Just another poll....hard to believe the Seniors will support Joe....a guy who has been avoiding appearances for most of the year....a guy who will raise their taxes....a guy with questionable cognitive resources...the Seniors know his long questionable record....

Suburban voters....tax cuts....increase in 401 K value....and the low unemployment numbers prior to the virus....

Honest question here....why would either of these groups logically turn to Biden?    CL

First he’s not going to raise their taxes unless they make over $400,000. And they are turning to Biden because he is not divisive and he is going to work both sides of the aisle to try and make this government work. Trump plays to his supporters and no one else. Just like Trump was a change in 2016 Biden is a change now.

My opinion is that polls are only as good as the poll takers.  We know for sure that there is great bias in the polls, so I think it's a mistake to trust them.  Just look at the Hillarious-Clinton polls from 4 years ago and how they were consistently and extraordinarily wrong for months.  We know the media and public opinion is pro-Biden, yet we also repeatedly see tens of thousands of people showing up at the last minute for Trump rallies, while last week only 10 people showed up to meet both Biden and Harris.  Nonetheless, as much as I believe Trump will win in a landslide, no one can no for sure - we just have to wait and see.  Even Trump knows this and it's why he's is doing 2-hour long rallies every day - on top of all the other things crammed into his schedule.

But for people who like to look at polls, this is a screenshot of the current results from the dinar guru site where there is an ongoing poll.  This is just a dinar guy who reports on news - from any source - that may affect the dinar.  This is actually the 3rd poll he's done in the last 2 months or so.  Consistently Trump is ahead 7 to 1 over Biden.  The same result is true today where Trump has over 2100 votes compared to less than 300 for Biden.  The only real issue is whether IQD investors are a representative sample of total US voters.  Who knows?  But I gotta think they're more representative of voters than the people the poll takers choose, at least.

image.thumb.png.460c7843cebcc7d8eafa6aba3718c6d0.png

Lastly, I want to comment about the animosity that is taken place between a few never-Trumpers here with a good number of us pro-Trumpers.  I've come to believe that some of the never-Trumpers have an entirely different agenda than the pro-Trumpers and it's impossible to have a rational dialog with them.  They're not interested in facts.  I've been thinking about it and I've decided that their agenda is likely one of the following:

1)  They are passive aggressive and they like pushing people's buttons so they can then criticize them for loosing their cool.

2)  They enjoy the feeling of power over other people by being able to get the pro-Trumpers angry.

3)  They hate Trump so much (TDS) that they will figuratively cut off their nose to spite their face.  In their hatred for Trump, they are now choosing an incapacitated candidate who will greatly increase taxes - just as they, themselves are likely on the verge of becoming wealthy from the RV.  Their Trump hatred controls them to the extent they're choosing to give up tens of thousands - or hundreds of thousands of dollars - or maybe even more - of their new found wealth to taxes.  That is pretty irrational and it's proof that rationality doesn't matter to these people.  And if that's not bad enough, beyond that, they are advocating for socialism in the U.S. and getting rid of all the freedoms that made the great Republic of the United States the place most of the world dreams of living in.  These people are nuts and it's not worth our time to interact with them, in my opinion.

So to every pro-Trumper who, like me, has had their buttons pushed by these TDS, never-Trumpers, I encourage you to walkaway from them.  I don't even read S's or C's comments anymore.  There is no winning with these people because they are playing an entirely different game than us, one where logic and facts don't apply.  The quality of our life is made up of how we feel most of the time.  I like to be happy, positive and grateful.  And I don't like feeling angry and frustrated.  When I let myself get upset by these people, I experience negative emotions which make me feel the opposite of good.  I'm not gonna let these unknown people do that to me anymore, and I suggest my fellow pro-Trumpers not do that anymore, either.  Then, when these crazies realize they can't push people's buttons anymore, they'll undoubtely go somewhere else where they find new people to do that to.  jmho

They're not. The truly sad thing is that the lunatic leftist are falling for the same thing that happened last time. Believing their own polls. And when Trump wins in the biggest landslide in history they will literally loose their minds, riot in the streets and even attempt to bring their terror to the suburbs where they will all die.

You're correct, HE'S NOT. Camel Toe Harris will. Biden won't be President for longer that two months before Nancy uses the 25th amendment on him. She's even said that in her own words. That setting up the committee for the 25th amendment has nothing to do with Trump, but was to be prepared in the event that it may be needed in the future.

:twothumbs: Well said,. KristiD!!! :tiphat:

It is also VERY important to note S and C, ALONG WITH a few other "like" "minded" individuals, have THEIR "cognitions" FIRMLY EMBEDDED IN THEIR "respective" "safe" "spaces."

:facepalm3:   :facepalm3:   :facepalm3:

These mentally incompetent and morally derelict individuals sincerely believe others' personal acknowledgement, personal responsibility, AND personal ownership of one's own affairs in an unrestritcted manner is strictly forbidden and one must fully live within and under THEIR idiotological "constraints" so as NOT to "trigger" THEM.

So......................................

"triggering" THEM is sad BUT entertaining - of sorts. Would be nice if entertainment ONLY whereas facts of the matter indicate a more sinister and diabolical attempt at undermining the most basic, necessary, and indispensable tenets of THIS GREAT NATION that MUST remain in place in perpetuity AND without suspension or other interruption.

caddieman, we'll see how the fake polls run between now and the election. The Biden corruption emails have not all been release. No need to dump them all at once. Let some trickle out each day to get the maximum benefit from them. Plus it keeps people interested and waiting for more from the party of corruption. Oh, and by the way, ALL this division of the country started with " Mr. Hope and Change" and his crooked lap dog Biden, not Trump. Trump upset the One World Order elitist cabal by winning and exposing these satanic corrupt anti-American POS and they have been after him ever since with the LSM taking the lead.

Texas Sen. John Cornyn likens relationship with Trump to 'women who get married and think they're going to change their spouse'

Texas Sen. John Cornyn (R) admitted in an interview with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram that he's disagreed with President Trump on a number of major issues, but that he's kept the differences of opinion private. "I have found that has allowed me to be much more effective, I believe, than to satisfy those who say I ought to call him out or get into a public fight with him," Cornyn said.

The comments come as Cornyn faces a tight reelection campaign against Democrat challenger MJ Hegar, who lags in the polls by only a handful of percentage points. The move fits a pattern of a number of threatened Republican senators who are now distancing themselves from Trump out of the concern that he risks their chances of holding their seats.

Cornyn specifically described differing from Trump on topics like budget deficits during the COVID-19 crisis, funneling money from the defense budget to the construction of the border wall, and trade. "I applaud him for standing up to China but, frankly, this idea that China is paying the price and we're not paying the price here at home is just not true," Cornyn said, as one example.

Cornyn likened his relationship with the president to "a lot of women who get married and think they're going to change their spouse, and that doesn't usually work out very well." He added, "He is who he is. You either love him or hate him, and there's not much in between. What I tried to do is not get into public confrontations and fights with him because, as I've observed, those usually don't end too well." Read more about Cornyn's differences from the president, and his justification for keeping them quiet, at the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.

Ditching The Donald: Trump’s largest voter base is fleeing at an alarming rate

f47a9a409fb3ff15ca454574cd4de4b9

According to a report from MSNBC, the single largest segment of Donald Trump's base — non-college-educated white men — are fleeing the president's camp at an alarming rate and admitting that they have become embarrassed by his actions and his bullying.

In interviews with MSNBC's Liz Plank, many stated that they are remaining in the Republican Party — or called themselves "recovering Republicans' — but added they want nothing to do with the current top of the ticket.

As the report notes, a recent Wall Street Journal/NBC poll shows a dramatic drop in support for the president "among white male voters without college degrees …. from an enormous 35 points to a significant but narrowing 19 points."

According to Nick Stevens, 30, a Texas small-business owner, he is a Republican who is holding his nose and voting for Democratic challenger Joe Biden because he can't handle Trump any longer.

"Unfortunately, I'm voting for Joe Biden," Stevens admitted, with Plank adding," When we talked on the phone, Stevens said he wasn't leaving the party because he's particularly energized by Biden, but rather because he just can't bring himself to support a man like Trump."

Stevens was not the only Republican who expressed sentiments like that.

According to Nick Jesteadt, 30, a former conservative evangelist, "He's made this party untenable," before adding, "There is just no compassion."

"A secondary theme also emerged in many of these conversations. While the men often described themselves as recovering Republicans, many spoke like recovering toxic masculinity addicts. What they despised about Trump was a machismo they once emulated," Plank wrote, before quoting John Chapman, 36, a former Republican who claimed Trump is " a symptom of the toxic masculinity we all grew up idolizing."

"I was drinking the Kool-Aid so much that I named my dog Reagan," Chapman elaborated. "My reaction to Trump's version of masculinity is just realizing how fragile he must be," with Stevens chiming in, "Trump's handling of Covid right now, to a T, describes me two years ago. I had an issue for six years that I refused to go the doctor for, and it was almost fatal, because 'I was too tough for that.'"

Breaking it down, Plank suggested that Trump's base has begun to notice that his promises to them have failed to come true.

"While Trump said he would take care of all white men, he has taken care of only some white men: the ultra-rich ones. As many have lost jobs and housing, Jeff Bezos has more than doubled his wealth since the beginning of the pandemic — a jump helped along by Trump's tax cuts," she explained. "Your average white male voter isn't struggling because a woman or a person of color took his job; he is struggling because a select group of white men are hogging resources and paying taxes at a lower rate than the vast majority of Americans. Blaming immigrants for the stagnation many white men feel is a convenient distraction from the fact that it has been enabled by people like Trump himself."
