2-19-2015  *** Dinar Guru News Update  ***  The gurus agree,  Iraq's 2015 budget was passed weeks ago...there is disagreement on whether it has been placed in the Gazette to become law or not.  Guru updates range from NO...to Yes, but not made public...to, there is a public investigation in Iraq to determine why it's not in the Gazette...obviously, something strange is going on here.  Additionally, multiple gurus are reporting Maliki is planning to at BEST throw a monkey wrench into Abadi's GOI plans (which may be what's happening with the budget) to at WORST a out right coup of the GOI...a ton is on the line and it appears the budget is at the center of the tug-of-war.  The Iraq Army still remains loyal to Maliki.
