Popular Post kcw
[Adam Montana] We are doing the chat early Topic: No Typing, official chat in progress [Adam Montana] Great, let's get started! [Adam Montana] I have an important conference call in a bit [Adam Montana] so I'm going to do my best to cover all the questions [Adam Montana] I want to summarize a few things [Adam Montana] Good morning all! [Adam Montana] Just a forewarning - there were a LOT of questions this week and I have an important conference call shortly, so I won't be able to get to them all. [Adam Montana] I eliminated some of the duplicate questions, and also the questions that relate to offshore banking and that asset protection strategy. VIP members, please post those questions in the VIP and OSI sections - the answers are sensitive and should be kept private. [Adam Montana] In regards to the Chapter 7 questions, I can kind of sum it up like this: [Adam Montana] Regardless of what the Gurus and the "talking heads" in Iraq say, the country of Iraq is not yet out from under the Chapter 7 sanctions. The MAJORITY of the articles have been released, but until ALL of Chapter 7 is lifted Iraq is still under the control of the "Security Counsel" of the UN. This means that at any time, the UN can step in and halt anything Iraq is doing militarily. [Adam Montana] The BIGGEST concern we have on that matter is this: Let's say you have a line of credit for your business. You are borrowing against it, to make purchases for necessary items to run your profitable business. Suddenly that line of credit is yanked, you have no way to pay your bills, and creditors come seize everything you worked for. [Adam Montana] This is the situation Iraq is in - while the UN has any dictatorial control over them, Iraq is at risk of losing anything they own... why would they allow or push an RV while they are at risk of losing control? [Adam Montana] And I don't blame them! [Adam Montana] I would advise every serious investor to read the Chapter 7 sanctions for themselves to get a firm understanding of it. If you have my book RV Intel, you can find the relevant Sanctions on pages 22-26, it covers Articles 39-51. VIPs grab the book for free at this link: http://iqd.me/l/rvintel [Adam Montana] I know this is not what many people want to hear, but it's the truth and that's what I'm here to share. The GOOD news is we should see Chapter 7 released any day now, and when that happens I am guessing we are within a week of a rate change! [Adam Montana] I'll answer as many of the questions as possible now - kcw, thank you for volunteering to post the questions in here. Much appreciated! [Adam Montana] fire away [kcw] TonyDownTheShore - Adam, there are a lot of articles out there that contradict each other, is that done by design to confuse people ... this whole situation with the Kurds and Maliki, is that real or just smoke and mirrors. ... TonyDownTheShore - Talabani said that they are out of Capter 7, did you find out if it's true , or is it still in place? [Adam Montana] The situation with the Kurds and Maliki is very real [Adam Montana] the entire HCL issue is tied to the Kurds [Adam Montana] regarding Chapter 7, I addressed that above - definitely not out [Adam Montana] so are the articles smoke, or are they intentionally designed to confuse? [Adam Montana] I say 30/30/30 [Adam Montana] 30% smoke [Adam Montana] 30% intentional [Adam Montana] 30% they don't know what the heck they are doing [Adam Montana] oh and 10% legitimate [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] BJinMontreal How close is the Iraqi government to being fully formed? There seems to be too many conflicting reports that it's done ... it's not done ... it was done last year ... [Adam Montana] There are a lot of conflicting reports and articles, true! conflicting reports and articles, true! [Adam Montana] the GOI is almost completely formed, and the seats that are not permanently filled have compentent temporary people doing the job [Adam Montana] note I said "competent" [Adam Montana] I strongly believe that although the permanent GOI is not yet fully in place, the people handling the roles are competent [Adam Montana] so this isn't a factor for the RV in my opinion - they can move forward with the GOI "as-is" [Adam Montana] good question. Next please? [kcw] Heavyduty053 - You said in last weeks chat that if it went to thanksgiving that would be plenty of time to complete. Are things falling into place to accomplish this on or before this date [Adam Montana] (this new chat format works great - many people commented on that! The one weak point is kcw. If kcw loses power or gets abducted mid-chat the whole thing could go downhill! ) [Adam Montana] oh, there you are [Adam Montana] Heavyduty03, I still feel the same - we are on track [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] BigKahuna - Many currencies are supposed to RV simultaniously along with the IQD. With your background in finance, is it possible that this "event" might single handedly help the world economy get back on tract, specifically the USD and EURO? In other words....cause a "domino" effect? [Adam Montana] First, I don't have a finance background - I took the Series 65 to put myself into a position to help people in the VIP group with investments Post RV. [Adam Montana] The SEC has specific rules about what you can and cannot do with or without one of those licenses [Adam Montana] so although you can easily say I'm a successful investor, or have a great history and knowledge with these kinds of investments - my background is not in finance [Adam Montana] however [Adam Montana] to answer the question [Adam Montana] I think that's a load of bull that keeps getting passed around from one dealer or Guru to the next, when they don't have anything substantial to say about the Dinar [Adam Montana] no offense to any credible Guru out there [Adam Montana] I think the Dinar is an awesome speculation [Adam Montana] but there's no guarantee on it, we all know that [Adam Montana] and the notion that many currencies will RV at once is a bit far-fetched [Adam Montana] however [Adam Montana] a stronger Dinar will have an effect worldwide [Adam Montana] it has the ability to boost the world economy, in fact! [Adam Montana] so while I don't think multiple currencies will RV at once [Adam Montana] the domino effect from a major change in value of the Dinar will produce great results for other currencies [Adam Montana] hope that all made sense, it's a complicated subject and hard to convey over a chat like this [Adam Montana] but good question! [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] coorslite21 - With the great numbers of Soldiers, diplomats and contractors that we have in Iraq, why isn’t easier to get real daily information about the events regarding the RV of the Dinar?.........by this I mean there a handful of "Guru's" out there.....and they seem to have all the contacts, but obviously those contacts are are little suspect........shouldn't this be easier????? [Adam Montana] I hear that a lot, surprisingly! [Adam Montana] another twist on it is this one: [Adam Montana] "Hi I'm a (soldier/bus driver/maid/CEO) in Iraq and I can tell you first hand the Dinar (will/won't) RV tomorrow." [Adam Montana] My friends, just because someone is in Iraq does not mean they will know before the rest of the world! [Adam Montana] We can't expect an announcement to be nailed to the telephone poles 2 weeks in advance [Adam Montana] in fact, it stands to reason that since we have better news sources, more access to digital news outlets, etc - we will know well before the average Iraqi [Adam Montana] there's only a handful of people that will know any major amount of time before the actual announcement is made [Adam Montana] so, to summarize - the "boots on the ground" people simply don't have access to the information any faster than we do. [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] GMartin - Adam, do you believe that the rate was done on June 30th mentioned by other Guru's? If so how is that possible when Iraq is not a full member of WTO [Adam Montana] I don't believe that, I think it was speculated or fabricated by someone looking for attention. [Adam Montana] next please? [kcw] cooked - Hi Adam I appreciate your work. Can you explain the relationship between ch7 and the RV? I'm a little confused about that situation. Thanks. [Adam Montana] Covered that one in the beginning of the chat, I should have removed it from the list. [Adam Montana] next please? [kcw] bamagirl - I would just appreciate anything new you can share with us, thanks Adam. Also, do you think the end of the fiscal year and new budget has any bearing on an RV?? [Adam Montana] It might have a small bearing on the date, but Chapter 7 is more important. They can work thebudget around any rate, but they can't work anything until they have full control of their own country. Chapter 7 is much more important than the budget. [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] tims - if this thing is going to rv soon, why would the cbi sell any iqd at the current rate through the auctions? It's going to cost them millions more and more and more to cash in whatever goes out from now til it rv's. ADAM......IS the following statement a fact? "the more dinar in circulation probably means a lower rv rate....conversely, the less dinar in circulation probably means a higher rv value." [Adam Montana] The statement you made sounds reasonable, I have no reason to dispute it [Adam Montana] The thing to keep in mind is the CBI auctions [Adam Montana] OH! Shoot, I was going to talk about this in the beginning - Cisole (Pink Piggy) started a new contest! Keep an eye out for an email from me in a little bit - if you guess the amount of this Sunday's CBI auction you can win a free VIP membership and also Pig Stuff! [Adam Montana] back to the question - the CBI auctions are relatively stable - money in, money out [Adam Montana] the Dinar Investor world is relatively small compared to what most people thing [Adam Montana] think* [Adam Montana] Of course, the minute they know the RV is being announced [Adam Montana] I fully expect to see a surprise STOP to the auctions, at least for a day or two. [Adam Montana] good question [Adam Montana] next please? [kcw] bigcity bob - adam, there are reports of he us government getting involved with the iraqi government to settle their differences and be productive..any truth to that>? [Adam Montana] There is, and hopefully there always will be [Adam Montana] We've witnessed Iraq build themselves from a complete mess to a solidly functioning country [Adam Montana] they've done this with our help and also the help of other allies [Adam Montana] and I expect to see that continue [Adam Montana] it's part of a bigger picture, of course - but we should all agree that Iraq is going in the right direction, and I think they will continue to do so. If I didn't believe that, I would sell my Dinar. [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] Mammaw - Seems to be a great deal more in the news, these days, about M being on the bad list. Do you see any issues with him being removed from power, or again more smoke? G20 said they are going to "fix" the market, by putting more money into it, I believe. Do you feel they too are waiting for the RV or one thing has nothing to do with the other? [Adam Montana] "M" is a pain in everyone's butt, but he's not going anywhere. I wouldn't put any stock in those articles - they will figure out a happy medium and go from there [Adam Montana] regarding the G20, I don't want to sound "too" certain - but I'm sure they are looking at the BIG picture [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] sheepdog - Shabbibi's report was posted. I got it, read it, sounds like Iraq has a lot to do: It says it will take 2 to 3 years to develop a private financial sector. Does this have an effect on a possible RV? Can you elaborate on how this process would that affect the RV? [Adam Montana] That 2-3 year period can go one of two ways [Adam Montana] 1. No RV, they build themselves up slowly and face huge problems with inflation etc [Adam Montana] 2. Yes RV, build themselves up quickly, reclaim lost wealth, face stability issues due to the huge change in monetary status [Adam Montana] I think they can handle both scenarios, and I'm rooting for #2 [Adam Montana] next please! [kcw] Aquarius - Thank you thank you for all you do! There are rumors (and news articles) that state that there is appx 3 weeks left to save the Euro, and that if the Euro falls, USD will be a couple of weeks behind. If this is true, how would this effect the Iraqi Dinar investment? Also, do you believe that there are some who are purposely trying to hold back the exchange rate to get western financial systems to falter? [Adam Montana] I can't answer that one without a tinfoil hat [Adam Montana] [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] N2DEEP - Are we there yet!!!!!! [Adam Montana] !!!!! [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] Rafa10s - Hey Adam...I cannot believe that you have built this site, this awareness, spent countless hours and spent and continue to spend thousands of dollars on post-RV projects/advisors,CPA's and attorney fees , only to have this be a break-even outcome. I know your living is not predicated on VIP membership dues...so what gives? Is this dinar rv for real? Have some of us wasted years, 2 for me, and 8+ for others, only to break-even? Shed some light...even though this question has been asked before in other ways. Thanks to you and Sara...ps If your name was Adam Horowitz, vs. Montana, this wouldn't seem so pie-in-the-sky...ya know? Kidding of course. Rafa [/b][Adam Montana] Wow, deep question! [Adam Montana] "Have we wasted our time on this investment?" [Adam Montana] I guess it depends on how you look at it [Adam Montana] I knew from the beginning that there was no guarantee [Adam Montana] but the upside is HUGE [Adam Montana] so I think it's worth my time [Adam Montana] with so many people needing help and wanting answers [Adam Montana] I can't bring myself to simply ignore people when they ask [Adam Montana] I hear from people every day who say "Adam, no matter what happens here - thank you for what you do" [Adam Montana] people that learn things they would never have known about asset protection, owning a business, investing, and more [Adam Montana] I don't think this is a waste of time at all [Adam Montana] and if this thing comes out at a dime or better, I'm going to smile and skip all the way to the bank [Adam Montana] (or the airport ) [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] cgbrown - Do you see this going past 2011?? In your opinion what is the biggest hurdle to get over right now? [Adam Montana] It could, of course - it could drag on for years. I think everything is in place to get it done by Thanksgiving, as long as Chapter 7 is completely removed by then [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] Rogue Knight - Adam, Any updates for us on the Vietnamese VND? [Adam Montana] Sorry, I haven't had time to follow it closely. I stay abreast of the Dinar news, the rest of my time is spent on my regular job and creating opportunity for the VIP members. [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] countryroads - Hi Adam. Wasn't there or is there some date that Iraq has to have all of their requirements met. I keep hearing that time is running out for them. Just what does that mean? How long, and what if, at the end of that time, if they don't have everything in order? [Adam Montana] No. All dates are extendable - if you ever hear "XYZ must be done by XYZ date", ignore it and don't listen to that person [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] Rossenbos - From a contrarian's perspective: How long can Iraq "go" without RV-ing? [Adam Montana] forever [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] DiNaR DoCtOr - When can we admit that the IQD will not RV making millions out of a thousand dollar investment? This is not happening any time soon, look at how much is still available for purchase. The IQD is not drying up. Countries do not RV when they are running budget deficits. Sorry, but after nearly 8 years of "soon" I think it is time to get a grip. [Adam Montana] Dr D, thanks for your opinion. I disagree with you, but you are entitled to your own opinion. [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] dhardage - I am confused about something. I hear 2 sides.. One side says the RV can not happen until the Dinars are no longer being sold because the supply needs to "dry up". But I have also heard that when the RV happens, they will stop selling. Any thoughts on which is true? [Adam Montana] I talked about this above, but it's a good question [Adam Montana] I expect to see the CBI sales halt for a short period when the RV is announced [Adam Montana] they will likely establish a new format, make some changes, then begin auctioning again at the new rate [Adam Montana] until it is actually announced, though - they will continue with the status quo [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] rising dough - Adam, An article came out yesterday stating that Iraq had signed a contract to purchase F 16 Fighter Jets. If they can make a purchase like this, doesn't it tell us that all sanctions are lifted and they are out of Chapter 7 even though it has not been formerly annouced by the UN? [Adam Montana] That article has been republished a few times, it's actually older than yesterday [Adam Montana] regardless, the same concept applies - they can buy them, but until all Chapter 7 sanctions are lifted they don't have the right to use them without fear of the SEcurity Counsel yanking them [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] pspencer - adam, does having account in warka make your funds in that account "bunny-ear proof"? [Adam Montana] There's no guarantee on that, no. [Adam Montana] I personally have a Warka Account, Cash Dinar, and stocks in the ISX [Adam Montana] but we don't have anything in writing from Warka or the CBI that guarantees we will not be affected by a potential l0p, so we have to acknowledge that it could happen [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] Butifldrm - My question is: If I am an average Iraqi with 1000,000.00 IQD in a bank account, when the CBI raises the value, how will electronic money be treated? If the rate comes in at a dollar, will that average Iraq have a million dollars in the bank? Thank You [Adam Montana] first, I don't think the average Iraqi has 1,000,000 in their account [Adam Montana] poverty level in Iraq simply doesn't support that assumption [Adam Montana] let's throw some more realistic numbers out there [Adam Montana] 30% of Iraqi's have bank accounts. [Adam Montana] the average balance in them is 200,000 dinar [Adam Montana] check the average wages in Iraq [Adam Montana] and the poverty level [Adam Montana] and I think you'll agree these are realistic numbers [Adam Montana] so the RV hits at 1:1 [Adam Montana] and 30% of the country suddenly has $200,000 [Adam Montana] boost the economy? YEP! cause a huge problem because "too much" money is out there? [Adam Montana] no, I don't think so [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] Ms. BJ Adam, I'm fairly new to the site but i bought my dinar from dinar banker several months ago. When i purchased my dinar i remember the representative telling me something about a charge of $150.00 per account ( depending on how many times you've ordered from them) when it becomes cash in time. Now several months later when i think about it, it doesnt make much sense to me what that charge could have been for since i physically hold my dinar. When cash in time happens, i can pick and choose where i want to cash my dinar in at, correct? I am a VIP member so i could go with whomever you let us know about, right? I guess what im asking is since i physically hold my dinar, I'm finished with dinar banker and can cash in where i choose. Is this correct. Thanks a bunch. [Adam Montana] You don't have to cash in with the dealer you bought the Dinars from [Adam Montana] as a VIP member, that is probably the worst thing you can do [Adam Montana] we are getting a better spread at our VIP banks [Adam Montana] and the dealers will be charging $150 ON TOP of the spread [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] RodandStaff - Being a former cheese head resident... from the upper North West of the state... I just gotta ask ya... do you think the Packers will go all the way this year??? Do ya, do ya??? Sorry... I really do value your dinar expertise, I'm just trying to keep it light and add a wee bit of all around life to this "tense situation"! Thanks for doing what you do Adam... really! [Adam Montana] They better! I have a 1:3.75 odds bet that the Packers win their division [Adam Montana] Really need the Lions to lose one [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] average joe - if they are not out of chapter #7 how can they sell oil and purchase airplanes it seems we dont ever get the best informantion or first news.only after the fact but as always thanks for what you do . [Adam Montana] answered that one above [Adam Montana] next please [kcw] jst2ducky - Is it true there are "sanctions/ laws etc. still yet to be passed before the dinar is tradeable on Forex? [Adam Montana] Absolutely, but they are not specific to the Forex [Adam Montana] The Dinar won't be traded on the Forex until it is internationally recognized [Adam Montana] and it won't have that status until the appropriate laws and sanctions are passed and/or removed [Adam Montana] again, Chapter 7 and the HCL are the biggest obstacles [Adam Montana] ok gang, we're approaching [Adam Montana] jeez.... how long have I been here [Adam Montana] ok one last Q, please! [kcw] Adam, If the dinar did RV at a lower rate like $.10, and then rise to a higher rate like $3.00+ over a period of, let's say, 6 months to 3 years - considering that Iraq needs to import almost EVERYTHING - power plants, high speed railroads, communications, military equipment and aircraft, water and sanitation plants, and on and on and on... would not an exchange rate that made multiple major changes in that time frame (i.e. much more than the aforementioned 2.5% per 90 days that the "managed float" would supposedly entail, and presumably with no advance notice) - absolutely wreak havoc on the ability of importers in Iraq and their trading partners, to know what their costs, profit margins and sales would be for the next several years? How do you trade in such an unpredictable environment? Why would the CBI do that? [Adam Montana] That's a good question [Adam Montana] but keep in mind that Iraq will most likely never STOP using the USD [Adam Montana] so costs can be calculated in USD [Adam Montana] also, when the RV is announced [Adam Montana] they will have to RD (send out smaller notes) [Adam Montana] and you won't be getting your hands on any freshly printed 25,000 dinar notes! [Adam Montana] so what you have is what you have [Adam Montana] it might seem like a major rate change would mess things up [Adam Montana] but the exact opposite happened [Adam Montana] and people dealt with it just fine [Adam Montana] in other words, a changing rate won't stop business from happening [Adam Montana] ok, thank you all for the questions - there were a lot of good ones this week! [Adam Montana] in closing: the RV is tomorrow at $17 Topic: open chat [Adam Montana] and hopefully we won't have the need to do the Q&A next week!!!! Does this mean (in his or anyone else's opinion) (let's for the sake of arguement go with a 1:1 rate) That for a BRIEF period of time our Dinars will be worth a small fortune in USD, OR that they will happen at the same time, making our 25000 dinar worth 25 USD? I believe re-denomination means that they will have to issue smaller denominations, and remove the larger denominations from the physical supply of currency. Not that the value will change.
