Al-Rafidain announces the outcome of open accounts in all its branches for the past month

{Economic: Al Furat News} Rafidain Bank announced today, Saturday, the proceeds of opening bank accounts to deposit citizens' money in the bank.

And the media office of the bank stated in a statement that {Euphrates News} received a copy of it, that "the number of open accounts for citizens and other groups in its branches in Baghdad and the provinces during last June amounted to 5280 savings and current accounts." 

And he indicated, "The number of current accounts that have been opened for citizens and other categories has reached 407." 

He added: "While the number of savings accounts for citizens has reached 4873 accounts," noting that "the bank continues to provide its services by opening accounts for citizens wishing to deposit their money in the bank in dinars and dollars and to obtain interests in accordance with the terms and controls established." 

The statement pointed out, "The bank's customers can visit its branches in Baghdad and the provinces to see them."

The media office of the bank stated, in a statement, that "the number of current accounts that were opened for citizens and other categories reached 234 current accounts in dinars and dollars, while the number of savings accounts for citizens reached 2343 accounts in dinars and dollars."

The statement added, "The number of deposits that were opened in the same month amounted to 272 deposits," noting that "the bank continues to provide its services by opening accounts for citizens in dinars and dollars who wish to deposit their money in the bank and obtain interest according to the terms and controls established, and the bank's customers can visit Its branches in Baghdad and the provinces for viewing.

Mubasher: Al-Rafidain Bank of Iraq announced, today, Friday, setting the interest rate on fixed deposits of citizens in exchange for depositing their money.

And the media office of the bank stated, in a statement received by the Iraqi News Agency (INA), that it had set the interest rate on fixed deposits for a period of six months to be 4.5 percent.

He added that the interest rate on savings accounts amounted to 4 percent for citizens who open a savings account to deposit their money in the bank in return for interest.
