YA NO PROBLEM .. I FEEL THEY WOULD HAVE TO CHANGE RATE BEFORE OPENING BANK IN ANY GIVEN MORNING,,, I DONT THINK THEY COULD CHANGE IT DURING THE BUISNESS DAY ..

SAY SOMEONE WENT IN AT 9 OCLOCK WHEN THE BANK OPENED .. AND GOT OLD RATES .. THEN AN HOUR LATER THE RATE CHANGED AND SOMEONE ELSE GOT A NEW RATE .. I JUST THINK IT WILL COME OUT BETWEEN 5 P.M. AND 2 A.M. STANDARD EASTERN TIME .. THOSE NUMBERS WILL CHANGE WHEN DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME KICKS IN .. IRAQ DOESNT PLAY DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME .. THEIR CLOCK ALWAYS STAYS THE SAME .. THERES A 7 HOUR DIFFERANCE NOW BUT WILL BE 8 HOURS DIFFERANCE IN THE WINTER

HELP!! Need help confirming the RV at 0930 this a.m. !!!

I have recieved a couple of phone calls today from my mom and my best friend trying to confirm...

Our mutual friend went to buy more dinar at the 1st Convenience Bank and was told the RV HAD occured at about the time Bulldog specified but would not be across the markets til between 2-4p today.
