  3. CNN. Broadcasting While Taking Stronger Meds From My New Doctor. Cooked Referred Me To Him. Its Some Guy Named Dr. Conrad Murray ... 2-12-2012 Guru Med THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE WHICH INCLUDES MORE THAN JUST PARLIAMENT. THIS IS SUPPOSE TO BE THE DO ALL TO SETTLE ALL. THEY ARE PUTTING ALLOT ON THIS. THIS IS NOT ABOUT WHO GETS THE MOST BUT HOW TO REPAIR THE DAMAGE DONE. WHAT IS EXPECTED TO COME FROM IT - THERE IS OIL EXPECTATIONS, PARLIAMENT NEWS ON THE BUDGET, NEWS THAT TOUCHES MANY ISSUES THAT NEED TO BE RESOLVED IN IRAQ. 2-10-2012 Guru Med CBI CAN CHANGE THE RATE ...WITH NO PERMISSION BY THE GOI OR PARLIAMENT BUT TO CHANGE THE CURRENCY THEY HAVE TO. SO CBI HAD TO SEND A DRAFT TO THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS WHO REVIEW IT. IF THEY APPROVE OF THE DRAFT THEN THEY SEND IT TO PARLIAMENT. PARLIAMENT MUST READ A DRAFT TWICE WITHOUT CHANGES. THEN THEY MUST WAIT 4 DAYS TO VOTE ON SAID DRAFT TO MAKE IT OFFICIAL. THE DRAFT BY CBI HAS BEEN READ TWICE THEN FOR SOME REASON IT WENT TO THE PARLIAMENTARY FINANCE COMMITTEE AND IT WAS REVIEWED...APPROVED AND SENT BACK TO PARLIAMENT FOR FINAL VOTE. [Where we are as of today?] WAITING FOR THE VOTE, WAITING FOR THE BUDGET TO PASS THEN WAITING FOR CBI TO CHANGE THE RATE, THAT IS IT. 2-10-2012 Guru Doc The potential rate debate continues is full force. We have heard anywhere from $0.10 to $14. The reality is no one knows for sure. However, Shabibi has publicly indicated three different rates as far as we are aware. These rates are $0.86 (50 dinars = $43), on par with USD (1 dinar = $1) and dinar would be strongest currency in ME (> Kuwait at $3.6). We absolutely maintain anything slightly above Kuwait is ridiculous and nothing but fantasy. However, we continue to believe the Kuwait benchmark will not be the initial rate but a target rate several years out after the initial RV. We base this on the continued statements by several GOI persons indicating parity with the USD. Additionally the USD is the current currency in force and a transition to the dinar at approximately on par with the USD offers a smoother transition. 2-10-2012 Guru Doc studies indicate dedollarizaion will occur around $1.13. Finally a RV around parity and a 2 year progression to the Kuwait range offers the CBI the ability to generate funds from exchanges and basically pay for the RV. RVing immediately at $3+ will be extremely costly. Also the higher the initial RV the lower the money supply will need to be. All in all it makes much more sense from Iraq's perspective to RV around $1. Parliament continues to be the key to make this happen. We wait patiently for them to reconvene. And done is defined as published in the Gazette. Has the budget, Ebril, etc. been published? Everyone knows the real answer amongst the false rumors. We report, you decide.

  4. Since this Jay P person spent so much time yesterday and into the night trying to convince everyone that this will be a lop, I have decided to breakdown this article word by word, line by line so even a lopster can understand it. Now as you will see, it comes down to two small words in his numerous hours of debate, two words in this complete article.....delete zeros...here we go....oh. I'm sorry and the examples of other countries that have dropped the zero's..more on that as we go..but I am also going to go over the three Phases as we go...highlighed areas are quotes from the article in hopes of making it easier to read..... Mohammed Saleh said that the bill included proposals for a new currency and the categories that bear and details of technical and economic........first off its a bill that includes proposals and within this bill he is saying that the new currency will have new categories which we have heard many times...lower denominations 1, 5. 10, 50, 100......details of technical and economic......this is all the new banking regulations like Basel 3, international wiring, etc... Just wanted to point out Phase 1 here......printing of new currency, sounds like it would possibly go along with this, IMO it does........I also want to point out that parts of this article are old, recycled from last year...I'm not going thru all these pages but I think it was brought up a few times..... Saleh pointed out during the permit media...deputy governor Saleh looks to be talking to someone from the media, not sure what permit means except maybe specifically someone that covers permits in the media maybe... to change the currency......no Saleh is talking about Phase 2 that he has told us in other statements to the news.. and delete zeros decision of the executive and approved by the legislature,.......looks like they have already made a decision by the executives and it was approved by the legislation...this in my opinion is a done deal...OK now this and this alone is where JayP is basing his debate on how you may interpret the meaning of these two words....delete zeros....in this article... I want to stop here and review all the words that have been used by Shabibi, Saleh and others when referring to the zero's: delete....... of course and really the one we are talking about here but I think it is important for us to all remember the zero has many words that have came before it... remove....now this one is the one that Shabibi uses every time he talks about the removal of the zero's...and my personal favorite one.. lifting.....used alot increasing....wow is what we say when this one has been used.. dropping.....lopsters really go after this one too.. if anyone has another feel free to us it but lets stick to the word delete because that is what is used in this article and I don't want Jay P to have any excuse that I am trying to lie to you good people or pump you in any way... OK, here is the definition of the word delete from the Free Dictionary... Verb 1. delete - remove or make invisible; "Please delete my name from your list"cancel, remove, take away, withdraw, take - remove something concrete, as by lifting, pushing, or taking off, or remove something abstract; "remove a threat"; "remove a wrapper"; "Remove the dirty dishes from the table"; "take the gun from your pocket"; "This machine withdraws heat from the environment" rub out, score out, wipe off, erase, efface - remove by or as if by rubbing or erasing; "Please erase the formula on the blackboard--it is wrong!" excise, expunge, scratch, strike - remove by erasing or crossing out or as if by drawing a line; "Please strike this remark from the record"; "scratch that remark" 2. delete - wipe out digitally or magnetically recorded information; "Who erased the files form my hard disk?" erase recording, transcription - the act of making a record (especially an audio record); "she watched the recording from a sound-proof booth" take away, take out - take out or remove; "take out the chicken after adding the vegetables" demagnetise, demagnetize - erase (a magnetic storage device) 3. delete - cut or eliminate; "she edited the juiciest scenes" blue-pencil, edit censor - subject to political, religious, or moral censorship; "This magazine is censored by the government" delete verb remove, cancel, cut out, erase, edit, excise, strike out, obliterate, efface, blot out, cross out, expunge, dele, rub out, edit out, blue-pencil He deleted files from the computer system. http://www.thefreedictionary.com/delete delete zeros (now remember that this is Phase 3 but the word remove was used in reference instead of delete) bringing in the zero's as the new gets exchanged... Well folks as you can see it takes on many meanings as a verb.....I do agree with the people like Keepm and truthful1 that this word can be used to mean what happened in Turkey, Romania and Brazil as used in this article a lop......here so Jay P can't say I did not use these example that is being used here in this article.....quote;..do not forget that there are other countries proceeded to switch its currency and dropped them zeros, such as Turkey, Romania and Brazil........ OK we will get back to this in a minute...but remember he is not saying that this is what their going to do, they even use another word.....dropped...when referencing what they did....not delete..he is also saying to the citizens do not worry they did it but he doesn't say this is what we are doing..IMO Now at this point I want to point out that the ones that have been reading what I've written know that I too have said this could go either way...RV, RD, RI and like Bumper said last night that we all need to be welling to look at all the options we face here with this investment but we don't need to shove our opinions down others throats either...Jay P... I also what to make something very clear....I could have hit the report button at any time on this guy and talk to Bumper off thread and started a complaint about how he was trying to bully people around here but I did not, I just wanted Bumper to know that once again we have a trouble maker in our mists....He is intitled to voice his opinions and what makes it sad he has some good points but its in the way he goes about how he wants and chooses to express them...IMO....I also am doing this not to start this guy back up but to try and end this thing right here and now. We have in my opinion the best days upon us right now and I'm note here to convince the lopsters that we are in a great investment...they already have their minds made up...not you Keepm, I don't consider you even close to being a lopster and that's because you look at both sides of this investment...and I really believe he is starting to see it too.... and that the project will not be implemented hastily, but will be taken among other factors to consider before you start to implement it, including the date of the financial year and the strength of the national economy, among other indicators in the favor of the view that This law, if approved, will have a positive impact on the Iraqi currency in several aspects you need during the next phase, which will strengthen the value of the Iraqi currency.....this complete paragraph reminded me of several articles that we read last you...so I think the part above this is telling us it is a done deal...the only part that we don't know is how the two words play out....IMO, this is explaining what got us here and how it needs to be implemented... This law, if approved, will have a positive impact on the Iraqi currency in several aspects you need during the next phase,....next phase....the Phases that I have referenced and that Saleh as talked about many times....will have a positive impact on the Iraqi currency...loping will not do this IMO.......which will strengthen the value of the Iraqi currency.....how much is the big question....OK moving on.. He described the favor of a system of cash payments of the current Iraqi regime miserable, noting that the largest denomination in which value does not exceed twenty dollars, confirming that the deletion of zeros will enhance the value of the Iraqi currency, and reduces the cost of handling cash, The currency in its present estimated size of today Petrlionat dinars, making the process of dealing monetary cost is high..........not going in to detail here because this is simple, they ether remove the large 25,000 notes which value does not exceed twenty dollars....from circulation or devalue them by three zero's...I and many others here choose to say that they are going to remove them from circulation..that's all..... we just don't know for sure period...Jay P doesn't and neither do I....100% And about the fears rigging of the new currency in the event were issued or it will affect negatively on the economic situation, responded in favor: that it reflects the look bleak, do not forget that there are other countries proceeded to switch its currency and dropped them zeros, such as Turkey, Romania and Brazil without being its economy to shocks and thus Iraq is not engaged in an unknown water or walking on the road did not knock him one before is likely to include the new currency for the population to the side of a coin paper..........IMO Jay P he is pointing out the RD no debate here, you have us, like you said you are just trying to help people not make a mistake but what if your wrong, you just cost people a good or great return but if your right we only lose a little or if we look at it the way you do we break even or make a little. See you just may have cost someone not to invest because of your input, my input according to even you give people a chance to make a little or when you are wrong IMO gives them the opportunity to make a great profit. It does amaze me and others why you and your following lopsters want to be in this non profit or little profit endeavor....strange while the Iraqi dinar until the mid-eighties equivalent of more than three U.S. dollars.....this is history...that tells us what it was.. The director of a money transfer companies abroad Sami Rashid: I think that the lifting of the zeroes from the currency will increase confidence in the currency, and will lead to increased purchasing power of citizens, and will drop the phenomenon of trading blocs, the large cash used by the Iraqis since the nineties.......this guy uses the word lifting...this tells me that he believes its good.....it is in the way you what to interpret the word once again..... He believed economic analyst Talal Jassim said .......encouraged the central bank to consider the deletion of zeros......this guy uses the word deletion, I really think that everyone is guessing just like us.... Last one... Jassim added that lifting the three zeroes will lead to an exchange rate of one dollar per dinar where Jassim called to the need to follow the policies of quiet to convince the citizens and getting used to it for a period not exceeding two years........here it can go either way....how are they getting to the exchange rate of one dollar per dinar...lop or no lop ....but we see again the two year period.. I personally believe no lop even after reading this article several times...JMO and will not be answering any questions at this time....thank you all for coming....

  6. COSTELLO: I want to talk about the unemployment rate in AMERICA. ABBOTT: Good Subject. Terrible Times. It's 9%. COSTELLO: That many people are out of work? ABBOTT: No, that's 16%. COSTELLO: But you just said 9%. ABBOTT: 9% Unemployed. COSTELLO: Right 9% out of work. ABBOTT: No, that's 16%. COSTELLO: Okay, so it's 16% unemployed. ABBOTT: No, that's 9%... COSTELLO: WAIT A MINUTE! Is it 9% or 16%? ABBOTT: 9% are unemployed. 16% are out of work. COSTELLO: IF you are out of work you are unemployed. ABBOTT: No, you can't count the "Out of Work" as the unemployed. You have to look for work to be unemployed. COSTELLO: BUT THEY ARE OUT OF WORK!!! ABBOTT: No, you miss my point. COSTELLO: What point? ABBOTT: Someone who doesn't look for work, can't be counted with those who look for work. It wouldn't be fair. COSTELLO: To who? ABBOTT: To the unemployed. COSTELLO: But they are ALL out of work. ABBOTT: No, the unemployed are actively looking for work. Those who are out of work stopped looking. They gave up. And, if you give up, you are no longer in the ranks of the unemployed. COSTELLO: So, if you're off the unemployment roles, that would count as less unemployment? ABBOTT: Unemployment would go down. Absolutely! COSTELLO: The unemployment just goes down because you don't look for work? ABBOTT: Absolutely it goes down. That's how you get to 9%. Otherwise it would be 16%. You don't want to read about 16% unemployment, do ya? COSTELLO: That would be frightening. ABBOTT: Absolutely. COSTELLO: Wait, I got a question for you. That means there are two ways to bring down the unemployment number? ABBOTT: Two ways is correct. COSTELLO: Unemployment can go down if someone gets a job? ABBOTT: Correct. COSTELLO: And unemployment can also go down if you stop looking for a job? ABBOTT: Bingo!!! COSTELLO: So there are two ways to bring unemployment down, and the easier of the two is to just stop looking for work. ABBOTT: Now you're thinking like an economist. COSTELLO: I don't even know what I just said! And now you know why current unemployment figures are improving!

Looks like we are quickly trying to get the HCL, the Erbil Agreement and the damn security ministers done all at once. And Who knew the word QUICK was even in those d-bags' vocabulary?!?

Article 140, oil and gas law are in our demands - Kurdish MP 2/11/2012 3:20 PM BAGHDAD / Aswat al-Iraq: Kurdish Alliance MP Shwan Mohammed Taha said today that Article 140, the oil and gas law, and partnership in the Iraqi government are to be included within the Kurdish paper submitted to the National Conference. "The quick implementation of Article 140, the oil and gas law, the Peshmerga question, and balance and partnership in the Iraqi government, particularly in the security establishments are the main topics of the Kurdish paper," Taha told Aswat al-Iraq. He added that the Kurdish paper touches on all parts of Iraq, not only Kurdistan. He confirmed that the political blocs have agreed not to include any case connected with the judicial system, including the case of Vice-President Tariq al-Hashimi. Earlier today, a Kurdish Alliance MP said that including the case of Vice-President Tariq al-Hashimi and Deputy Premier Saleh al-Mutlaq will only bring further problems to the National Conference. http://en.aswataliraq.info/(S(zqiy5g55ukgozaz0kuf1kqvp))/Default1.aspx?page=article_page&id=146868&l=1

  13. Really? They have no choice? Somebody pins them to the wall and forces them to use? I could not more vehemently disagree. It is a choice from the first use. It's also a choice to stop. And yes, it's that simple. That doesn't make it easy, however. If I had made choices in my life that led me to drug addiction, or any other position of victimization, I would not want to be counseled by someone who would tell me it wasn't my fault, and that I couldn't help it. That takes away all my power, and leaves me without hope. The people who recover and thrive are the people who accept responsibility for poor decisions and make better ones. The people who accept their weakness, and recognize they even need new people in their lives, and get rid of old and bad influences. To go to a place where they can see straight, and get support. Good support. It's all about choices. Freedom to choose is a God-given right. A God-given responsibility.

  15. Over the last several months I’ve seen a HUGE difference in what is posted here in the Off Topic Forum and to put it bluntly, it turns my stomach. This use to be a fun and nuturing place to hang out. Where we could post funny items, or ask deep philosophical questions of each other, or send out special announcements of what was going on in each other’s lives. While I do still see some of this, it seems more and more it’s been turn into a political and/or conspiracy venue. Is it me or is the vast majority of postings now Anti-Obama or describing how the Government is allegedly screwing with us? Who among you wants to read this stuff in ad nauseaum? I certainly don’t. And the other thing, many of these guys who post this crap (I was going to use another word but it would be censored out) go rabid on you when you ask them to either justify what they are saying or in any way question their opinions. Just recently, one of them, Scrumdiddle had the audacity to belittle one of our wisest and kindest members, just because she didn’t agree with him. Enough is enough. We’ve lost a lot of good people due to this invasion of yahoos. I therefore ask that those of you, who agree with me, be willing to stand with me now and voice your displeasure with what has happen. Let’s take back our form and make it a FUN place to visit. In addition, in a perfect world, I’d ask that Mr. Montana please consider making a separate form for those postings that have a political/government spin. If he can do it for other topics such as: Soldier stories and Recipes, then I hope he would be willing to also do something similar for these politics/government items. That way, all these guys can have fun raining on each other's parades and leave the rest of us alone! What say you? Tiff

Palm - said the deputy governor of the Central Bank of the appearance of Mohammed Saleh said that the bill included proposals for a new currency and the categories that bear and details of technical and economic. Saleh pointed out during the permit media to change the currency and delete zeros decision of the executive and approved by the legislature, and that the project will not be implemented hastily, but will be taken among other factors to consider before you start to implement it, including the date of the financial year and the strength of the national economy, among other indicators in the favor of the view that This law, if approved, will have a positive impact on the Iraqi currency in several aspects you need during the next phase, which will strengthen the value of the Iraqi currency. He described the favor of a system of cash payments of the current Iraqi regime miserable, noting that the largest denomination in which value does not exceed twenty dollars, confirming that the deletion of zeros will enhance the value of the Iraqi currency, and reduces the cost of handling cash, The currency in its present estimated size of today Petrlionat dinars, making the process of dealing monetary cost is high. And about the fears rigging of the new currency in the event were issued or it will affect negatively on the economic situation, responded in favor: that it reflects the look bleak, do not forget that there are other countries proceeded to switch its currency and dropped them zeros, such as Turkey, Romania and Brazil without being its economy to shocks and thus Iraq is not engaged in an unknown water or walking on the road did not knock him one before is likely to include the new currency for the population to the side of a coin paper. And return more zeros on the Iraqi dinar to the days of inflation, which came on the value of the Iraqi currency is a result of previous wars and the subsequent economic blockade, turned the currency of Iraq to the paper was printing houses of the former regime exported in large quantities without the cover, while the Iraqi dinar until the mid-eighties equivalent of more than three U.S. dollars. 17. Asset Protection - Why Necessary? Why Offshore? By Wayne Wood If you are reading this you are apparently a person concerned with not only protecting that which you have worked hard to obtain, that which you hope to build and acquire in the future, but also with making sure the products of your labor are protected and transferred to those you care about. Sadly, in a society with excessive government bureaucracy, high taxation, as well as persons with a predatory nature and little in the way of moral principles, building and protecting wealth and assets can be a difficult challenge. It is sad that anyone should have to set up a structure so sophisticated just to protect what he/she has lawfully acquired. If we could count on everyone to be as moral as we consider ourselves to be, if we could expect our rights to be properly protected by the courts, having an asset protection plan would not be necessary. Unfortunately this is far from the case. First let us consider the three biggest obstacles to protecting and transferring assets. Contingency Litigation If you own your own home you have a one in three chance of being sued in your lifetime. If you own a business those odds increase dramatically. Depending on the nature of your business those odds are multiplied yet again. Countless hard working honest individuals have built prosperous businesses, including businesses that profited in the millions, and been ruined by a lawsuit. One of the biggest get-rich-quick schemes in America has become to sue somebody. Contingency litigation, where the client doesn’t have to pay a dime up front because the lawyer will be working for a percentage of whatever he can get out of you, typically around 30%, is pretty much exclusive to the United States and Canada. Consequently these two countries have 70% of the world’s attorneys and 90% of the world’s lawsuits. There are more than ninety million civil lawsuits filed annually; it’s an epidemic of massive proportions in this country. Probate/Transferring of Estates We all want to provide for our loved ones when we pass on. Without preparation though, the passing on of an estate can be very time consuming and costly. Probate often runs between 18 and 24 months. It is very costly. Probate and taxes can consume more than 50 percent of the inherited estate. Through probate, everything becomes public information. Some companies and individuals prey upon people who must sell within a short time frame to satisfy probate and estate taxes. These scavengers buy for pennies on the dollar. Taxes Federal taxes range between 28 percent and 39 percent. State income taxes reach up to 12 percent. Social Security and Medicare taxes or self employment taxes are 15.3 percent. That’s already from 43 percent to 66.3 percent of your earnings gone in income taxes. If you sell real estate in less than 2 years you have capital gains taxes to pay, which can run in the tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars. Your Financial House We have all created and are likely still building a financial house for ourselves. However, for the majority of the population that house only has a front wall, and anybody can come in from the sides and the back and pretty much take their stuff. Have you ever heard of the Rockefeller's or the Kennedy's being sued? Have you ever seen a word in the newspaper about a member of those families having his/her estate in probate? What about income taxes? Is this by chance? When Ted Kennedy drove his car into the river with Mary Kopechne and she drowned, why didn’t the family sue him? Are not the Kennedy's worth millions? They are but Ted Kennedy never had to worry about a lawsuit. Why? Imagine legally and lawfully slashing your tax liability by 70 to 90 percent. Imagine buying and selling real estate with no capital gains taxes. Imagine your estate being transferred to the next generation instantly and completely privately with no probate, death taxes or estate taxes of any kind. Imagine being completely lien, levy and lawsuit proof; your assets absolutely protected; effectively having virtually no liability connected to you in any way. By learning the strategies the wealthy have been teaching their children for generations, and breaking free of the misinformation and propaganda the wealthy have worked tirelessly to inundate the rest of the population with, you can accomplish all these things. When before a senate sub-committee hearing, Nelson Rockefeller was questioned: Mr. Rockefeller, how much money did you make last year?, Oh, 650 million or thereabouts., Wow, that’s quite a chunk of change Mr. Rockefeller. How much tax did you pay on that?, Oh, I don’t pay any taxes., How is that possible Mr. Rockefeller? His answer? I don’t own any of it. He had no liability because his family knows how to control everything but own nothing. Access without ownership. Equity without liability. Actually he did pay a little over $600 in income taxes. $600 on $650 million. And this tradition is still alive. When Hillarious Clinton was recently before a similar hearing she disclosed she had paid around $700 and some change in income taxes. Bill and Hillarious are also worth millions. And the methods they use are completely compliant and legal. An example of the aforementioned misinformation is the Foundation. What is a Foundation? From the media, movies, TV news, you are led to believe that a Foundation is just a charitable organization used to raise money for a good cause. Well, while they can function in this capacity, the reason they were created actually had absolutely nothing to do with charity whatsoever. We have all heard of the Rockefeller Foundation, the Carnegie Foundation, the Ford Family Foundation, the Kennedy Foundation, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation…and the list could go on. Do you think it is by chance that all of these ultra wealthy families have Foundations or do you think there might be some benefits? Absolutely there are benefits, and when you understand the true nature of a Foundation those benefits will become very apparent. In the early 1900s those of the ultra wealthy global elite here in the United States first established the Foundation laws, dumped all of their assets into Foundations, and then proceeded to institute a paper fiat ,flexible, currency through a central bank (something the Revolutionary War was fought to get away from) disguised under the craftily conceived title, The Federal Reserve System (Not federal and there are no reserves of any kind), an enumeration at birth program (Slave Surveillance Number …I mean, Social Security Number), and an income tax system. The foundation is a unique financial entity. It is the only financial entity which owns itself, its purpose being to hold, build, and protect assets and wealth for the benefit of the yet to be born. An important legal concept to understand here is that wherever equity finally falls or lands, that is where the liability lies, whether tax liability or civil liability. In the case of a foundation what that means is that the equity is falling to the unborn. Can you tax the unborn? Can you sue the unborn? And because a foundation has all the rights of a person, with all of its equity technically belonging to the unborn, it is completely private. And yet you can be the founder, the protector, and a beneficiary of the Foundation. And you as the protector of the Foundation would actually be breaking the law if the IRS or whoever, requested you to disclose the contents of the Foundation, and you complied. You are legally bound not to disclose the contents of the Foundation and can be prosecuted if you fail in that responsibility. Are the benefits of a Foundation starting to become apparent? No income tax liability. No civil liability. Instant transference of wealth from one generation to the next without probate or death taxes. Does anyone not want one of these? A Private Interest Foundation (PIF) is the hub of the wheel in a truly comprehensive asset protection strategy, especially when set up in a location outside the jurisdiction of the U.S. Federal Government. And this is not a method of illegally hiding assets. This is an established legal structure that anyone can utilize. Why Offshore? Have you ever done business with a Panamanian Corporation? Most persons when asked that question would reply in the negative. But, have you ever purchased anything from a Sears store? How about a Costco? Have you ever used Federal Express or DHL to deliver a package? Have you ever flown on American Airlines? The fact of the matter is that we all probably do business with corporations based in Panama almost every day. Why Panama? Well, Panama is the second largest banking district in the world next to Switzerland. Panama is number one though for corporate and banking privacy. There is no piercing of the corporate veil in Panama, unless you are convicted of a serious felony; convicted not accused. There are also no income taxes on money earned outside of Panama. With a PIF set up in Panama, and an International Business Corporation (IBC) set up to do business on behalf of the Foundation (Foundations cannot do business) with the Foundation as the sole shareholder and consequently the owner of the IBC, and you as the manager of that IBC, you can now do business anywhere in the world. You can invest in investments normally not available to U.S. citizens and/or accredited investors. Plus there is no contingency litigation in Panama so the likelihood of ever being sued is next to nothing. And even if you were sued you are now set up so that you own nothing. You use the Foundation’s and the IBC’s stuff. You have access without ownership. You have learned to own nothing but control everything. For business within the U.S. that requires a government number, such as purchasing real estate, getting a mortgage loan, the Foundation sets up a Nevada Limited Liability Company (LLC). The LLC is issued an Employer Identification Number (EIN), which incidentally has the same amount of digits as a social security number. Walks like a duck, quacks like a duck. But it’s never going to end up on the dinner table. Your LLC purchases the house and you become a renter. You walk into the office, you say, Hello, I’m here to pay the rent. You count the money out on the table. Then you walk around to the other side, pick it up and say, Thank you very much. Access without ownership. Equity without liability. Own nothing, control everything. Later you decide you want to sell the property. But wait, it has been less then 2 years since the LLC purchased it. Are capital gains taxes going to take a huge percentage of your profit? Nope. Because you are not going to sell the house. You are going to sell the LLC that owns the house. The house never technically changes hands. Nothing moves anywhere at the county level. No capital gains tax. And remember all of this is completely compliant and legal. The wealthy have been using these strategies for generations. The Rockefeller's have over 7000 offshore entities protecting their wealth. The Kennedy's have over 700 and they are government. I think it’s Ok if you and I use 1 or 2. Let’s talk a little about contingency litigation again. Joe Schmo slips on your steps and decides to sue you. He goes to an attorney and what do you think the lawyer’s first question is? It’s not about the merits of the case. He asks what you have to take. And for a $100 asset search he can find out everything you own in your name. Only you are not the average Joe and when he performs the asset search guess what, you don’t own anything. He discovers that a Nevada LLC owns your house and decides to do a little digging. Perhaps he can sue the LLC. But wait, the LLC as a lien against it. It’s in hock to a Corporation based in Panama for all its worth. And guess what? There’s no contingency litigation in Panama. If he wants to go after the IBC in Panama the client now has to pay him up front. Now, in the U.S. if my corporation were to come under attack either by the IRS or through litigation, and I move my assets out of reach, that is called Fraudulent Conveyance. It’s illegal and I could go to jail. However, in Panama, the opposite is the case. It is your duty to protect the assets of the corporation and being as you have this handy little completely private and secure Foundation set up there as well, it is a simple matter to move the IBC’s assets into the Foundation. Now, even if a judgment were won against your IBC, the IBC has no assets. The plaintiff is unable to collect. But here he has a charge off for whatever it is he supposedly won. Guess who comes knocking on his door for their cut? That’s right, the IRS. Now he has to pay taxes on money he was never able to collect. Attorneys already understand all of this. That is why as soon as they see that the LLC is in hock to a Panama IBC, they realize any further pursuit is not worth it, and Joe Schmo has to go looking for an easier target. So the answer to the questions, why offshore and why Panama, should be pretty apparent. What has been covered so far is a very broad brush stroke painting of just some of the basic principles and advantages of a good asset protection strategy. There is still much more. In conclusion, if you truly desire to break out of the system, build and protect wealth, leave a legacy, you need to learn how to build a secure financial house, with all of the walls intact. I wish you all the success you are looking for.

  18. Awe, i guess i should say i am sorry that you had to read some of the stuff in the Off Topic forum. I am sorry your stomach is turning. I am sorry you think i am spreading false information. You know what TIFF, last i knew you were in control of your mouse and you know the little button on it that when pushed it will open a topic. Yea, how about you stop using that little button and stop complaining about topics that you have no clue about. How about you leave the topics to people who know what is going on. Here is how i see it, everyone announces there opinion, in writing or a little button neg or pos, however you come on the topic along with your wisest and kindest memebers and stir the bowl of red ants and make crazy extremist comments that state, its not happening, no, its not happening and put false information propaganda to get your point across. I post fact as much as i can, amidst the opinions. There is no article that is completely 100% fact without some type of opinion. I am sorry your mind can not wrap around the truth, nor can you just stop reading the topics that frustrate you. Instead you must come on mostly my topics and cause a stir. So if you do not like what i am writing or posting, DONT READ IT. It really is that simple, tiff. Oh yea, I conditionally accept your offer that i am posting crap, because you know where that goes, on proof of claim that i am posting crap. Oh also why dont you read some of the comments that your so called wisest and kindest members have said in their comments. Oh, and i dont need to put someone on the post to call them out for trouble to come there way. I see what you are doing and oh well, to each there own. In all due respect. Have a good day.

  19. Been in this investment for some time now and Spent the whole night up drinking coffee after coffee working on my PC crunching numbers and working on Algorithms putting pieces together on this big puzzle. After gathering all of the data and inputting it into my computer my scientific analytical graphs are telling me that this RV MUST take place today sometime before 3pm EST or the whole world will collapse under it own weight. If this does not happen by 3pm then god help us all. By 4pm this world will no longer be recognizable and all we can the do is pray. So I say.....Lets RV!

  23. Exactly... and the more you realize it's all just a game, and it's all just monopoly money anyway... the more a guy like me (someone who knows enough to realize it's all a game, but not too smart to say I have it all figured out) ... knows that in this investment "anything can happen"... well, almost anything. I don't believe a word of the $5.00-$20.00 crap I have heard, but I still think, since most currencies are congerred out of thin air anyway (once they left the gold and silver standards) that a return to the old "average" of the dinar is still within a reasonable possibility. And if you look at the track record of the historical value of the dinar you will see it's value was actually higher before Saddam was even out of diapers.. so he didn't fix the rate as so many folks have seemingly mistakenly claimed. Link: http://www.edinarfinancial.net/ Yeah, I know all you intellectual type's will try to bash this... but think about it, it's historical facts... how ya gonna argue with that? Sure it makes sense for a value to come out low (say .10, then go higher), but this is the M.E. and pride and ego are king with them... so I am saying they can play it just like monopoly money and choose whatever they feel like to value it at. And for all you 100% left brain types... they even have a ton of oil to back it up! GO RV Already Baby!!!

  25. There isn't any way to measure pain. I think it must be more painful to be successful and to expect on the way there that it will bring joy, only to arrive and live in the pain anyway, while everyone else in the world looks at you and wonders what is wrong with you; why can't you be happy. I have huge sympathy and sorrow for a drug addict. I can't imagine the pain people must be trying to escape to abuse their bodies and end their lives at the half way point, regardless of status or success. Yes, they make their choices, but what makes anyone think success makes any of it easier. JMO.

  26. Zig.. just to be clear, I got involved in this discussion when I saw people were excited to hear about them talking about deleting zeros. SO, you are saying that telling people what deleting zeros actually means, and what we should be looking for is actually not allowed, so this is not the place, as opposed to what, only pumping allowed here? I am sorry, but I fail to see the logic to that. Only posters allowed are those that pump and do not agree with misinformation. I provided my facts, and provided the details to explain my position on this matter, and have been open to accepting additional info from others that shows my definition is incorrect, and yet, you or anyone else that has told me I do not have a right to respond unless I am pumping, have yet to provide any proof of your position that I am wrong. I do apologize if you do not like my information if it is not what you want to hear though, and for those that have been open to a rationale discussion to get to the facts, I appreciate both your responses and your input. I like to think this site was here to help get to the facts

  28. That is a real shame that you think that way. You speak of Breitling as being someone to listen to and trust, meanwhile, it was him that was partially responsible for people incurring higher costs of initial investment, based on his advice that smaller notes would be a safe insurance policy, meanwhile, it was proven, that if they redenominate, it would in fact apply to ALL notes, not just the larger, and he back pedaled on that whole thing. Then there was the ISX debacle. He would tell people to sign up for this service that he was recommending where people to buy an ISX Report. Well, what he failed to tell people, was that the company that people were sending the money to, was actually a company owned by.... none other than Breitling. He was giving advice, having people buy a product, and failed to mention that it was his company that was taking the money. I do believe that it was reported right here on DV as well. here is the link: Another thing he tried to tell people was that they already removed 70% of the dinar from circulation. He stated that for all of 2010. I waited to see the 2010 Annual Bulletin, and low and behold, it was not true, and the CBI reports showed no indication that was true at all. Unfortunately these people get caught in lie, after lie, and yet people follow blindly. People then often wonder and ask why these people do this, why they continually are able to do this over and over, and it is people that put folks like him and the others on a pedestal. My recommendation if you listen to his blogspot show, is that you write in to him, ask him about what transpired with the ISX thing after reading the DV post I provided. See if he is willing to address it, and if he ignores it, and does not even address it, then that should tell you enough right there. I think we need to wise up, and quit giving the people that are out to take advantage of others justification to continue doing what they do to people. It is all there to see what people like Breitling, another site, Okie, etc have been up to. When a person is caught in an outright lie to make money off of naive investors, why would we continue to follow him?

  29. So, as of lately I've been quite jaded with the whole RV investment, but I'm still going to stay strong in my belief that something good will come of it. I've told a few people at work that I had purchased some IQD, and these were coworkers that I trusted. Well... one of them kinda gossipped to another employee about it, but luckily that employee came to me and sparked up a conversation about it. They tried to remain very confidential and started speaking in a low voice in the break room when we got there. Her story is as follows: Her father owns real estate in the Southwest, like a lot of it, and anyway, he invests in different portfolios on the stock market and whatnot, and had also purchased several foreign country currencies, one of them being the Iraqi Dinar. He had done this recently, as of like 2009, not expecting a change for 3 to 5 years, as his sources and stock buddies discussed. Well, he got a substantial amount, somewhere in the range of 30,000 dollars worth of IQD. That may not seem like a lot, but $30 million is a lot when it revalues 1 to 1, so I figured that was a good faith purchase in this investment, as mine was very small in comparison. Anyway, basically this girl's dad heard from one of his stock market buddies that trades currencies and commodities here in the US and in Dubai, Baghdad, and a few other places... that they expect a huge swing on currency values and commodities both i the next few weeks to months, between now and or about a week from now and until around May or June. Oil is very likely one of those, as well as the IQD, Iran's currency, perhaps even Kuwait may undergo a slight change in exchange rate, probably down slightly to allow the IQD to edge up above it without overextending the CBI? maybe? That's just my speculation on that specific part of it, but the actual expected changes are coming straight from people. I have always posted joke predictions in the past, but this one struck home with an employee that I know fairly well at work talking to me about this. She didn't buy any herself, but she will get a portion of what her dad makes on the exchange. Kinda pepped me up in this rat race to get rich overnight. Started to get me excited again. My joke 21/02/2012 date and $1.17 rate may actually prove to be somewhat accurate according to that information, lol... we'll see what happens. Just though I'd share. Bash away if you don't believe me or think that I'm just feeding some flames. I dun curr.

  34. Whitney Houston, superstar of records, films, dies By NEKESA MUMBI MOODY | Associated Press – 7 minutes ago RELATED CONTENT Enlarge PhotoFILE - In this Sept. 1, 2009 file photo, singer Whitney Houston performs on 'Good … View GalleryIn this Nov. 22, 2009, file photo, Whitney Houston performs at the 37th Annual American … LOS ANGELES (AP) — Whitney Houston, who ruled as pop music's queen until her majestic voice and regal image were ravaged by drug use, erratic behavior and a tumultuous marriage to singer Bobby Brown, has died. She was 48. Houston's publicist, Kristen Foster, said Saturday that the singer had died, but the cause and the location of her death were unknown. News of Houston's death came on the eve of music's biggest night — the Grammy Awards. It's a showcase where she once reigned, and her death was sure to case a heavy pall on Sunday's ceremony. Houston's longtime mentor Clive Davis was to hold his annual concert and dinner Saturday; it was unclear if it was going to go forward. At her peak, Houston the golden girl of the music industry. From the middle 1980s to the late 1990s, she was one of the world's best-selling artists. She wowed audiences with effortless, powerful, and peerless vocals that were rooted in the black church but made palatable to the masses with a pop sheen. Her success carried her beyond music to movies, where she starred in hits like "The Bodyguard" and "Waiting to Exhale." She had the he perfect voice, and the perfect image: a gorgeous singer who had sex appeal but was never overtly sexual, who maintained perfect poise. She influenced a generation of younger singers, from Christina Aguilera to Mariah Carey, who when she first came out sounded so much like Houston that many thought it was Houston. But by the end of her career, Houston became a stunning cautionary tale of the toll of drug use. Her album sales plummeted and the hits stopped coming; her once serene image was shattered by a wild demeanor and bizarre public appearances. She confessed to abusing cocaine, marijuana and pills, and her once pristine voice became raspy and hoarse, unable to hit the high notes as she had during her prime. "The biggest devil is me. I'm either my best friend or my worst enemy," Houston told ABC's Diane Sawyer in an infamous 2002 interview with then-husband Brown by her side. It was a tragic fall for a superstar who was one of the top-selling artists in pop music history, with more than 55 million records sold in the United States alone. She seemed to be born into greatness. She was the daughter of gospel singer Cissy Houston, the cousin of 1960s pop diva Dionne Warwick and the goddaughter of Aretha Franklin. Houston first started singing in the church as a child. In her teens, she sang backup for Chaka Khan, Jermaine Jackson and others, in addition to modeling. It was around that time when music mogul Clive Davis first heard Houston perform. "The time that I first saw her singing in her mother's act in a club ... it was such a stunning impact," Davis told "Good Morning America." "To hear this young girl breathe such fire into this song. I mean, it really sent the proverbial tingles up my spine," he added. Before long, the rest of the country would feel it, too. Houston made her album debut in 1985 with "Whitney Houston," which sold millions and spawned hit after hit. "Saving All My Love for You" brought her her first Grammy, for best female pop vocal. "How Will I Know," ''You Give Good Love" and "The Greatest Love of All" also became hit singles. Another multiplatinum album, "Whitney," came out in 1987 and included hits like "Where Do Broken Hearts Go" and "I Wanna Dance With Somebody." The New York Times wrote that Houston "possesses one of her generation's most powerful gospel-trained voices, but she eschews many of the churchier mannerisms of her forerunners. She uses ornamental gospel phrasing only sparingly, and instead of projecting an earthy, tearful vulnerability, communicates cool self-assurance and strength, building pop ballads to majestic, sustained peaks of intensity." Her decision not to follow the more soulful inflections of singers like Franklin drew criticism by some who saw her as playing down her black roots to go pop and reach white audiences. The criticism would become a constant refrain through much of her career. She was even booed during the "Soul Train Awards" in 1989. "Sometimes it gets down to that, you know?" she told Katie Couric in 1996. "You're not black enough for them. I don't know. You're not R&B enough. You're very pop. The white audience has taken you away from them." Some saw her 1992 marriage to former New Edition member and soul crooner Bobby Brown as an attempt to refute those critics. It seemed to be an odd union; she was seen as pop's pure princess while he had a bad-boy image, and already had children of his own. (The couple had a daughter, Bobbi Kristina, in 1993.) Over the years, he would be arrested several times, on charges ranging from DUI to failure to pay child support. But Houston said their true personalities were not as far apart as people may have believed. "When you love, you love. I mean, do you stop loving somebody because you have different images? You know, Bobby and I basically come from the same place," she told Rolling Stone in 1993. "You see somebody, and you deal with their image, that's their image. It's part of them, it's not the whole picture. I am not always in a sequined gown. I am nobody's angel. I can get down and dirty. I can get raunchy." It would take several years, however, for the public to see that side of Houston. Her moving 1991 rendition of "The Star Spangled Banner" at the Super Bowl, amid the first Gulf War, set a new standard and once again reaffirmed her as America's sweetheart. In 1992, she became a star in the acting world with "The Bodyguard." Despite mixed reviews, the story of a singer (Houston) guarded by a former Secret Service agent (Kevin Costner) was an international success. It also gave her perhaps her most memorable hit: a searing, stunning rendition of Dolly Parton's "I Will Always Love You," which sat atop the charts for weeks. It was Grammy's record of the year and best female pop vocal, and the "Bodyguard" soundtrack was named album of the year. She returned to the big screen in 1995-96 with "Waiting to Exhale" and "The Preacher's Wife." Both spawned soundtrack albums, and another hit studio album, "My Love Is Your Love," in 1998, brought her a Grammy for best female R&B vocal for the cut "It's Not Right But It's Okay." But during these career and personal highs, Houston was using drugs. In an interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2010, she said by the time "The Preacher's Wife" was released, "(doing drugs) was an everyday thing. ... I would do my work, but after I did my work, for a whole year or two, it was every day. ... I wasn't happy by that point in time. I was losing myself." In the interview, Houston blamed her rocky marriage to Brown, which included a charge of domestic abuse against Brown in 1993. They divorced in 2007. Houston would go to rehab twice before she would declare herself drug-free to Winfrey in 2010. But in the interim, there were missed concert dates, a stop at an airport due to drugs, and public meltdowns. She was so startlingly thin during a 2001 Michael Jackson tribute concert that rumors spread she had died the next day. Her crude behavior and jittery appearance on Brown's reality show, "Being Bobby Brown," was an example of her sad decline. Her Sawyer interview, where she declared "crack is whack," was often parodied. She dropped out of the spotlight for a few years. Houston staged what seemed to be a successful comeback with the 2009 album "I Look To You." The album debuted on the top of the charts, and would eventually go platinum. Things soon fell apart. A concert to promote the album on "Good Morning America" went awry as Houston's voice sounded ragged and off-key. She blamed an interview with Winfrey for straining her voice. A world tour launched overseas, however, only confirmed suspicions that Houston had lost her treasured gift, as she failed to hit notes and left many fans unimpressed; some walked out. Canceled concert dates raised speculation that she may have been abusing drugs, but she denied those claims and said she was in great shape, blaming illness for cancellations.

  35. "saying the central Iraqi possession of federal reserves exceed 60 billion dollars could be used to support the dinar, which confirmed that he has a stronger safety belt of the foreign currency to maintain exchange rate" "which is what he said about the picture: the risk that he should face a manner as to increase the rates of the dollar exchange rate and thus the impact on rates and inflation rates in Iraq." I was right about this one. They are not even counting the $60 Billion Dollars as a reserve for the Dinar. This brings me to believe that they have purposely omitted many factors in the past and they are not being very transparent, even on the reserve amounts. Both State Banks and the Trade Bank posses trillions of Dinars and those numbers must be taken into account also. IMMHO, Iraq has the necessary funds to RV 1:1 at any time now. Politics, greed and the lack of a middle class is what is holding this up. We have heard the old cliche' time and time again that "We are as strong as our weakest link." One would think that the GOI is their weakest link. I tend to think that their lack of a middle class is their weakest link and this can only be achieved by creating jobs, by expanding their trade agreements, by ensuring the basic safety needs of the citizen (Constitutional guarantees) and last but the most important, by giving purchasing power to their legal tender notes, The Iraqi Dinar. \JMMHO. Thank you for your post. GLTY and All. Go RV.

  37. Good question! Yes the US is next. The banks have created the national debt that we are expected to pay off just like the Greeks are being asked to pay off, and just like the Icelanders were asked to pay off last summer. The Islandic goverment and people sttod up to the greedy bankers and did not accept the austerity measures. They decided not to play their game and are doing just fine for having done it We don't hear of any violence in the streets of Rekyavik do we? The big banks have created this stagering debt themselves and expect the people of the world to repay them for the money they put in their own pockets with austerity measures and higher taxes? I say, screw them! Do as the Icelanders have done! Carlos

  38. It probably will get you shot. Seems like the popular opinion is that people can't help it, it's not their fault. While there are some exceptions to drug use, not having a choice is not the exception. JMO. By the way, for all of Whitney's faults, it does not look like she died of a drug overdose. It looks like she took Xanax, which was prescribed most likely for depression and anxiety, after drinking, and most likely drowned in the bathtub in the hotel. I don't remember where I read that this morning. Such a sad loss. She was an amazing artist, and will be deeply and sorely missed. She was just a little older than me. I can't imagine only having 2 years left. We imagine our lives to go into the misty gray future...uncertain, but joyful.

  39. Ive seen a lot of discussion lately on fractional banking and I thought this might help make the topic a little clearer for everyone. I know for a while there was the "forum fact" going around that the CBI could use fractional banking to back the value of the currency and get us a good RV rate even if they did have trillions out in circulation. I wish that something like that could be used in this situation but fractional banking is more about the commercial banks following the guidelines set forth by the central banks, for loaning purposes. The two sections kind of go over the same stuff but I wanted to get two different pages of info to back each other up......(yea yea the first link is wiki but whatever, not everything is manipulated and wrong lol) Im sure there is plenty of other info out there on the web on this subject as well..... Enjoy!! Fractional-reserve banking is a form of banking where banks maintain reserves (of cash and coin or deposits at the central bank) that are only a fraction of the customer's deposits. Funds deposited into a bank are mostly lent out, and a bank keeps only a fraction (called the reserve ratio) of the quantity of deposits as reserves. Some of the funds lent out are subsequently deposited with another bank, increasing deposits at that second bank and allowing further lending. As most bank deposits are treated as money in their own right, fractional reserve banking increases the money supply, and banks are said to create money. Due to the prevalence of fractional reserve banking, the broad money supply of most countries is a multiple larger than the amount of base money created by the country's central bank. That multiple (called the money multiplier) is determined by the reserve requirement or other financial ratio requirements imposed by financial regulators, and by the excess reserves kept by commercial banks.[1][2] Central banks generally mandate reserve requirements that require banks to keep a minimum fraction of their demand deposits as cash reserves. This both limits the amount of money creation that occurs in the commercial banking system,[2] and ensures that banks have enough ready cash to meet normal demand for withdrawals. Problems can arise, however, when depositors seek withdrawal of a large proportion of deposits at the same time; this can cause a bank run or, when problems are extreme and widespread, a systemic crisis. To mitigate this risk, the governments of most countries (usually acting through the central bank) regulate and oversee commercial banks, provide deposit insurance and act as lender of last resortto commercial banks. Fractional-reserve banking is the most common form of banking and is practiced in almost all countries. Although Islamic banking prohibits the making of profit from interest on debt, a form of fractional-reserve banking is still evident in most Islamic countries. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fractional_reserve_banking Fractional Reserve Banking refers to a banking system which requires the commercial banks to keep only portion of the money deposited with them as reserves. The bank pays interest on all deposits made by its customers and uses the deposited money to make new loans. In order to understand how fractional reserve banking works, let's look at the following example.<br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 128); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify; "><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 128); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify; ">Somebody deposits $1,000 with Bank A. Bank A is obligated by law to keep 10% of the deposited money as a reserve, that's why the bank keeps $100 and lends out $900. Somewhere down the road the $900 loan is deposited in another chequing account (it might or might not be with the same bank). This second bank also wants to make money by giving out loans, that's why it keeps the required $90 and lends $810. Fast forward to a deposit with a fourth bank and you'll get the following:<br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 128); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify; "><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 128); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify; "><br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 128); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify; ">BankDepositReserveLoanBank #1$1,000$100$900Bank #2$900$90$810Bank #3$810$81$729Bank #4$729$729$0Total$3,439$1,000$2,439<br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 128); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify; ">As you can see from the table above, the banks created $2,439 based on the first $1,000 deposited. The fractional reserve banking works, because the total amount of withdrawals is offset by deposits made at the same time. While the depositors are confident at the fractional-reserve banking system, a very small part of all deposits is withdrawn at the same time allowing the banks to handle the withdrawals through their reserves. However when there's economic crisis and confidence is shaken, the entire banking and financial system can be at risk. <br style="color: rgb(0, 0, 128); font-family: Arial; font-size: 12px; line-height: normal; text-align: justify; "> http://www.centralbanksguide.com/fractional+reserve+banking/

  40. http://www.examiner.com/conspiracy-in-denver/iowa-vote-fraud-official Iowa vote fraud official Jeffrey Phelps It’s official, or is it? Once again the establishment is showing it’s cards in an obvious attempt to defraud Ron Paul of the nomination, as Iowa GOP ‘officials’ purposely disrupt and permanently invalidate the 2012 Iowa Caucus. The official Caucus website, in conjunction with the Des Moines Register, had to come forward Thursday to claim the official results can “never be certified” after, at least, 8 different precincts turn up invalid results due to “missing votes” and changing stories. For the first time in history, the Iowa GOP decided to change the final vote count to a “Secret location” for what was claimed to be “security concerns.” The unprecedented change in venue came as a shock to most Iowans who are used to seeing the final results tallied at State Party Headquarters in Des Moines, in full view of the public. Advertisement This time, however, instead of business as usual, all of the final results were to be counted at an undisclosed location, completely hidden from public scrutiny, the seemingly ‘new’ business as usual. What played out as a result was a mockery of democracy as Iowa election officials permanently skewed the results of the caucus, illegally miscounting and completely dismissing votes for Ron Paul, many of which were ironically from precincts that Romney lost in ’08. Other missing or “uncounted” votes were expected to be heavy Ron Paul supporting, major populated areas and college town precincts, now leaving the true winner forever in question. Originally, the results had Romney winning by 8 votes over Santorum with 30,015 votes. Now the establishment’s media claims new ‘official’ results show Santorum winning by 34 votes over Romney with 29,839 votes, but oddly 168 votes fewer than the ‘official’ total he was previously given, 30,007. Additionally, Iowa’s establishment politicians now say 121,503 people voted overall, strangely down from the 122,255 it had originally reported. This could be due to new official results not including the 8 precincts that showed skewed results in the new final totals, but the truth may never be fully understood. As if that’s not odd enough, hidden within all the commotion, even though many votes were missing, uncounted, and changed, including the official result totals for both Mitt Romney and Rick Santorum, no mention at all has been given to the new total Ron Paul should now have and if his votes were also miscounted or left out like the two ‘front-runners” votes were reported to have been. Especially considering how close Ron Paul came to winning, one would think his totals would be just as important to review as well. The Ron Paul camp, as usual, has downplayed the situation for fear of being an easy target and giving the establishment an excuse to label him and his supporters conspiracy "theorists," a very common tactic used by the establishment and it's media throughout Paul’s career. Instead, he’s tried to remain humble and look at the bright side in saying, "a strong third is still pretty good and still sends a message to the establishment and the American people." However, as was pointed out on CNN Thursday, even if the new results are legitimate, “It’s hard to take back that initial surge given to Romney. It’s hard to overcome the amount of hype and exposure he received as the evening progressed.” It was treated as a monumental moment as he was declared the winner, while his party and constituents celebrated in great joy…All while questionable results trickled in. If the actual winner was to have been Ron Paul, should the votes have been counted fairly, the results would have likely been unprecedented momentum for the Ron Paul campaign, which would have likely been impossible for the other candidates to overcome, especially considering Ron Paul’s overall success, despite the constant barrage of negative and totally unfair coverage, if and when he gets coverage at all. Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of the circumstances, when it’s all said and done, is toward Ron Paul’s campaign by the media. He’s always referred to as “unelectable, racist, or dangerous,” or any number of attacks, while generally making a mockery of his ideals and supporters, even though his anti-war, pro-civil liberty, limited-constitutional government, and sound economic policies are all very popular in general with the American people. What people are most impressed with, when it comes to Ron Paul, when people are actually given the chance to find who he really is and what he really stands for, are things like realizing he’s held those exact same ideals and shows a perfectly aligned voting record to go along with those ideals since he started in government over 40 years ago. Something the other candidates couldn’t even fathom with all the criminal activity and flip-flopping on the issues, many of them have done routinely, throughout their careers. The troops feel Ron Paul is the best candidate for America, as well. For the second White House bid in a row, active military personnel give double the amount of organic campaign contributions to Ron Paul than all the other candidates combined, including Obama’s totals. This renders the war-mongering establishment's multi-party line, that Ron Paul's foreign policy ideals are "dangerous," when even the military overwhelmingly agrees with Paul, as more examples of pro-establishment rhetoric aimed at fooling the people into thinking anti-war sentiments are irrational. The totally bias media is constantly using suggestive terms like, “he can’t win,” or, “he won’t win,” as if they are the ones who decide what the people are supposed to think about the candidates. Frighteningly, it’s commonplace to witness the open attempt to sway public opinion in favor of the candidates with pro-war and pro-establishment views, despite the fact that Ron Paul has scored very high or first in almost every independent political poll since his second White House bid in 2007, while establishment funded polls always strangely show Paul in second, third, or even more oddly, yet just as commonly, not being included in the poll at all. This, despite that fact that he’s always the landslide victor in almost every internet poll he’s been in, including post-debate analysis for every debate since the 2012 GOP nomination race began, .As another perfect example, the censorship and the overall attempt to limit Ron Paul’s ability to get his message out to the American people became so bad during the SC GOP Debate Thursday night, the crowd actually began to take notice, and at one point all started demanding that he be allowed to participate, and forced CNN’s debate host to allow Ron Paul to answer the same question the other three candidates were allowed to answer. Excluding and ignoring Paul was, and has been a common theme throughout both the ’08 and the ’12 GOP nomination races, during every single debate since the very beginning. One of the reasons for a general establishment disdain for the strict Libertarian is because he’s has always been a real thorn in the establishment’s side, going back as far as his first run for President on local Texas TV. , and although he’s wisely being a lot more politically correct in front of a national audience, the establishment still doesn’t like him now, seemingly more than ever.More examples of his continual fight against a totally over-reaching, big-government establishment, Paul was the only one of the remaining candidates to take a detour from the campaign trail this week to introduce legislation in the Congress to strip unconstitutional provisions from the tyrannical NDAA bill that has garnered so much attention as of late. The same bill that, pro-establishment candidate, , admitting he would have voted for it as well.Ron Paul’s son, Tea Party favorite, US Senator from Kentucky, Rand Paul has also been instrumental in fighting for liberty against pro-establishment, pro-status quo politicians, recently vowing to block un-American additions to the internet-freedom-killing SOPA and PIPA bills that were addressed in the final SC GOP debate on Thursday evening. Freedom-killing legislation that pro-establishment candidate, Rick Santorum had trouble denouncing with the others on the same debate stage. Coming into the Iowa Caucuses, however, over the thought of a Paul win they were rendering the Iowa caucus discredited before they even happened, some suggesting simply ignoring the results all-together. That is, until Romney or Santorum "won," and then the Iowa caucuses magically became so legitimate the establishment pundits were practically handing the nomination to Romney, even though we still had 49 states left to primary.Bringing us to the evening of the Iowa Caucus itself, where early exit polls had Paul in first place, which included an Anderson Cooper jolting Paul win in the first couple official precincts reported. As the evening progressed, the leaders went back and forth like a jumbo-tron race during halftime, with the first two hours of results seeing no clear leader, and a double digit amount of lead changes, despite Paul’s #1 live exit poll rankings, shown on every network. All night long national news coverage analyzed the incoming numbers, showing Paul having a real shot, either leading or in a dead heat for much of the first part of the evening, with promising young voters and college student heavy precincts yet to be counted, something the pundits were claiming “looked very good for Paul” and had the other candidates, “very nervous,” according to live election coverage analysts. As the night wore on, however, none of that seemed to matter. All pre-caucus polls showing Paul in first, or the live Iowa Caucus exit polls showing Paul winning, or the edge he was said to have because of the missing precincts that strangely never ended up being counted, all somehow ended up not having any effect or simply disappeared completely into a black hole. After all this, what’s extremely frightening about the situation is that fact that neither the establishment and it’s media, nor is anyone in any policing agency doing anything about it, as if it’s no big deal that the official election results in the Iowa caucus were tampered with, rendering the results of the election forever compromised, potentially putting the future of the caucus and elections processes, this nation, and Ron Paul’s call for liberty, freedom, and the rule of law in serious jeopardy. Just as concerning to Ron Paul supporters and supporters of freedom and fairness in general, which may or may not be a majority of the country, although we obviously can’t be sure with the current national media that's in place, is the fact that precincts around the country that aren’t still using paper ballots, are now using electronic voting machines, also said to be even easier to manipulate, . In addition to a very shady Diebold upper management history, potentially rendering the entire election system a total hoax, which exists, as Judge Napolitano recently stated, “to merely perpetuate the fake, corporate controlled, ‘two-party’ system of political slavery.”Under the circumstances, if no one does anything about it, and the people remain largely oblivious to the actaul magnitude of the circumstances, the only way Ron Paul and his supporters have any shot at getting the nomination, and thus swinging the preverbal political pendulum back toward the direction of freedom and liberty, is via total landslide victories in many of the remaining primaries. To the point that not even pro-establishment vote counters and jimmy-rigged Diebold voting machines, and their unfairly manipulated software, can overcome the sheer magnitude of votes, forcing the establishment's media to take notice, forcing it into public discussion. 45. JayP, Thank you for having the courage to speak up about the "delete the zero" articles. I believe many have stopped posting because of this very topic and the bashing they received for posting these very thoughts. IMO, a healthy discussion about our investment is much more helpful to us than the constant bashing that goes on here when someone does not agree with one's post. It can be misleading to readers when they see "delete the zeros" and are then made to believe it's a good thing for us when, in reality, it does not seem to be. Yes, there are many opinions on what exactly that phrase means, but both sides of the debate should be allowed and accepted so investors can educate themselves on the subject. I also do not believe that conversations like this should be sent to the "lop" section because, as an example, this conversation is discussing a particular news article. I for one appreciate your comments and agree with all your posts in this thread 100 percent. Good evening, Kimberlye

  46. I'm not intending to criticize anyone's beliefs here. I would just like to say that as long as we follow like sheep and vote for someone we think will end up getting the nomination, because we just want to get "O" out, we'll end up in the same place we are now. I'm just asking why do you think it is that for every...frickin'...election...we keep voting for the person we think others will vote for (and hopefully get O out of office)? This repetition of this pattern is insane; keep doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. We have to start voting for the person with the best, most feasible/practical/functional ideas that has the know-how and gumption to enact them! I remember reading somewhere that the person who is the most physically appealing and has the most symmetrical features is the one who ends up getting elected....geesh. Mitt's smile ain't enough for the U.S. His policies are built on the backs of others ideas and he either can't remember what he's said about his policies (changes tune), what his policies are and then he has the nerve to state they were HIS ideas, when they weren't..and to boot, his policies, overall, are not what we need. I apologize Mitt fans. I'm sure he's a good person, but we need someone with more vision and wisdom, who has the know how to stick to his guns and the know-how to enact these traits/beliefs who has more solid policies.

  47. He explained: that the dinar covered in hard currency at a rate of more than (100%), and this rare condition, and has a cash reserve large hard currency than for (60) billion dollars retained by the face of difficult circumstances that may occur in the country, giving the power of the dinar against foreign currency. Read more: http://dinarvets.com/forums/index.php?/topic/104809-saleh-dinar-is-covered-heavily-by-60b-in-foreign-reserves-goal-is-to-be-equal-to-the-dollar/#ixzz1m89PM6m2 If they have enough to cover the dinar by 100% then two things are possible: 1. They have removed enough from the market place which would allow them to cover an RV. Let's say the have removed from the street the allusive 30 Trillion Dinar or at least cut it to 15T. That means that they have at least $16T USD in their coffers for an RV. IMO. 2. Or, if there is still the allusive 30T dinar on the street, then that would mean they have more than the $30T+ USD to cover an RV. The $60B in their possession is to handle difficulties that arise in the budget, GOI, etc. (IYO and IMO). If this is the case, all of the funds are in place and we could RV at any point in time. What they are waiting for are the HCL and the laws that control international commerce. Will be an interesting Monday. Read more: http://dinarvets.com/forums/index.php?/topic/104809-saleh-dinar-is-covered-heavily-by-60b-in-foreign-reserves-goal-is-to-be-equal-to-the-dollar/page__st__20#ixzz1m89nn8gG We also have articles that state there will possibly be an RD. And this thread has been tossing this debate around until we are “testy” with each other. One group says “I believe what they keep telling us!” but which side do you believe? I think we all need to just wait and see. That’s all we can do anyway. They are going to do what they are going to do and all the arguments on either side will change that decision. If we try to know exactly the day they will “push the button”, or the rate they will use is a useless pursuit (IMO). Oh, I know. To some individuals this is fun to debate. Yet there are a lot of us who do not know how to handle a challenge, or others who get uptight and can’t sleep at night. Others blast away with all their caustic comments and sarcastic remarks and insinuations of a person’s intelligence. It may be fun to some, but to others those comments are childish and sophomoric and really only reflect that the person stating such things has a poor argument or none at all. If you believe it is going to RD and come out where we lose or only get out money back that we invested, then it might be best to rethink your strategy and get out of the investment. If you think it will RV at 1 to 1 or higher, plan what you need to have in place before it RVs. Spend your time doing that, and when the RV takes place you will be ready. My opinion is that we are going to RV and we will all be pleasantly surprised. Everything indicates that we are getting close. Even the violence has decreased in the past couple of weeks. (Praise God!) Have a nice evening.
