Has there been anything from the Iraqi government condemning the strike within its borders? I think as long as this carry on doesn't spill into other countries or they don't retaliate then it will be fine. Isreal is trying to provoke Syria and Iraq to react and thus cause further conflict . At the same time the missiles into Iraq and Syria were warning shots to them for allowing Iran to use their air space. . IMHO

The plan all along with the Russia-China-Iran Axis is to start wars on three different fronts in the Far East, Middle East & Eastern EU.

 

This will bog down & thin out US forces on three different fronts, thus making it easier to defeat the US.  We will take their bait...the trap they are setting up.

 

The lack of US leadership & vision are too blind to see what's coming.

CBI said on numerous occasions & made it very clear, there must be stability in Iraq & in the region if there is to be a reinstatement.   That also means free of ISIS control & meddling by Iran.  IMHO.

Iraq is as stable as ot is ever gonna be. Iran will always meddle unless they are turned to rubble but that would set the rv back decades. They could move the rate and let us all get out and then they can get on with it. Kim Clement always said to get out quick and most of us will

Iraq is in a hard position right now...between a rock & a hard place.

The war will more than likely spread & esculate & Iraq must choose sides.

Iraq is under great pressure from it's Muslim neighbours to align with them & not the West.   These are my observations.   IMHO.

I don't support Iran or Isreal. However, Isreal started this and I also listened to Irans speech at the security council meeting in the un and I have to say I agreed with what they said. Isreal is just as bad as Iran. Let them fight it out between them bring home the nato forces

@Luigi1 I get that but despite all the help we have given iraq and other middle Eastern countries over the years , what has the west gained really? Not a lot. Every middle Eastern country there is would stab the west in the back quicker than look at us. That includes iraq. Allah is the all consuming reason and of course the radical amongst them.  They like the lifestyles we have bit want it handed to them. Most are ruled by dictators in some shape or form and we all know how good they are at paying lip service but never acting upon it. They all believe deep down they are superior to any western citizen or law . IMHO.

Agree.  These people have been duking it out for over 5,000 years.

Not even Sleepy-Creepy can change the fact that these are bitter enemies since almost the beginning of time.

It's a whole lotta cause with zero effect. No casualties. A regime posturing to their population. I don't see any escalation beyond this. 

There was no rockets fired into Baghdad that I see. Iraq will side with the west on this and denounce the Iranian proxies operating in Iraq. IMHO
