Iraq new 500-dinar note with Kurdish reported

Jul 02, 2016 09:20 AM Category: Middle East
For more than five years, the Central Bank of Iraq has planned to remove three zeroes from the banknotes and add Kurdish text. To date the efforts to revalue the dinar have failed to come to fruition, but as this note demonstrates, the addition of Kurdish text is apparently underway. Contact us if you have information on whether the bank has announced plans to add Kurdish to other denominations.

Like B348, but Kurdish text added to lower left and upper right on back, new date (٢٠١٥ - ١٤٣٦), and new signature (Ali Mohsen Ismail).

Well if they have already made this note you know they probably did them all.

I would like to propose another new note with Malikis head and a donkeys body (ass) with wings (for flying to Iran) trampling tiny people to death (the Suni) at his feet the language should all be in Iranian.

Circulated Banknotes:

In 2013 the Central Bank of Iraq has upgraded the circulated banknotes the series of 2003 which included graphic design and technical characters apart from the denomination of (50) dinar which has been withdrawn from circulation since 1st May 2015.

The two series will remain legal tender alongside in circulation until the old are naturally worn out.

In December 2015 Central Bank of Iraq has put into circulation the new issuance of 50000 dinar to accomplish the series of 2013.
