Hi there, I can help you. There are about 3 names that I trust. Been here 14 months. You need to listen to "Breitling" "Kaperoni" and "Doc". They are very grounded, intelligent, and are not pumpers and liars like everybody in Okie's Gang...that includes Okie, The 3 Aniimals, TerryK, Freeway Bill, Tony TNT, Cap1, and probably a few more. THEY ARE ALL FULL OF CRAP AND YOU CANNOT TRUST 1 WORD THEY SAY! Breitling has a huge following on his blog because everyone knows he is providing very very good info based on policy and what the CBI is doing and not what Leroys secret source of "intel" is!

Very easily!!! They have been taking in the 3zero notes for quite some time now reducing the dinars in circulation by the Trillions. Recently they have dollarized the country. When the new lower denoms are introduced they will be of slightly greater value than the dollar thus providing an incentive for the iraqi's to dedollarize. You need to listen to breitling's blog and get educated about how this really works instead of listening to the BOZO"S in Okie's gang.

They would not be removing currency from circulation if there was going to be a lop.

We are in phase 2 of the plan to remove the 3 zero's. Each phase is 6 months (this is what the CBI has said recently). Phase 2 includes the introduction of the lower denoms. How can they introduce those if the dinar still has a value of 1/10 penny? The CBI has said they are reducing the dinars in circulation from 27 Trillion to somewheres between 20-30 Billion (from what I have heard they announced). Therefore, 99.9% of dinar is being retired. The value of what is being retired gets added into what remains. I suggest you listen to Breitlingcurrency.blogspot.com. He is great!

The way I understand it (from breitling) is they can RV while still in Ch. 7 but they cannot get out of Chapter 7 unless they have RV'd.
