The ministry disclosed the total quantities exported of crude oil and the revenues achieved for the month of April last, according to the final statistics issued by the Iraqi oil marketing company «Sumo».

The spokesman for the Ministry of Oil Assem Jihad, said that the total quantities exported crude oil last month amounted to 100 million 197 thousand and 197 barrels.

He pointed out that the financial revenues from the export quantities amounted to 6 billion 501 million and 695 thousand dollars, while the statistics did not record any exports of Kirkuk oil.

Jihad said that the average price per barrel reached (64,889) dollars last month.

The spokesman pointed out that the exported quantities were loaded by 35 international companies of different nationalities from the ports of Basra and Khor al-Amaya and the monolithic buoys on the Gulf.

ERBIL — A major oil refinery in Iraq’s northern province of Nineveh has resumed operation after it survived Islamic State’s destructive rule in the area. 

According to a statement by the country’s oil ministry, Kasik oil refinery has been successfully reconstructed and put back into operation. 

The refinery’s output is said to be approximately 10,000 barrels of oil per day. 

It fell into the hands of IS back in 2014 when the extremist group seized control of a vast territory in north and west of Iraq. 

The Iraqi army, backed by Kurdish Peshmerga forces and the US-led Coalition, liberated the northern province of Mosul last year, yet struggling to fully restore security in the region.

Iraq’s Ministry of Oil has announced final oil exports for April of 100,197,197 barrels, giving an average for the month of 3.340 million barrels per day (bpd), a slight increase from the 3.453 bpd exported in March.

These exports were entirely from the southern terminals, with no exports registered from Kirkuk via Ceyhan.

Revenues for the month were  $6.501 billion at an average price of $64.899 per barrel.

They didn’t make aggrement with opec and non opec before to cut off output so supplier for oil more than demand . they boost production without care about demand in oil market that’s why oil price in get low and effect arab saudi . 

 

this below aggrement make a sense to bring back power of country to have a lot oil to gains economy also get valuable currency 😎.
