Yup, just saw it.  Thanks.   The 1310 can be changed at a moments notice though so it doesn’t mean much that it’s still the same.  They already did what they needed to do today to flick that switch forth wit.

This is a 100% correct, the parallel means diddly squat! Once they RV or RI, the parallel completely disappears!! It’s another corrupt avenue for them stealing the average citizen’s money! The parallel market has absolutely no bearing period on when the RV/RI happens!!
