I'm actually confused. If the rest of the funds of the '23 budget is meant to start the funding of the major projects etc..I thought a substantial rate increase is needed. If not then I'm wondering if a rate change is needed. Then again the recent article on the exchange rate linked to the budget. Well at least the Dinar only in all commercial transactions still let's me know the blessing is right on the corner.

The CBI site is up but you cannot access any rate information or anything of substance.  Almost looks like work is being done behind the scenes.  Someone correct me if I am wrong.
