brandedbabe
I feel like this is groundhog day.....because I can remember major hype surrounding a giant T.V in 2010. I also wonder how many hamsters are used to power this T.V....because I have thought outside the Green Zone they didn't have power for something of this magnitude. Just for the sake of conversation didn't Iraq mention they were going to build a soccer stadium in 2010 also....
KiaKaha
The article tells you what for......... Yeah, point being another thread discussing the screens suggested they were for a football game tomorrow. This explains what they are for, and sports aren't mentioned. GhostDawg
Well they not playing this Video Game on it: Controversial Video Game Mimics One of the Deadliest Battles in Iraq http://abcnews.go.com/WN/WoodruffReports/story?id=7804508&page=1 That article is a steaming pile of shite. Being a former Marine, combat vet, shot at, rpg'd IED'd etc etc, I understand the concern of the family's, the mother's point of view on her son's death.....However, a game is a game is a game. Let them tell the story through the media that they have chosen to. It may offend, it may make a profit.....Bottom line, it is just a game. I would bet you all the Dinar that I hold that if they were to make a movie out of it, she would change her tune in a heartbeat. Condolences to you and your loss mother of a Marine, but I do not agree with your philosophy.
