I have had recent success in getting my warka restored! I was getting "expired account"message. Now I did have to email about 3 times to get this done. They sent me a new password to begin using the online services again. It had probably been almost a year since I had logged in and was kinda nervous for awhile. Was very glad to at least see someone on the other end! I emailed customer service as well Mr issa and he forwarded the info to someone else and he got it done. Took about one week after my last email barrage.

go on thier website, click on 'online banking'. you should have login info from warka that they gave you... and you can view your accounts, also you can transfer between iqd and usd yourself if it is not where you want it. hope that helps..

if they lop, my opinion is that they will rv at right about where kuwaiti dinar is, in the mid 3's. this scenario we would do ok. no lop they will rv at a much lower rate like adam has talked about. even at a .10 rv we will be looking great. if they rv at a 1 to 1 exchange, i will sh## a brick and get my paper money exchanged quickly. i truly think they will rv at a low rate as .10 or .20 then go up over the years, thats why i think warka is a good idea, even though they are slowwwww.

i think what he is saying is, in order to accomplish what our leaders thought needed to be accomplished, was it worth the lives that were lost? nobody can really answer that..
