The cabinet held its regular meeting on the second Tuesday of May 2017 ,headed by Dr. Haider al - Abadi. 

There was an extensive discussion of the draft election law was the House of Representatives vote on the amendment of the draft law in force to send it to the House of Representatives. 

The Cabinet also voted to protect the rebar product (10-32 mm) by adding a fee of custom 5 percent of the unit to measure iron reinforcement product for a period of 4 years and without reducing all of Iraq 's imports and all origins. 

The Council voted to increase the capital of Trade Bank of Iraq (TBI) from the amount of $ 2 trillion to a trillion and 750 billion dinars. 

It was also voting on the inclusion of the measure in the recruitment of daily staffing movement in the service departments at the Ministry of Construction and Housing, Municipalities and Public Works. 

It was also voting on the draft ratification by mutual encouragement and protection of investments agreement between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic , the Iranian law. 

The council also voted to pay dues peasants and farmers by emphasizing the Ministry of Finance to release an amount of 500 billion dinars a month from April until August. 

It was to submit a report to the Council of Ministers on water revenues and rising levels of Mosul Dam yesterday to 320.6 above sea level for the first time in 10 years after Chianah business carried out by the Italian company.

Thanks for the update Butifldrm. So I also saw that Parliament met. The usual blah blah blah. Then adjourned until May 9th. Interesting that they extended the term through May to focus on urgent laws, then take weeks off at a time. SURPRISE !!  ;)

increase from 2 trillion to 1 trillion 750.. dose that mean they add 1.750.  other wise its a decrease ? no wonder they cant get anything done they cant understand what the Hay anyone is saying .. I need 7 days off from this headache TOO !

The Cabinet voted during its regular session Tuesday to launch 500 billion dinars from April to August of the dues of the peasants.
"The council voted to pay the dues of the farmers and farmers by stressing the Ministry of Finance to launch a sum of 500 billion dinars a month from April to August," a statement by the prime minister said. 
He added that "the Council of Ministers voted on the decision to protect the product of reinforcing steel [10 - 32 mm] through the addition of the imposition of a 5% customs tariff for the unit of measurement of the product of reinforcing steel for a period of 4 years and without reduction on all imports of Iraq and all originals." 
He pointed out that "the meeting discussed the draft law on the election of the House of Representatives was voted on to amend the draft law in force to send to the House of Representatives," pointing to "the vote to increase the capital of the Iraqi Bank for Trade [TBI] from the amount of trillion to 2 trillion and 750 billion dinars." 
He pointed out that "the Council voted on the draft law on the ratification of the Convention on the encouragement and mutual protection of investments between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran." 
"The meeting included a report of the Council of Ministers on water revenues and the high levels of Mosul Dam yesterday to 320.6 above sea level for the first time in 10 years after the maintenance work carried out by the Italian company."

MMMMM,  Germany  , they have a strong economy , but  they did  have too do something too the dutch mark currency  , after the war ...  and france  Italy , joined the e.u.  movement didn` t  they ?   { economic advisors ,  makes me wonder what they are up too ? need help figuring out how high too start the dinar at a re-value , or something in a lop-top ster :o }

that will give the economy a shock bump in trade , but just for a while until they are broke again ....  now how do they come up with 500  billion dinar ,  could they have found out that if they have 500 million dinar  they could raise the value of the dinar up , and this would get them  the 500 billion ?
