believes that the democratic process and freedom. But this got me to thinking that I read somewhere that stated Britain was responsible for Chapter VII and the US was responsible for getting the Iraq economy going so what if he is right. So let's say they also let them RV their currency because of their inflationary problems and then when they really screw up because Maliki is a modern day dictator the US and NATO can come back in and take them back over or help them solve their political problems once in for all. ...JUST A THOUGHT FOLKS..... Oh BTW I averaged out the past several months of inflation and came up with an average monthly delta increase of 1.427%, if you take Aprils 8.70% and add this you would come up with 10.127% INFLATION, .127% over what Shabibi's RED LINE IS for the month of May. May's inflation numbers are due to be posted between now and the end of the month. Our chances are good IMO that we have a chance to see an increase in the exchange rate between now and then by them changing their Monetary System to International. Nothing in the UN restrictions stand in their way from a currency reform.....

  15. It isn't limited to just one group or religion, there are many wells that put forth "bitter water." I drank from several that left a bad taste in my mouth. I found that dependence can never be in a human religion or human traditions taught as law. But I do trust Christ and His Word. Even Paul wrote, "Let God be found true and every man a liar." By that he meant, trust in God and not in the fickleness of mankind. Peace.

  16. Then why are you preaching your position? If you bash Christianity then don't be shocked if there is someone who defends Christ and the Bible. Yes, I do believe that there is only one way to God and that is through Jesus Christ, for He is God in the flesh, proved by His resurrection from the dead. The context of this passage from John 5 to John 10 is Jesus confronting the Jewish leaders who fail to accept Jesus as the Son of God. Of great importance was Jesus healing the blind man (John 9), and no one but God can give sight to the blind, no one has since. To the Jew, anyone who accepted Jesus as the Christ was kicked out of the Synagogue (John 9:22). The blind man, now healed, believes Jesus is Lord and worshiped Him (9:38). The Jews were blind and would not believe in Christ, while the one who was blind now sees. None are so blind as those who will not see (believe). Chapter 10 Jesus just claimed to be the “Good Shepherd.” That means that He was claiming to be Jehovah or God. In fact Jesus had already told them that He was the “I Am” which was before Abraham. The “I Am” is the LORD or Jehovah of the Old Testament (John 8:58). Now He claims to be the “Good Shepherd” or “Jehovah” (Ps 23:1). In the immediate context (10:22-42) the Jews encircled Jesus were saying to Him, “How long will You keep us in suspense? If you are the Christ, tell us plainly.” Jesus answered them, “I told you, and you do not believe; the works that I do in My Father’s name, these bear witness of Me. (aka. Healing of the blind.) Then He states that He is the one who gives eternal life, but the Jews will not believe. They don’t “hear the Shepherd’s voice.” Then the incredible statement, “I and the Father are one.” (One essence or unit.) The Jews take up stones to stone Him because He was calling Himself God! When Jesus quoted the Ps 82:6, He is making fun of the Jews. By using the expression “your law,” Jesus was distancing himself not from the law itself, but from his opponents’ approach to it. In the OT, the phrase “to whom the word of God came” is often used with reference to those who speak or act in God’s name. But in the original context of Ps 82 the expression may have referred to (1) Israel’s corrupt judges who were called “gods” because the administration of justice was a delegated to a few select individuals (Dt 1:17; Ps 82); (2) angelic powers who abused the authority that God had given to them over the nations; (3) Israel’s forsaken the law given by God. Jesus is arguing in rabbinic fashion, from the lesser to the greater, Jesus point here is that if Israel can in some sense be called “god” in the Scriptures, how much more is this designation appropriate for Him who truly is the Son of God. By His statement, Jesus emphatically pits the Jews against the words of God and the inviolability of Scripture. He asserts that HE is the “one whom the Father set apart and sent into the world.” So, what Jesus says by using the quotation from Ps 82 is that He is the Christ and the others, falsely called “gods” are not.

Along with the science community that has all but ruled out God's existence..... I don't know what the future holds but this believer in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus Christ will thank him each day for his sacrifice for me...... When I look at the prettiest thing I've ever seen (my daughter.) That was not evolution!!!!!!!!! God Bless you all Jeff

I don't worry about nothing because all i have is faith. If you faith and even it if is as small as a mustard seed. God will do wonderful things in your life if you allow him too.

  21. huh???? did you not read my posts concerning Ron Paul not going to have the delegates? Apparently not, since you are so desperately trying to put words in my mouth. I absolutely resent that. Who the heck are you to just run off at the mouth and decide who or what I am? ESPECIALLY when you refuse to even bother to read my posts. This only proves you are nothing but an instigating troll. You twist anyone's response to mean something it never did, and do anything you can to completely destroy any possible positive message that may help moderates from both sides unite to fight a common foe. You are exposed TP, you are nothing but an anti conservative socialist puppet.

  22. Ok......here's what I know Romney is not only a good businessman, he is an excellent one. His record of keeping failing businesses afloat, is 78%. Those are private funds, not Tax dollars as Obama uses He received an inheritance from his father, did he use that to begin or promote his business, no, he gave the whole thing to Brigham Young University as a donation. Thats not all in the way of charity. Mitt Romney Donates Entire Inheritance to BYU College Scholarship Funds Posted on March 2, 2012 When Mitt Romney’s father passed away in 1995, he left an inheritance to Mitt totaling $1 million. Romney turned around and donated that inheritance money to Brigham Young University for the George W. Romney School of Public Management. This is an institute of public management that helps young people learn about government and about serving in public service. The money goes to economically disadvantaged students wishing to purse a higher education in the field of public management and government. But Romney’s charitable giving’s did not begin nor stop with his giving away of his entire inheritance he received in 1995. Donating 2002 Olympic Salary Running an Olympics comes with a hefty salary, $275,000 per year to be exact and for Romney that would have been a total of $825,000. However, when Romney was asked to rescue the Olympics in Salt Lake City, Utah when it was bleeding hundreds-of-millions of dollars due to fraud, abuse and mismanagement, instead of taking the salary for himself, he donate his entire salary + severance payments to charitable organizations as well as donating $1 MILLION of his own money to the Olympics. Refusing Salary as Governor of Massachusetts When Romney was asked by state leaders and prominent member in the state of Mass. to run for governor because their state had a $3 BILLION deficit while having the highest unemployment rate in the country; Romney not only said he would take on the task, but when he did win the election he refused to take the $135,000 annual salary his entire term as governor. Continued Charitable Giving The Romney’s give millions annually to charities either through their church, their charitable organization or organizations directly. The Romney’s tax returns that were release this past January 2012 show that the Romney’s donated over $4 million alone to charity via their church and other organizations in 2011 and another $3 million in 2010. Other reports also go on to note that the Romney’s give about 16% of their income to charity annually. Ironically, we can find the left bashing the Romney’s for where they give their money – because clearly unless you give away YOUR MONEY to charities the left does not approve of, then it does not count. Here, the HuffPo is acknowledging the millions the Romney’s give away every year while bashing them for giving most of that money to their church as though the church does not turn around and help out those less fortunate with it. http://specfriggintacular.wordpress.com/2012/03/02/mitt-romney-donates-entire-inheritance-to-byu-college-scholarship-funds/ If you'd like to hear more, I can bring it in, Romneys history is exemplary.......And I believe he is more than qualified to be President, and his talent for saving bankrupt entities is exactly what this country needs. Unlike Obama (Community Organizer, as in ACORN) or even Ron (A Career Politician)

  24. Many are labeled sheep because they know nothing about the issues and simply vote based on the letter in front of some politicians name, regardless if they know anything about the person. Yes, this person is a sheep, and sadly, there are many of them in the world. People who know the issues and have decided to vote based on an educated attempt to know the facts aren't sheep. If they believe whatever is fed to them and don't question it, then even if they know the issues they are like sheep. Is that clear enough? No one is deemed a sheep because they don't follow the RP mantra. Someone who follows RP without knowing the issues or what RP is about is a sheep as well. A sheep follows and decides without questioning. Even the most educated person in politics can be a sheep if all they do is accept what the powers tell them and don't question it. The term "sheep" really isn't that difficult to understand. A person who listens to opposing views and investigates their claims is respected even if they ultimately disagree. They are not sheep. Someone who instantly dismisses a critics claims without investigation is a sheep as they have not done their due diligence. oyyyy.

If enough people see those videos, then both the Republican and Democrat parties will dissolve due to a major drop in support.

  26. What's the deal with the scare quotes around "Dr. Paul?" Is he not an actual medical doctor? I've had it with all the mocking. I'm not a diehard Paulite, I've never been to one of his speeches, and there are plenty of other people I would prefer as president (Dr. Thomas Sowell is the only person I've ever personally written to ask to run), but the Romney folks treat Paul people like crazy, idiot children who need to have their asses kicked into towing the GOP line, and I'm not having it. If they want to nominate the good-looking guy they think can win, that's their prerogative, but their guy is only marginally better than Obama, and that's just not good enough anymore.

  28. No one has the right to judge another in the matter of being saved or lost, except Jesus. Christian are just sharing the message of the gospel. Nor can that message be forced on anyone. Not even Jesus forced individuals to belief in Him. I am simply a "seed planter," sowing the message of Christ in the world. One can either believe it or not believe it. What you know as Christianity may be perverted and twisted, for what you and others describe has no barring on my understanding of Christ, the Scriptures, and the church. I'm afraid you have gone to the well to drink and have tasted the wrong well.

"I am entering" said Snow White. After half an hour she comes out and they ask her, "Well, how'd ya do? "First Place ," said Snow White.. They continue walking and they see a sign: "Contest for the strongest man in the world." "I'm entering," says Superman. After half an hour he returns and they ask him, "How did you make out?" " First Place ," answers Superman. "Did you ever doubt?" They continue walking when they see a sign: "Contest! Who is the greatest liar in the world?" Pinocchio says "this is mine" Half an hour later, he returns with tears in his eyes. "What happened?" they asked. "Who the hell is Obama?" asked Pinocchio

  30. I know as the letter writer says will fall on deaf ears but i had to try. This is not stirring the pot but a clear realization of what is about to happen. An Open Letter to Ron Paul Supporters http://hotair.com/greenroom/archives/2012/06/12/an-open-letter-to-ron-paul-supporters/ Dear Ron Paul Supporters, It’s not easy to see your team lose. Trust me, I know. I grew up cheering for the Kansas City Royals. However, it’s time to concede defeat. Despite the fact that “Dr. Paul” has not officially dropped out of the presidential race, he himself has stopped actively campaigning. Unless Romney, Santorum and Gingrich mysteriously disappear, it’s borderline impossible for him to secure the nomination. In politics, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. This time your candidate unfortunately came short. Hey, I feel your pain; Romney wasn’t my guy to begin with either. Up until a couple months ago, I was still pulling for a Paul Ryan presidency. However, it’s time for all of us to look past our differences and unite for Mitt Romney and against Barack Obama in November. You may not agree with Mitt Romney’s policies, but would you rather have another 4 years of a Barack Obama presidency? If you believe our current president outshines his likely GOP opponent, then be my guest, vote against Governor Romeny. However, my guess is that most of you align more with Romney rather than Obama. Be aware that a vote for Ron Paul is now a vote against Mitt Romney. Some of you may claim that you plan on writing in Ron Paul because you vote on principle, not politics. Once again, I understand. I too am more of a principled, rather than a political voter. However, it is my principles that will be casting a vote for Mitt Romney in November. My values mostly align with our likely GOP candidate. On the other hand, my values strongly prevent me from casting a vote for Barack Obama. I believe that what we are fighting to protect, our republic and America values, is much more important than any political squabbles any of us have with Mitt Romney. In the words of our current Commander in Chief: let me be clear. There are many Ron Paul fans in the United States who have thrust their support behind Mitt Romney to preserve the conservative cause in November. Rand Paul is one of these people. However, I would like to address the subset of Ron Paul fans who are so completely devoted to “Dr. Paul” that they are unable to see the irrationality in their own behavior. For example, please, please lay off Senator Rand Paul. Yes, the guy endorsed Mitt Romney. Yes, he has obviously given up on his father’s candidacy. Perhaps it’s time for many of you to do the same. Instead, many of you in the Ron Paul fringe have taken to attacking the younger Paul with the same fervor you scream “End the Fed!” at every turn. Message boards, articles, and blogs are blowing up all around the internet calling Rand Paul “Benedict Arnold” and predicting that he will “burn in hell” because of his endorsement of Mitt Romney. And here I was thinking the only people who have taken to cannibalizing their own kind came from Florida. Excuse me, but knock it off. The Occupy-esque “If you’re not for Ron Paul, you’re conspiring against him,” mentality has to stop. It damages not only conservative and libertarian causes. It also makes your message less effective. Radical Ron Paul supporters, how do you expect to get your message across when you are a laughingstock? Your behavior is discrediting Ron Paul’s message, most of which I actually support (except for the whole foreign policy thing of course). There comes a time when passion needs to be offset by professionalism. This is that time. Interrupting other politicians’ speeches, flooding message boards with nasty comments and other irrational ploys will not help anyone. If you want Ron Paul’s message to endure, make sure you are respected by your audience. Right now, a subset of you is encouraging disrespect for your candidate’s entire fan base. The battle are fighting in this election cycle is bigger than Ron Paul. Heck, it’s even bigger than Mitt Romney. If we are going to preserve a world where Ron Paul’s libertarian platform has the potential to make a difference, we need to ensure that Barack Obama is a one term president. Ron Paul fans, you constantly preach the importance of liberty and freedom. I agree. If we are going to preserve liberty and freedom in the future, let’s make sure that we evict the president who has done the most damage to liberty and freedom in American history. Respectfully Yours, Amy Lutz

Luckyintx...ty 8:44 PM [scooter-EG] hmmmmm 8:44 PM [scooter-EG] I think that shabs has three 8:44 PM [scooter-EG] they've somewhat indicated these in the country reports two years ago from the imf 8:44 PM [scooter-EG] there's a low ceiling, mid ceiling, and high ceiling 8:45 PM [helend] I'll take the high ceiling please 8:45 PM [scooter-EG] I think the longer he waits won't have too much effect which option he chooses 8:45 PM [scooter-EG] most would 8:46 PM [scooter-EG] but the iraqi people might not agree 8:46 PM [scooter-EG] because if they came out high with the current numbers 8:46 PM [scooter-EG] there would be an immediate retracement 8:46 PM [scooter-EG] IMO 8:46 PM [grashopa] ........like 1000/1............1-1..............and...ummmmm...........3.22-1.. ??? 8:46 PM [scooter-EG] kind of like that 8:47 PM [scooter-EG] yes 8:47 PM [scooter-EG] but the low would be under the .86 range 8:47 PM [scooter-EG] the mid tier between 1.00 - 2.05 8:47 PM [scooter-EG] and the high 8:47 PM [scooter-EG] upper two's 8:47 PM [grashopa] oh boy.............. 8:48 PM [scooter-EG] but nevertheless -- even the low the numbers wouldn't work with the state of their economy right now 8:48 PM [scooter-EG] it will get there 8:48 PM [scooter-EG] it's just going take a bit more time 8:48 PM [scooter-EG] ok 8:48 PM [grashopa] and when the eco gets to 65%... ? 8:48 PM [scooter-EG] I don't understand 8:49 PM [scooter-EG] 65% 8:49 PM [scooter-EG] sorry -- not following 8:49 PM [grashopa] up and running at 65%............eco 8:49 PM [scooter-EG] Oh -- you mean which tier --- that's a good question 8:49 PM [scooter-EG] here's why 8:49 PM [scooter-EG] What's the 100% target ? 8:50 PM [grashopa] showing substantial growth 8:50 PM [scooter-EG] nobody knows 8:50 PM [scooter-EG] remember -- in a free floating advnaced econ 8:50 PM [grashopa] internal 8:50 PM [scooter-EG] the major forex currencies 8:51 PM [scooter-EG] calculate 1200 algorithms a second to determine if the PIP increases or decreases 8:51 PM [grashopa] sry...........just piping in 8:51 PM [scooter-EG] Iraq's monitoring isn't to that point 8:51 PM [scooter-EG] no problem -- just friendly chatting 8:51 PM [scooter-EG] Next question 8:51 PM [helend] Personally, I've seen 2 articles that state the tariff taxes will be implemented in a few days. Granted we've seen "in coming days" and that sorta thing for a very long time. My thinking is that they'll wait till the end of June to Implement these taxes, maybe later. How important if, any would it be to have a decent rate on their money before the taxes are implemented? Thank you. 8:52 PM [helend] that one is from Reflection 8:52 PM [scooter-EG] thanks for telling me the name 8:52 PM [scooter-EG] ok 8:52 PM [helend] Scooter-EG I learn quick 8:52 PM [scooter-EG] Reflection -- I think the tariff taxes are very important 8:52 PM [scooter-EG] but it won't matter 8:53 PM [scooter-EG] or have any impact on the bearing of the rate 8:53 PM [scooter-EG] and here's why 8:53 PM [scooter-EG] They will receive the same value or amount regardless 8:53 PM [scooter-EG] the rate will be determined by the strength of the economy 8:54 PM [scooter-EG] not by the amount they tax on imported goods and services 8:54 PM [scooter-EG] and the economy and countries wealth is determined by exporting products 8:54 PM [scooter-EG] throughout the world 8:54 PM [scooter-EG] and that will be judged through their GDP 8:54 PM [scooter-EG] Yes 8:55 PM [scooter-EG] it's important to have the and easy to use rate for Tariff transactions 8:55 PM [scooter-EG] but it won't be the primary reason 8:55 PM [scooter-EG] JMO 8:55 PM [scooter-EG] Next 8:55 PM [helend] Hello Scooter In your opinion do you think the possible revaluation (or RI) of the Iraqi Dinar is solely in the hands of the Iraq government and CBI? Or do you think the other nations, political power brokers or financial markets have an influence on the possible RV?? Thanks sbxpress 8:56 PM [scooter-EG] Thanks SBX 8:56 PM [scooter-EG] I think that Iraq is the primary 8:56 PM [scooter-EG] the reality is they can make their rate anything they wasnt 8:56 PM [scooter-EG] want 8:56 PM [scooter-EG] but they would have a heck of a time getting it accepted throughout the world 8:57 PM [scooter-EG] I think the world community, particularly the 32 countries which are part of the reconstruction project 8:57 PM [scooter-EG] are definitely involved and have influence over this event 8:58 PM [scooter-EG] I think the member organizations like the IMF, World Bank, OED, etc... 8:58 PM [scooter-EG] they will have a large influence 8:58 PM [scooter-EG] remember what their primary goal was originally 8:59 PM [scooter-EG] to provide the Iraqi people 8:59 PM [scooter-EG] with increased purchasing power 8:59 PM [scooter-EG] and to establish a middle class within Iraq 8:59 PM [scooter-EG] why is that important 8:59 PM [scooter-EG] here's why 8:59 PM [grashopa] a stabile purchasing power 9:00 PM [scooter-EG] because a healthy economy produces less terror 9:00 PM [scooter-EG] that's one 9:00 PM [scooter-EG] but more importantly 9:00 PM [scooter-EG] but more importantly 9:00 PM [scooter-EG] a healthy economy raises the living standards of everyone in that country 9:00 PM [scooter-EG] next 9:00 PM [helend] Hi Scooter I have a Question? A certain person on his web site keeps saying on his show that we are going to have a short window to cash in after the Rv. The reason being is Iraq is going to break off into 3 groups where they will have their own dependency currency. That is why they have 5 different language on the currency. To me this doesn't make sense. Even if they did, they will still have to take our 25,000 or exchange out dinars into the new currency before our money would be worthless. Phoenix won't put it on their news site. I didn't get who said this but the last name Ali from Iraq. Please tell us what you think. Thank you, Steve 9:01 PM [scooter-EG] WOW! That's a new one for me 9:01 PM [scooter-EG] ummm 9:02 PM [scooter-EG] I don't buy the theory 9:02 PM [scooter-EG] that just doesn't make any sense to me 9:02 PM [scooter-EG] sorry 9:02 PM [scooter-EG] next 9:02 PM [helend] Scooter in you opinion what effect does the Euro currency, being the largest currency in the world, have any effect on the revaluation of the Dinar at this time? With the world currencies in turmoil right now I do not see any country revaluation taking place until there is some sort of balance. Your thoughts on this? 9:03 PM [scooter-EG] first 9:03 PM [scooter-EG] the Euro is not the largest currency in the world 9:03 PM [scooter-EG] the USD consumes 62% of all circulated curency 9:03 PM [scooter-EG] now to the question 9:03 PM [scooter-EG] sorry -- had to fix that one 9:04 PM [scooter-EG] Yes and NO 9:04 PM [scooter-EG] and here's why I think this 9:04 PM [scooter-EG] Yes, the European nations are in a real bind right now 9:04 PM [scooter-EG] no doubt 9:04 PM [scooter-EG] they spent themselves silly 9:04 PM [scooter-EG] just like the US has been doing 9:05 PM [scooter-EG] nevertheless 9:05 PM [scooter-EG] when you take a look at the world map and 9:05 PM [scooter-EG] look at the emerging countries 9:05 PM [scooter-EG] the MENA region is ripe 9:05 PM [scooter-EG] these oil exporters are doing very well right now 9:06 PM [scooter-EG] however, they do need to diversify their economy to prevent becomeing a "Rentier" state 9:06 PM [scooter-EG] now 9:06 PM [scooter-EG] imagine what an RV does in Iraq and the region 9:06 PM [scooter-EG] it's like an immediate economic explosion which 9:07 PM [scooter-EG] will drive the countries consumption upward 9:07 PM [scooter-EG] and spending internally is only good for those economies 9:07 PM [grashopa] EXACTLY 9:07 PM [scooter-EG] so 9:07 PM [scooter-EG] back to the question 9:07 PM [scooter-EG] what does it do for Europe 9:07 PM [scooter-EG] it does a lot ! 9:07 PM [scooter-EG] here's why 9:08 PM [scooter-EG] if the MENA region experiences this type of growth 9:08 PM [scooter-EG] demand in the middle east and northern Africa 9:08 PM [scooter-EG] will go upward 9:08 PM [scooter-EG] Well 9:08 PM [scooter-EG] who's going to supply that demand 9:08 PM [scooter-EG] most likely they will look to Europe 9:08 PM [scooter-EG] to satisfy that demand 9:09 PM [scooter-EG] of the latest products 9:09 PM [scooter-EG] heck -- it would be anywhere for that matter 9:09 PM [scooter-EG] but the trickle effect will occur the volume and pressure of the $$$ turnover would be very strong 9:10 PM [scooter-EG] Great question 9:10 PM [scooter-EG] next 9:10 PM [helend] Hello Scooter Thanks for coming. Who do you think is responsible for the GOI not being seated and complete. Possibly delaying the RV and when do you think the GOI will be completed. What is you opinion, please. 9:10 PM [grashopa] great answer.............ty Scooter 9:10 PM [scooter-EG] Oh man 9:10 PM [scooter-EG] Thanks grashopa 9:10 PM [scooter-EG] I am the absolute worst person to ask political questions 9:11 PM [scooter-EG] and the only answer I have is this 9:11 PM [scooter-EG] the whole blasted government is responsible for the lack of seating 9:12 PM [scooter-EG] do I think it has an impact on any structural changes in iraq's monetary policy 9:12 PM [scooter-EG] NOPE 9:12 PM [scooter-EG] not one bit 9:12 PM [scooter-EG] JMO 9:12 PM [scooter-EG] I'm probably wrong though 9:12 PM [scooter-EG] sorry -- not a political person these days 9:12 PM [scooter-EG] I just don't like any of them 9:12 PM [scooter-EG] just kidding 9:12 PM [scooter-EG] next 9:12 PM [helend] Thanks so much Scooter for taking the time to do this. I have heard it explained before that Iraq really isn’t concerned about how much we here in the states have in dinar. The reason being is that when it does RV, that it will be our country that will be backing the exchange, with our dinar going into the US Treasury. If that is the case, then all this talk about needing to reduce the 30 trillion (or more) dinar that is out there, would it not just be within Iraq that they would have to pull in the money supply? It all kind of makes my head spin a little. Thanks for clearing it up. Thanks, Garybeck 9:13 PM [grashopa] with structure......................you get confidence 9:13 PM [scooter-EG] Indeed !!! 9:13 PM [scooter-EG] um -- how is the best way to answer that one 9:13 PM [scooter-EG] I have heard this theory as well 9:14 PM [scooter-EG] that the Treasury will purchase oil at $30 a barrel 9:14 PM [scooter-EG] in exchange for oil 9:14 PM [scooter-EG] here's the thing 9:15 PM [scooter-EG] when looking at currency 9:15 PM [scooter-EG] you have to look at the aggregate 9:15 PM [scooter-EG] not just a portion within the county 9:15 PM [scooter-EG] country 9:15 PM [scooter-EG] IMO 9:15 PM [scooter-EG] they might have some sweetheart deal 9:15 PM [scooter-EG] but I have found no evidence of this anywhere 9:16 PM [scooter-EG] Sorry about that answer but I still take a look at the wholistic approach 9:16 PM [scooter-EG] to all the currency 9:16 PM [scooter-EG] before looking at the rate 9:16 PM [scooter-EG] but also remember 9:17 PM [scooter-EG] Anything can happen -- and we don't have all the facts 9:17 PM [scooter-EG] next 9:17 PM [helend] If one were to conjecture that Money Supply was the key factor in determining the proper value of a currency.......what would be your best guess as to what Iraq's total money supply should be...based on population...and yes, then I will divide it by the approximately 30 trillion dinar that are outstanding...or by 6 trillion, assuming the CBI has pulled in 80 percent of the Triple Zero Notes....to guess at a rate....thanks Scooter for visiting us!!! 9:17 PM [scooter-EG] haaah! 9:17 PM [scooter-EG] ok 9:18 PM [helend] This is a question by redbird 9:18 PM [scooter-EG] That question in my opinion can't be answered correctly because there's far too many variables which go into the calculation for rate 9:19 PM [scooter-EG] second, nobody really has a solid idea of what the money supply should be because of the economy in general 9:19 PM [scooter-EG] I mean we can look at GDP 9:19 PM [scooter-EG] GDP on a per capita basis 9:19 PM [scooter-EG] etc.... 9:20 PM [scooter-EG] but the value gets everything thrown in 9:20 PM [scooter-EG] for example 9:20 PM [scooter-EG] education 9:20 PM [scooter-EG] many people don't realize it 9:20 PM [scooter-EG] but an educated workforce has a dramatic effect 9:20 PM [scooter-EG] on sustainability of that rate 9:21 PM [scooter-EG] second 9:21 PM [scooter-EG] an educated workforce has a huge impact on foreign investment 9:21 PM [scooter-EG] an educated workforce will spend differently and save 9:21 PM [scooter-EG] but that's just one example 9:22 PM [scooter-EG] and in iraq's case 9:22 PM [scooter-EG] they are having problems filling bank teller positions 9:22 PM [scooter-EG] so -- to answer the question in a 2 dimensional type of calculation 9:22 PM [scooter-EG] I just can't or won't even guess 9:23 PM [scooter-EG] it would probably get me into a world of trouble anyway 9:23 PM [grashopa] Scooter.............your mind i????................you remind me of............me 9:23 PM [scooter-EG] haaaah! 9:23 PM [scooter-EG] well then 9:23 PM [scooter-EG] I am honored 9:23 PM [scooter-EG] next 9:23 PM [helend] Thank you Scooter, that was the last question...however if you would just like to talk about something you want to share with us, you are welcome to do so.....perhaps something that you have heard and want to pass on to us? 9:24 PM [scooter-EG] hmmmmm 9:24 PM [scooter-EG] hmmmmm 9:24 PM [scooter-EG] let me think 9:24 PM [grashopa] much appriciated my friend..............very much 9:24 PM [helend] Scooter-EG playin the jeopardy song 9:24 PM [scooter-EG] You are welcome !! this is a great group of people 9:24 PM [scooter-EG] hahahaha 9:24 PM [scooter-EG] I really don't have anything right now 9:24 PM [scooter-EG] sorry -- jonny on the spot is a weakness of mine 9:25 PM [helend] Scooter-EG thats okay we appreciate your time very much 9:25 PM [scooter-EG] well then -- why don't we wrap this one up 9:25 PM [helend] Scooter-EG thats okay we appreciate your time very much 9:25 PM [scooter-EG] well then -- why don't we wrap this one up 9:25 PM [scooter-EG] Thank you Helend 9:25 PM [helend] okay, getting the wrapping paper out for ya's 9:25 PM [scooter-EG] I appreciate your effort in organizing 9:25 PM [helend] you are welcome scooter 9:25 PM [scooter-EG] 9:25 PM [scooter-EG] Thank you everyone 9:25 PM [helend] need a bow too? 9:25 PM [helend] Scooter-EG Scooter-EG tScooter-EG 9:25 PM [scooter-EG] once again, great questions 9:26 PM [fourclovers317] Scooter-EG thanks 9:26 PM [helend] Thank you! 9:26 PM [luckyintx] thank you so much scooter, we appreciate u and ur knowledge so much, and thanx for ur time! 9:26 PM [shunshine] Thank you Scooter-EG always a pleasure to hear your opion. 9:26 PM [d6j8] Thank You Helend , Thank You Scooter ......... 36. The Council of Nicaea took gnostic scripture and edited it and removed vast portions of it just for this moment. I don’t hold much stock in the Council of Nicaea. It did not give us the Scripture. The Bible was in circulation by the end of the 1st Century. Copies of John’s Gospel, possible the last book to be written that we have, were being distributed by at least A.D. 95. All of Paul’s writings were being past around by the churches, and have dates ranging from A.D. 55 to A.D. 66 (date vary on most of the epistles). Some of what the Council did was to remove those gospels and letters purported to be written by an apostle or prophet, but by their content and the date they were written (late 2nd & 3rd Century), and rejected them as spurious writings or false writings. They did not change the content of the OT or the NT. As people figure out that this is not correct they will over correct their thinking and stop believing in god. Just the opposite is happening. People are returning to spiritual truth and to the Bible as the ONLY means of hearing and knowing about God. That was the purpose of The Council of Nicaea. They took correct information and distorted it in order to control the populous. Christ was a person and Christianity was made in his name for this coming subversion. Again, the Council did not change anything in the Scriptures that were being circulated. They did reject the Gnostic gospels and papers that were teaching false teaching about Christ and His person. Of course this view does not make me popular with either the religious or the atheists. Certainly. Nothing is accepted when it is untrue to stated facts. Good luck to Christians as you will be compared to The Flat Earth Society.. Christians glory in the cross of Christ and are usually consider the “scum” of the earth. Do you really think that matters to the saints of God? But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to shame the wise, and the weak things to shame the things which are strong, and the base things and the despised things of the world, to nullify the things that are. And BTW Jesus is in the gnostic scriptures... even though this guy says he was not. Have a look at the nag hammadi library and you will see for your self that Jesus was indeed a prominent figure. Just as in the dead sea scrolls. Certainly Jesus was spoken of in the Gnostic Scriptures! The Gnostics were trying to say that Jesus only “seemed to be” a man. He was really a spirit. He was never crucified, He was not God in the flesh. What they promoted was secret knowledge (gnosis) and elite wisdom, which they only could attain. Plus, they were writing long after the Gospel and the apostles and early saints were preaching Christ. <br style="mso-special-character:line-break"> <br style="mso-special-character:line-break"> Well if it's possible, I mean just possible that an alien race could come down and improve our lives then why not a single figure? I agree that most of it is a contrived farce but the only way they could make it credible was to start with something strong and true. Though I have read lots of the original scripture I can not say which parts of the Bible are correct and which are the Council of Nicaea's distortions. Interesting statement. I would like to know what “original” MSS you read? Were the uncials or minuscules? Was the text an Alexandrian MSS, a Caesarean, a Byzantine, or a Syrian? Did you read the OT text? In what language: Hebrew, Aramaic, or Greek (Septuagent)? As for as I know from my studies in the NT, we have nearly 25,000 mss and numerous fragments, plus the quotations from the writers and teachers of the 2nd through 5th Centuries, BUT NO “ORIGINAL” or autograph copies of the NT books! The Codex MSS we do have are written from comparing all the mss and quotations to produce a copy all the books to be included in our current NT text. So to read the original, you would need to be a person at the beginning of the 2nd Century. Have a little latitude...and longitude while you are at it <br style="mso-special-character:line-break"> <br style="mso-special-character:line-break"> The reason for faith is simple..it is the reason children can learn. They completely trust their parents and this allows them to absorb what goes on around them... as soon as the parents cause the child to miss trust they begin to slow their learning. The reason for “faith” is to give hope. Your definition is not the true meaning of “faith” in the Bible. It is a secular view and does not come close to true faith. Faith is trust and reliance in facts and revelation of Jesus as the Christ. The Christian’s faith is in Jesus work and mission to save mankind. He could not do that unless He is God as well as fleshly, human Jesus. Christians trust or have faith in what He did in life, in death, in resurrection and ascension. Religion has the same effect in the long run but if you can look past it and have faith you can open up to the idea that each and every person has something to teach you. Human beings cannot teach us anything about salvation from sin and death, which comes by revelation from God. Man could not and cannot save. Only God can save. What man teaches is limited to this world, not the world to come. Everyone will save you or you will not be saved. The Romans wanted to cover up what Jesus said in this regard so they came up with the Bible. So what did Jesus say? Since you apparently have a Gnostic wisdom and know things never revealed by Jesus, tells us what Jesus said? <br style="mso-special-character:line-break"> <br style="mso-special-character:line-break"> It's true that there are those who try to control others (us, you and me) and even that many of those would be considered more advanced then us but just like Fiat currency they are destined to fail. Something is at the center of all of this and that being could be called God but that is too long a conversation for this forum. The original Genesis scripture is a completely different (and much longer) story then what the bible has told. In that original epic the story is so incredibly different to the Bible version that it might as well be equal to compare the stories of Moby **** and Star Wars.. Interesting. I see no changes in the Hebrew Bible and the one we have today. Can you give me an example? And, I would like to see a true change in the story and not just a translation variant or a variant that was scribal in nature. <br style="mso-special-character:line-break"> <br style="mso-special-character:line-break"> In my observations I say that being Human is the chance to not be an animal. ???? I have no idea what you are saying. So what is beyond Genius? Anything? and beyond that? And where was Jesus on this line? He is the Creator of the brain, mind, and human spirit (John 1:1-2; Colossians 1:16-18). In Christ are “hidden all the treasures of wisdom and knowledge (Colossians 2:3). He is the “power of God and the wisdom of God (1Corinthians 2:24). And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. וַיֹּאמֶר אֱלֹהִים נַֽעֲשֶׂה אָדָם בְּצַלְמֵנוּ כִּדְמוּתֵנוּ וְיִרְדּוּ בִדְגַת הַיָּם וּבְעֹוף הַשָּׁמַיִם וּבַבְּהֵמָה וּבְכָל־הָאָרֶץ וּבְכָל־הָרֶמֶשׂ הָֽרֹמֵשׂ עַל־הָאָֽרֶץ׃ “God said, "Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the birds of the sky, and over the cattle, and over all the eretz, and over every creeping thing that creeps on the eretz." (eretz would be “land” or “earth.”) καὶ εἶπεν ὁ θεός ποιήσωμεν ἄνθρωπον κατ᾽ εἰκόνα ἡμετέραν καὶ καθ᾽ ὁμοίωσιν καὶ ἀρχέτωσαν τῶν ἰχθύων τῆς θαλάσσης καὶ τῶν πετεινῶν τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ τῶν κτηνῶν καὶ πάσης τῆς γῆς καὶ πάντων τῶν ἑρπετῶν τῶν ἑρπόντων ἐπὶ τῆς γῆς “And God said, Let us make man according to our image and likeness, and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the flying creatures of heaven, and over the cattle and all the earth, and over all the reptiles that creep on the earth.” O.k., here is the Hebrew text of Genesis 1:26 as well as the Septuagint version, which was used during Jesus day. I have done a translation for you. Now, show me where there is a change? There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown. הַנְּפִלִים הָיוּ בָאָרֶץ בַּיָּמִים הָהֵם וְגַם אַֽחֲרֵי־כֵן אֲשֶׁר יָבֹאוּ בְּנֵי הָֽאֱלֹהִים אֶל־בְּנֹות הָֽאָדָם וְיָלְדוּ לָהֶם הֵמָּה הַגִּבֹּרִים אֲשֶׁר מֵעֹולָם אַנְשֵׁי הַשֵּֽׁם׃ פ “The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown.” As you can see from the NASV, the translation into English has not changed from the Hebrew text. All the translations have basically the same translation! Where is the change? These two are direct examples of text that goes ignored in order to pull the wool over your eyes. When comparing the original text before Rome got a hold of it it shows how one word can completely change meaning. Do you understand that the Bible was not a word for word dictation? The dictation theory of translating the texts is a Muslim concept, and does not fit the concept of translating divine revelation from God. A man had 100 sheep and one went astray and he left the 99 to go find it. Original: A man had 100 sheep and his best sheep went astray and he left the 99 to go find it. Mathew 18:12 τί ὑμῖν δοκεῖ ἐὰν γένηταί τινι ἀνθρώπῳ ἑκατὸν πρόβατα καὶ πλανηθῇ ἓν ἐξ αὐτῶν What to you seems it? If there be any man has a hundred sheep and wanders one of them οὐχὶ ἀφήσει τὰ ἐνενήκοντα ἐννέα ἐπὶ τὰ ὄρη καὶ πορευθεὶς ζητεῖ will he not leave the ninety-nine upon the mountains and going seeks τὸ πλανώμενον the wandering one. Luke 15:4 is a parallel verse, but states it a little differently. τίς ἄνθρωπος ἐξ ὑμῶν ἔχων ἑκατὸν πρόβατα καὶ ἀπολέσας ἐξ αὐτῶν ἓν οὐ καταλείπει τὰ What man of you having a hundred sheep and losing of them one does not leave the ἐνενήκοντα ἐννέα ἐν τῇ ἐρήμῳ καὶ πορεύεται ἐπὶ τὸ ἀπολωλὸς ἕως εὕρῃ αὐτό; ninety-nine in the desert and goes after the [one] having been lost until he fines it? You have made a charge that it was “changes” and not true to the Greek. I don’t see any changes in the translated text from the Greek mss. Can you please show me? That is the tip of the iceberg to the changes made.. If you do believe the Bible I encourage you to read it before the editing was made Readers can trust most of the translation in the English versions. I do read the Bible in the Greek. Do you? I would still like to know what “original” mss you were reading to come to your conclusion?

  37. Glad I could make you laugh. Here's one link to back me up Answers Here's another one that spells out the bank's name as Wells Fargo Bank, National Association iBank Here's another bank that you named Company Overview of Citibank, National Association Bloomberg BusinessWeek And another JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION Cortera Canada is in North America as RBC Bank. They do not use N.A., except for their presence in Georgia. Then it's RBC Bank (Georgia), N.A. RBC Bank For their Canadian banking they do not use N.A. but they are in North America. N.A. can stand for North America, but not after a bank's name. Mexico is also part of North America. If a bank is chartered in another country like Peru, then they might use North America. And since you brought up those other acronyms, let's talk about one of them. S.A. I know this one because my wife is Swiss. "Société anonyme" in French. Which translated means "anonymous society/corporation". They use this one in Switzerland. I don't recall Switzerland being a neighbor to Brazil in South America. G.A.? P.B.A.? no relationship to any banks I could find. What would G.A mean? Greater America? Global America? There are 119 acronyms that use G.A. 31 for P.B.A. In summary, N.A. does NOT mean North America. It means National Association. Canada is a member of North America but not of the National Association and therefore will not use N.A. The names of the banks in the US end with National Association, not North America. Thanks for playing.

  39. Nelg...I think you have stumbled upon why this is such a touch subject. There are billions of people on this Earth and hundreds (thousands?) of different beliefs. And each one of us think we are following the correct one. I know YOU believe you are on the right path, but trust me, so do those people in India that worship Hinduism, or the Turks that are Muslims, or those in Indonesia that follow Buddha. To me, personally, it is more important that I get your agreement that we can co-exist than to try to win an argument on who is right. Peace, Tiff

  40. Rumor... I read yesterday in Rumor mill reading room that Obama wont make it to the end of his term. He is said to have some challenges in court that will put him out of office. He is said to represent the "manchurian candidate" in the flesh. Also mentioned, and connecting other dots..the economy will collapse before the elections and the only one left standing with any credibility will be RON PAUL. I figure the only way the criminals can keep the European economy from collapsing is to pump it full of funny money, maybe the PTB will manage to get us past the elections without imploding the economy. But I also hear they are chasing a 100 trillion dollar bubble down the drain in derivatives....a derivative bubble that could not be sustained by combining all the GDPs in the world just to pay it's interest on, let alone pay on the principal. With skewed numbers that cannot be verified or trusted who knows what the real truth is...and how long this can last. So back to the original question...So who's going to be in charge? Carlos

  41. I have been reading Michael Tsarion's Irish Origins of Civilizations lately, and another good author Richard Kelly Hoskins' books are really good too. We have been so deceived over the centuries, a lot of people do not have an open mind to accept the Truth. They are so dummed down by "the system" and the lies we are being told by society and the "church" for decades, and centuries. I quit going to "church" when God told me to "get out" one day in a contemporary praise service. My eyes were opened by God, and I have been shown so much since then. The Word even supports this, along with other books like the Book of Jasher, The Book of Enoch and many others. Thank You Lord for showing me these things! In the Book of Jasher, when Benjamin comes to Egypt, Joseph takes him into a room alone and says you are searching for your brother in Egypt, look at the map of the stars and tell me where your brother is. After a while, Benjamin looked at Joseph and said; you are my brother. How did Benjamin know Joseph was his brother by looking at the map of the stars? Good site with information on the "Jews" and a lot of other things. www.watch.pair.com Revelation 2:9 - "...I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan" People, open your minds, do not be deceived by what you have been taught. We have been taught a lot of lies, words have been changed to deceived us. I plus'd you, don't why people are negging you on this. WM13

  42. i love this. sadr is pretty crafty and so are the others after maliki. they are saying to him... "...hey if you're as popular with the people as you say and they love you so much then you'd better hurry to parliament and show the confidence from the people in a vote..." so, either way they have him. if he refuses to show it's an admission that he fears that he's done. if he does show then he is going to face the vote and he's done. if you notice they are all pointing to parliament now as the ultimate decision maker. talabani's weakness has just put maliki in a position to be interrogated and humiliated publicly. hmmmmm what to do, what to do?

  43. Thanks PlumMet! I've noticed your on a "doom and gloom" tangent as of lately. Thanks for the economic posts. These go right along with the other ones I have been reading for years now. There are people who are trying to warn the public of the impending cataclism that is right around the corner. Few want to take the news seriously, even though you have accomplished something at least, if you plant the seed in the minds of the people. Perhaps the seed will grow. I disagree with the premise of this however, and feel compelled to speak up. The article talks about the debt we the American people are said to have. Personally I don't subscribe to that idea. I feel that the debt belongs to those who created this debt in our name. These are the same ones who have benefited from creating this debt. And, who expect to be collecting interest on this same debt for generations to come, virtually creating a class of slaves that will foreever be in debt to the master class. If you would only read the history of the Rothchilds will will come to find out that the tactic of endebting nations to them is not new. They have used it successfully for centuries. We are only the latest victims, in a long line of victims they leave behind in their wake. This debt was heaped upon us to cover the mistakes of big banks and the mismanagement of our leaders who are in the pockets of the Banksters. We did not benefit one bit from this debt and should do just what Iceland did last summer, and tell the big banks to shove it where the sun don't shine! I guess the saying is true. If you repeat a lie to someone enough times, it becomes the truth. That is what is happening here. The media and our politicians continue to repeat over and over that this is "our" debt. Nothing could be further from the truth. These debts came about through the the implementation of two wars overseas that went unpaid, wars that benefited the military industrial complex, and a Pharma giveaway by the Bush Administration. There is money to be made in war. This was followed by the bailouts started at the end of the Bush Administration for banks that were considered "too big to fail". Corporate welfare has continued at an unrelenting pace since then. All of what the federal Reserve prints is added to "our" debt, when we really were'nt the beneficiaries, but BIG BUSINESS! Wake up folks....don't be a victim of the lies that our government wants you to believe. Speak up. Do something, unless you enjoy being slaves! Carlos
