rsskelton
A bit surprised this article has not drawn more comments. It could indeed be the same old " song and dance", but IMO, the HCL is the single most important key to any sort of a revaluation of the dinar. If indeed this transpires, well, then I think we have a decent shot. Keep your fingers crossed. RSS
easyrider
This is very very important and is tied to Chapter 7 if you guys didnt already know that. They need to agree and pass the HCL or NO Chapter 7 lifting. We shall see how bad they really want the lifting of chapter 7 to occur this month. SocalDinar
Maliki threatening to cut their budget may have put a fire on it. Anyone seen the census on the Kurdish population 17% reduced to 13% would hurt so maybe they want to take the deal now!
zigmeister
This article states they believe Iraq is stable which implies to me all the political upheaval and rhetoric is perhaps just, politicians spouting off.
MiuraDude
I suspect both Moon and Kobler told these guys, "No oil and gas law, no Chapter VII release. End of discussion." At least I hope that's what they told them. And I hope even more they were listening and will abide by the demand.
