I would think they have to revalue before the end of the year, in order to go with their plan of no USD to be used after  1/1/24.     Am I dreaming?

Not dreaming at all, very logical, plus they go electronic/cashless on 1/1/24.  Easy to RV without the lower denominations being widely launched.  Remember the fees Iraq placed on cash transactions? Its to force them to use the electronic system and abandon/deposit the chunky mattress money.
